Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] An embodiment of the present invention relates to a refrigerator. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, in refrigerators, shelves on which stored goods are placed are supported by so-called beads protruding from the inner wall surface of the storage compartment. Some support structures for such shelves allow the height or support position of the support member to be adjusted to the user's preference, and the support member can be easily attached and removed. For example, in Patent Document 1, an inside member to which the support member is attached and an outside member for fixing the support member to the inner wall surface of the storage compartment are provided so as to sandwich the inner wall surface, and the support member is arranged to be detachable from the inside member. [0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2024-77243 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] However, since the interior and exterior members of the above configuration overlap with the inner wall surface of the storage chamber in between, they become bulky in the thickness direction, which may result in a reduction in the internal volume or the volume of the insulation material on the exterior.
[0005] Therefore, the present invention provides a refrigerator having an internal mounting member and an external mounting member for mounting the shelf support member to the inner box, in which the mounting members are made thin and a reduction in volume can be suppressed. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The refrigerator of the embodiment includes a refrigerator body in which a thermal insulating material is used in an insulated space between an inner box and an outer box, with the inside of the inner box forming an interior space, a shelf board arranged in the interior space, and a support means for supporting the shelf board in the interior space. The support means comprises a support member having a placement portion on which the shelf board is placed, and a pair of mounting members for mounting the support member to the inner box, the mounting members being a combination of an inside-side mounting member that is arranged on the inside space side and capable of holding the support member, and an outside-side mounting member that is arranged on the insulated space side so as to face the inside-side mounting member and the inner box, the inside-side mounting member is provided with an inserted portion into which an insertion portion formed on the support member is inserted, the support member is attached to the inner box by inserting the insertion portion into the inserted portion, and at least a part of the insertion portion is positioned on the insulated space side of the inner box through an opening provided in the inner box. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0008] Hereinafter, refrigerators according to a plurality of embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that, in the respective embodiments, substantially the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0009] First Embodiment The refrigerator 1 shown in FIG. 1 is mainly composed of a vertically long rectangular box-shaped heat-insulating box body 2 with an open front. The heat-insulating box 2 is a refrigerator body having multiple storage compartments therein, and is hereinafter also referred to as "refrigerator body 2." In addition, in the following description, the opening side of the refrigerator body 2 is referred to as the front side or near side, and the left-right direction when viewed from the front side of the refrigerator body 2 is referred to as the left-right direction of the refrigerator 1 (see the direction of the "left-right" arrow in FIG. 1). Furthermore, in the refrigerator body 2, the direction toward the inside center of the storage compartments is referred to as the inside of the storage compartment, and the direction toward the outside of the storage compartments is referred to as the outside of the storage compartment.
[0010] In the refrigerator body 2 shown in Fig. 1, a foam insulation material 3a such as urethane foam is arranged in the insulation space between the outer box 2b made of steel plate and the inner box 2a made of synthetic resin. For convenience of explanation, the foam insulation material 3a is illustrated only in Fig. 22 described later. In addition to the foam insulation material 3a, the insulation material may also include a vacuum insulation panel 3b (see Fig. 22), and they may be used in combination, which will be described in detail later.
[0011] The multiple storage compartments in the refrigerator body 2, that is, the internal space inside the inner box 2a, are, for example, provided in order from the top of the refrigerator body 2, with a refrigerator compartment 11 and a vegetable compartment 12, below which an ice-making compartment 13 and a small freezer compartment 14 are provided side by side, and below these is a freezer compartment 15. The refrigerator compartment 11 and the vegetable compartment 12 are storage compartments in the refrigeration temperature range, and the ice-making compartment 13, the small freezer compartment 14, and the freezer compartment 15 are storage compartments in the freezing temperature range. The front opening of the refrigerator compartment 11 is provided with hinged double-door insulated doors 11a and 11b, and the front openings of the other storage compartments 12-15 are provided with drawer-type insulated doors 12a-15a.
[0012] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a refrigerator 1 includes shelves 20, 23 arranged in a refrigerating chamber 11, for example, and a support means 10 for supporting the shelves 20, 23 in the refrigerating chamber 11. The shelves 20 and 23 are shelves on which stored items are placed, and are each formed in a rectangular plate shape as shown in FIGS.
[0013] The support means 10 comprises a support member 30 having a placement portion 31 on which the shelves 20, 23 are placed, and a pair of mounting members 40, 50 consisting of an inside mounting member 40 and an outside mounting member 50 for mounting the support member 30 to the inner box 2a, as shown in Figures 3 and 4. Of these, the support member 30 and the inside mounting member 40 are arranged on the inside space side as shown in Figures 1 to 3, while the outside mounting member 50 is arranged on the side of the insulating space outside the inner box 2a (see Figures 5 and 6 described below).
[0014] In this case, the mounting members 40, 50 are attached and fixed to the left and right wall surfaces of the refrigerator compartment 11 as shown in FIG. 1, and the respective mounting locations on the inner box 2a are referred to as "mounted portions 5" (see FIGS. 2 and 6). Also, the support member 30 is configured to be detachable from the mounting member 40, so that the height position of the support member 30 and therefore the shelves 20, 23 relative to the mounting member 40 can be changed. The configuration of the shelves 20, 23 and their support means 10 will be described in detail below. Also, the shelf plates 20, 23 of this embodiment include a non-divided first shelf plate 20 and a two-divided second shelf plate 23, and the second shelf plate 23 is configured of a front member 21 and a rear member 22.
[0015] That is, first, of the shelf boards 20, 23, the first shelf board 20 shown in the upper part of Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 has one plate member 20a which is its main body and a frame member 20b surrounding it. The plate member 20a is formed of, for example, a glass plate, and the frame member 20b is formed of, for example, a resin in a frame shape that protects the plate member 20a. When the first shelf board 20 is placed on the placement portion 31 of the support member 30, the frame member 20b becomes a part that comes into contact with the support member 30. The plate member 20a and the frame member 20b may be configured as an integrally molded product made of, for example, resin.
[0016] 2 and 3, the first shelf board 20 is provided with a clamping portion 20d and a first protrusion portion 20c located on both the left and right sides of the frame member 20b. Here, Figures 7(a) and (b) show a vertical cross section of the left side of the first shelf board 20 near the clamping portion 20d and the first protrusion portion 20c. 7(a) and 7(b), the clamping portion 20d and the first protrusion 20c both protrude downward from the underside of the first shelf board 20. Of these, the clamping portion 20d has a U-shaped cross section formed by the underside of the first shelf board 20 and a portion protruding from the underside in an L- or V-shape, and clamps the placement portion 31 side of the support member 30. The first protrusion 20c is shaped to fit into a recess 32a on the placement portion 31 side, which will be described later.
[0017] As a result, when the first shelf 20 is positioned in an appropriate position on the support member 30 (see the upper part of Figure 3), its vertical movement relative to the support member 30 is restricted by the clamping portion 20d, and its depth movement relative to the support member 30 is restricted by the first protrusion portion 20c. The clamping portion 20d and the first protrusion portion 20c are configured integrally with the frame member 20b of the first shelf board 20. As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the clamping portion 20d is formed in a position closer to the rear of the frame member 20b, and the first protrusion portion 20c is formed in a position closer to the front of the frame member 20b. As a result, on the first shelf board 20, the clamping portion 20d is located on the rear side of the first protrusion portion 20c.
[0018] In contrast, the second shelf 23 shown in the lower part of Figures 1 and 3 is a two-piece type consisting of a shelf 21 (also referred to as the front member 21) that is arranged on the longitudinal front side of the support member 30, and a shelf 22 (also referred to as the rear member 22) that is arranged further back than the front member 21, and its width dimension in the left-right direction is the same as the width dimension of the first shelf 20. That is, the front member 21 and the rear member 22 each have a rectangular plate shape, and the depth dimension in the front-to-rear direction of each is set to, for example, approximately half or less than half the depth dimension of the first shelf board 20. Therefore, when the front member 21 and the rear member 22 are arranged side by side in front and behind on the mounting portion 31 of the support member 30 as shown in the lower part of Figure 3, the overall front-to-rear dimension of the members 21, 22 is equal to or less than the dimension of the first shelf board 20 in the front-to-rear direction.
[0019] Although detailed illustration is omitted, the front side member 21 has, for example, a glass plate member and a resin frame member 21b, and the rear side member 22 also has, for example, a glass plate member and a resin frame member 22b. As shown in the lower part of FIG. 3, in the front member 21, a clamping portion 21d is provided in a position closer to the front of the frame member 21b, and a protrusion 21c (also referred to as a second protrusion 21c) is provided in a position closer to the rear than the clamping portion 21d. Similarly, in the rear side member 22, a clamping portion 22d is provided at a position closer to the front of the frame member 22b, and a protrusion 22c (also referred to as a third protrusion 22c) is provided at a position closer to the rear than the clamping portion 22d.
[0020] In this way, the second shelf 23 consisting of the front member 21 and the rear member 22 and the first shelf 20 which is not divided into two are arranged so that the relative positional relationship (front-to-back positional relationship) between the clamping portions 21d, 22d, 20d and the protrusions 21c, 22c, 20c is reversed, but the shapes of the individual clamping portions 21d, 22d, 20d are the same, and the shapes of the protrusions 21c, 22c, 20c are also the same. As such, the shapes of the clamping portions 21d, 22d and the protrusions 21c, 22c in the front member 21 and the rear member 22 are the same as the shapes of the clamping portion 20d and the first protrusion 20c of the first shelf board 20 shown in Figures 7(a) and (b), so detailed description thereof will be omitted.
[0021] The support members 30 are detachably attached to the left and right inner wall surfaces of the refrigerating chamber 11 via mounting members 40. Here, for ease of explanation, FIG. 3 shows three support members 30, and the number of support members 30 shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 is also different, but all of the support members 30 are the same as the support member 30 in FIG. 4.
