[0003] [Patent Document 1] International Publication No. 2013 / 042478 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] In the conventional structure, the three-phase rectangular wires were extended in the circumferential direction and connected together at one point, which resulted in a cantilever structure at the connection tip, which resulted in a large load being placed on the connection due to vibration.

[0005] In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a motor having a neutral point portion that has excellent strength against vibration. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] One embodiment of a motor of the present invention includes a rotor rotatable about a central axis and a stator disposed radially outward of the rotor. The stator includes a winding section having a plurality of conductor connections in which a plurality of conductors are connected in series, and a stator core having a plurality of slots through which the conductor connections pass. The winding section includes a neutral point section located on one axial side of the stator core and to which end portions of three of the conductor connections are electrically connected. The neutral point section includes two connection portions to which two different combinations of the end portions of the three conductor connections are connected. Effect of the Invention

[0009] The Z-axis direction shown in each figure is the up-down direction with the positive side being the "upper side" and the negative side being the "lower side". The central axis J shown in each figure is a virtual line that is parallel to the Z-axis direction and extends in the up-down direction. In the following description, the axial direction of the central axis J, i.e., the direction parallel to the up-down direction, may be simply referred to as the "axial direction", the upper side may be referred to as the "one axial side", and the lower side may be referred to as the "other axial side". Also, the radial direction centered on the central axis J may be simply referred to as the "radial direction". Furthermore, the circumferential direction centered on the central axis J may simply be referred to as the "circumferential direction," the counterclockwise direction viewed from above may be referred to as "one circumferential side," and the clockwise direction viewed from above may be referred to as the "other circumferential side."

[0010] Note that the terms "up-down direction," "upper side," and "lower side" are merely names for describing the positional relationship of each part, and the actual positional relationship may be a positional relationship other than the positional relationship indicated by these names. Furthermore, even if the directions described as one axial side and the other axial side are interchanged, the effects of the embodiment can be reproduced. Similarly, even if the directions described as one circumferential side θ1 and the other circumferential side θ2 are interchanged, the effects of the embodiment can be reproduced.

[0011] <Motor> Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a motor 1 according to the present embodiment, and Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the motor 1. As shown in Fig. 1, the motor 1 of this embodiment is an inner rotor type motor. The motor 1 of this embodiment is a three-phase AC motor. The center of the motor 1 is a central axis J.

[0012] The motor 1 includes a rotor 3 and a stator 2. The motor 1 may also include a busbar unit (not shown). In this case, the busbar unit is disposed above the stator 2 and connected to the stator 2.

[0013] <Rotor> 2, the rotor 3 is disposed radially inside the annular stator 2. That is, the rotor 3 faces the stator 2 in the radial direction. The rotor 3 has a shaft 3a, a rotor magnet 3b, and a rotor core 3c. The rotor 3 is rotatable about a central axis J.

[0014] The shaft 3a extends in the axial direction along the central axis J. The shaft 3a is, for example, cylindrical and extends in the axial direction centered on the central axis J. The shaft 3a is supported by a bearing (not shown) so as to be rotatable about the central axis J.

[0015] The rotor core 3c is cylindrical and extends in the axial direction. The rotor core 3c is formed by laminating electromagnetic steel sheets. The inner peripheral surface of the rotor core 3c is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 3a. The rotor core 3c is provided with a retaining hole 3h into which the rotor magnet 3b is inserted and fixed.

[0016] The rotor magnet 3b faces the stator 2 in the radial direction. The rotor magnet 3b is held in an embedded state in the rotor core 3c. The rotor magnet 3b in this embodiment has eight poles. The number of poles of the rotor 3 is not limited to this embodiment. The rotor magnet 3b may be a magnet of another form, such as a circular ring magnet.

[0017] <Stator> The stator 2 faces the rotor 3 in the radial direction with a gap therebetween. In this embodiment, the stator 2 is disposed radially outside the rotor 3. The stator 2 includes a stator core 20, a winding portion 30, and a plurality of insulating papers 6.

[0018] The stator core 20 is annular about a central axis J. The stator core 20 is made of a plurality of electromagnetic steel plates laminated along the axial direction. The stator core 20 has a cylindrical core back portion 21 centered on the central axis J, and a plurality of teeth portions 22 extending radially inward from the core back portion 21.

