Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a generator for generating hydrogen-containing gas and hydrogen liquid, and more particularly to an integrated hydrogen gas generator having a hydrogen water module and an integrated passage module for integrating the connection of the units. [Background technology]

[0002] Up to now, people have devoted much research to extending lifespan, and many health improvements in medical technology have been aimed at addressing disease. Currently, the development of medical technology focuses on preventive medicine, rather than passively treating disease when it occurs. Preventive medicine may include research on health foods, screening for genetic diseases, and preventive treatment to avoid risk factors. In addition to extending people's lifespan, various anti-aging and antioxidant techniques, including the application of skin care agents, as well as antioxidant foods and antioxidant drugs, have been gradually developed and widely applied.

[0003] Research has shown that for various reasons, such as illness, food, environment, or lifestyle, the human body produces unstable oxygen (O+), also known as free radicals (harmful free radicals). A free radical is a single atom, molecule, or ion with an unpaired valence electron. Free radicals attack human cell membranes, cells, and tissues, gaining electrons from other atoms and causing a peroxidation chain reaction in the body. Peroxidation causes degenerative syndromes in the human body, such as weakened blood vessels, aging of brain cells, degeneration of the immune system, cataracts, osteoarthritis, skin atrophy, and general aging. Many studies have suggested that the small molecules of rich hydrogen water can easily enter and be absorbed into cells, and participate in human metabolism to accelerate cellular detoxification. Drinking rich hydrogen water can reduce the amount of free radicals in the human body, change a person's acidic constitution to an alkaline constitution, and eliminate chronic diseases and achieve beauty and health.

[0004] In recent technology, hydrogen-containing gas and hydrogen liquid are generated by hydrogen gas generators and hydrogen liquid generators, respectively, and users need to purchase at least two kinds of devices to obtain hydrogen-containing gas and hydrogen liquid. Furthermore, existing hydrogen liquid generators can only generate hydrogen-containing water, not other kinds of liquids containing hydrogen. Existing hydrogen liquid generators generate hydrogen ions by electrolyzing electrolytic water, accumulate the hydrogen ions to form hydrogen gas, and input the hydrogen gas into the electrolytic water to generate the hydrogen-containing water. This is troublesome for users who do not want to drink hydrogen-containing water continuously, and they even lose interest in using it.

[0005] In addition, current technology requires each unit of the generator to be connected by pipelines, which results in a cumbersome assembly process of the generator, complex wiring, bulky volume of the generator, and problems of pipeline falling, gas leakage, and water leakage. The top cover 30 is configured to selectively allow hydrogen-containing gas to flow out of the humidification passage outlet 331 or block water and water vapor from flowing out of the humidification passage outlet 331. In particular, when hydrogen-containing gas has not yet entered the integrated passage device 3, the top cover 30 abuts on the bottom cover 31 to block water and water vapor from flowing out of the humidification passage outlet 331 from the humidification passage 33. The first cap 302 blocks water and water vapor by a water sealing effect generated by water with capillary action in the gap between the first cap 302 and the humidification passage outlet 331, or by pressing the top cover 30 against the humidification passage outlet 331 by gravity. When hydrogen-containing gas enters the integrated passage device 3, the top cover 30 is pushed up by the hydrogen-containing gas. At this time, a gap between the first cap 302 and the humidification passage inlet 330 is formed by pushing the upper cover 30 upward, so that the hydrogen-containing gas in the humidification passage 33 can flow out from the humidification passage outlet 331. In addition to the first cap 302, the upper cover 30 further has a second cap 303. The second cap 303 is fixed to a position of the upper cover 30 above the filtering inlet 344, and movably covers the filtering inlet 344, selectively allowing the hydrogen-containing gas to flow into the filtering inlet 344 or blocking the water and water vapor from flowing into the filtering inlet 344 as the operation of the first cap 302.When the water in the integrated hydrogen gas generator E with the hydrogen water module is shaken or tilted by the first cap 302 and the second cap 303, it is prevented from flowing out from the humidification passage outlet 331 and the filtering inlet 344 and into the hydrogen water module 5 and the filter 6, thereby reducing the possibility of contamination in the hydrogen water module 5 or damage to other mechanical components in the integrated hydrogen gas generator E due to the ingress of water.

[0034] Please refer to FIG. 10. The humidification passage 33 is designed with an inclination, and the part of the humidification passage 33 near the humidification passage outlet 331 is higher, and the part of the humidification passage 33 away from the humidification passage outlet 331 is lower. The inclined design is configured to prevent the water and water vapor in the humidification passage 33 from returning to the humidification passage inlet 330 and further into the humidification module 4, and the water and water vapor from entering the humidification passage outlet 331, and only allow the hydrogen-containing gas in the humidification passage 33 to enter the humidification passage outlet 331. In addition, the output passage 34 has the same inclined design. The part of the output passage 34 near the filtration inlet 344 is higher than the part of the output passage 34 away from the filtration inlet 344, thereby preventing the water and moisture from entering the filtration inlet 344.

