[0008] Beverage containers according to embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0009] In order to facilitate understanding of the invention, the position, size, shape, range, etc. of each component shown in the following drawings may not represent the actual position, size, shape, range, etc. Therefore, the present invention is not necessarily limited to the position, size, shape, range, etc. disclosed in the drawings, etc. In the embodiments, elements expressed in the singular form include the plural form unless otherwise clearly indicated in the context. <Embodiment Mode> 1 and 2 are perspective views showing a beverage container according to an embodiment, and Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the beverage container according to the embodiment.
[0010] The beverage container 100 of the embodiment has a container body 1 with an opening 11, a lid part 2, a handle 3, and a cap part 4. As shown in Fig. 3, a screwed part 12 is disposed near the opening 11. The container body 1 is, for example, cylindrical with a bottom and has a vacuum double-wall structure with a cold insulation function. Examples of the material of the container body 1 include stainless steel.
[0011] The lid portion 2 has a generally circular cylindrical main body 21. Examples of the material of the lid portion 2 include resin. The lid portion 2 has a first opening 22, a screw portion 23, and a cylindrical protrusion 24. The first opening 22 is provided at one end of the main body 21 and covers the opening 11 . The screw-engaging portion 23 is disposed on the inner side of the main body portion 21 and is screwed into the screwed portion 12 .
[0012] The protruding portion 24 is provided at the other end of the main body portion 21, and protrudes above the main body portion 21 in Fig. 3. A second opening 25 is provided in this protruding portion 24. The second opening 25 has a generally circular tubular shape with a smaller diameter than the main body portion 21, and forms a drinking spout for the user. The beverage in the container body 1 that flows out from the opening 11 flows out of the beverage container 100 through the main body portion 21, the protruding portion 24, and the second opening 25. A screwed portion 26 is provided on the inner side of the protruding portion 24.
[0013] The handle 3 can be held by a user or attached to a hook (not shown). Examples of materials that the handle 3 is made of include metal and resin. The handle 3 is attached to the lid 2 via a first shaft 31. The attachment position of the first shaft 31 to the lid 2 is not particularly limited, but in this embodiment, it is disposed at the upper end of the main body 21 in FIG. 3. In this embodiment, a part of the first shaft 31 is integrally molded with the lid 2. However, this is not limited thereto, and the first shaft 31 may be a separate member from the lid 2. The handle 3 is rotatable clockwise or counterclockwise in FIG. 3 about a first rotation axis X1 provided on the first shaft portion 31. As shown in FIG. 2, the base 32 of the handle 3 has a flat (planar) portion. The cap portion 4 has a second shaft portion 41 , a connecting portion 42 , and a cap 43 .
[0014] The second shaft portion 41 is disposed on the upper surface 27 of the lid portion 2, near the first shaft portion 31. One end portion 421 of the connecting portion 42 is attached to the second shaft portion 41. The other end portion 422 is attached to the cap 43. The connecting portion 42 is movable clockwise or counterclockwise in FIG. 3 around a second rotation axis X2 provided on the second shaft portion 41.
[0015] The other end 422 of the connecting portion 42 has an annular cylindrical portion 422a on which a part of the cap 43 is disposed. The upper end of the cylindrical portion 422a is provided with a hook portion 422a1 with which an end of a recessed portion, which will be described later, engages.
[0016] An opening 423 is formed in the center of the connecting portion 42. A slope 423a that comes into contact with the handle 3 when the cap 43 moves is formed on the other end 422 side of the opening 423. The slope 423a is an example of a contact portion.
[0017] The cap 43 has a screw portion 431 on the inside thereof that screws into the screwed portion 26. The cap 43 also has a cylindrical grip portion 432 that is gripped by the user and a cylindrical recess 433 located inside the cylindrical portion 422a. In this embodiment, the recess 433 and the grip portion 432 are integrally formed, and the outer diameter of the recess 433 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the grip portion 432. The recess 433 is movable in the vertical direction in FIG. 3 (the moving direction of the cap 43) within the cylindrical portion 422a by the width of the recess 433. The width of the recess 433 is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 8 mm. The outer diameter of the end portion 433a1 of the recess 433 is approximately equal to the outer diameter of the grip portion 432, and the end portion 433a1 abuts against the hook portion 422a1, thereby restricting the grip portion 432 from coming off the cylindrical portion 422a. 4 to 7 are diagrams illustrating examples of use of the beverage container according to the embodiment.