[0019] The multiple teeth portions 22 are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. An umbrella portion 22a is provided at the radially inner tip of each tooth portion 22. The umbrella portion 22a protrudes on both circumferential sides of the teeth portion 22. In other words, the circumferential dimension of the umbrella portion 22a is greater than the circumferential dimension of the teeth portion 22. The surface of the umbrella portion 22a facing radially inward faces the outer circumferential surface of the rotor 3 with a radial gap therebetween.

[0020] A winding portion 30 is attached to the teeth portion 22. A slot S is provided between the teeth portions 22 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. That is, the stator core 20 is provided with a plurality of slots S aligned in the circumferential direction.

[0021] Conductor 50 of winding portion 30 is housed in slot S. Furthermore, insulating paper 6 is disposed in each slot S. Insulating paper 6 ensures insulation between winding portion 30 and stator core 20 in slot S.

[0022] A plurality of layers arranged in the radial direction are provided in one slot S. In one slot, one conductor 50 is disposed in each layer. In the slot S, the plurality of conductors 50 are arranged in a row along the radial direction.

[0023] The slot S has an opening 29h that opens radially inward. The opening 29h is located between the umbrella portions 22a that are located at the tips of the adjacent teeth portions 22. The width dimension of the opening 29h in the circumferential direction is smaller than the dimension of the conductor 50 in the circumferential direction. Therefore, the conductor 50 has difficulty passing through the opening 29h, and detachment of the conductor 50 from the stator core 20 is suppressed.

[0024] In this embodiment, the stator core 20 has 48 teeth 22. That is, the stator 2 in this embodiment has 48 slots. The number of slots in the stator 2 is appropriately set depending on the number of poles of the rotor magnet 3b and the winding method of the winding portion 30.

[0025] FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a circuit formed by the winding section 30 of this embodiment. The winding section 30 of this embodiment has a plurality of (12 in this embodiment) conductor connections 60 to form a segment coil. The 12 conductor connections 60 include four U-phase conductor connections (first phase conductor connections) 60U and four V-phase conductor connections (second phase conductor connections). 2 Phase conductor connections (4 W-phase conductor connections) 60V, and 4 W-phase conductor connections (3rd phase conductor connections) 60W.

[0026] Of the four conductor connections 60 of the same phase, two conductor connections 60 pass through adjacent slots S and are attached to the stator core 20. In this specification, the two conductor connections 60 passing through adjacent slots S are referred to as a connection pair 69. In the following description, when the two conductor connections 60 constituting the connection pair 69 are to be distinguished from each other, one is referred to as a first conductor connection 60A and the other is referred to as a second conductor connection 60B.

[0027] The conductor connection body 60 has a first end portion 63 and a second end portion (end portion) 64. The first end portion 63 and the second end portion 64 are provided at one end and the other end of the conductor connection body 60, respectively. The conductor connection body 60 is attached to the stator core 20 between the first end portion 63 and the second end portion 64 to form a coil for each phase. The conductor connection body 60 is connected to the busbar unit 5 at the first end portion 63 and the second end portion 64.

[0028] The second end portions 64 of the U-phase conductor connection body 60U, the V-phase conductor connection body 60V, and the W-phase conductor connection body 60W are connected to each other to form the neutral point portion 10. In other words, the winding portion 30 has the neutral point portion 10 to which the second end portions 64 of the three conductor connections 60 are electrically connected.

[0029] The neutral point section 10 is a neutral point of a Y-connected three-phase circuit. By providing the neutral point section 10, the terminal portions of the U-phase conductor connection body 60U, the V-phase conductor connection body 60V, and the W-phase conductor connection body 60W are Y-connected. In this embodiment, four Y connections corresponding to the four conductor connections 60 of each phase are configured, and the respective Y connections are connected in parallel. That is, the multiple conductor connections 60 are 4Y-connected.

[0030] The first end portions 63 of the four U-phase conductor connected bodies 60U are connected to one U-phase bus bar 70. The first end portions 63 of the four V-phase conductor connected bodies 60V are connected to one V-phase bus bar 80. The first end portions 63 of the four W-phase conductor connected bodies 60W are connected to one W-phase bus bar 90. AC currents with a phase shift of 120° are passed through the U-phase bus bar 70, the V-phase bus bar 80, and the W-phase bus bar 90, respectively.

[0031] According to the present embodiment, the four conductor connections 60 of the same phase are connected to one phase bus bar 70, 80, 90. That is, the winding section 30 of the present embodiment includes four conductor connections 60 for each of the three phases, and the conductor connections 60 of each phase are connected in parallel to each other by the phase bus bars 70, 80, 90.

