[Figure 6] FIG. 4 is a front view of the bearing portion of the embodiment as viewed from the outside. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0007] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. A roller blind 100 of this embodiment is arranged in a daylighting portion of a building, such as a window. The roller blind 100 of this embodiment has a frame portion 110, a pipe 111, a screen 120, and a winding drive device 1.
[0008] The frame unit 110 is a box-shaped cover that is attached above a window (not shown) in, for example, a room of a building. The frame unit 110 covers the pipe 111 and the winding drive device 1. The frame unit 110 has a horizontally elongated shape that is long in the direction facing the window.
[0009] The screen 120 is a thin, flat material with low rigidity that covers an opening such as a window and blocks outside views, sunlight, etc. Examples of the screen 120 include a cloth or a resin sheet, but the material is not limited thereto.
[0010] The pipe 111 is a hollow, elongated cylinder that extends from one end of the frame section 110 to the other. An end of the screen 120 is fixed to the outside of the pipe 111. As the pipe 111 rotates, the screen 120 is wound up or hung down from the pipe 111. A winding drive device 1, which will be described later, is disposed on one side of the end inside the pipe 111. A spring set 112, which can also be used manually, is disposed on the other side inside the pipe 111.
[0011] The winding drive device 1 is a device that is fixed to a pipe 111 and rotates the pipe 111. As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the winding drive device 1 has a motor 2, a gear head 3, a magnet 4, a substrate 5, a bracket 6 as a support part, a bearing part 7, an adapter 8, and a control device 9.
[0012] The motor 2 has a motor body 21, a rotating shaft 22, and an output shaft 23. The motor body 21 is disposed along the longitudinal direction of the pipe 111. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the motor body 21 has an oval shape in cross section (an elliptical track shape having a straight line in part), and the inside is formed in a solid column shape. That is, the motor body 21 has a pair of flat surfaces 211 facing each other in cross section, and a pair of curved surfaces 212 connecting the pair of flat surfaces 211 and facing each other. The rotating shaft 22 is a small diameter shaft that penetrates approximately the center of the motor body 21. The rotating shaft 22 extends outward from the other end 21b side of the motor body 21. The output shaft 23 extends outward from one end 21a side of the motor body 21.
[0013] The gear head 3 is disposed at an end portion on the one end 21a side of the motor body 21. The gear head 3 is a reduction mechanism that reduces the speed of the motor 2. As shown in Fig. 2, the outer diameter of the gear head 3 is larger than the dimension connecting two opposing points on the outer surface of the motor 2.
[0014] The magnet 4 is disposed on the other end 21b side of the motor body 21, which is the axial end of the motor 2. The magnet 4 is rotatably attached to a rotating shaft 22 in the motor 2. The magnet 4 has a disk-like shape with a hole at its center through which the rotating shaft 22 can be inserted. The magnet 4 rotates while being connected to the rotating shaft 22. The magnet 4, together with a sensor 52 described later, constitutes a magnetic encoder that detects the rotation of the motor 2.
[0015] The substrate 5 is disposed and fixed at the other end 21b of the motor body 21, which is the end in the axial direction of the motor 2. A sensor 52 for detecting the number of rotations of the magnet 4 is disposed on the substrate 5. A plurality of harnesses 51 for transmitting inputs and outputs of the motor 2 and the sensor 52 to an external control device 9 extend from the substrate 5. As shown in FIG. 3, the substrate 5 has the same oval shape as the other end of the motor body 21 in a plan view, and has a pair of opposing flat surfaces 511 and a curved surface 512 connecting the flat surfaces 511 to each other. In FIG. 4, the substrate 5 is omitted in order to show the shape of the end surface of the motor body 21, but the substrate 5 has the same shape as the end surface of the motor body 21 in a plan view.
[0016] The bracket 6 is a support member for fixing the motor 2 and the gear head 3 inside the pipe 111. The bracket 6 has a connection part 61 and a pair of fixing pieces 62. As shown in FIG. 3, the connection part 61 is connected to an end face of the gear head 3 located on one axial end side of the motor 2.