[0035] The operation of the integrated hydrogen gas generator E with hydrogen water module with respect to the water path and the gas path according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below. Please refer to FIG. 11. FIG. 11 is a functional block diagram showing an integrated hydrogen gas generator E with hydrogen water module according to another embodiment of the present invention. In the water path, water is input from the external environment to the humidification module 4 through the input passage 346, and then a vacuum pump is utilized to draw gas from the water tank 1 and the communication chamber 42 to form a negative pressure. The condensation passage 32 and the humidification module 4 are connected to the communication chamber 42, so that the pressure difference makes the water of the humidification module 4 flow into the communication chamber 42 in the water tank 1 through the condensation passage 32. In practice, the humidification module 4 has a bubble stick 7 disposed therein, which connects the humidification module 4 with the condensation passage 32. Therefore, when the vacuum pump draws out the gas, the water in the humidification module 4 flows from the condensation passage outlet 321 through the bubble stick 7 into the integrated passage device 3, and then flows into the water tank 1 through the condensation chamber 42 and the condensation passage inlet 320. In another embodiment, the integrated hydrogen gas generator E further includes a water pump disposed in the humidification chamber 44 of the humidification module 4, whereby the water pump directly presses the water contained in the humidification chamber 44 to enter the water tank 1 through the bubble stick 7, the condensation passage outlet 32, the integrated passage device 3, the condensation passage inlet 320, and the communication chamber 42. This water will be electrolyzed by the electrolysis module 2 to generate hydrogen-containing gas. In other words, the water in the humidification module 4 can be used not only to humidify the hydrogen-containing gas, but also as the water to be electrolyzed.

[0036] Please refer to Figs. 12-15. Fig. 12 is a functional block diagram showing a gas path of an integrated hydrogen gas generator E with a hydrogen water module according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 13 is a top view showing a water tank, a first upper cover, a lower cover, a sprayer, and a hydrogen water module of an integrated hydrogen gas generator E with a hydrogen water module according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 14 is a cross-sectional view of the integrated hydrogen gas generator E along the B-B' cross-sectional line of Fig. 13. Fig. 15 is a cross-sectional view of the integrated hydrogen gas generator E along the C-C' cross-sectional line of Fig. 13. The gas path includes condensation, humidification, and filtering and spraying stages. As shown in Figs. 12-15, the arrows indicate the flow direction of the hydrogen-containing gas. The electrolysis module 2 is disposed in the water tank 1 and electrolyzes electrolytic water to form a hydrogen-containing gas in the water tank 1. The hydrogen-containing gas flows through the communication chamber 42 and enters the condensation passage 32 through the condensation passage inlet 320 of the integrated passage device 3 to be condensed (as shown in FIG. 14). The condensed hydrogen-containing gas flows through the bubble stick 7 and enters the humidification chamber 44 in the humidification module 4 through the condensation passage outlet 321 to be humidified. The humidified hydrogen-containing gas flows through the humidification passage inlet 330 and enters the humidification passage 33 of the integrated passage device 3, and then enters the hydrogen-water module 5 through the humidification passage outlet 331 to be mixed with the liquid in the hydrogen-water module 5 to form a hydrogen-containing liquid. Then, as shown in FIG. 12, the excess hydrogen-containing gas in the hydrogen-water module 5 enters the first passage section 342 of the output passage 34 through the output passage inlet 340, and then enters the filter 6 through the filter inlet 344 via the input column 40 to be filtered. The filtered hydrogen-containing gas flows from the filtered outlet 345, through the input column 41, into the second passage of the output passage 34, and then through the output passage outlet 341 into the atomizer 8 where it is mixed with the atomized gas and then output to the outside environment.

[0037] For a detailed description of the communication chamber 42, please refer to Figures 11, 12, and 14. The integrated hydrogen gas generator E with hydrogen water module further includes a water blocking device 90 and a gas baffle plate assembly 91, both of which can be disposed in the communication chamber 42. As shown in Figure 14, the water blocking device 90 is disposed on the water tank 1 to block the electrolyzed water in the water tank 1 from flowing out when the water tank 1 is tilted at a certain tilt angle. In practice, the water blocking device 90 includes a bottom 900 (shown in dotted lines) and a waterproof component 901. The bottom 900 has an air inlet 9000 and an elastic plug 9001. The air inlet 9000 is configured to receive hydrogen-containing gas. The waterproof component 901 has a plug hole 9010, and an elastic plug 9001 is provided in the plug hole 9010 in a recoverable manner, and the air inlet 9000 is kept open by leaning against the waterproof component 901. When the water tank 1 or the integrated hydrogen gas generator E with the hydrogen water module is tilted at a certain tilt angle, the elastic plug 9001 is compressed and then slides into the plug hole 9010 to connect the waterproof member 901 with the bottom 900, thereby closing the air inlet 9000 and blocking the flow of electrolyzed water from the water tank 1.