[0032] In this embodiment, the winding section 30 has four conductor connections 60 of the same phase. However, if the winding section 30 has at least two conductor connections 60 that form a connection pair 69 passing through circumferentially adjacent slots S, a winding configuration similar to that of this embodiment can be achieved. Therefore, the multiple conductor connections 60 only need to be Y-connected in a 2×M arrangement, where M is a natural number (in this embodiment, M=2).

[0033] FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram showing the winding configuration of two conductor connecting bodies 60 forming a connecting body pair 69. As shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the conductor connector 60 is configured by connecting a plurality of conductors 50 in series. Each conductor 50 is configured by bending a rectangular wire. Therefore, the space factor of the conductor 50 in the slot S can be improved compared to the case where a round wire is used. In this specification, the term "rectangular wire" refers to a wire having a rectangular or substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape. In this specification, the term "substantially rectangular shape" includes a rectangular shape with rounded corners. Although not shown in the drawings, in this embodiment, the conductor 50 has an enamel coating on the surface.

[0034] The multiple conductors 50 constituting the conductor connection body 60 are classified into a terminal conductor 51, a hairpin conductor 52, a first turn-back conductor 54, and a second turn-back conductor 55.

[0035] Each type of conductor 50 has at least a straight portion 50a extending linearly along the axial direction (Z direction) and a connecting portion 50j located at the end on the lower side (the other axial side). The straight portion 50a passes through the slot S. That is, the conductor connecting body 60 is housed in the slot S at the straight portion 50a. The conductor connecting body 60 extends above and below the stator core 20 in areas other than the straight portion 50a. The portions extending from the upper and lower sides of the stator core 20 form the coil ends 30e of the stator core 20 (see FIG. 1).

[0036] The connecting portion 50j is connected to the connecting portion 50j of another conductor 50. The connecting portions 50j of a pair of conductors 50 are joined to each other by a joining means such as welding. The connecting portion 50j is bent in the circumferential direction after the conductor 50 is attached to the stator core 20, and welded to the connecting portion 50j of the other conductor 50. In the conductor 50 before being attached to the stator core 20, the connecting portion 50j is linear and continues to the linear portion 50a. The conductor 50 is attached to the stator core 20 by inserting the connecting portion 50j and the linear portion 50a into the slots S from the upper side (one axial side) of the stator core 20. The connecting portion 50j of the conductor 50 is bent in the circumferential direction and welded to the other connecting portion 50j, thereby preventing the conductor 50 from being separated from the stator core 20 in the axial direction.

[0037] The stator 2 of the present embodiment can be assembled by inserting the multiple conductors 50 from above into the slots S of the stator core 20 and joining them at the below. This does not require a complicated assembly process, and the assembly process can be simplified.

[0038] Next, the various types of conductors 50 will be described. The end conductor 51 has one each of end portions 63, 64, a straight portion 50a, and a connecting portion 50j. In the end conductor 51, the end portions 63, 64 extend from the upper end of the straight portion 50a toward the upper side, inclining toward one circumferential side θ1, and the connecting portion 50j extends from the lower end of the straight portion 50a toward the lower side, inclining toward the other circumferential side θ2. In other words, in the end conductor 51, the end portions 63, 64 and the connecting portion 50j extend in the opposite circumferential direction to the straight portion 50a.

[0039] The two end portions 63, 64 are provided at both ends of the conductor connecting body 60, respectively. One of the two end portions 63, 64 is a first end portion 63, and the other is a second end portion 64. As shown in FIG. 3, the first end portion 63 is connected to the phase bus bars 70, 80, 90. The second end portion 64 is connected to the second end portion 64 of the other phase to form the neutral point portion 10. The structure of the second end portion 64 will be described in detail later using FIG. 5 etc.

[0040] As shown in FIG. 4, the hairpin conductor 52 has two straight portions 50a, two connecting portions 50j, and one bridging portion 50d. The bridging portion 50d is disposed at the upper end of the hairpin conductor 52. The bridging portion 50d connects the two straight portions 50a to each other. That is, in the hairpin conductor 52, the two straight portions 50a are connected to each other via the bridging portion 50d. In the hairpin conductor 52, the two connecting portions 50j are connected to the lower ends of the different straight portions 50a. The multiple bridging portions 50d protrude from an end face on the upper side (one axial side) of the stator core 20. That is, the multiple conductors 50 include those having bridging portions 50d that connect between the slots S on the upper side of the stator core 20.