[0017] The pair of fixed pieces 62 are disposed in pairs so as to face each other on the outside of the gear head 3 and the motor 2. As shown in FIG. 3, the pair of fixed pieces 62 are provided so as to extend from one end side to the other end side along the motor 2 on the outside of the pair of flat surfaces 211 of the motor body 21. The pair of fixed pieces 62 are narrow metal plates, and are bent at a substantially right angle from the gear head 3 side to a position beyond the motor 2, the substrate 5, and the magnet 4. The pair of fixed pieces 62 are bent in a direction approaching each other at the intermediate portion from the one end side to the other end side where the fixed pieces 62 extend. The pair of fixed pieces 62 have a first fixed piece 621, a second fixed piece 622, and a step 63. The first fixed piece 621 is a portion that extends to one end side of the motor 2 and is connected to the gear head 3. The second fixed piece 622 is a portion that extends from the end of the first fixed piece 621 to the other end 2b side of the motor 2. The step 63 is formed between the first fixed piece 621 and the second fixed piece 622. As shown in Fig. 2, when a distance D1 between the first fixed pieces 621 on the connection portion 61 side is compared with a distance D2 between the pair of second fixed pieces 622, the distance D1 is greater than the distance D2. The step 63 is bent at an angle and formed at the boundary between a portion where the distance D1 is formed and a portion where the distance D2 is formed. The pair of fixed pieces 62 are inserted into the bearing portion 7 described later to fix the motor 2.
[0018] The bearing unit 7 is disposed at an end of the winding drive device 1, i.e., on the other end 2b side of the motor 2, and is a member into which the motor 2 is inserted. The bearing unit 7 is attached to an end of a pipe 111 and fixed to an end of the frame unit 110. The bearing unit 7 has a cylindrical portion 71, a disk portion 72, and a restricting portion 73.
[0019] The cylindrical portion 71 has a cylindrical shape extending along the insertion direction of the motor 2. An end of the motor 2, i.e., the other end 2b and the pair of fixing pieces 62 are inserted into the cylindrical portion 71. The cylindrical portion 71 has a pair of flat portions 710 and a pair of curved portions 714. The pair of flat portions 710, a part on the periphery of the cylindrical portion 71 and another part facing this part, form the flat wall surface of the cylindrical portion 71. The pair of flat portions 710 are the parts where the fixing piece 62 is located when the fixing piece 62 is inserted inside the cylindrical portion 71. A distance D3 connecting the opposing outer surfaces of the cylindrical portion 71 is larger than a distance D1 between the first fixing pieces 621 of the pair of fixing pieces 62. The distance D3 is the distance connecting the pair of flat portions 710 of the cylindrical portion 71. The pair of curved portions 714 have a curved surface that connects the pair of flat portions 710.
[0020] The cylindrical portion 71 has an opening 71a on one end side. As shown in Fig. 6, the inside of the cylindrical portion 71 is partitioned by forming ribs from the peripheral wall constituting the cylindrical portion 71 toward the inside. A fixing piece insertion portion 711 and a harness insertion portion 712 into which the pair of fixing pieces 62 are inserted are formed on the inside of the cylindrical portion 71. The fixing piece insertion portion 711 and the harness insertion portion 712 will be described later.
[0021] The disk portion 72 has a generally disk-like shape and closes the other end side of the tube portion 71. The outer shape of the disk portion 72 is larger than the outer diameter of the tube portion 71. The disk portion 72 has a through hole 721, a screw hole 722, and a fixed piece guide wall 723.
[0022] As shown in FIG. 6, the through hole 721 is formed on the outer side of the outer edge of the magnet 4 in the circumferential direction in the cross-sectional view of the bearing portion 7. The through hole 721 has an arc-shaped portion along the outer periphery of the disk portion 72 and a straight portion connecting two opposing points on the outer periphery of the disk portion 72. The screw hole 722 is a hole for inserting a screw for fixing to the frame portion 110. As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of harnesses 51 extending from the substrate 5 can be inserted into the through hole 721 in a direction away from the motor 2. As shown in FIG. 6, the through hole 721 is disposed on the outer side of the outer diameter of the magnet 4 in the circumferential direction in the cross-sectional view of the bearing portion 7.
[0023] The fixed piece guide wall 723 is a rib that stands from the inner surface of the disk portion 72 and protrudes inward from the inner wall of the tube portion 71, and is disposed on the side opposite to the side where the through hole 721 of the disk portion 72 is formed. The fixed piece guide wall 723 is formed as a pair so as to protrude inward from two opposing points on the periphery of the tube portion 71. The fixed piece guide wall 723 guides the fixed piece 62 to be inserted toward the center of the disk portion 72 from the fixed piece guide wall 723.