[0022] That is, the support member 30 is made of a resin material and is formed into a long rectangular column shape that is long in the depth direction of the refrigerating chamber 11 as a whole. In this case, in the support member 30 shown in Fig. 4, the mounting portion 31 has a mounting surface 31a on which the shelf boards 20, 23 are placed and a standing wall surface 31b that rises on the side of the shelf boards 20, 23, forming a stepped column shape (see Fig. 7(a)). In addition, in the support member 30, the two claw portions 33, 33 and the three recessed portions 32a, 32b, 32c shown in Fig. 4 are each formed symmetrically with respect to a center line that equally divides the support member 30 in the longitudinal direction. As a result, the multiple support members 30 mounted on the left and right sides in the refrigerator compartment 11 in FIG. 1, or the multiple support members 30 mounted side by side vertically as in FIG. 3, are made common.
[0023] 3, 4, and 7(a), in the mounting portion 31 of the support member 30, the mounting surface 31a is formed as a flat surface extending horizontally, and the standing wall surface 31b is erected so as to be aligned with the frame members 20b to 22b of the shelf boards 20, 23. As a result, even if the shelf boards 20, 23 come into contact with the standing wall surface 31b when placed on the mounting surface 31a, the standing wall surface 31b can be aligned so as not to hit the inner box 2a, which is the inner wall surface. As shown in FIG. 4, the mounting portion 31 has inclined portions 34a, 34b symmetrically provided on both ends in the longitudinal direction of the support member 30 so that the mounting surface 31a becomes narrower toward both ends in the longitudinal direction of the support member 30.
[0024] As shown in Fig. 7(a), the lower surface of the support member 30 is an inclined surface that slopes downward toward the inner wall surface. In this case, the placement surface 31a of the support member 30 and the inclined surface are sandwiched between the clamping portions 20d to 22d of the shelves 20 and 23. Therefore, in the vertical cross section of the figure, the U-shape of the clamping portion 20d is slightly expanded on the inner wall surface side to match the inclined surface.
[0025] 4, the support member 30 is provided with three recesses 32a, 32b, and 32c that recess the mounting surface 31a downward. The recesses 32a, 32b, and 32c are formed at positions corresponding to the protrusions 20c, 21c, and 22c of the shelves 20 and 23, respectively.
[0026] That is, the recess 32a is a recess (also referred to as end-side recess 32a) provided at a position immediately behind the inclined portion 34a shown on the near side in Fig. 4, that is, at the end portion on the near side in the longitudinal direction of the support member 30. The first protrusion 20c of the first shelf board 20 fits into the end-side recess 32a, thereby restricting the movement of the shelf board 20 in the depth direction, as shown in the upper part of Fig. 3. The recess 32b is a recess (also referred to as a central recess 32b) provided at the longitudinal center of the support member 30. The second protrusion 21c of the front member 21 fits into the central recess 32b, thereby restricting the movement of the front member 21 in the depth direction, as shown in the lower part of FIG. 4, the recess 32c is a recess (also referred to as end-side recess 32c) provided at a position immediately in front of the inclined portion 34b shown on the rear side, that is, at the end portion on the rear side in the longitudinal direction of the support member 30. The end-side recess 32c can restrict movement of the rear-side member 22 in the depth direction by fitting the third protrusion 22c of the rear-side member 22 into the end-side recess 32c as shown in the lower part of FIG.
[0027] The central recess 32b in the support member 30 is formed wider in the longitudinal direction than the other recesses 32a, 32c, but may be formed at a position corresponding to the second protrusion 21c. That is, the second protrusion 21c is provided on one of the front member 21 and the rear member 22, and the third protrusion 22c is provided on the other, and the second protrusion 21c fits into the central recess 32b and the third protrusion 22c fits into the end recess 32a or 32c, so that both the front member 21 and the rear member 22 can be supported by the same support member 30. Each of the recesses 32a-32c is open upward and toward the inside of the storage unit as shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 7(b). Furthermore, when the shelves 20, 23 are placed on the placement surface 31a, the bottom surfaces of the recesses 32a-32c are set to a depth such that they do not come into contact with the lower ends of the corresponding protrusions 20c-22c (see Fig. 7(b)). Thus, the support member 30 has recesses 32a to 32c that can be used not only by the first shelf board 20, which is not divided into two parts, but also by the front member 21 and the rear member 22 of the second shelf board .
[0028] The two claws 33, 33 are insertion parts integrally formed at positions spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the support member 30 as shown in Fig. 4. As also shown in Fig. 7(a), the claws 33 protrude from the support member 30 toward the inner wall surface on the inner box 2a side, and the tip of the claws 33 is formed in a shape that is bent at a substantially right angle toward the upper side. In this case, the outer peripheral surface of the claws 33 is curved in an arc shape. Thereby, the support member 30 is attached by inserting and hooking its two claw portions 33, 33 into the inserted portions 41, 41 of the attachment members 40, 40 (see FIG. 7(a)).
[0029] Here, a method for attaching and detaching the support member 30 will be briefly described with attention to one claw portion 33 and the inserted portion 41 of the mounting member 40 shown in FIG. 7(a). First, when removing the support member 30 from the mounting member 40, the user removes the shelf board 20 in advance as shown in Fig. 7(a). In this case, as shown in Fig. 7(a), the support member 30 is in an engagement state in which the claw portion 33 is inserted into the insertion portion 41, and is in a mounting position in which the side surface of the support member 30 is held in surface contact with the mounting member 40.
[0030] Here, the user grasps the vicinity of the recessed portion 32b of the support member 30, for example, and rotates the entire support member 30 in the upward removal direction, using the claw portion 33 side in the figure (a) as a fulcrum. Accordingly, by rotating the claw portion 33 to the removal position where it is pulled out from the inserted portion 41, the locked state of the claw portion 33 is released, and the support member 30 can be removed. On the other hand, when attaching the support member 30 to the attachment member 40, the user positions the support member 30 at the removal position and aligns the tip of the claw portion 33 so that it faces the inserted portion 41. This alignment is performed near the inner wall of the inner box 2a, and can be performed relatively easily by gripping the recessed portion 32b of the support member 30 or the stepped portion of the placement portion 31. With the support member 30 aligned in this manner, it is rotated in the attachment direction downward with the claw portion 33 as a fulcrum. Accordingly, the claw portion 33 is inserted into the inserted portion 41 as shown in FIG. 7(a) and rotated to the attachment position, whereby the support member 30 can be attached.
[0031] The mounting members 40, 50 are provided on the left and right inner wall surfaces of the refrigerating chamber 11 shown in FIG. 1, respectively, and are arranged so as to hold the support member 30 at two points spaced apart in the depth direction. Here, Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the left side configuration in the refrigerator compartment 11 as viewed from the inside of the refrigerator, that is, a perspective view of the inside mounting members 40, 40 on the left wall surface of the inner box 2a. Fig. 6 is a side view of the mounting portions 5, 5 on the left wall surface of the inner box 2a as viewed from the outside of the refrigerator, that is, a side view of the outside mounting members 50 at the two mounting portions 5, 5. In Fig. 6, the mounting portion 5 on the right side (front side) shows a state in which the outside mounting member 50 and the inside mounting member 40 are combined, and the mounting portion 5 on the left side (rear side) shows a state before the mounting members 40, 50 are combined. Also, Fig. 5 is an exploded perspective view of the inside mounting member 40 and the outside mounting member 50 as viewed from the inside of the refrigerator.
[0032] As shown in Figures 1 to 3 and 6, the attachment portions 5 of the mounting members 40, 50 in the inner box 2a are located at positions spaced apart in the front-to-rear direction and refer to the vicinity of openings 6 formed in both the left and right wall surfaces, and the mounting members 40, 50 face each other with the attachment portion 5 of the inner box 2a in between. That is, as shown in Fig. 6, the multiple openings 6 are formed by cutting out vertically long rectangular shapes along the longitudinal direction of the mounting members 40, 50. In this case, for example, three openings 6 are provided with two bridging portions 5a that divide them into upper and lower portions, thereby suppressing deformation around the mounted portion 5 of the inner box 2a. In addition, the width dimension of the openings 6 is set to be smaller than the width dimensions of either of the mounting members 40, 50. In the inner box 2a, the holes for the screws 7 shown above the opening 6 are shifted in the front-to-rear direction (left-to-right direction in FIG. 6) with respect to the opening 6. This is to prevent the mounting members 40, 50 from being erroneously assembled on the left and right sides, and will be described in detail later.
[0033] A mounting member 40 is disposed on the inside of the mounting portion 5 of the inner box 2a. This inside mounting member 40 is made of, for example, a flexible synthetic resin material, and as shown in FIG. 5, mainly comprises a thin plate-like main surface portion 40a having a relatively small thickness (see FIG. 10(a)), and has an overall elongated shape that is long in the vertical direction.
[0034] The inserted portions 41 are provided at approximately equal intervals in the vertical direction, which is the longitudinal direction, of the inside-side mounting member 40, for example seven portions. As also shown in Figures 8(a) and 7(a), the inserted portions 41 penetrate the main surface portion 40a and extend from the main surface portion 40a to the outside of the storage unit, which is the outer side. In this case, the inserted portions 41 have an arc shape that matches the outer shape of the claw portions 33 in the vertical cross section of Figure 7(a), and extend to the relief recessed portion 51 of the outside-side mounting member 50 through the opening 6 of the inner box 2a. This shape of the inserted portion 41 enables the claw portion 33 and therefore the support member 30 to be stably held by the mounting member 40, and combined with the configuration of the main surface portion 40a which is thin plate-shaped, at least a portion of the claw portion 33 is positioned outside the inner box 2a through the opening 6.
