Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a fixing structure for a wall-hung toilet. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, wall-hung toilets are known in which a Western-style toilet is fixed in a state where it is suspended from the floor. Wall-hung toilets are arranged so that the toilet body is fixed to the rear side of the toilet room and protrudes from the rear side. For this reason, the weight of the toilet body is placed on the rear wall, which requires high strength. Therefore, a technology has been proposed in which a support member for the toilet body is placed on the side wall of the toilet room (see, for example, Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2014-95243 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] Even if the toilet body is supported only by the side wall, the fixing strength may not be sufficient. In particular, in apartment buildings, there are cases where strong pillars are not installed inside the walls of the toilet room, and it is difficult to maintain strength if the support member is not fixed to the pillar. Since the internal structure of the walls of a house varies depending on the construction site, there is a demand for a fixing structure that can install a wall-hung toilet with high strength regardless of the construction site. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] The present disclosure relates to a fixing structure for a wall-hung toilet, the fixing structure comprising: a support member that is disposed on the rear side of a wall-hung toilet that is installed at a position away from the floor surface of a building structure and supports the wall-hung toilet; a rear reinforcement member that is fixed to the rear side of the support member and reinforces the support member; a side reinforcement member that supports the wall-hung toilet on the side side; and a fixing member that fixes at least the support member and the rear reinforcement member. [0007] Hereinafter, the first embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the fixing structure 1 of the wall-hung toilet of this embodiment is installed in, for example, a toilet room 100 of an apartment building. The toilet room 100 is a part of a building structure, and is a substantially rectangular space, with the longitudinal direction along the front-rear direction D1 connecting the entrance (not shown) on the front side of the toilet room 100 and the rear wall 101 on the rear side facing the entrance. In this specification, the front refers to the entrance side, i.e., the side facing the rear wall 101, and the rear refers to the rear wall 101 side. The up-down direction D3 is the top-to-bottom direction, and the width direction D2 refers to the horizontal direction connecting the left and right side walls 102 of the toilet room 100.

[0008] The toilet room 100 is configured to include a rear wall 101 at the back side, a pair of side walls 102 on one side and the other side of the rear wall 101 in the width direction D2, a front wall (not shown) with an entrance door, and a floor surface 103. In apartment buildings, the rear wall 101 and the side walls 102 are often made of gypsum board or the like. As shown in FIG. 2A, a stud 104 of a pillar material is arranged inside the rear wall 101 and the side wall 102. As shown in FIG. 2B and FIG. 2C, a baseboard 105 is arranged along the floor surface 103 below the rear wall 101 and the side wall 102.

[0009] In the toilet room 100, as shown in Fig. 1, a toilet cabinet 3 is provided integrally with the rear wall 101 on the far side, and a wall-hung toilet 2 is provided so as to protrude forward in a cantilevered state from a front panel 31 of the cabinet 3. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2A, the fixing structure 1 for the wall-hung toilet 2 includes the wall-hung toilet 2, a support member 4, a rear reinforcing member 5, a side reinforcing member 6, a fixing member 7, and the cabinet 3.

[0010] As shown in FIGS. 2A to 2C, the wall-hung toilet 2 has a toilet body 21, a toilet seat 22, a toilet lid 23, a water supply section 24, a drain pipe 25, and a frame section 26.

[0011] The toilet body 21 is a concave container with an open top, and is installed in a floating state at a position away from the floor surface 103. The toilet body 21 is formed with a drain outlet at the bottom for discharging waste and the like, and the drain outlet is connected to a sewer pipe on the rear side of the toilet body 21 through a drain trap (not shown).

[0012] The toilet seat 22 is placed on top of the toilet body 21 and is a member on which a user sits. The toilet lid 23 is a lid material that covers the upper opening of the toilet body 21. The toilet seat 22 and the toilet lid 23 are each rotatably connected by a hinge portion disposed on the rear side of the toilet body 21, and are provided so as to be able to be opened and closed.

[0013] 2B, the water supply section 24 has a tank 241 and a water supply pipe 242. Water is supplied from an external water source and stored in the tank 241. The flush water stored in the tank 241 is supplied to the toilet body 21 through the water supply pipe 242.