[0024] The restricting portion 73 is composed of a rib rising from the inner surface of the disk portion 72. The restricting portion 73 is formed on the side of the linear portion of the through hole 721. The through hole 721 is formed on the outer circumferential side of the restricting portion 73. As shown in FIG. 5, the restricting portion 73 is formed at a position away from the fixed piece guide wall 723 and facing the fixed piece guide wall 723. The restricting portion 73 rises continuously so as to connect the two opposing points of the cylindrical portion 71, whereas the fixed piece guide wall 723 is formed as a pair protruding from two opposing points of the cylindrical portion 71. As shown in FIG. 5, the restricting portion 73 has a substantially U-shaped shape in a vertical cross-sectional view of the bearing portion 7, and has a high height portion 73a and a low height portion 73b. The high height portion 73a is formed as a pair on the peripheral side of the cylindrical portion 71 and extends from the inner surface of the disk portion 72 to the end of the cylindrical portion 71. The low height portion 73b is located closer to the inner circumference of the tube portion 71 than the high height portions 73a, connects the pair of high height portions 73a together, and extends along the side of the through hole 721. The low height portion 73b rises from the inner surface of the disk portion 72 to a lower height than the high height portions 73a. The restricting portion 73 separates the through hole 721 from the rest of the interior of the tube portion 71.
[0025] 6, a fixed piece insertion portion 711 into which a pair of fixed pieces 62 can be inserted is formed inside the restricting portion 73, the fixed piece guide wall 723, and the flat portion 710 of the tubular portion 71. The fixed piece insertion portion 711 and the through hole 721 are separated by the restricting portion 73, and the side of the restricting portion 73 toward the through hole 721 constitutes the harness insertion portion 712.
[0026] The restricting portion 73 restricts the movement of the harness 51 passing through the through hole 721, and restricts the harness 51 to extend toward the harness insertion portion 712. The restricting portion 73 stands between the through hole 721 and the fixed piece insertion portion 711 as a barrier, so that the harness 51 passing through the through hole 721 does not enter the fixed piece insertion portion 711. As shown in FIG. 2, the second fixed piece 622 is inserted inside the fixed piece insertion portion 711, and the end portion on the other end 21b side of the motor main body 21, the substrate 5, and the magnet 4 are arranged inside the pair of second fixed pieces 622. The magnet 4 rotates according to the rotating shaft 22 of the motor 2, but the restricting portion 73 prevents the harness 51 from interfering with the rotating magnet 4.
[0027] The adapter 8 is disposed opposite the bearing portion 7 and is a substantially disk-shaped part fixed to the output shaft 23 of the motor. The adapter 8 has a large diameter portion 81 and a small diameter portion 82 connected thereto. The outer diameter of the large diameter portion 81 has a dimension that allows the adapter 8 to be fixed to the inner circumference of the pipe 111. The small diameter portion 82 is a substantially circular protruding portion that has an outer diameter smaller than that of the large diameter portion 81 and is located approximately at the center of the large diameter portion 81 and protrudes outward from the large diameter portion 81. The small diameter portion 82 is fixed to the output shaft 23 of the motor 2 at its inside. The fixing method can be, for example, so-called D-cut fixing, but is not particularly limited.
[0028] The control device 9 is connected to the harness 51. The control device 9 is connected to a power source (not shown). The control device 9 estimates the position of the screen 120 based on the number of rotations of the magnet 4 read by the sensor 52, and drives the winding drive device 1 to open and close the screen 120.
[0029] According to this embodiment, the following effects are achieved. The winding drive device 1 includes a motor 2, a support section 6 connected to one axial end of the motor 2 and extending along the motor 2 to the other end, the support section 6 having a pair of fixed pieces 62 facing each other for fixing the motor 2, and a bearing section 7 disposed on the other end of the motor 2 into which the motor 2 and the pair of fixed pieces 62 are inserted. By disposing the fixed pieces 62 supporting the motor 2 so as to extend from one end to the other end of the motor 2 and having a pair of fixed pieces 62 facing each other, the cross-sectional dimensions of the winding drive device 1 can be made smaller than, for example, a case in which the entire outer periphery of the motor 2 is surrounded by a tubular member. Furthermore, by inserting the motor 2 and the pair of fixed pieces 62 into the bearing section 7, the motor 2 can be sufficiently supported even if the pair of fixed pieces 62 are located only on the outside of two opposing points on the periphery of the motor 2, and the winding drive device 1 can be made smaller in size.