[0035] The inside-side mounting member 40 has engagement recesses 42, 43 formed on the outside-side of the main surface portion 40a (see Figs. 8(a) and 10(a)(b)). On the other hand, the outside-side mounting member 50 has engagement protrusions 52, 53 formed on the inside-side of the main surface portion 50a that correspond to the engagement recesses 42, 43 (see Figs. 5, 8(b), and 10(a)(b)). In this embodiment, the portions of the mounting members 40, 50 that are convex or concave and can engage with each other are referred to as "engagement convex portions" or "engagement concave portions," and the latter concave shapes include "hole" shapes. In this manner, the mounting members 40, 50 of this embodiment are configured so that an engaging protrusion formed on at least one of the mounting members and an engaging recess formed on the other member engage with each other through the opening 6, and these engaging protrusions and engaging recesses will be described in detail later.
[0036] In addition, the mounting members 40, 50 on the inside and outside of the storage unit in this embodiment are of two types: a left-side type that is arranged on the left side wall of the inner box 2a, and a right-side type that is arranged on the right side wall. The above-mentioned Figures 5 to 10 etc. show the mounting members 40, 50 of the left side type. In this regard, the right-side mounting members 40, 50 have a shape that is inverted with respect to the left-side mounting members 40, 50 about the central axis 400, 500 (see Figs. 5 and 8) in the width direction as an axis of symmetry. Therefore, the left-side mounting members 40, 50 and the right-side mounting members 40, 50 are arranged according to the left and right side walls (corresponding mounting portions 5) of the inner box 2a, so that they are arranged symmetrically on the left and right sides of the inner box 2a.
[0037] Therefore, for example, the sliding direction of the outside-cabinet mounting member 50 described later is from the front to the back regardless of the left side specification or the right side specification (see the front-to-back arrow in Fig. 6). Therefore, for convenience of explanation, the mounting members 40, 50 of this embodiment will be represented by the same reference numerals "40, 50" regardless of the left side specification or the right side specification.
[0038] The mounting members 40, 50 for the left side are marked on their outer surfaces with the letter "L" as a mark or index part M1 for the left side (only the index part M1 of the mounting member 50 is shown in Fig. 6). Although not shown, the mounting members 40, 50 for the right side are marked with the letter "R" as an index part for the right side to prevent the above-mentioned incorrect assembly. The right side specification will be explained in more detail in Figs. 12 and 17 for other embodiments.
[0039] As shown in Fig. 8, a boss portion 45 is provided at a position toward the rear on the upper end of the inside-side mounting member 40. The tip of the boss portion 45 protrudes toward the outside of the container further than the hole for the screw 7 in the inner box 2a (strictly speaking, the hole for the boss portion 45 shown in Fig. 7). The screw 7 is screwed into this boss portion 45 from the outside-side mounting member 50 side, thereby fixing both mounting members 40, 50 to the inner box 2a. Furthermore, the position of the boss portion 45 on the inside-side mounting member 40 is toward the rear (to the left in Fig. 8), thereby preventing incorrect assembly. A flange 46 that projects downward is provided at the lower end of the inside-side mounting member 40 as shown in Fig. 5. The flange 46 is inserted into the outside of the opening 6 at the edge of its lowest end (see Fig. 11(a) described later). In this way, when the inside-side mounting member 40 is fitted into the opening 6, it is disposed so that the main surface portion 40a is exposed to the inside of the storage compartment.
[0040] The outside-cabinet mounting member 50 is made of, for example, a flexible synthetic resin material, and as shown in FIG. 5, mainly comprises a rectangular thin plate-like main surface portion 50a having a relatively small thickness (see FIG. 10(a)), and has an overall elongated shape that is long in the vertical direction. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 10(a), the main surface portion 50a of the exterior mounting member 50 is wider than the main surface portion 40a of the interior mounting member 40.
[0041] As shown in FIG. 5, the outside-side mounting member 50 is provided with, for example, seven recessed portions 51 , the number and arrangement of which correspond to the seven inserted portions 41 of the inside-side mounting member 40 . The escape recess 51 is a shallow rectangular recess that is open on the opening 6 side. As shown in Fig. 7(a) , the escape recess 51 is formed so that both the claw portion 33 and the inserted portion 41 can enter and so as to cover the inserted portion 41 from the heat insulating space side. It is sufficient that the escape recess 51 is formed so that at least one of the claw portion 33 and the inserted portion 41 can enter. 7, 9(a), and 10(a), the relief recess 51 is formed so as to recess the main surface 50a toward the thermal insulation space, and therefore the outer wall portion on the thermal insulation space side of the relief recess 51 is formed as an outside protruding portion 51a that protrudes toward the thermal insulation space beyond the main surface 50a in correspondence with the recess. Also, the outside protruding portion 51a is set to a protruding length that protrudes toward the thermal insulation space side slightly (by ΔL) beyond the head of the screw 7 shown in Fig. 7(b). In the cross-sectional view of FIG. 7, in order to make it easier to understand the configuration of each member, some hatching is omitted and some configuration is simplified and shown in a schematic manner.
[0042] The outside-compartment mounting member 50 is assembled with the inside-compartment mounting member 40 fitted into the opening 6 by sliding it, for example, from the front side to the back side (see the front-to-rear arrow in FIG. 6) along the wall surface of the mounted portion 5. At this time, the engaging protrusions 52, 53 of the outside-compartment mounting member 50 engage with the engaging recesses 42, 43 of the inside-compartment mounting member 40, and the main surface portion 50a as viewed from the thermal insulation space side shown in FIG. 6 is slid to the fixed position shown in the figure. In this state, the outside-side mounting member 50 is fixed to the inner box 2a together with the inside-side mounting member 40 by screwing the screw 7 through the boss portion 45 of the inside-side mounting member 40 from the outside of the storage unit (see FIG. 7(a)). In this manner, the screw 7, for example, is used as a fixing member for fixing the outside-side mounting member 50 to the inside-side mounting member 40.
[0043] Here, Figures 10(a), (b), (c), and (d) show cross-sectional views taken along lines Xa-Xa, Xb-Xb, Xc-Xc, and Xd-Xd in Figure 6. Below, the configuration of the engagement recesses 42, 43 and the engagement protrusions 52, 53 of each mounting member 40, 50, as well as the surrounding areas, will be described in detail.
[0044] 10(a) shows a cross section of the engaging recess 42 of the inside-side mounting member 40 and the engaging protrusion 52 of the outside-side mounting member 50 taken along the line Xa-Xa in FIG. 10(a) and 8(a), the engagement recess 42 is a protrusion whose base end is the end on the front side in the width direction of the main surface portion 40a and whose tip end protrudes to the heat-insulating space side of the other main surface portion 50a, and is extended so as to engage with the engagement protrusion 52 on the heat-insulating space side. The engagement recess 42 is formed with a hole 42a penetrating in the front-rear direction, which is the sliding direction, to form a concave shape, and as a whole forms a slightly vertically elongated rectangular frame shape as shown in FIG. 8(a). In this case, hole 42a is a through-hole insertion "hole," not a non-through-hole. Also, engagement recess 42 is arranged so as to be surrounded or sandwiched by outside protruding portion 51a as shown in Figures 9(a) and 10(a), and has a protruding length set so as not to protrude from outside protruding portion 51a toward the insulated space. In this case, the protruding length of engagement recess 42 may be set to be shorter than the protruding length of outside protruding portion 51a.
[0045] As shown in Figures 8(b) and 10(a), the engagement protrusion 52 is located near an opening 52b formed by cutting out the front half of the width direction corresponding to the engagement recess 42 in the main surface portion 50a, and is composed of a tongue portion 52a extending toward the back (rear) from the edge portion on the front side of the opening 52b as a base end. As a result, the tongue portion 52a of the engaging protrusion 52 is moved in the sliding direction so as to insert the tongue portion 52a into the hole portion 42a of the engaging recess 42, with the engaging recess 42 accommodated in the opening 52b around it, thereby engaging with the engaging recess 42. In this case, when the outside-of-storeroom mounting member 50 is viewed from the outside of the storeroom, the engaging recess 42 can be seen through the opening 52b around the engaging protrusion 52, as shown in Figure 9(a). The above-mentioned pairs of engagement recesses 42 and engagement protrusions 52 in Fig. 10(a) are provided, for example, four pairs at approximately equal intervals in the vertical direction of the mounting members 40, 50, as indicated by reference characters "42, 52" in Fig. 6 or reference character "52" in Fig. 5. Since part of the claw portion 33 extends into the relief recess 51 in Fig. 5 as described above, the engagement recesses 42 and the engagement protrusions 52 are disposed at positions between the relief recesses 51 lined up vertically, or at positions spaced apart from the relief recess 51 in the vertical direction.
[0046] 10(b) shows a cross section of the engaging recess 43 of the inside-side mounting member 40 and the engaging protruding portion 53 of the outside-side mounting member 50 taken along the line Xb-Xb in FIG. 10(b) and 8(b), the engaging protrusion 53 is located near an opening 53b formed by cutting out the widthwise center of the main surface 50a, and is composed of a tongue portion 53a having a base end at an edge portion on the front side of the opening 53b. The tongue portion 53a extends from its base end to the other main surface 40a side (the interior space side) so as to engage with the engaging recess 43, and forms an L-shape bent toward the rear side along the main surface 40a.
