Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a humidifying filter holder, a humidifying filter, and a humidifier. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, a humidifier that supplies water pumped up by a pump to a humidifying filter has been disclosed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The humidifier of Patent Document 1 humidifies the water by vaporizing it supplied to the humidifying filter. By intermittently driving the pump during humidification operation, the humidifier reduces excess water adhering to the humidifying filter by flowing it down or vaporizing, thereby increasing the surface area of the humidifying filter and increasing the amount of water vaporized. [0010] Hereinafter, an example of a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described. However, the following embodiment is merely an example, and the present invention is not limited to the following embodiment.

[0011] The humidifier 1 of this embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 7. In the following description, the directions of the arrows in each drawing are used as references. However, these directions do not dictate the directions during use.

[0012] As shown in FIG. 1, a humidifier 1 of this embodiment includes a humidifying filter unit 2 and a main body 3 that holds the humidifying filter unit 2.

[0013] The main body 3 is formed in a rectangular box shape, and houses the humidifying filter unit 2, the dust collecting filter 31, the blower 32, and the heater 33. The main body 3 has an intake port 301 formed on the rear surface, and an outlet port 302 formed on the front surface. The main body 3 has an air passage 303 formed therein, and is configured to blow air taken in from the intake port 301 on the rear surface out from the outlet port 302 on the front surface. The humidifying filter unit 2, the dust collecting filter 31, the blower 32, and the heater 33 are arranged in the air passage 303. In this embodiment, the dust collecting filter 31, the blower 32, the heater 33, and the humidifying filter unit 2 are arranged in this order from the upstream side of the air passage 303.

[0014] Dust collection filter 31 is an air filter, and is provided so as to cover suction port 301. Dust collection filter 31 collects dust contained in the air passing through suction port 301.

[0015] Blower 32 includes fan 321 and motor 322. Fan 321 is, for example, a sirocco fan, and generates an air current that flows through air passage 303 from air inlet 301 toward air outlet 302. Motor 322 is configured to drive fan 321.

[0016] The heater 33 is, for example, a ceramic heater, and is configured to heat the air passing through the air passage 303 .

[0017] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the humidifying filter unit 2 includes a humidifying filter 21 and a humidifying filter holder 4 (hereinafter, abbreviated as holder 4) that holds the humidifying filter 21.

[0018] The humidifying filter 21 is made of, for example, a nonwoven fabric, and is folded at multiple points so as to form a continuous W shape in the left-right direction when viewed from above. The humidifying filter 21 is water absorbent and breathable. The humidifying filter 21 is disposed in the air passage 303. When air passes through the humidifying filter 21 that has been supplied with water, the moisture contained in the humidifying filter 21 evaporates, and the humidified air is blown out from the air outlet 302.

[0019] The humidifying filter unit 2 of the present embodiment includes two humidifying filters 21. The two humidifying filter units 2 are arranged in the air passage 303, side by side in the front-rear direction.

[0020] Holder 4 is configured to hold two humidifying filters 21. Holder 4 includes a frame 41 and a water sprinkler unit .

[0021] The frame 41 forms a rectangular holding space 411 in which the two humidifying filters 21 are arranged. The frame 41 is formed so as to surround the front, rear, left and right of the two humidifying filters 21. The frame 41 has a plurality of openings formed on the front and rear surfaces so that air can pass through the humidifying filters 21 in the front-rear direction.

[0022] Spray unit 42 is provided above holding space 411. Spray unit 42 is composed of water receiving portion 421, cover 422, and water supply pipe 423, and supplies water to humidifying filter 21 arranged in holding space 411 by spraying water into holding space 411.

[0023] Water receiving portion 421 is provided so as to cover the upper surface of frame 41. Water receiving portion 421 is formed in a box shape with an open upper surface, and is configured to temporarily store water to be supplied to humidifying filter 21. Water receiving portion 421 is formed with a plurality of water injection holes 64. The water temporarily stored in water receiving portion 421 is supplied to humidifying filter 21 from above via the plurality of water injection holes 64. This causes humidifying filter 21 to absorb the water.

[0024] Cover 422 is provided so as to cover the opening of water receiving portion 421. Cover 422 prevents water in water receiving portion 421 from spilling out.

[0025] The detailed configuration of the water sprinkler unit 42 will be described later.

[0026] A water supply tray 34 (see FIG. 1) is provided below the humidifying filter unit 2. The water supply tray 34 is configured to store water supplied from a water tank. The water tank is configured to be freely attached and detached to the main body 3. For example, a user removes the water tank from the main body 3, stores water from a tap in the water tank, and then attaches it back to the main body 3. The water supply tray 34 is configured to store a predetermined amount of water from the water tank.