[0030] According to this embodiment, the motor 2 is formed in a columnar shape having a generally oval cross section, with a pair of flat surfaces 211 facing each other and a pair of curved surfaces 212 connecting the pair of flat surfaces 211 and facing each other. This allows the pair of fixing pieces 62 to be arranged so as to extend along the motor 2 outside the pair of flat surfaces 211. Therefore, the distance between the pair of fixing pieces 62 of the bracket 6 supporting the motor 2 can be made shorter than when the motor 2 is cylindrical. If the distance between the fixing pieces 62 is short, the width dimension of the cross section of the winding drive device 1 itself including the motor 2 and the bracket 6 becomes smaller. In other words, the winding drive device 1 can be formed thin. This allows the winding drive device 1 to be made smaller in size, and can be accommodated in a pipe 111 with a small diameter.
[0031] According to this embodiment, the pair of fixing pieces 62 are bent in a direction approaching each other at the midpoint between the one end and the other end. This makes the distance between the pair of fixing pieces 62 shorter at the other end than at the one end. Therefore, even if a cylindrical bearing portion 7 or the like is disposed at the other end, it is possible to make the width dimension of the cross section of the winding drive device 1 small and narrow.
[0032] According to this embodiment, the pair of fixed pieces 62 includes a pair of first fixed pieces 621 extending toward one end side, and a pair of second fixed pieces 622 extending toward the other end side from the pair of first fixed pieces 621. The bearing unit 7 includes a tubular portion 71 into which the motor 2 and the pair of fixed pieces 62 are inserted, and the distance D3 connecting the opposing outer surfaces of the tubular portion 71 is made larger than the distance D1 connecting between the pair of first fixed pieces 621. Since the distance D3 connecting between the opposing outer surfaces of the tubular portion 71 is larger than the distance D1 connecting between the pair of first fixed pieces 621, it is possible to narrow the pipe 111 into which the winding drive device 1 is inserted to a dimension that allows the tubular portion 71 of the bearing unit 7 to be inserted.
[0033] The present disclosure is not limited to the above embodiment, and modifications, improvements, etc. within the scope of achieving the object of the present disclosure are included in the present disclosure. In the above embodiment, the motor body 21 of the motor 2 is described as being oval in cross section. However, as long as the motor 2 and the fixed piece 62 can be inserted into the bearing portion 7, the cross-sectional shape of the motor 2 is not important. For example, the motor body may be cylindrical and circular in cross section. In this case, it is preferable that the outer diameter of the gear head is larger than the outer diameter of the motor. Comparing the distance D1 between the first fixed pieces 621 of the bracket 6 and the distance D2 between the pair of second fixed pieces 622, it is preferable that the distance D1 is larger than the distance D2. It is preferable that the distance D3 connecting the opposing outer surfaces of the cylindrical portion 71 in the bearing portion 7 is larger than the distance D1 between the first fixed pieces 621 in the pair of fixed pieces 62. If the relationship between these distances D1, D2, and D3 is established, it is easy to insert the motor and the fixed piece into the bearing portion 7.
[0034] In the above embodiment, the substrate 5 has been described as having the same oval shape in plan view as the other end of the motor body 21. However, if the motor has a circular cross section, the substrate and the motor may both have a circular shape.
[0035] In the above embodiment, an example was described in which the outer diameter of the gear head 3 is larger than the dimension connecting two opposing points on the outer surface of the motor 2, but it may be the same as or smaller than the dimension connecting two opposing points on the outer surface of the motor 2.
[0036] Furthermore, when the cross-sectional shapes of the motor body 21 and the substrate 5 are substantially oval, and the relationships between the distance D1 between the pair of first fixed pieces 621, the distance D2 between the pair of second fixed pieces 622, and the distance D3 connecting the opposing outer surfaces of the cylindrical portion 71 in the bearing portion 7 are similar to those described in the above embodiment, the fixed pieces 62 of the bracket 6 do not have to extend along the motor 2 outside the pair of flat surfaces 211 of the motor body 21. The pair of fixed pieces 62 may be along the curved surface 212 of the motor body 21.
[0037] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the fixed piece 62 is described as being bent and formed to have a step 63 between the pair of first fixed piece 621 and second fixed piece 622. However, the fixed piece may be linear.
[0038] In the above embodiment, the rotation speed of the motor 2 is detected by a magnetic encoder using the magnet 4 and the sensor 52. However, the device for detecting the rotation speed of the motor 2 is not limited to a magnetic encoder. It may be an optical encoder having a disk-shaped member.
[0039] In the above embodiment, an example has been described in which the winding drive device 1 is disposed in the roller blind 100 disposed in the daylighting section. However, the winding drive device 1 may also be applied to a screen for video projection, a smoke-proof sheet, a shutter with a small outer diameter, and the like. [Explanation of symbols]