[0014] The drain pipe 25 is connected to a drain outlet provided on the rear side of the toilet body 21. The drain pipe 25 is connected to a sewer pipe inside and below the floor surface 103.

[0015] 1, frame portion 26 connects the rear end side of toilet body 21 to support toilet body 21 in a cantilever state and also supports tank 241. Frame portion 26 has vertical bars 261, upper bars 262, lower bars 263, a tank support member 264, and a connecting portion 265.

[0016] The vertical bars 261 are erected in pairs on the floor surface 103 at a predetermined interval on one side in the width direction D2 of the toilet body 21. The upper bar 262 is disposed at the upper end of the pair of vertical bars 261 so as to extend in the width direction D2. The lower bar 263 is disposed below the upper bar 262 so as to be spaced apart, with one end connected to one vertical bar 261 and the other end connected to the other vertical bar 261. The tank support member 264 is a plate member attached between the pair of vertical bars 261 between the upper bar 262 and the lower bar 263 so as to extend in the width direction D2. As shown in FIG. 2B, the tank support member 264 protrudes backward from the back surface of the vertical bar 261, and the tank 241 is attached on the tank support member 264. The connecting portion 265 is a rod that connects the upper bar 262 and the support member 4 described later, and extends in the front-rear direction D1.

[0017] The support member 4 is placed on the back of the wall-hung toilet 2. The support member 4 is placed on the indoor side of the back wall 101, and is one of the members that connects the wall-hung toilet 2 and the back wall 101. The support member 4 is composed of a horizontally long plate extending in the width direction D2. The support member 4 is connected to the upper rail 262 of the frame part 26 via a connecting part 265. The support member 4 receives the load of the frame part 26 and the toilet body 21 applied to the frame part 26 via the connecting part 265, and supports the wall-hung toilet 2. Examples of materials for the support member 4 include wood and metals such as steel.

[0018] The rear reinforcement member 5 is a plate material fixed to the rear wall 101 on the rear side of the support member 4. As shown in FIG. 2C, the rear reinforcement member 5 is composed of a substantially rectangular plate larger than the support member 4, and has a planar shape along the rear wall 101. The upper end of the rear reinforcement member 5 is located slightly above the upper end of the support member 4 and the frame part 26, and the lower end is arranged in contact with the upper end of the baseboard 105. The width of the rear reinforcement member 5 is the length extending from one of the pair of side walls 102 to the other. The rear reinforcement member 5 may be, for example, wood. The rear reinforcement member 5 is connected to the stud 104 with a screw at a position where the stud 104 is present inside the rear wall, and is connected with a plastic plug or the like at a position where the stud 104 is not present. By fixing the support member 4 to the surface of the rear reinforcement member 5, the rear reinforcement member 5 reinforces the support member 4, and the rear reinforcement member 5 bears the load of the wall-hung toilet 2 together with the support member 4.

[0019] The side reinforcement 6 is a plate material that extends from both sides of the rear reinforcement 5 in the width direction D2 to the side of the wall-hung toilet 2 and is fixed to the side wall 102. The side reinforcement 6 has a planar shape along the side wall 102. The side reinforcement 6 is arranged in a pair facing each other along the pair of side walls 102. The width of the side reinforcement 6 is approximately the same as the length of the cabinet 3 in the front-rear direction D1 described later. More specifically, the front end of the side reinforcement 6 is arranged slightly forward of the front panel 31 of the cabinet 3 described later, as shown in FIG. 2A. In FIG. 2A, the top plate 32 of the cabinet 3 described later is omitted. The upper end of the side reinforcement 6 is located slightly above the upper ends of the support member 4 and the frame part 26, and the lower end is arranged in contact with the upper end of the baseboard 105.