[0047] The engagement recess 43 is a concave-shaped portion recessed in the width direction of the main surface portion 40a as shown in Figures 8(a) and 10(b), and is composed of an accommodation portion 43a in which the other tongue portion 53a is accommodated and engaged by a tongue portion 43b formed by folding back from the rear side of the main surface portion 40a to the front side. As a result, with the tongue portion 53a of the engagement protrusion 53 accommodated in the concave space, the engagement recess 43 moves in the engagement direction, which is the sliding direction, so as to be inserted into the accommodation portion 43a, thereby engaging with the engagement protrusion 53.
[0048] The pair of engaging recess 43 and engaging protrusion 53 in Fig. 10(b) is provided in one pair at a position between multiple relief recesses 51 in the vertical direction of mounting members 40, 50, as shown by reference characters "43, 53" in Fig. 6 or reference character "53" in Fig. 5. Alternatively, similar to the pair of engaging recess 42 and engaging protrusion 52 shown in Fig. 6, multiple pairs of engaging recess 43 and engaging protrusion 53 may be provided. As described above, the engagement protrusions 52, 53 in this embodiment have tongue portions 52a, 53a formed to extend in the engagement direction along the wall surface of the inner box 2a, and the engagement recesses 42, 43 are configured to have hole portions 42a and storage portions 43a formed so that the engagement protrusions 52, 53 can be inserted along the engagement direction, but this is not limited to this (as will be explained in other embodiments). In addition, at least one of the mounting members 40, 50 in this embodiment has a retaining portion that protrudes toward the other mounting member along a direction perpendicular to the engagement direction.
[0049] For example, FIG. 10(d) shows a cross section of the retaining portion 54a of the outside-side mounting member 50 and the inclined convex portion 44a of the inside-side mounting member 40 taken along the line Xd-Xd in FIG. The inclined protrusion 44a shown in Fig. 10(d) is a retaining portion formed integrally with the flange portion 46 (see Fig. 5) formed at the lower end of the main surface portion 40a at the center in the width direction of the surface facing the outside of the chamber. The inclined protrusion 44a is triangular in cross section in Fig. 10(d) and forms a gentle inclined surface that protrudes toward the other main surface portion 50a as it moves from the front side to the back side, and a step that engages the retaining portion 54a on the other main surface portion 50a side.
[0050] As shown in FIG. 5(d) and FIG. 5, the anti-slip portion 54a is a protrusion formed integrally with a concave portion 54 in which the interior side of the main surface portion 50a is slightly recessed like an escape recess 51, and protrudes from the center in the width direction of the main surface portion 50a toward the interior side, that is, in a direction perpendicular to the engagement direction. When the mounting members 40, 50 are combined, one mounting member 50 is disposed on the front side in the sliding direction so that the inclined convex portion 44a is housed in its concave portion 54. As the mounting member 50 is moved in the sliding direction, the retaining portion 54a rides up along the inclined convex portion 44a, and when it reaches the fixed position (the position where it has been overcome as shown in FIG. 1(d)), it is locked by the step of the inclined convex portion 44a, providing a feeling of moderation (or making a sound when locked). In this way, the inclined convex portion 44a of the other mounting member 40 prevents the retaining portion 54a from coming off in the sliding direction, i.e., in the anti-engagement direction that is the opposite direction to the engagement direction, so that the combined state of the mounting members 40, 50 can be maintained, and the other engaging recesses 42, 43 and engaging protrusions 52, 53 (see Figs. (a) and (b)) that have once engaged with each other can also be prevented from coming off when the mounting member 50 slides. Also, by sliding the mounting member 50 to a fixed position where a sense of moderation is imparted, the inclined convex portion 44a can reliably prevent the retaining portion 54a from coming off.
[0051] As described above, the engaging recesses 42, 43 and the engaging protrusions 52, 53 are arranged in an alternating fashion with the inserted portions 41 of the claw portions 33 along the longitudinal direction of the mounting members 40, 50 (see FIG. 5), which allows for strong assembly of the mounting members 40, 50 and simplifies the assembly work by sliding and improves the assembly accuracy. Furthermore, even if the mounting members 40, 50 are each relatively thin, they can mutually reinforce each other in combination with the configuration of reinforcing ribs, etc., which will be described later. FIG. 10(c) shows a cross section of the inserted portion 41 and the escape recess 51 of the mounting members 40, 50. For example, the inside-side mounting member 40 is provided with a positioning portion St1 as shown in FIG. 10(c), which will be described in detail in the second embodiment (see St1' in FIG. 11(b)).
[0052] Moreover, the openings 52b, 53b of the above-mentioned outside-storage mounting member 50 are communication holes that connect a specified space between the mounting member 50 and the inside-storage mounting member 40 to the insulated space (see Figures 10(a) and 10(b)), and the specified space is surrounded by a first damming portion that protrudes from at least one of the mounting members 40, 50 to the other. The first blocking portions 481, 482 in this embodiment include, for example, vertical ribs 48a-48d formed on the inside-side mounting member 40 shown in Figures 10(a) and (b), and are structured to block the foamed insulation material 3a from entering the inside of the storage compartment through the specified spaces S1, S2 or the opening 6 of the inner box 2a, using the openings 52b, 53b of the outside-side mounting member 50 in Figures 10(a) and (b) as communicating holes (see Figure 8(b)).
[0053] Here, Figures 9(b) and (d) are explanatory diagrams seen from the insulating space side, illustrating the first blocking portions 481 and 482 of the mounting member 40 corresponding to the specified space S1 in Figure 10(a) and the specified space S2 in Figure 10(b), with the openings 52b and 53b of the other mounting member 50 shown by dashed double-dashed lines. That is, the vertical ribs 48a, 48b of the first damming portion 481 shown in Fig. 10(a) are located at both widthwise ends of the main surface portion 40a facing the opening 52b of the outside-side mounting member 50, and extend in the vertical direction along the edge of the opening 6 of the inner box 2a (see Fig. 9(b)). As shown in Fig. 10(a), the vertical ribs 48a, 48b each protrude in the plate thickness direction of the inner box 2a, and are formed so that their tips join with the opposing main surface portion 50a.
[0054] 8(a), a plurality of reinforcing ribs (hereinafter referred to as "horizontal ribs 48r") that divide the inserted portion 41, the engaging recess 42, and the engaging recess 43 into upper and lower portions are provided on the outer side of the inner-side mounting member 40. The horizontal ribs 48r protrude so that their tips join with the opposing main surface portion 50a. As a result, the first damming portion 481 in Figure 10(a) forms a frame shape with vertical ribs 48a, 48b that fit into the edge of the opening 6 of the inner box 2a and horizontal ribs 48r, 48r on both the upper and lower sides thereof (see the dashed square indicated by symbol 481 in Figure 9(b) and Figure 8(a)), and has a damming structure at the joint between the two mounting members 40, 50.
[0055] 10(a), the vertical rib 48b is a joint portion that joins with the tongue portion 52a, and has a wider joint surface than the vertical rib 48a. A soft tape 8 may be attached to the joint surface between the vertical rib 48b and the tongue portion 52a to form a sealing surface. Thus, the specified space S1 shown in Figures 9(a) and 10(a) is surrounded by a frame-shaped first damming portion 481 protruding from one mounting member 40 to the other mounting member 50 (see Figure 9(b)), and a soft tape 8 is used on the joining surfaces of the mounting members 40, 50. Detailed illustration of the soft tape 8 is omitted, but for example, as shown in FIG. 10(c), a gap G to which the soft tape 8 is attached may be provided on the inside of the outer periphery of the outside-cabinet mounting member 50, and the outer periphery of the outside-cabinet mounting member 50 may also be used as a sealing surface.
[0056] The first damming portion 482 in Figure 10(b) also has a frame shape made up of vertical ribs 48c, 48d similar to the vertical ribs 48a, 48b in Figure 10(a) and horizontal ribs 48r, 48r (see the dashed square indicated by symbol 482 in Figure 9(d) and Figure 8(a)), and has a damming structure as a joint portion of the two mounting members 40, 50. Fig. 9(c) is a perspective view showing the vicinity of the first blocking portion 482 broken along line IXc-IXc in Fig. 9(d), and for convenience of explanation, the outside-cabinet mounting member 50 is shown by a two-dot chain line and the opening 53b as a communication hole is shown in a simplified manner. As shown in Fig. 9(c), the predetermined space S2 between both mounting members 40, 50 is surrounded by the first blocking portion 482 protruding from one mounting member 40 to the other mounting member 50. Also, as shown by reference numeral 8 in Fig. 9(c), a soft tape 8 may be attached to the joint surface of both mounting members 40, 50 near the tongue portion 43b (or the tongue portion 53a in Fig. 10(b)) to form a sealing surface. Furthermore, at least one of the mounting members 40, 50 is provided with, in addition to the above-mentioned first blocking portions 481, 482, a second blocking portion 483 that is joined to the inner box 2a on the outer periphery side of the opening 6 of the inner box 2a. For example, as shown in Fig. 8(a), Fig. 9(b)(d), Fig. 10(c), etc., the second blocking portion 483 is formed of edge portions 40e that are stepped down on both widthwise ends of the main surface portion 40a (on the sides of the vertical ribs 48a to 48d), and overlaps and joins with the peripheral edge portion of the opening 6. Details of the second blocking portion 483 will be described in Fig. 12.
[0057] As described above, in the support means 10 of the first embodiment, an insertable portion 41 into which an insert portion (e.g., a claw portion 33) formed on the support member 30 is inserted is provided on the inside mounting member 40, and the support member 30 is mounted to the inner box 2a by inserting the insertable portion into the insertable portion 41, and at least a part of the insertable portion is positioned on the insulated space side of the inner box 2a through an opening 6 provided in the inner box 2a. According to this, the internal space of the inside mounting member 40, into which an insertion portion such as the claw portion 33 is inserted, can be expanded through the opening 6 to the insulated space side of the inner box 2a, and the thickness of the inside mounting member 40 and therefore the thickness of both mounting members 40, 50 can be reduced accordingly.