[0041] In the hairpin conductor 52, the two straight portions 50a are arranged at a number s of slots per pole. Here, the number s of slots per pole refers to the number of slots S of the stator 2 arranged between one magnetic pole of the rotor 3 in a combination of the rotor 3 and the stator 2. The number s of slots per pole is calculated by (total number of slots of the stator 2) / (number of magnetic poles of the rotor 3). In this embodiment, the rotor 3 has 8 magnetic poles and the stator 2 has 48 slots, so the number s of slots per pole is 6. In the hairpin conductor 52, the two straight portions 50a are spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction by an amount of 6 slots.

[0042] In the hairpin conductor 52, the two connecting portions 50j are bent in opposite directions in the circumferential direction. One of the two connecting portions 50j located on one circumferential side θ1 extends from the lower end of the straight portion 50a to the other circumferential side θ2, and the other located on the other circumferential side θ2 extends from the lower end of the straight portion 50a to the one circumferential side θ1.

[0043] The first folding conductor 54 has two straight portions 50a, two connecting portions 50j, and one first folding portion (folded portion) 50f. Similarly, the second folding conductor 55 has two straight portions 50a, two connecting portions 50j, and one second folding portion (folded portion) 50g. The first folding portion 50f and the second folding portion 50g are disposed at the upper end of the first folding conductor 54 or the second folding conductor 55, respectively.

[0044] The first folded portion 50f and the second folded portion 50g connect the two straight portions 50a to each other. That is, in the first folded conductor 54 and the second folded conductor 55, the two straight portions 50a are connected to each other via the first folded portion 50f or the second folded portion 50g, respectively.

[0045] In the first folding back conductor 54 and the second folding back conductor 55, the two connecting portions 50j are folded toward one circumferential side θ1. That is, in the first folding back conductor 54 and the second folding back conductor 55, the two connecting portions 50j each extend from a lower end of the straight portion 50a toward one circumferential side θ1.

[0046] The distance between the two straight portions 50a in the first turn-back conductor 54 and the second turn-back conductor 55 is different from each other. In the first turn-back conductor 54, the two straight portions 50a are arranged in the circumferential direction at a number of slots s+1 per pole (7 slots in this embodiment). On the other hand, in the second turn-back conductor 55, the two straight portions 50a are arranged in the circumferential direction at a number of slots s-1 per pole (5 slots in this embodiment). Therefore, the first turn-back portion 50f has a larger circumferential span by two slots compared to the second turn-back portion 50g. The first conductor connection body 60A is provided with one first turn-back conductor 54. On the other hand, the second conductor connection body 60B is provided with one second turn-back conductor 55.

[0047] Next, the winding configuration of the first conductor connection body 60A and the second conductor connection body 60B will be described. In the first conductor connection body 60A, the two end conductors 51 are disposed at both ends of the first conductor connection body 60A, respectively, and the first turn-back conductor 54 is disposed approximately in the middle. The first conductor connection body 60A is wave-wound every six slots toward the other circumferential side θ2 from the first end portion 63 to the first turn-back portion 50f. The first conductor connection body 60A is wave-wound every six slots toward one circumferential side θ1 from the first turn-back portion 50f to the second end portion 64.

[0048] Here, in the first conductor connection body 60A, a region that is wave-wound to the other circumferential side θ2 between the first end portion 63 and the first folded-back portion 50f is referred to as the first portion 61. Also, in the first conductor connection body 60A, a region that is wave-wound to one circumferential side θ1 between the first folded-back portion 50f and the second end portion 64 is referred to as the second portion 62. That is, the first conductor connection body 60A has the first end portion 63, the first portion 61 that is wave-wound from the first end portion 63 to the other circumferential side θ2, the first folded-back portion 50f connected to the end of the first portion 61 on the other circumferential side θ2, the second portion 62 that is wave-wound from the first folded-back portion 50f to the one circumferential side θ1, and the second end portion 64 connected to the end of the second portion 62 on the one circumferential side θ1.