[0020] As shown in FIG. 2A, the side reinforcement 6 and the back reinforcement 5 are arranged in a generally U-shape that opens toward the front in plan view. The side reinforcement 6 is arranged on the back side so that its rear end is located on the surface of the back reinforcement 5. The surface of the back reinforcement 5 is the front surface of the plate surface of the back reinforcement 5 on the toilet room 100. The side reinforcement 6 is arranged in contact with the outer end of the back reinforcement 5 in the width direction D2. The side reinforcement 6 and the back reinforcement 5 support the back reinforcement 5 at the rear end of the side reinforcement 6 when the side reinforcement 6 is loaded in a direction in which the back reinforcement 5 falls forward due to the weight of the wall-hung toilet 2 by being arranged on the back side. The side reinforcement 6 supports the wall-hung toilet 2 on the side.

[0021] The fixing member 7 is a metal fitting for fixing the support member 4 and the rear reinforcement member 5 to the rear wall 101 and for connecting the rear reinforcement member 5 and the side reinforcement member 6 to the side wall 102. The fixing member 7 includes screws, bolts, etc., and fixes at least the support member 4 and the rear reinforcement member 5 to the rear wall 101. As shown in Fig. 3, the fixing member 7 has a support member connection portion 70, a rear wall side connection portion 71, a step portion 72, a corner side connection portion 73, and a splice plate portion 74.

[0022] The support member connection part 70 is formed in a substantially flat plate shape so as to be in surface contact with the front surface of the support member 4 and to be connected with screws, bolts, or the like. A plurality of through holes 70a for fastening with screws are formed in the support member connection part 70. The support member connection part 70 is attached so that the screws penetrate the support member 4 and the rear surface reinforcement member 5.

[0023] The rear wall connection part 71 extends outward in the width direction D2 beyond the end of the support member 4 and is formed in a generally flat plate shape. The rear wall connection part 71 is fixed so as to contact the rear wall 101. A plurality of through holes 71a for screw fastening are formed in the rear wall connection part 71. The rear wall connection part 71 is attached so that the screws penetrate the rear reinforcement member 5.

[0024] The step portion 72 connects the support member connection portion 70 and the rear wall side connection portion 71. The step portion 72 extends rearward so as to cover the side end portion of the support member 4, and is formed in a substantially flat plate shape.

[0025] The corner-side connection part 73 gradually extends forward from the rear wall-side connection part 71 outward in the width direction D2. In other words, the corner-side connection part 73 is a generally flat plate-shaped part extending obliquely from the rear wall-side connection part 71. The corner-side connection part 73 is disposed obliquely with respect to the corner where the rear reinforcement member 5 and the side reinforcement member 6 are connected. If a stud 104 is present inside the corner where the side wall 102 and the rear wall 101 are joined, the corner-side connection part 73 may be fastened to the stud 104 with a screw.

[0026] The splice plate portion 74 is a portion that extends forward from the corner side connection portion 73 along the side reinforcement member 6, and has a surface that faces the step portion 72. The splice plate portion 74 is not fixed to the side reinforcement member 6 with screws, but is connected to the side reinforcement member 6 by making surface contact with the side reinforcement member 6, and supports the side reinforcement member 6. The splice plate portion 74 may be fixed to the side wall 102 with a plastic plug or the like.

[0027] The cabinet 3 is a space that houses and conceals the frame portion 26 of the wall-hung toilet 2, the water supply portion 24 such as the tank 241, and the drain pipe 25. As shown in FIG. 2B, the cabinet 3 has a front panel 31, a top plate 32, a connecting side plate 33, and a width adjustment member 34.

[0028] The front panel 31 is disposed on the front surface of the frame section 26 and is a plate material extending in the vertical direction. The front panel 31 is disposed between the toilet body 21 and the frame section 26 and approximately parallel to the rear wall 101. The length of the front panel 31 in the width direction D2 is shorter than the distance between a pair of side walls 102 of the toilet room 100. As shown in FIG. 1, the front panel 31 has an upper front panel 311 and a lower front panel 312. The upper front panel 311 is composed of a single plate material disposed on the upper portion of the toilet body 21. The lower front panel 312 is attached to the rear surface of the toilet body 21 in three separate pieces. A front panel baseboard 31a is disposed at the lower end of the front panel 31.