[0018] When a user drinks a beverage stored in the beverage container 100, the user grips the gripping portion 432 of the cap 43 and turns it counterclockwise. This moves the cap 43 upward, and the screwed portion 26 and the screwing portion 431 are released from the screwed portion 26.
[0019] When a user grasps the grip portion 432 and moves it counterclockwise around the rotation axis X2, the cap 43 moves upward by the width of the recess 433, and then the end portion 433a1 comes into contact with the hook portion 422a1. As a result, the coupling portion 42 moves counterclockwise around the rotation axis X2 in conjunction with the movement of the cap 43.
[0020] When a user grips the gripping portion 432 and moves it counterclockwise around the rotation axis X2, a part of the cap 43 is positioned inside the ring of the handle as shown in Fig. 6, and stops at a position where it contacts the side of the container body 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "stop position"). This allows the container body 1 to receive part of the force applied to the cap 43 and the connecting portion 42. Therefore, damage to the cap 43 and the connecting portion 42 can be suppressed.
[0021] Furthermore, when the cap 43 is located at the stop position, the inclined surface 423a comes into contact with a flat portion of the base 32. Therefore, the handle 3 can receive part of the force applied to the cap 43 and the connecting portion 42. Therefore, damage to the cap 43 and the connecting portion 42 can be suppressed.
[0022] 7, when the cap 43 is in the stopped position, the end of the opening 423 is disposed immediately beside (near) the first shaft portion 31 so as to guard the first shaft portion 31. This prevents the first shaft portion 31 from directly touching the ground when the beverage container 100 is dropped, for example, and suppresses the transmission of the impact of the drop to the first shaft portion 31. Therefore, damage to the first shaft portion 31 can be suppressed.
[0023] In this embodiment, the opening 423 is formed so as not to come into contact with (interfere with) the first shaft portion 31 when the cap 43 is located at the stop position. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the opening 423 may be configured to slide and move on the first shaft portion 31 when the cap 43 is located at the stop position or in the process of the cap 43 reaching the stop position.
[0024] As described above, the beverage container 100 of the embodiment comprises a container body 1 with an opening 11, a cylindrical lid portion 2 with a first opening 22 covering the opening 11 at one end and a second opening 25 with a smaller diameter than the first opening 22 at the other end, a ring-shaped handle 3 having a first shaft portion 31 with a first rotating shaft attached to the lid portion 2 and rotating around the first rotating shaft, a second shaft portion 41 with a second rotating shaft attached to the lid portion 2, a cap 43 covering the second opening 25, and a connecting portion 42 connecting the second shaft portion 41 and the cap 43, and a cap portion 4 such that when rotated around the second rotating shaft, a part of the cap 43 is positioned within the ring of the handle 3 and stops at a position where it comes into contact with the container body 1. Therefore, by transmitting a part of the force acting on the connecting portion 42, the first shaft portion 31, etc. to the container body 1, the force can be dispersed and damage to the parts can be suppressed.
[0025] In addition, the connecting portion 42 has a slope 423a that comes into contact with the handle 3 when the connecting portion 42 is located at the stop position. This allows a part of the force acting on the connecting portion 42, the first shaft portion 31, etc. to be transmitted to the handle 3, dispersing the force and suppressing damage to parts.
[0026] In addition, the connecting portion 42 has an opening 423 that is disposed near the first shaft portion 31 when the connecting portion 42 is located at the stop position. This makes it possible to prevent damage to the first shaft portion 31. 8 and 9 are diagrams illustrating modified examples of the beverage container according to the embodiment. 8 and 9, the same parts as those in FIGS. 1 to 7 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0027] 8 and 9, the shape of the container body 1a is different from that of the container body 1. Specifically, the diameter of the container body 1a at the point where the handle 3 comes into contact is larger than the diameter of the container body 1 at the point where the handle 3 comes into contact.
[0028] Even in this case, as described above, recess 433 is movable in the moving direction of cap 43 within cylindrical portion 422a by the width of recess 433. Therefore, even if the diameter of container body 1a becomes somewhat larger, when recess 433 moves and cap 43 is positioned at the stopped position, inclined surface 423a abuts against a flat portion of base 32. This beverage container 100a also provides the same effects as the beverage container 100.
[0029] Although the beverage container of the present invention has been described above based on the illustrated embodiment, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the configuration of each part can be replaced with any configuration having a similar function. In addition, any other configuration or process can be added to the present invention. Furthermore, the present invention may be a combination of any two or more configurations (features) of the respective embodiments described above. [Explanation of symbols]