[0049] In the second conductor connected body 60B, the two end conductors 51 are respectively arranged at the ends of both ends of the second conductor connected body 60B, and the second turn-back conductor 55 is arranged approximately in the middle. The second conductor connected body 60B is wave-wound every six slots toward the other circumferential side θ2 from the first end portion 63 to the second turn-back portion 50g (first portion 61). The second conductor connected body 60B is wave-wound every six slots toward one circumferential side θ1 from the second turn-back portion 50g to the second end portion 64, which is the second end portion 64 (second portion 62). That is, the second conductor connection body 60B has a first end portion 63, a first portion 61 that is wave-wound from the first end portion 63 toward the other circumferential side θ2, a second folded portion 50g connected to the end of the first portion 61 on the other circumferential side θ2, a second portion 62 that is wave-wound from the second folded portion 50g toward one circumferential side θ1, and a second end portion 64 connected to the end of the second portion 62 on the one circumferential side θ1.

[0050] The conductor connection body 60 of the present embodiment is wave-wound with the number of slots per pole s in the first portion 61 and the second portion 62. That is, the conductor connection body 60 is attached to the stator core 20 in full-pitch winding. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the multiple conductors 50 arranged in the same slot S are all part of the conductor connection body 60 of the same phase. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is not necessary to insulate the conductor connection bodies 60 of different phases within one slot S, making it easy to ensure insulation.

[0051] 1, in this embodiment, the winding portion 30 has a first end portion 63, a second end portion 64, a transition portion 50d, and turn-back portions 50f and 50g. The first end portion 63, the second end portion 64, the transition portion 50d, and the turn-back portions 50f and 50g form a coil end 30e on the upper side of the stator core 20. On the other hand, the connecting portion 50j forms a coil end 30f on the lower side of the stator core 20.

[0052] The end portions 63, 64 are disposed on the innermost periphery of the coil end 30e. That is, the end portions 63, 64 are located radially inward of the multiple transition portions 50d. On the other hand, the turn-back portions 50f, 50g are disposed on the outermost periphery of the coil end 30e. That is, the turn-back portions 50f, 50g are disposed radially outward of the multiple transition portions 50d.

[0053] The first end portion 63 extends upward (to one axial side) from the stator core 20 and is connected to phase busbars 70, 80, 90 not shown in FIG. 1. On the other hand, the second end portion 64 constitutes the neutral point portion 10. The end portions 63, 64 extend upward from the stator core 20. Therefore, the neutral point portion 10 is located above the stator core 20.

[0054] FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the neutral point part 10 of the present embodiment. The neutral point section 10 is configured by connecting the second end portions 64 of the U-phase conductor connection body 60U, the V-phase conductor connection body 60V, and the W-phase conductor connection body 60W to each other. In this embodiment, the base ends of the U-phase second end portion 64U, the V-phase second end portion 64V, and the W-phase second end portion 64W that configure the neutral point section 10 are aligned in this order toward the other circumferential side θ2.

[0055] Each of the three second end portions 64 constituting the neutral point portion 10 has an inclined portion 64a and a bent portion 64b. The inclined portion 64a is connected to the upper end of the straight portion 50a. The inclined portion 64a of the second end portion 64 is inclined to one circumferential side θ1 as it moves upward from the upper end of the straight portion 50a. The bent portion 64b of the second end portion 64 is connected to the upper end of the inclined portion 64a. The bent portion 64b is bent in a hairpin shape from one circumferential side θ1 to the other circumferential side. The bent portion 64b is Inclined part 64a It extends radially outward from the boundary with

[0056] As shown in FIG. 1, the second end portion 64 of one conductor connection body 60 is adjacent to the first end portion 63 of the other conductor connection body 60 or the second end portion 64 of the other conductor connection body 60 in the circumferential direction. The first end portion 63 has an inclined portion 63a inclined to one circumferential side θ1 from the upper end of the straight portion 50a toward the upper side, similar to the second end portion 64. The inclination directions of all the inclined portions 63a, 64a of the first end portion 63 and the second end portion 64 are the same as each other. This suppresses interference between the first end portion 63 and the second end portion 64. In addition, a part of the multiple first end portions 63 and the second end portions 64 is adjacent to the crossover portion 50d of the other conductor connection body 60 in the circumferential direction. The crossover portion 50d is inclined to one circumferential side θ1 from the upper end of the straight portion 50a toward the upper side, similar to the inclined portions 63a, 64a. That is, the inclination direction of the inclined portions 63a, 64a coincides with the inclination direction of the transition portion 50d, which makes it possible to prevent the first end portion 63 and the second end portion 64 from interfering with the transition portion 50d.