[0027] In addition, a pump 35 (see FIG. 1) is provided in the water supply tray 34. The pump 35 is configured to send water in the water supply tray 34 to the water receiving portion 421. A water supply pipe 423 is connected to the pump 35. The water supply pipe 423 is formed to extend downward from the bottom surface of the water receiving portion 421 and is connected to an inlet 51 formed in the water receiving portion 421. When the pump 35 is operated, the water in the water supply tray 34 is sent to the water receiving portion 421 via the water supply pipe 423 and the inlet 51. As described above, the water stored in the water receiving portion 421 is supplied to the humidifying filter 21 from above via a plurality of water injection holes 64. The water not absorbed by the humidifying filter 21 is received by the water supply tray 34. That is, the pump 35 circulates water between the water supply tray 34 and the water receiving portion 421, and water is continuously supplied to the humidifying filter 21.

[0028] Next, the detailed configuration of sprinkler unit 42 will be described with reference to Fig. 4 to Fig. 7. Sprinkler unit 42 has a water receiving portion 421 and a cover 422.

[0029] The water receiving section 421 is configured to temporarily store water and pour it into the two humidifying filters 21 from above, and has an inlet section 5 formed with an inlet 51 through which water flows in, and multiple (two in this embodiment) water supply sections 6 that supply the water that has flowed into the inlet section 5 to the holding space 411 from above.

[0030] The inflow section 5 has an inlet 51 formed in the bottom 52, and water from the water supply tray 34 flows in through a water supply pipe 423. As shown in FIG. 4, the inlet 51 is formed in the left front corner of the inflow section 5. In addition, two water supply sections 6 are provided to the right of the inflow section 5. The inflow section 5 protrudes forward more than the two water supply sections 6. Therefore, as viewed from the inlet 51, the two water supply sections 6 are provided to the right rear.

[0031] As shown in Fig. 5, cover 422 is provided with guide 53 that directs water flowing in from inlet 51 toward two water supply units 6. Guide 53 is formed so as to protrude downward from a position directly above the periphery of inlet 51 in cover 422. Guide 53 is a wall with a U-shaped cross section, and is formed so that the right rear side is open relative to inlet 51. Thus, guide 53 forms a flow of water flowing in from inlet 51 toward the right rear side where two water supply units 6 are located. In Fig. 4, the flow of water in inlet unit 5 is conceptually shown by arrows.

[0032] Each of the two water supply parts 6 has a flow path 60 through which the water sent from the inlet part 5 flows, and a plurality of water injection holes 64 formed in the flow path 60 and connected to the holding space 411.

[0033] The flow path 60 is a groove formed so as to extend from the right end of the inlet portion 5 to the right. The water supply portion 6 has a first inclined surface 61 and a second inclined surface 62 that form the flow path 60. The first inclined surface 61 and the second inclined surface 62 have different inclination directions. The side surface of the flow path 60 is formed in a V shape by the first inclined surface 61 and the second inclined surface 62. Specifically, the first inclined surface 61 is formed behind the second inclined surface 62. The first inclined surface 61 is inclined so that the upper end is located rearward relative to the lower end. The second inclined surface 62 is inclined so that the upper end is located forward relative to the lower end. The first inclined surface 61 and the second inclined surface 62 have their lower ends connected to each other, and the connection portion between the first inclined surface 61 and the second inclined surface 62 becomes the bottom portion 63 of the flow path 60.

[0034] 7, the flow path 60 is inclined downward from the left end to the right end so that water can easily flow to the right. Specifically, the lower ends of the first inclined surface 61 and the second inclined surface 62, which are the bottom 63 of the flow path 60, are located above the bottom 52 of the inlet portion 5 at the left end, and are located below the bottom 52 of the inlet portion 5 at the right end.

[0035] The two water supply parts 6 are formed side by side in the front-rear direction. The upper end of the second inclined surface 62 of the rear water supply part 6 and the upper end of the first inclined surface 61 of the front water supply part 6 are continuous with each other.

[0036] The water supply section 6 is formed with a plurality of water injection holes 64. In this embodiment, the water supply section 6 has a plurality of water injection holes 64 formed side by side in the left-right direction in one of the first inclined surface 61 and the second inclined surface 62. Specifically, the rear water supply section 6 has a plurality of water injection holes 64 formed in the first inclined surface 61, and the front water supply section 6 has a plurality of water injection holes 64 formed in the second inclined surface 62. Each of the plurality of water injection holes 64 has a circular opening shape and is formed along the up-down direction.