[0038] The air baffle plate assembly 91 is disposed on the water blocking device 90. The air baffle plate assembly 91 is configured to reduce or prevent the water vapor and electrolyte of the hydrogen-containing gas from flowing into the condensation passage 32. The air baffle plate assembly 91 includes a plurality of boards arranged in a zigzag pattern. Furthermore, the water vapor and electrolyte in the hydrogen-containing gas will be condensed at the air baffle plate assembly 91 due to the obstruction of the air baffle plate assembly 91 when the hydrogen-containing gas flows through the communication chamber 42. The water vapor and electrolyte condensed at the air baffle plate assembly 91 are returned to the water tank 1 by the water from the integrated passage device 3 driven by the pump, thereby maintaining the concentration of the electrolyte in the electrolyzed water and further maintaining the efficient electrolysis.

[0039] Please refer to Figures 12 and 15. The filter 6 includes a filter core 60, a filter inlet column 61, and a filter outlet column 62. The filter core 60 is configured to filter impurities in the hydrogen-containing gas, and the filter inlet column 61 and the filter outlet column 62 are respectively connected to two sides of the filter core 60. The filter inlet column 61 can be connected to the filter inlet 344 through the input column 40 of the humidification module 4. The filter outlet column 62 can be connected to the filter inlet 345 through the output column 41 of the humidification module 4. The hydrogen-containing gas flows into the filter inlet column 61 through the filter inlet 344, and then enters the filter core 60 through the filter inlet column 61 and is filtered. The filtered hydrogen-containing gas flows from the filter core 60 into the filter outlet column 62, which then outputs the hydrogen-containing gas through the filter outlet 345. 15, the configuration of the filter 6 of the present invention is such that the filter inlet column 61 and the filter outlet column 62 are located on the same side of the filter 6. The filter core 60 of the integrated hydrogen gas generator E can be easily replaced from the bottom in this configuration, simplifying the complicated process of replacing the filter core.

[0040] The nebulizer 8 has an atomization inlet 80 and an atomization outlet 81. The atomization inlet 80 is connected to the output passage outlet 341 and the output passage 34, and receives the hydrogen-containing gas. The atomization outlet 81 is connected to the external environment. The nebulizer 8 further includes a mixing chamber 82 and a vibrator 83. The mixing chamber 82 is configured to nebulize the precursor therein and mix the nebulized gas with the hydrogen-containing gas to form a health care gas. The vibrator 83 is disposed below the mixing chamber 82, and vibrates and nebulizes the precursor into the required nebulized gas. The nebulized gas includes at least one of water vapor, nebulizer, and volatile aromatic oil.

[0041] The following is a detailed description of the bubble stick 7. Please refer to FIG. 11, FIG. 12 and FIG. 16. FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view of the bubble stick 7 of the integrated hydrogen gas generator with hydrogen water module according to an embodiment of the present invention. The bubble stick 7 is connected to the humidification module 4 and the condensation passage 32 of the integrated passage device 3, and can purify the hydrogen-containing gas flowing from the condensation passage 32, so that the hydrogen-containing gas can be evenly distributed in the humidification passage 4. As shown in FIG. 16, the bubble stick 7 includes a cylinder 70 and a rod 71. The cylinder 70 is a hollow structure, and the rod 71 has at least one support 710 and a porous coating layer 711 covering the support 710. In practice, the rod 71 of the bubble stick 7 is immersed in the water of the humidification module 4. The hydrogen-containing gas enters the bubble stick 7 from the rod 71, flows to the humidification module 4, and can be humidified by the water in the humidification module 4. In addition, the water in the humidification module 4 can enter the rod 71 through the porous coating layer 711 and flow from the rod 71 into the rod cylinder 70 , so that the water in the humidification module 4 can flow out of the humidification module 4 .

[0042] The hydrogen water module 5 will be described in detail below. Please refer to FIG. 12, FIG. 13, FIG. 14, FIG. 17, and FIG. 18. FIG. 17 is a perspective view showing the hydrogen water module 5 of the integrated hydrogen gas generator E according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 18 is a cross-sectional view showing the hydrogen water module of FIG. 17. As shown in FIG. 17 and FIG. 18, the hydrogen water module 5 further includes a water input / output structure 52, a gripping portion 53, an elastic buckle 54, and a gas input rod 55. The water input / output structure 52 is configured to selectively provide a water input / output passage for inputting water into the hydrogen water module 5 or outputting hydrogen liquid. The gripping portion 53 is disposed on one side of the hydrogen water module 5 away from the humidification module 4, and an interlocking button 530 is configured on the gripping portion 53. The elastic buckle 54 is interlocked with the interlocking button 530 to selectively connect the hydrogen water module 5 to the integrated passage device 3.