[0058] The exterior mounting member 50 is provided with an escape recess 51 into which at least one of the insertion portion and the inserted portion 41 can enter, and the escape recess 51 is open on the opening 6 side and is configured to cover the inserted portion 41 from the insulated space side (see FIG. 7(a)). According to this, even if the escape recess 51 is provided in the exterior mounting member 50 as a space for an insertion part such as the claw part 33 or for the inserted part 41, the space can be made to have a closed form in which, for example, foam insulation material 3a does not flow into the space from outside the cabinet.
[0059] In the insulation space, for example, a vacuum insulation panel 3b (see FIG. 22) is placed as the vacuum insulation material, and a fixing member for fixing this is used in the outside-compartment mounting member 50. In this case, the outside-compartment mounting member 50 has at least one outside protrusion 51a, which protrudes closer to the vacuum insulation material than a portion of a fixing member such as the screw 7 in FIG. 7(b) that is closest to the vacuum insulation material (for example, the screw head). Also, in the outside-compartment mounting member 50, an outside protrusion 51a'' (see outer peripheral rib 51a'' in FIG. 22 described later and the two-dot chain line in FIG. 7(b)) other than the outside protrusion 51a may be provided, and the fixing member may be surrounded or sandwiched by these outside protrusions 51a, 51a''. According to this configuration, even if a fixing member such as a screw 7 is used on the insulation space side, the outside protrusions 51a, 51a'' ensure a distance from the vacuum insulation material, thereby reducing the risk of damage to the vacuum insulation material.
[0060] At least one of the inside-side mounting member 40 and the outside-side mounting member 50 is provided with engagement recesses 42, 43, and the other is provided with engagement protrusions 52, 53 that can engage with the engagement recesses 42, 43. The two mounting members 40, 50 are combined with each other by the engagement of the engagement recesses 42, 43 with the engagement protrusions 52, 53. Of these, the engagement recess 42 is formed integrally with the exterior mounting member 50 or the interior mounting member 40, and extends so as to protrude from one side of the insulation space side or the interior space side of the inner box 2a to the other side and engage with the engagement protrusion 52 on the other side. According to this, for example, even if the engagement recess 42 in FIG. 10(a) protrudes from the interior space side to the insulation space side and reaches the insulation space side of the inner box 2a, it can be engaged with the engagement protrusion 52 of the exterior mounting member 50 without increasing the thickness of the mounting member 40 on the interior side (e.g., main surface portion 40a). The engaging protrusion 53 is formed integrally with the exterior mounting member 50 or the interior mounting member 40, and extends so as to protrude from one of the insulation space side and the interior space side of the inner box 2a to the other side and engage with the engaging recess 43 on the other side. 10(b) protrudes from the insulation space side to the interior space side and reaches the interior space side of the inner box 2a, it can be engaged with the engagement recess 43 of the interior mounting member 40 without increasing the thickness of the mounting member 50 (e.g., main surface portion 50a) on the exterior side. Such a configuration related to the engagement recesses 42, 43 and the engagement protrusions 52, 53 can reduce the thickness of both mounting members 40, 50 as a whole, and suppress a decrease in the interior volume or the volume of the insulation material side outside the cabinet.
[0061] The engaging protrusions 52, 53 are formed to extend in an engaging direction (e.g., toward the rear in the sliding direction) along the wall surface of the inner box 2a, and the engaging recesses 42, 43 are formed so that the engaging protrusions 52, 53 can be inserted along the engaging direction. This allows the engaging protrusions 52, 53 and the engaging recesses 42, 43 to be thinned by fitting them along the wall surface of the inner box 2a. Also, the engaging protrusions 52, 53 and the engaging recesses 42, 43 can be moved relatively along the wall surface of the inner box 2a to engage with each other, simplifying the assembly work of the mounting members 40, 50. As in the above embodiment, a plurality of engaging protrusions and engaging recesses are provided in the longitudinal direction of the mounting members 40, 50, and they can be engaged at once by sliding (relative movement in the engagement direction), so it goes without saying that strong assembly can be achieved.
[0062] At least one of the mounting members 40, 50 (for example, the outside-fridge mounting member 50 in FIG. 10(d)) has a retaining portion 54a that protrudes toward the other along a direction perpendicular to the engagement direction (for example, toward the interior space). The retaining portion 54a is formed integrally with one mounting member 50, and is prevented by the other mounting member 40 from coming off in the counter-engagement direction (for example, toward the front in the sliding direction), which is the opposite direction to the engagement direction. According to this, as the engaging protrusions 52, 53 and the engaging recesses 42, 43 are engaged with each other, the engaged state is maintained by the retaining portion 54a, so that the two mounting members 40, 50 can be maintained in a state in which they are combined with each other.
[0063] The outside-side mounting member 50 is provided with communication holes (for example, openings 52b, 53b in FIG. 8(b)) that connect predetermined spaces S1, S2 between it and the inside-side mounting member 40 to the insulated space, and the predetermined spaces S1, S2 are surrounded by first damming portions 481, 482 that protrude from at least one of the mounting members 40, 50 to the other. As a result, even if the foamed insulation material 3a flows in through the openings 52b, 53b of the outside-side mounting member 50, it is possible to block this at the first blocking portions 481, 482 (see Figures 9(b) and (d)) and prevent it from flowing from the specified spaces S1, S2 into the inside space.
[0064] At least one of the mounting members 40, 50 is provided with a second blocking portion 483 that overlaps with the inner box 2a on the outer periphery side of the opening 6 of the inner box 2a. With this, even if the inner box 2a has an opening 6, its outer periphery can be blocked by the second damming portion 483, and even if the foamed insulation material 3a flows in through the openings 52b, 53b of the outside-side mounting member 50, it can be blocked by the second damming portion 483 as well to prevent it from flowing into the interior space. Therefore, when the first damming portions 481, 482 are provided in addition to the second damming portion 483, a double damming structure can be adopted.
[0065] The blocking portion is not limited to the above-mentioned configuration of the blocking portions 481-483, and may be provided with a sealing surface at a joint other than the above joint, as described in other embodiments. For example, the joint portion at the tip side of the horizontal rib 48r constituting the first blocking portion 481, 482 (the tip portion of the horizontal rib 48r in Figs. 9(b)-(d) that joins with the main surface portion 50a) may be used as a sealing surface, and may include a soft tape 8 that is attached. Also, as shown in Fig. 10(a), a partition wall 58 (only shown in the figure) that divides the opening 52b on the main surface portion 50a may be provided so as to protrude so as to join with the main surface portion 40a on the inside of the storage unit, thereby blocking the flow at the joint portion between the two 58, 40a.
[0066] The first shelf 20 is provided with a first protrusion 20c that can restrict movement of the shelf 20 in the depth direction (e.g., the front-to-back direction) by fitting into the end side recesses 32a, 32c of the support member 30, and the front side member 21 or the rear side member 22 that constitutes the second shelf 23 is provided with a second protrusion 21c that can restrict movement of the one of the members in the depth direction by fitting into the central side recess 32b of the support member 30 (see Figure 3). According to this, in the support member 30, the first protrusion 20c of the first shelf board 20 and the second protrusion 21c of the front member 21 or the rear member 22 are configured to fit into the corresponding recesses 32a to 32c, so that it is possible to restrict the movement of each shelf board 20, 23 in the depth direction without protruding each protrusion 20c, 21c in the storage space. In this case, even if the second shelf board 23 is composed of the front member 21 and the rear member 22, it is possible to restrict the movement of at least the member 21 or 22 by fitting the second protrusion 21c of one of the members 21 or 22 into the center recess 32b. Therefore, the support member 30 can be used as a common member for the first shelf board 20 as well as the second shelf board 23.
[0067] A second protrusion 21c is provided on one of the front member 21 and the rear member 22, and a third protrusion 22c is provided on the other. The second protrusion 21c fits into the central recess 32b, and the third protrusion 22c fits into the end recess 32a or 32c, so that both the front member 21 and the rear member 22 can be supported by the same support member 30. According to this, it becomes possible to regulate the depthwise movement of both the front member 21 and the rear member 22 by the support member 30, thereby enabling them to be supported favorably, and also to enable the use of common parts by using the same support member 30.
[0068] In the support member 30, the placement portion 31 has a placement surface 31a on which the shelf boards 20, 23 are placed and an upright wall surface 31b that rises up on the side of the shelf boards 20, 23, forming a stepped shape. According to this, when the shelves 20, 23 are placed on or removed from the placement surface 31a, the side surfaces of the shelves 20, 23 can be protected by the upright wall surface 31b so that they do not come into contact with the inner box 2a. Also, for example, as shown in Fig. 7(b), by aligning the thickness of the shelves 20, 23 and the height of the upright wall surface 31b, the placement area for stored items on the upper surfaces of the shelves 20, 23 can be expanded toward the support member 30, improving the external design.
[0069] <Other embodiments> 11 to 23 show second to seventh embodiments of the present invention. The following will mainly describe the points that are substantially different from the embodiments already described.
[0070] 11(a) and (b) show the mounted portion 5 and the inside-fabrication mounting member 40 of the second embodiment, and correspond to cross sections taken along lines XI-XI and Xc-Xc in FIG. First, the opening 6' of the attachment portion 5 in FIG. 11(a) is different from the opening 6 in FIG. 6 in that it does not have a bridging portion 5a (as it is not divided into upper and lower portions) and is formed as a continuous opening 6'.