[0037] In this embodiment, the multiple water inlet holes 64 in one water supply section 6 have different opening areas. Specifically, in one water supply section 6, the multiple water inlet holes 64 are formed so that the opening area increases toward the right. In other words, the multiple water inlet holes 64 are formed so that the opening area increases as they move away from the inlet 51 through which water is supplied.

[0038] This can reduce the difference in the amount of water injected at the multiple water injection holes 64. Specifically, water flows into the water supply section 6 from the left side where the inflow section 5 is present. Part of the water that flows into the flow path 60 of the water supply section 6 flows to the right while dropping from the water injection hole 64. Therefore, the distribution of the amount of water in the water supply section 6 is such that the amount of water is greater on the left side, which is the upstream side where the water flows in, and the amount of water is smaller on the right side, which is the downstream side. In this embodiment, the multiple water injection holes 64 have a larger opening area toward the right, in other words, a smaller opening area toward the left. Therefore, the water injection hole 64 formed in the area where the amount of water is large has a small opening area, so that water is less likely to drop from the water injection hole 64, and water passes above the water injection hole 64, making it easier for water to reach the right area where the amount of water is small. This increases the amount of water on the right side, which is the downstream side, and increases the amount of water injected from the water injection hole 64 on the right side. As a result, the difference in the amount of water injected at the multiple water injection holes 64 can be reduced. By reducing the difference in the amount of water injected from multiple water injection holes 64, water is injected into humidifying filter 21 more efficiently overall, so that the amount of water supplied to humidifying filter 21 increases, thereby enabling an increase in the amount of humidification.

[0039] The water injection holes 64 are formed so that the positions of the centers of the water injection holes 64 in the front-rear direction are substantially the same. Of the water injection holes 64, the leftmost water injection hole 64 is formed above the bottom of the flow path 60, and the rightmost water injection hole 64 is partially overlapping the bottom of the flow path 60. This makes it easier for water to pass through the left area where there is a large amount of water, and easier for water to reach the right area where there is a small amount of water. In addition, water is prevented from remaining in the flow path 60, for example, when the pump 35 is stopped.

[0040] 4 to 7, the holder 4 has a water distribution plate 54 for controlling the flow of water, a partition plate 7, and two partition walls 65. In this embodiment, the water distribution plate 54 and the partition plate 7 are formed in the water receiving portion 421, and the two partition walls 65 are formed in the cover 422.

[0041] The water distribution plate 54 is provided in the inlet 5. The water distribution plate 54 is formed between the two water supply parts 6 and the inlet 51, and is configured to divide the water flowing in from the inlet 51 into water to be sent to each of the two water supply parts 6. The water distribution plate 54 is formed in a rectangular plate shape protruding upward from the bottom of the inlet 5. The water distribution plate 54 is formed to follow the flow of water from the inlet 51 toward the two water supply parts 6. Specifically, the water distribution plate 54 is formed to follow the right rear side where the water flows as seen from the inlet 51. As shown in FIG. 4, the water distribution plate 54 is formed to be separated from the guide 53 to the right rear, and an imaginary extension line of the water distribution plate 54 passes through the inside of the guide 53 and intersects with the guide 53. In addition, the right rear end of the water distribution plate 54 is formed to be continuous with the connection part of the two water supply parts 6. Specifically, water distribution plate 54 is formed so that its right rear end portion is continuous with the connection portion between second inclined surface 62 of rear water supply section 6 and first inclined surface 61 of front water supply section 6. In other words, water distribution plate 54 is formed so as to extend from the connection portion between water supply sections 6 in the two water supply sections 6 toward inlet 51.

[0042] Water distribution plate 54 divides the water flowing in from inlet 51 into water that flows along one surface (left rear surface) of water distribution plate 54 toward the rear water supply section 6, and water that flows along the other surface (right front surface) of water distribution plate 54 toward the front water supply section 6. This makes it possible to reduce the difference between the amount of water supplied to the rear water supply section 6 and the amount of water supplied to the front water supply section 6. By reducing the difference between the amount of water supplied to the rear water supply section 6 and the amount of water supplied to the front water supply section 6, water is efficiently injected into both the rear humidifying filter 21 and the front humidifying filter 21, so that the amount of water supplied to the two humidifying filters 21 increases, and the amount of humidification can be increased.