[0057] Of the three second end portions 64 constituting the neutral point portion 10, the second end portion 64U for the U phase has a circumferential extending portion 59. Also, of the three second end portions 64, the second end portions 64V, 64W for the V phase and the W phase have terminal portions 58V, 58W. The circumferential extending portion 59 and the terminal portions 58V, 58W each extend from the bent portion 64b to the other circumferential side θ2.

[0058] The terminal portions 58V, 58W are arranged side by side in the circumferential direction. The circumferential extending portion 59 passes above the terminal portions 58V, 58W and comes into contact with the terminal portions 58V, 58W, respectively. The circumferential extending portion 59 is connected to the terminal portions 58V, 58W, respectively. The circumferential extending portion 59 and the terminal portion 58V form a first connection portion (connection portion) 11. The circumferential extending portion 59 and the terminal portion 58W form a second connection portion (connection portion) 12. That is, the second end portion 64V of the V-phase conductor connected body 60V is connected to the circumferential extending portion 59 to form the first connection portion 11, and the second end portion 64W of the W-phase conductor connected body 60W is connected to the circumferential extending portion 59 to form the second connection portion 12.

[0059] The two connection portions 11, 12 are connected by welding. When resistance welding is used as the welding method, the circumferential extending portion 59 and the terminal portions 58V, 58V are welded by sandwiching them from above and below with electrodes and passing a current through them. As will be described later, the enamel coating is removed from the second end portions 64 of the connection portions 11, 12 to be connected.

[0060] According to the present embodiment, the three conductor connecting bodies 60 configure a three-phase circuit by directly connecting the second end portions 64 to each other to provide the neutral point part 10. According to the present embodiment, the number of parts can be reduced compared to the case where the end portions of the conductor connecting bodies are connected to a bus bar to configure a neutral point.

[0061] According to this embodiment, the neutral point part 10 has two connection parts 11, 12 to which two of the second end parts 64 of the three conductor connectors 60 in different combinations are connected. Therefore, the neutral point part 10 has two connection parts 11, 12 arranged along the circumferential direction. Therefore, the neutral point part 10 is configured in a gate shape extending from the winding part 30. This increases the rigidity of the neutral point part 10. Even if vibration is applied to the neutral point part 10, the neutral point part 10 is unlikely to resonate, and the stress applied to the connection parts 11, 12 of the neutral point part 10 can be reduced. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the connection parts 11, 12 with the neutral point part 10 are unlikely to be damaged.

[0062] According to the present embodiment, the connection parts 11, 12 of the neutral point part 10 are connected to two second end parts 64. That is, according to the present embodiment, it is not necessary to join three or more second end parts 64 in the connection parts 11, 12. Therefore, when forming the connection parts 11, 12 by a welding means such as resistance welding, the welding can be performed stably.

[0063] As shown in Fig. 1, the winding section 30 of this embodiment has a plurality of (four in this embodiment) neutral point sections 10. The four neutral point sections 10 are divided into two groups, a first group G1 and a second group G2. Two neutral point sections 10 in each of the groups G1 and G2 are arranged side by side in the radial direction. That is, according to this embodiment, at least two neutral point sections 10 are arranged side by side in the radial direction.

[0064] According to this embodiment, by arranging the multiple neutral point parts 10 in the radial direction, the connection parts 11, 12 of each neutral point part 10 can be arranged side by side in the radial direction. This makes it possible to shorten the moving distance of the connection jig in the process of connecting the second end parts 64 of the connection parts 11, 12, and as a result, to shorten the tact time required for the connection process. Furthermore, compared to a case where multiple neutral point parts 10 are stacked in the axial direction, it is possible to prevent the neutral point parts 10 from protruding in the axial direction from the coil end 30e, and the motor 1 can be made smaller.

[0065] FIG. 6 is a perspective view of two neutral point parts 10 of the first group G1 (or the second group G2). Two U-phase conductor connections 60U each connected to two neutral point parts 10 arranged radially pass through slots S adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. Two V-phase conductor connections 60V each connected to two neutral point parts 10 arranged radially pass through slots S adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. Two W-phase conductor connections 60W each connected to two neutral point parts 10 arranged radially pass through slots S adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. In this way, the conductor connections 60 of the same phase each connected to two neutral point parts 10 arranged radially pass through slots S adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction to form a connection pair 69.