[0071] As shown in Fig. 11(b), the inside-side mounting member 40 is integrally provided with positioning portions St1', St2 that fit into both widthwise edge portions of the opening 6'. The positioning portions St1', St2 are located at both widthwise ends of the main surface portion 40a, are vertically connected to the vertical ribs 48a-48d, and are set so as to extend beyond the opening 6' to the outside of the storage compartment. The positioning portion St1' has a larger protruding length than the positioning portion St1 in Fig. 6, and is set so as to abut against the other main surface portion 50a. The positioning portions St1′, St2 are disposed at a plurality of locations (for example, seven locations, the same number as the inserted portions 41) so as to correspond to the inserted portions 41 in the longitudinal direction of the inside-side mounting member .
[0072] As a result, when the inside-side mounting member 40 is fitted into the opening 6', it can be positioned relative to the inner box 2a by the positioning portions St1', St2 at multiple points along the longitudinal direction. In this case, the inside-side mounting member 40 can be fitted relatively easily by first fitting the flange portion 46 in Fig. 11(a) into the outside of the storage compartment, and then inserting the flange portion 46 from the positioning portion St1' along the edge of the opening 6'. An exterior mounting member 60 shown in FIGS. 12(a) and 12(b) is combined with this interior mounting member 40.
[0073] As shown in FIG. 12(a), the exterior mounting member 60 has a uniform thickness across the width of its main surface portion 60a. In addition, in the mounting members 40, 60 of the second embodiment, seven pairs of engaging recesses 42 and engaging protrusions 52 shown in Fig. 6 are arranged to correspond to, for example, the seven relief recesses 51 in Fig. 5. Furthermore, for example, three pairs of engaging recesses 43 and engaging protrusions 53 shown in Fig. 6 are arranged at equal intervals side by side with the pairs of engaging recesses 42 and engaging protrusions 52. In other words, since there are three pairs of engaging recesses 43 and engaging protrusions 53, they are arranged every other pair with respect to the seven pairs of engaging recesses 42 and engaging protrusions 52. In this way, the pair of engaging recess 43 and engaging protrusion 53, and the pair of engaging recess 42 and engaging protrusion 52 formed side by side in the mounting members 40, 60 have the configurations shown in Figs. 12(a) and 12(b).
[0074] Here, for ease of explanation, Figures 12(a) and (b) show mounting members 40, 60 of the right-side specification, and the sliding direction indicated by the arrow in (b) is the same as the arrow direction in Figure 10 (direction from the front side to the back side). 12(a) and (b), the engagement recesses 42, 43 and the engagement protrusions 52, 53 in the pre-engagement and post-engagement states, i.e., the states before and after sliding, are indicated by the same reference characters as in Fig. 10(a) and (b). Strictly speaking, the configuration in Fig. 12(b) is slightly different from the configuration in Fig. 10(a) and (b) in terms of, for example, the shape of the partition wall 58 in Fig. 10(a) and the like, but it can be said that the engagement recesses 42, 43 and the engagement protrusions 52, 53 in Fig. 10(a) and (b) are essentially arranged side by side.
[0075] 12(a) and (b), the first blocking portion 48 of the second embodiment has a double blocking structure in which the tip side of the vertical ribs 48b and 48c is used as a sealing surface, similar to the first blocking portions 481 and 482 of FIG. 10(a) and (b), and the edge portion 40e, which is stepped down at both widthwise ends (sides of the vertical ribs 48b and 48c) of the main surface portion 40a, is used as a sealing surface. In this case, soft tape 8 is provided at the joint between the main surface portion 60a facing the vertical ribs 48b and 48c, and at the joint between the edge portion 40e of the main surface portion 40a and the peripheral portion of the opening 6' facing the edge portion 40e, respectively, to suppress leakage of the foamed insulation material 3a. Also, the second blocking portion 483 is configured with a peripheral portion 40e formed to step down over the entire periphery of the main surface portion 40a (see Figs. 8(a) and 12(a)). Therefore, the second blocking portion 483 is disposed so as to surround the entire first blocking portion 48, and is in close contact with the entire periphery of the opening 6' via the soft tape 8.
[0076] As described above, the second damming portion 483 of the second embodiment surrounds the entire first damming portion 48 and is joined to it via soft tape 8 around the entire peripheral edge of the opening 6'. Therefore, even if the foamed insulation material 3a cannot be blocked by the first damming portion 48, the second damming portion 483 can effectively block the foamed insulation material 3a from leaking from the opening 6' into the interior space. Furthermore, in the mounting members 40 and 60, the pair of engaging recesses 43 and engaging protrusions 53 are arranged side by side with the pair of engaging recesses 42 and engaging protrusions 52, and the number of locations where they are arranged is increased compared to the locations in Fig. 6, thereby making it possible to obtain stronger assembling properties. Even in this case, the engaging recesses 42, 43 and the engaging protrusions 52, 53 can be engaged at once by sliding the mounting member 60, thereby simplifying the assembly work, and other effects similar to those of the first embodiment are obtained.
[0077] 13 and 14 show the engaging recesses 42, 43 and the engaging protrusions 52, 53, as well as the retaining portion 59 and the retained portion 49 of the third embodiment. In the mounting members 40, 50 of the third embodiment, similarly to the second embodiment, seven pairs of engaging recesses 42 and engaging protrusions 52 are provided, for example, and three pairs of engaging recesses 43 and engaging protrusions 53 are provided. Therefore, of the seven pairs of engaging recesses 42 and engaging protrusions 52, every other pair of the engaging recesses 42 and engaging protrusions 52 and the pair of the engaging recesses 43 and engaging protrusions 53 are formed side by side as shown in FIG.
[0078] Strictly speaking, the configuration in Figure 13 is slightly different from the configuration in Figures 10(a) and (b), for example, in the shape of the partition wall 58 in Figure 10(a), but essentially it can be said that the engagement recesses 42, 43 and the engagement protrusions 52, 53 in Figures 10(a) and (b) are arranged side-by-side. 13, the position of the engagement recess 42 in the mounting members 40, 50 and the position of the rib 50b surrounding the engagement recess 42 are shifted outward in the width direction from those in FIG. 10(a), as indicated by the reference numerals "42, 50b." To accommodate this shift, a soft tape 8 can be provided at the joint between the edge 40e of the main surface portion 40a and the opposing peripheral edge of the opening 6.
[0079] Furthermore, in the mounting members 40, 50, at a position where the pair of engaging recess 42 and engaging protrusion 52 located at the lowest side among the seven pairs of engaging recess 42 and engaging protrusion 52 (corresponding to the pair of engaging recess 42 and engaging protrusion 52 at the bottom in Figure 6), a pair of anti-slip portion 59 and anti-slip portion 49 shown in Figure 14 is provided.
[0080] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 14(a), an opening 52b' is formed on the main surface 50a of the mounting member 50, which is connected to the opening 52b around the engaging protrusion 52 and widens it in the width direction, i.e., the front-to-rear direction, and a slip-out prevention portion 59 is integrally formed with the opening 52b, 52b' as its base end, the widthwise middle portion of the openings 52b, 52b'. The retaining portion 59 has a protrusion 59a at its tip end as shown in Fig. 14(a) and is hook-shaped when viewed from the thickness direction of the main surface portion 50a. The retaining portion 59 has a thickness that protrudes toward the main surface portion 40a on the inside of the container as shown in Fig. 14(b) (along the direction perpendicular to the engagement direction).
[0081] In contrast, retaining portion 49 is located in a slightly recessed portion of main surface portion 40a shown in FIG. 14(b), and has a locking rib 49a that locks ridge 59a of retaining portion 59 on main surface portion 50a. When the mounting members 40, 50 are combined, one mounting member 50 is disposed on the front side in the sliding direction so that the portion of the retaining portion 59 that protrudes toward the inside of the container is housed in the concave space of the retained portion 49. As the mounting member 50 is moved in the sliding direction, the tip side of the retaining portion 59 abuts against the locking rib 49a and bends, and when the mounting member 50 reaches the fixed position (the position where it has overcome the rib as shown in FIG. 1(b)), the return 59a of the retaining portion 59 fits into and is locked into the locking rib 49a, providing a sense of moderation.
[0082] In this way, the pair of retaining portion 59 and retained portion 49 engage with each other so that the other engaging recesses 42, 43 and engaging protrusions 52, 53 (see FIG. 13) that have once engaged with each other do not come out due to sliding movement of mounting member 50. Furthermore, by sliding the mounting member 50 to a fixed position where a sense of moderation is imparted, the retaining portion 59 can be securely engaged with the retaining portion 49 .
[0083] As described above, the anti-slip portion 59 of the third embodiment is formed integrally with one of the mounting members 50, for example having a rib 59a, and is prevented from slipping out in the counter-engagement direction by the other mounting member 40 (for example, the locking rib 49a of the anti-slip portion 49). According to this, the anti-slip portion 59 functions in the same manner as the anti-slip portion 54a of the first embodiment, for example by hooking its rib 59a onto the locking rib 49a, thereby achieving the same effects as the above-mentioned embodiment, such as being able to maintain the two mounting members 40, 50 in a mutually combined state.
[0084] 15 to 17 show mounting members 70, 80 and an insertion plate 85 of the fourth embodiment. The mounting members 70, 80 of the fourth embodiment differ from the mounting members 40, 50 of the first embodiment in the following points.
[0085] That is, seven engaging protrusions 71, 72 are integrally formed on the mounting member 70 on the inside of the refrigerator as shown in Fig. 16. The engaging protrusions 71, 72 are provided so as to be lined up alternately with the inserted portions 41 along the longitudinal direction of the mounting member 70. Here, Fig. 17 corresponds to a cross section taken along line XVII-XVII in Fig. 15, and shows the vicinity of engaging protrusions 71, 72 in mounting members 70, 80. For ease of explanation, Fig. 17 shows mounting members 70, 80 of right-side specification (see arrows in the front-rear direction), which differs from mounting members 70, 80 of left-side specification in Fig. 15 and Fig. 16 in this respect, but the insertion direction (direction from the front side to the back side) of insertion plate 85, which will be described later, is the same in both specifications.