[0043] In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the water distribution plate 54 is formed to be slightly inclined with respect to the flow of water flowing in from the inlet 51. Specifically, the water distribution plate 54 is formed so that an imaginary extension line of the water distribution plate 54 intersects with the guide 53 behind the center of the inlet 51. This makes it easier for water to flow to the front water supply unit 6 along the right front surface of the water distribution plate 54. In other words, it is possible to increase the amount of water supplied to the front water supply unit 6 closer to the inlet 51 among the two water supply units 6. The water distribution plate 54 may be formed so as to match the flow of water flowing in from the inlet 51. For example, the water distribution plate 54 may be formed so as to overlap with an imaginary line connecting the connection part of the two water supply units 6 and the inlet 51.

[0044] In this embodiment, the upper end of the water distribution plate 54 is formed so as to have a small gap between it and the cover 422, but it may be in contact with the cover 422. The water distribution plate 54 may be formed so as to protrude downward from the cover 422.

[0045] Further, although the water distribution plate 54 is formed at a position away from the inlet 51 , the end of the water distribution plate 54 may be formed so as to be located near the inlet 51 .

[0046] Next, the partition plate 7 will be described. As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 6, the partition plate 7 is configured to separate the water supply portions 6 in the two water supply portions 6. The partition plate 7 is formed between the two water supply portions 6 arranged in the front-rear direction, and separates the two water supply portions 6 in the front-rear direction. Specifically, the partition plate 7 is formed so as to protrude upward from the connection portion between the first inclined surface 61 in the front water supply portion 6 and the second inclined surface 62 in the rear water supply portion 6. The partition plate 7 is formed in a rectangular plate shape along the up-down direction and the left-right direction, and the front-rear direction is the thickness direction. That is, the partition plate 7 is formed along the flow path 60. The partition plate 7 is also formed across both ends in the left-right direction of the water supply portion 6. The partition plate 7 is also formed so that the left end is continuous with the right rear end of the water distribution plate 54.

[0047] The partition plate 7 separates the two water supply sections 6, thereby suppressing the inflow and outflow of water between the two water supply sections 6. Specifically, the water flowing in from the inlet 51 is divided by the water distribution plate 54 provided in the inlet 5 into water flowing along one surface (left rear surface) of the water distribution plate 54 toward the rear water supply section 6, and water flowing along the other surface (right front surface) of the water distribution plate 54 toward the front water supply section 6. The water distribution plate 54 is formed along the right rear side as viewed from the inlet 51. Therefore, the water supplied to the front water supply section 6 flows toward the right rear along the water distribution plate 54. The water supplied to the front water supply section 6 is prevented from flowing over the first inclined surface 61 of the front water supply section 6 into the rear water supply section 6 by the partition plate 7 provided between the two water supply sections 6 arranged in the front-rear direction. This makes it possible to reduce the difference between the amount of water supplied to the rear water supply section 6 and the amount of water supplied to the front water supply section 6. By reducing the difference between the amount of water supplied to the rear water supply section 6 and the amount of water supplied to the front water supply section 6, water is efficiently supplied to both the rear humidifying filter 21 and the front humidifying filter 21, thereby increasing the amount of water supplied to the two humidifying filters 21 and increasing the amount of humidification.

[0048] In this embodiment, the partition plate 7 is formed so that there is a small gap between the upper end of the partition plate 7 and the cover 422, but the upper end of the partition plate 7 may be in contact with the cover 422. The partition plate 7 may be formed so as to protrude downward from the cover 422. The partition plate 7 is formed across both left and right ends of the water supply unit 6, but the left and right dimension may be shorter than the left and right dimension of the water supply unit 6. In this case, for example, the partition plate 7 may be formed from the left end of the water supply unit 6 to around the center of the water supply unit 6.

[0049] Next, the partition wall 65 will be described. As shown in FIG. 4, each water supply unit 6 has a partition wall 65 formed along the flow path 60. The partition wall 65 is formed between the first inclined surface 61 and the second inclined surface 62, and separates the first inclined surface 61 from the second inclined surface 62. The partition wall 65 is formed so as to protrude downward from the cover 422. The partition wall 65 is formed in a rectangular plate shape along the up-down direction and the left-right direction, and the front-rear direction is the thickness direction. The partition wall 65 is formed at a position directly above the bottom of the flow path 60, which is the connection portion between the first inclined surface 61 and the second inclined surface 62. The partition wall 65 forms a pair of branch flow paths 601 through which water flows on both sides (front side and rear side) of the partition wall 65. Specifically, the partition wall 65 forms one branch flow path 601 together with the first inclined surface 61, and forms the other branch flow path 601 together with the second inclined surface 62.