[0066] Here, of the two neutral point portions 10 arranged radially, the one located on the radially outer side is referred to as the first neutral point portion 10A, and the other located on the radially inner side is referred to as the second neutral point portion 10B. The length along the radial direction of the bent portion 64b of the first neutral point portion 10A is longer than the length along the radial direction of the bent portion 64b of the second neutral point portion 10B.

[0067] The second end portion 64 extends from the radially inner end of the coil end 30e to the upper side and radially outer side of the coil end 30e and is connected to the neutral point portion 10. Therefore, the second end portion 64 connected to the first neutral point portion 10A extends from the radially inner side to the radially outer side of the second neutral point portion 10B. The second end portion 64 of the conductor connecting body 60 connected to the first neutral point portion 10A passes below or above the second neutral point portion 10B at the bent portion 64b.

[0068] According to this embodiment, the second end portion 64 connected to the first neutral point portion 10A is arranged to overlap with the second neutral point portion 10B in the axial direction. Even if the neutral point portions 10 come into contact with each other, almost no current flows between them. Therefore, the second end portion 64 connected to the first neutral point portion 10A and the second neutral point portion 10B can be arranged close to each other in the axial direction, and the space in which the two neutral point portions 10 are arranged can be reduced in size in the axial direction.

[0069] In the present embodiment, the second end portion 64 extends from the radially inner end portion of the coil end 30e. However, the second end portion 64 may extend from the radially outer end portion of the coil end 30e. That is, the second end portion 64 may extend from the radially one end portion of the coil end 30e to the upper side of the coil end 30e and the other radial side and be connected at the neutral point portion 10. Furthermore, in this case, the second end portion 64 of the conductor connecting body 60 connected to the neutral point portion 10 located on the other radial side of two neutral point portions arranged in the radial direction may pass through one axial side or the other axial side of the neutral point portion located on the one radial side.

[0070] figure 6 1, the surface of the conductor 50 is covered with an insulating coating, enamel coating (first coating) 7. The surface of the conductor 50 is exposed from the enamel coating 7 at the connection portions 11, 12. Furthermore, the conductor 50 is covered with a coating portion (second coating) 8 from above the connection portions 11, 12. As a result, the portion of the surface exposed from the enamel coating 7 is covered with the insulating coating portion 8. According to this embodiment, the conductors 50 can be electrically connected to each other at the second end portion 64, and the reliability of insulation from other conductors 50 can be improved.

[0071] In this embodiment, the multiple neutral point parts 10 arranged in the radial direction are covered by one covering part 8. According to this embodiment, since the multiple neutral point parts 10 are arranged in the radial direction, they can be covered collectively to form the covering part 8, which simplifies the covering process. In this embodiment, the covering part 8 is formed by, for example, powder coating. The covering part 8 may also be an insulating tape.

[0072] (Modification) FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a neutral point portion 110 according to a modified example that can be used in the above-described embodiment. The second end portions 164 of the three conductor connections 160 (U-phase conductor connection 160U, V-phase conductor connection 160V, W-phase conductor connection 160W) are electrically connected to each other to form the neutral point portion 110.

[0073] A second end portion 164U of the U-phase conductor connection body 160U has a first circumferential extending portion 159U extending to the other circumferential side θ2. A second end portion 164V of the V-phase conductor connection body 160V has a second circumferential extending portion 159V extending to the other circumferential side θ2. A second end portion 164W of the W-phase conductor connection body 160W has a terminal portion 158.

[0074] The first circumferential extending portion 159U extends to an upper side of the second circumferential extending portion 159V and comes into contact with the second circumferential extending portion 159V. The first circumferential extending portion 159U is connected to the second circumferential extending portion 159V. The first circumferential extending portion 159U and the second circumferential extending portion 159V constitute a first connection portion (connection portion) 111.

[0075] The second circumferential extending portion 159V extends to an upper side of the terminal portion 158 and comes into contact with the terminal portion 158. The second circumferential extending portion 159V is connected to the terminal portion 158. The second circumferential extending portion 159V and the terminal portion 158 configure a second connection portion (connection portion) 112.

[0076] According to this modification, the neutral point part 110 has two connection parts 111, 112 to which two different combinations of the second end parts 164 of the three conductor connectors 160 are connected, thereby increasing the rigidity. As a result, even if vibration is applied to the neutral point part 110, the connection parts 111, 112 are unlikely to be damaged.

[0077] Although various embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the configurations and combinations thereof in each embodiment are merely examples, and additions, omissions, substitutions, and other modifications of the configurations are possible without departing from the spirit of the present invention. Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.