[0086] As shown in Fig. 17, the engaging protrusions 71, 72 are each extended so as to protrude from both ends of the width direction (front-rear direction) of the main surface portion 70a toward the outside of the inner box 2a. In this case, the engaging protrusion 71 on the front side has a turn 71a that turns back toward the front at the tip side and is generally "L" shaped, and the engaging protrusion 72 on the back side has a turn 72a that turns back toward the back at the tip side and is generally "L" shaped. In this case, the turn 71a of the engaging protrusion 71 is formed larger than the turn 72a of the engaging protrusion 72, and is fitted into the opening 6 of the inner box 2a (the engaging recess 81 of the mounting member 80) first. 16. The engaging protrusions 71, 72 are located at both widthwise ends that fit into the opening 6 of the inner box 2a like the vertical ribs of the blocking portion 48, and have a frame-like blocking structure formed by a pair of upper and lower horizontal ribs 48r and the engaging protrusions 71, 72 at both ends. In other words, this blocking structure corresponds to a first blocking portion 480 that surrounds a predetermined space S3 between the mounting members 70, 80 shown in FIG. 17 and is composed of a pair of horizontal ribs 48r and the engaging protrusions 71, 72.
[0087] On the other hand, an attachment member 80 on the outside of the storage unit shown in FIG. 16 has seven engagement recesses 81 formed at approximately equal intervals along its length so as to correspond to the seven engagement protrusions 71, 72. As shown in Figures 16 and 17, the engagement recess 81 has a rectangular opening 81a (communication hole) that fits into the frame shape of the engagement protrusions 71, 72, and step-down portions 811, 812 on the outside of the storage space formed on both sides of the opening 81a in the width direction of the main surface portion 80a.
[0088] The stepped portion 811 is configured as a relatively shallow groove that is elongated and extends in the longitudinal direction of the mounting member 80 so as to connect the front sides of the openings 81a, and is stepped down on the outside of the main surface portion 70a. In this case, the stepped portion 811 is set to be slightly larger in longitudinal dimension and width dimension than the insertion plate 85 so as to be able to accommodate the insertion plate 85. The stepped portion 812 is made up of seven stepped portions on the inner side of each of the openings 81a, and each stepped down on the outer side of the main surface portion 70a.
[0089] 16 is a long, narrow, thin plate that can be accommodated in the stepped-down portion 811. The insertion plate 85 has seven notches 85a cut out in accordance with the arrangement of the engaging protrusions 71 at one end side in the width direction. The mounting members 70, 80 can be assembled without creating a gap around the opening 6 by using an insert plate 85 when assembling them to the inner box 2a.
[0090] That is, when assembling the mounting members 70, 80, the mounting member 80 is first placed on the outside of the mounting portion 5, and then the engaging protrusions 71, 72 of the mounting member 70 are engaged with the engaging recess 81 of the mounting member 70 from the inside of the container through the opening 6 of the inner box 2a. In this case, the mounting member 70 is tilted so that the larger engaging protrusion 71 of the return 71a passes through the opening 6 first, and engages with the stepped portion 811 of the engaging recess 81. Next, the entire mounting member 70 is rotated toward the outside of the container, using the engaging protrusion 71 as a fulcrum, so as to align with the wall surface of the inner box 2a. At this time, the insertion plate 85 has not yet been inserted into the stepped portion 811, and the smaller engaging protrusion 72 of the return 72a abuts against the opening 6 and bends, and when the insertion plate 85 reaches the fixed position (a position beyond the opening 81a as shown in FIG. 17), the return 72a fits into the stepped portion 812 and is locked.
[0091] In this state, the insertion plate 85 is positioned so that its cutout portion 85a faces the rear side and the turn-over portion 71a and the cutout portion 85a are staggered in the vertical direction as shown in Figure 15, and then inserted from the front side of the step-down portion 811 below the turn-over portion 71a (see Figure 17). Alternatively, the insertion plate 85 can be easily inserted under the return 71a by pressing it against the step-down portion 811 so that its cutout portion 85a aligns with the return 71a, and then sliding the insertion plate 85 downward (by moving it so that the cutout portion 85a can be seen under the return 71a as shown in Figure 15).
[0092] As described above, when the direction in which the engaging protrusions 71, 72 bend (for example, the widthwise outer side of the member 70 shown in the front-rear direction in FIG. 17) is viewed as the engagement direction, the mounting member 70 of the fourth embodiment can be said to have the engaging protrusions 71, 72 as anti-detachment portions that protrude toward the other mounting member 80 along a direction perpendicular to the engagement direction. That is, the engaging protrusions 71, 72 having the protrusions 71a, 72a are formed integrally with the mounting member 70, and are prevented from being detached in the anti-engagement direction by the other mounting member 80 (for example, the stepped portions 811, 812 of the engaging recess 81). According to this, for example, the engaging protrusions 71, 72 function as retaining portions by hooking the protrusions 71a, 72a into the engaging recesses 81, so that the two mounting members 70, 80 can be maintained in a mutually assembled state. In addition, the insertion plate 85 can be inserted without creating any play in the return 71a portion and therefore around the engaging protrusions 71, 72, and this, combined with the flexibility of the engaging protrusions 71, 72, ensures the sealing function of the sealing surface in the dam structure including, for example, the transverse rib 48r in Figure 16. In addition, even if foam insulation material 3a flows in through the opening 81a of the mounting member 80 shown in Figure 17, it can be blocked by the first damming portion 480 to prevent it from flowing from the specified space S3 into the interior space, thereby achieving the same effects as the above-mentioned embodiment.
[0093] 18 to 22 show mounting members 90, 100 according to a fifth embodiment. Here, Figures 18 and 20 show perspective views from outside the storage unit showing the lower and central parts of the assembled mounting members 90, 100. Figures 19(a) and (b) are perspective views showing the upper and lower parts of the mounting members 90, 100 in a cutaway view, and Figure 22 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XVII-XVII in Figure 20, showing the engaging protrusions 91, 91 of the mounting member 90.
[0094] In the mounting member 90 on the inside of the storage compartment, engaging protrusions 91, 91 and a cylindrical rib 92 are provided between multiple inserted parts 41 lined up vertically on the main surface part 90a as shown in FIG. 21, or a square tube rib 93 is provided at the lower end part (below the inserted parts 41) of the main surface part 90a as shown in FIG. 19(b).
[0095] In the fifth embodiment, one or more square tube ribs 93 can be provided as engaging protrusions replacing the engaging protrusions 91, 91. In other words, a configuration is adopted in which only one of the square tube rib 93 and the engaging protrusions 91, 91 is selectively provided as an engaging protrusion, and the number and arrangement of the engaging protrusions can be changed as appropriate, so the square tube rib 93 and the engaging protrusions 91, 91 will be described below in order.
[0096] That is, first, as shown in Figs. 18 and 19(b), one square tube rib 93 is formed at the lower end of the main surface portion 90a of the mounting member 90, or another one is formed at the vertical intermediate portion. The rectangular tube rib 93 has, for example, a square cross section, and its tip portion is extended so as to protrude through the opening 6c of the inner box 2a to the outer surface of the mounting member 100. Also, as shown in Figures 18 and 19(b), a tongue portion 93a is formed on the tip side of the rectangular tube rib 93, hanging down from the lower side of the rectangular tube rib 93, as a protrusion that protrudes into the thermal insulation space. An opening 103 is formed in the mounting member 100 on the outside of the storage unit at a position corresponding to the square tube rib 93. The opening 103 is an engagement recess formed by cutting out a square shape into the main surface portion 100a of the mounting member 100 as shown in Figures 18 and 19(b), and the tongue portion 93a of the square tube rib 93 is inserted into and engages with the outside of the storage compartment.
[0097] In this manner, the mounting members 90, 100 are assembled together by the tongue portion 93a of the square tube rib 93 engaging with the opening 103 through the opening 6c of the inner box 2a. In this case, an engaged state of the mounting members 90, 100 can be obtained in which the opening 103 of the mounting member 100 is closed by the square tube rib 93. The opening 103 corresponds to a communication hole that connects a specified space inside the mounting members 90, 100 to the insulated space, and the specified space (inside the square tube rib 93) is surrounded by the square tube rib 93 which serves as a first blocking portion protruding from one mounting member 90 to the other mounting member 100. The mounting members 90, 100 are fixed by the engagement of the square tube rib 93 at the lower end with the opening 103, and also by the screw 7 being screwed into the boss portion 45 at the upper end (see FIG. 19(a)). If a separate boss portion 45 is provided in the vertical middle portion, a configuration can be adopted in which the mounting members are fixed at three points, including the screw 7. In addition, the mounting members 90, 100 may be fixed at three points, including the screw 7 being screwed into the boss portion 45 at the upper end, by providing a square tube rib 93 and an opening 103 in the vertical middle portion in addition to the lower end.
[0098] The openings 6a to 6c of the attachment portion 5' in this fifth embodiment are different from the opening 6 in Fig. 6 and include the boss opening 6a, the insertion portion opening 6b, and the engagement portion opening 6c shown in Fig. 19(a) and (b). That is, the openings 6a, 6b, and 6c are opened individually according to the respective outer shapes of the boss portions 45, the insertion portions 41, the square tube ribs 93, etc. that penetrate the inner box 2a. Also, as shown in Fig. 22, the periphery of the attachment portion 5' is not flat, which is different from the attachment portion 5 in the above-mentioned embodiment, and will be described in detail later in Fig. 23.