[0050] The partition wall 65 is formed so that the dimension in the left-right direction is shorter than the dimension in the left-right direction of the water supply unit 6, and is located to the right of the left end of the water supply unit 6 and to the left of the right end of the water supply unit 6. In other words, the partition wall 65 is formed shorter than the flow path 60, and is provided at a position farther away from the starting point (left end) of the flow path 60 than the ending point (right end) of the flow path 60. In this embodiment, the partition wall 65 is formed closer to the left end of the water supply unit 6. In other words, the partition wall 65 is formed closer to the water inlet of the water supply unit 6. In this embodiment, the partition wall 65 is formed between the second water injection hole 64 from the left and the third water injection hole 64 from the right, among the eleven water injection holes 64 formed in the water supply unit 6 and arranged in the left-right direction. In other words, the partition wall 65 is configured to partition a part of the left-right direction between the first inclined surface 61 and the second inclined surface 62.

[0051] The partition 65 partially separates the first inclined surface 61 and the second inclined surface 62, thereby reducing the difference in the amount of water injected from the multiple water injection holes 64 formed in the first inclined surface 61 or the second inclined surface 62. Here, the front water supply section 6 in which the multiple water injection holes 64 are formed in the second inclined surface 62 will be described as an example. Note that the rear water supply section 6 in which the multiple water injection holes 64 are formed in the first inclined surface 61 is similar to the front water supply section 6, so a description thereof will be omitted.

[0052] Water flows into the water supply unit 6 from the left side where the inlet 51 is formed, and flows to the right along the flow path 60. The water flowing through the flow path 60 is divided by a partition wall 65 provided in the center of the water supply unit 6 in the left-right direction into water flowing through a front branch flow path 601 formed by the partition wall 65 and the second inclined surface 62, and water flowing through a rear branch flow path 601 formed by the partition wall 65 and the first inclined surface 61. In FIG. 4, the flow of water in the water supply unit 6 is conceptually shown by arrows. In the front water supply unit 6, a plurality of water injection holes 64 are formed in the second inclined surface 62 in front of the partition wall 65, and no water injection holes 64 are formed in the first inclined surface 61 behind the partition wall 65. Therefore, in the front branch flow path 601, a part of the water falls from the water injection holes 64 and flows to the right. On the other hand, in the rear branch flow path 601, the water flows to the right while keeping the amount of water approximately constant. Then, the water that has passed through the rear branch flow passage 601 falls from a plurality of water inlet holes 64 (three in this embodiment) formed to the right of the partition wall 65. In other words, the partition wall 65 forms the rear branch flow passage 601 as a bypass that sends water to a downstream area in the water supply section 6, avoiding the plurality of water inlet holes 64. This increases the amount of water on the right side, which is the downstream side, and increases the amount of water injected from the right water inlet hole 64. As a result, the difference in the amount of water injected from the plurality of water inlet holes 64 can be reduced. By reducing the difference in the amount of water injected from the plurality of water inlet holes 64, water is injected efficiently overall into the humidifying filter 21, so the amount of water supplied to the humidifying filter 21 increases, and the amount of humidification can be increased.

[0053] In addition, the partition wall 65 is formed so that a gap exists between the lower end of the partition wall 65 and the bottom 63 of the flow path 60. This allows water to flow under the partition wall 65, so that water is prevented from accumulating between the partition wall 65 and the first inclined surface 61 when the pump 35 is stopped, for example.

[0054] The partition wall 65 may be formed so that the lower end of the partition wall 65 contacts the bottom of the flow path 60. Although the partition wall 65 is formed so as to protrude downward from the cover 422, the partition wall 65 may be formed so as to protrude upward from the bottom of the flow path 60. In this case, the partition wall 65 may be formed with an opening at its lower end that allows water to pass in the front-rear direction.

[0055] In addition, in this embodiment, the partition wall 65 is formed at a position directly above the bottom of the flow path 60, which is the connection portion between the first inclined surface 61 and the second inclined surface 62, but may be formed at a position shifted in the front-rear direction from the bottom of the flow path 60. For example, the partition wall 65 may be formed at a position shifted toward an inclined surface where the multiple water injection holes 64 are not formed, relative to the bottom of the flow path 60. For example, in the front water supply unit 6, the partition wall 65 may be formed at a position shifted rearward from the bottom of the flow path 60.

[0056] In addition, in this embodiment, the partition wall 65 is formed rightward from the left end of the water supply section 6, but it may be formed from the left end.

[0057] In the present embodiment, the water injection hole 64 is formed only in one of the first inclined surface 61 and the second inclined surface 62, but the water injection hole 64 may be formed in both of the inclined surfaces. For example, the water injection hole 64 may be formed in both of the inclined surfaces, the first inclined surface 61 and the second inclined surface 62, downstream of the partition wall 65.

[0058] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the number of water supply sections 6 is two, but it may be one, or three or more. [Explanation of symbols]