[0043] In practice, the integrated hydrogen gas generator E with the hydrogen water module further includes a switching valve 92 disposed between the humidification passage 33 and the output passage 34. When the interlocking button 530 drives the elastic buckle 54, the elastic buckle 54 cuts off the connection of the hydrogen water module 5 with the humidification passage 33 and the output passage 34, and the humidification passage 33 is connected to the output passage 34 by the switching valve 92. The hydrogen water module 5 can be separated from the humidification passage 33 and the output passage 34 by the elastic buckle 54 or the water input / output structure 52. When the hydrogen water module 5 is connected to the integrated passage device 3, the elastic buckle 54 or the water input / output structure 52 leans against the switching valve 92, so that the switching valve 92 cuts off the path between the humidification passage 33 and the output passage 34. The hydrogen-containing gas in the humidification passage 33 must flow into the hydrogen water module 5 through the input structure 55 of the hydrogen water module 5, and then through the output structure 51 of the hydrogen water module 5 into the output passage 34. When the hydrogen water module 5 is removed, the retractable buckle 54 and the water input / output structure 52 of the hydrogen water module 5 do not rest against the switching valve 92, so that the switching valve 92 directly connects the humidification passage 33 to the output passage 34 without passing through the hydrogen water module 5.

[0044] The gas input rod 55 includes a hollow pillar 550 and a porous rod 551. The hollow pillar 550 is connected to the input structure 50 of the hydrogen water module 5. The hydrogen-containing gas is inputted into the gas input rod 55 from the humidification passage outlet 331, and then the hydrogen-containing gas flows through the hollow pillar 550 into the porous rod 551 disposed at the bottom of the hydrogen water module 5. The hydrogen-containing gas flows into the hydrogen water module 5 from the porous rod 551 and is effectively mixed with the liquid in the hydrogen water module 5 to form hydrogen liquid. Furthermore, the porous rod 551 can have the same structure as the rod 71 of the bubble stick 7. The remaining hydrogen-containing gas after mixing with the liquid will be outputted from the output structure 51 and the output passage inlet 340 to the output passage 34. In another embodiment, the hydrogen water module 5 may contain a non-aqueous liquid, so that the hydrogen-containing gas may have a unique aroma after flowing through the hydrogen water module 5. To solve this problem of the particular aroma, the hydrogen-containing gas output from the hydrogen water module 5 can be filtered of impurities and aroma by a filter 6 and then output to the outside environment.

[0045] The sequence of condensation, humidification, mixing, filtering, and atomization processes for hydrogen-containing gas is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, and can be adjusted without affecting the function of the integrated hydrogen gas generator E with hydrogen water module. Please refer to FIG. 19. FIG. 19 is a functional block diagram showing an integrated hydrogen gas generator E with hydrogen water module according to another embodiment of the present invention. The technical features in the embodiment of FIG. 19 are the same as those described above, except for the aroma. Therefore, the technical features can be deduced by analogy with the above-mentioned technical features, and will not be repeated here. As shown in FIG. 19, the humidification passage outlet 331 is connected to the filtering inlet 344, which inputs the humidified hydrogen-containing gas into the filter 6 for filtering. The filtered hydrogen-containing gas then flows into the hydrogen water module 5 through the first passage section 342 of the output passage 34. In this way, the hydrogen-containing gas flowing into the hydrogen water module 5 does not contain impurities, thus ensuring that the hydrogen liquid does not contain impurities.

[0046] Compared with the prior art, the integrated hydrogen gas generator E with hydrogen water module of the present invention stacks devices with condensation, humidification and electrolysis functions vertically, and uses an integrated humidification module 4 and an integrated passage device 3 to connect the above devices. The integrated hydrogen gas generator E with hydrogen water module of the present invention can operate without additional pipes to connect the devices by engaging the humidification module 4 with the integrated passage device 3, thereby avoiding the troublesome assembly process of the generator, the complicated wiring, the problem of the bulky volume of the generator, as well as the problems of dropping, gas leakage and water leakage caused by the pipes.

[0047] In addition to hydrogen-containing gas, the integrated hydrogen gas generator E further has a hydrogen water module 5 to generate hydrogen-containing liquid, thereby realizing two different functions in one machine. Moreover, the liquid in the hydrogen water module 5 can be any liquid in addition to water, forming hydrogen-containing liquid and increasing the motivation of the user to drink the hydrogen liquid.