[0099] 21 and 22, the engaging protrusions 91, 91 are each provided extending from the widthwise center of the main surface portion 90a as a base end so as to protrude further outward than the inner box 2a. In this case, the engaging protrusions 91, 91 are located closer to the widthwise center than the engaging protrusions 71, 72 in Fig. 17, and the engaging portion opening 6c of the inner box 2a is also formed to be narrower. The engaging protrusions 91, 91 are set so that their protruding dimension toward the outside of the storage compartment does not exceed the outside surface of the mounting member 100 (main surface portion 100a). The engaging protrusions 91, 91 are formed symmetrically with respect to the axis 400 shown in Fig. 21 as the axis of symmetry, and the shapes of the return knurls 91a, 91a at the respective tips are also formed symmetrically so as to hook on the outside in the width direction.
[0100] A second damming portion 48' (shown only in FIG. 22) that surrounds the engaging protrusions 91, 91 is provided on the main surface 90a of the mounting member 90 on the inside of the container. Although detailed illustration is omitted, the second damming portion 48' has a rectangular frame shape made of vertical ribs and horizontal ribs that surround the base end sides of the engaging protrusions 91, 91 on the main surface 90a. The tip side of the ribs that make up the second damming portion 48' is joined to the periphery of the opening 6c to form a sealing surface that overlaps with the inner box 2a, and a soft tape 8 is affixed thereto.
[0101] Openings 101 that engage with the engaging protrusions 91, 91 are formed as engaging recesses on the main surface 100a of the mounting member 100 on the outside of the storage compartment. That is, as shown in Figures 20 and 22, the surface of the main surface 100a on the outside of the storage compartment is recessed in a concave shape except for its outer periphery and the relief recess 51 portion, and openings 101 are provided in the recessed portions to form engaging recesses into which the return protrusions 91, 91 fit. The opening 101 corresponds to a communication hole that communicates a predetermined space inside the mounting member 90, 100 with the heat insulating space, and a first blocking portion 910 is integrally formed at the base end of the engaging protrusion 91, 91. That is, as shown in Figs. 21 and 22, the first blocking portion 910 refers to the angular tube portion at the base end side of the engaging protrusion 91, 91, and is configured so that the tip side of the angular tube portion protrudes from the main surface portion 90a so as to fit into the opening 101. Such pairs of the engaging protrusion 91, 91 and the opening 101 are provided, for example, four pairs, at equal intervals so as to be aligned in the longitudinal direction of the mounting member 90, 100. When the mounting members 90, 100 are assembled, the engaging protrusion 91, 91 can be aligned with the opening 101 at the mounted portion 5' and engaged with the opening 101 by aligning both mounting members 90, 100 with each other in the plate thickness direction. As described above, the engaging protrusions 91, 91 and the engaging protrusions 71, 72 in FIG. 17 are flexible, and it goes without saying that the desired engaged state can be confirmed by the click or sound produced when they are engaged.
[0102] 20 and 18, which show the exterior surface of the mounting member 100, the outer shape of the escape recess 51, 51' is different. This is because the escape recess 51 forms a space to avoid interference with the claw portion 33, and this shows an example of the outer shape of the escape recess 51' in which the plate thickness of the main surface portion 100a is made thin to match the outer shape of the inserted portion 41, as shown in Fig. 19(a) and Fig. 18. Here, the outer wall portion on the thermal insulation space side of the relief recesses 51, 51' is an outside-compartment protruding portion 51a, 51a' that protrudes further toward the thermal insulation space side than the main surface portion 100a in correspondence with the depression of the relief recesses 51, 51', as shown in Figures 19(b) and 22. In addition, the outer circumferential rib 51a'' shown in Figure 22 is also referred to as an outside-compartment protruding portion 51a'', as it is integrally formed on the outer circumferential portion of the main surface portion 100a and protrudes further toward the thermal insulation space side than the main surface portion 100a. These outer protruding portions 51a, 51a', 51a'' are set to a protruding length that protrudes closer to the vacuum insulation panel 3b than the protruding portions of the inner mounting member 90 such as the engaging protrusions 91, 91 and the like. In this case, the engaging protrusions 91, 91 are positioned so as to be sandwiched between the outside protrusions 51a, 51a' and surrounded by the outer peripheral rib 51a'', as shown in Figures 20 and 22, and the outside protrusions 51a, 51a' and the outer peripheral rib 51a'' are formed so as to protrude slightly (by ΔL shown in Figure 22) toward the insulation space beyond the engaging protrusions 91, 91. Similarly, the tongue portion 93a of the square tube rib 93 shown in Figure 19 (b) is also arranged to be sandwiched or surrounded by the outer-side protruding portions 51a, 51a', 51a'', and is formed so that the outer-side protruding portions 51a, 51a', 51a'' have a greater protruding length toward the insulated space than the tongue portion 93a.
[0103] 21 is a positioning rib formed, for example, in the vertical middle part of the main surface part 90a of the mounting member 90. The cylindrical rib 92 has, for example, a circular vertical cross section, and its tip part is extended so as to protrude through an opening (not shown) of the inner box 2a to the inner surface side of the large diameter rib 102 (see FIG. 20) of the mounting member 100. The large diameter rib 102 has a bottomed cylindrical shape whose inner peripheral surface is in sliding contact with the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical rib 92, and is formed integrally with the main surface portion 100 of the mounting member 100. As a result, when the mounting members 90, 100 are combined as described above, the large diameter rib 102 can obtain a positioning effect between the mounting members 90, 100 by fitting the cylindrical rib 92 therein, thereby improving the assembly accuracy.
[0104] As described above, when the direction in which the engaging protrusions 91, 91 bend (for example, the widthwise outer side of the member 90 shown in the front-back direction in FIG. 22) is viewed as the engagement direction, the mounting member 90 of the fifth embodiment can be said to have the engaging protrusions 91, 91 as anti-detachment portions that protrude toward the other mounting member 80 along a direction perpendicular to the engagement direction. That is, the engaging protrusions 91, 91 having the protrusions 91a, 91a are formed integrally with the mounting member 90, and are prevented from being detached in the anti-engagement direction by the other mounting member 100 (for example, the peripheral portion of the opening 101). With this, for example, the engaging protrusions 91, 91 function as a retaining portion by hooking their protrusions 91a, 91a, for example, on the peripheral edge of the opening 101, so that the two mounting members 90, 100 can be maintained in a mutually assembled state.
[0105] In addition, the mounting member 90 on the inside of the storage compartment is provided with, for example, a square tube rib 93 as a first damming portion as shown in Figure 19(b) or a first damming portion 910 and a second damming portion 48' as shown in Figure 22, thereby achieving the same effects as the above-mentioned embodiment, such as being able to prevent the foamed insulation material 3a from entering the space inside the storage compartment. 22 shows the positional relationship between the vacuum insulation panel 3b and the foam insulation material 3a in the insulation space, and the mounting members 90, 100. As shown in the figure, even if there is a gap between the vacuum insulation panel 3b and the mounting member 100 on the outside of the storage compartment, and even if there is a small gap around the engaging protrusions 91, 91 at the opening 101 and the foam insulation material 3a flows through the gap and along the engaging protrusions 91, 91, it is possible to stop the flow of the foam insulation material 3a from flowing into the storage compartment space by blocking it with the first blocking portion 910 on the base end side of the engaging protrusions 91, 91, or by blocking it with the sealing surface of the second blocking portion 48' around the outer periphery. The outside-cabinet mounting member 100 has at least one outside-cabinet protruding portion 51a, 51a', 51a'', which is configured to surround or sandwich a protruding portion of the inside-cabinet mounting member 90 (e.g., the engaging convex portions 91, 91 or the square tube rib 93) and protrudes closer to the vacuum insulation material than the protruding portion. As a result, even if the inside mounting member 90 has a protrusion (such as the engaging protrusions 91, 91 in Figure 22) that protrudes into the insulation space, the distance between the tip of the protrusion and the vacuum insulation material is secured by the outside protrusions 51a, 51a', 51a'', thereby reducing the risk of the vacuum insulation material being damaged. The protruding portion of the inside mounting member may include, for example, the engaging protrusions 71, 72 in FIG. 17, and may be configured to protrude into the heat-insulating space.
[0106] FIG. 23 shows a cross-sectional view of the vicinity of the attached portion 5' of the inner box 2a in the sixth embodiment. As shown in the figure, a raised portion 9 is formed on the side wall of the inner box 2a by slightly raising the periphery of the attached portion 5'. The raised portion 9 is raised toward the inside of the container from the side wall (the straight line marked with the reference symbol 2a in the figure). In this case, the amount of rise of the raised portion 9 is smaller than the plate thickness of the inside-container mounting member 90, and for example, even the maximum amount of rise on the attached portion 5' side shown in the figure is approximately half the plate thickness of the mounting member 90.
[0107] Moreover, the raised portion 9 is raised symmetrically on the near side and the far side with the attachment portion 5' in between. As a result, the raised portion 9 on the near side rises toward the interior of the fridge to form a gentle slope from the near side toward the attachment portion 5', while the raised portion 9 on the far side rises toward the interior of the fridge to form a gentle slope from the far side toward the attachment portion 5'. As described above, the mounting portion 5' in the sixth embodiment has a relatively recessed shape due to the raised portions 9 on both the front and rear sides, and at least a part of the inside mounting member 90 is hidden when viewed from the front of the refrigerator 1. In this case, the inside mounting member 90 is made thinner and the raised amount of the raised portions 9 is smaller than this, so that the interior space is not substantially narrowed and the external design can be improved. Although not shown in the drawings, the upper and lower sides of the mounting portion 5' may also be symmetrically formed with raised portions that rise toward the interior of the container so as to form a gentle inclined surface toward the mounting portion 5'.