[0029] The top plate 32 is a so-called counter, and is a substantially rectangular plate disposed between the upper end of the front panel 31 and the rear wall 101. The top plate 32 is disposed substantially horizontally between a pair of side reinforcing members 6, and closes the space between the front panel 31 and the rear wall 101. The top plate 32 is hingedly connected to the support member 4, and is attached so as to be able to be opened and closed by rotating the rear end side.

[0030] 2A, the connecting side plate 33 is connected to the end of the rear side of the front panel 31 in the width direction D2 and is attached toward the inner depth of the cabinet 3 so as to be approximately perpendicular to the front panel 31. The connecting side plate 33 is a narrow, vertically elongated plate member having a length in the up-down direction D3 that is approximately the same as that of the width adjustment member 34 described later.

[0031] The frontage adjusting member 34 is a vertically long plate extending along the vertical direction D3 of the cabinet 3. The frontage adjusting member 34 is made of a plate narrower than the front panel 31, and is arranged on both sides of the front panel 31 in the width direction D2, with a gap between them, on the back side of the front panel 31. The frontage adjusting member 34 has a long hole 330 long in the width direction D2 at the upper end side. The frontage adjusting member 34 is connected to the rear end of the connecting side plate 33 by inserting a screw through the long hole 330. The frontage adjusting member 34 is arranged deep in the gap between the front panel 31 and the pair of side walls 102 when viewed from the front of the toilet room 100, so that the inner depth of the cabinet 3 cannot be seen. Depending on the inner dimension of the toilet room 100 in the width direction D2 and the dimension of the front panel 31 in the width direction D2, the distance between the end of the front panel 31 in the width direction and the side wall 102 varies for each construction site. Therefore, by changing the position of the screw inserted into the long hole 330, the position at which the width-adjusting member 34 is attached can be changed between the end in the width direction of the front panel 31 and the side wall 102. In Fig. 2C, the connecting side plate 33 and the width-adjusting member 34 are omitted.

[0032] According to this embodiment, the following effects are achieved. The fixing structure 1 of the wall-hung toilet is arranged on the back of the wall-hung toilet 2 installed at a position away from the floor surface 103 of the toilet room 100, and is configured to include a support member 4 that supports the wall-hung toilet 2, a back reinforcement member 5 that is fixed to the back of the support member 4 and reinforces the support member 4, a side reinforcement member 6 that supports the wall-hung toilet 2 on the side side, and a fixing member 7 that fixes at least the support member 4 and the back reinforcement member 5. Since the fixing structure 1 of the wall-hung toilet has both the back reinforcement member 5 and the side reinforcement member 6, the load of the wall-hung toilet 2 can be distributed and supported on the back side and the side side. This improves the fixing strength. By supporting on the back side and the side side, the wall-hung toilet can be fixed with sufficient strength even if there is no strong pillar inside the wall of the toilet room to which the wall-hung toilet 2 is fixed, so the wall-hung toilet 2 can be installed regardless of the construction site, and the freedom of installation is expanded.

[0033] According to this embodiment, the end of the side reinforcement member 6 is arranged so that it is located in front of the rear reinforcement member 5. By arranging the side reinforcement member 6 with its back facing the rear reinforcement member 5, the end of the side reinforcement member 6 can support the load received from the wall-hung toilet 2 in the direction in which the rear reinforcement member 5 falls forward. This improves the fixing strength of the fixing structure 1 for the wall-hung toilet.

[0034] According to this embodiment, the lower end of the side reinforcing member 6 is disposed in contact with the upper end of the baseboard 105 . The bottom end of the side reinforcement 6 comes into contact with the top end of the baseboard 105, so that the side reinforcement 6, which supports the load applied to the back reinforcement 5, can be supported by the baseboard 105. This makes it possible for the load of the wall-hung toilet 2 to be ultimately supported by the installation surface such as the floor surface 103, realizing high fixing strength.

[0035] The present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and includes modifications, improvements, etc. within the scope of achieving the object of the present disclosure. Modified and other embodiments will be described below. In the following description, the same reference numerals will be used for configurations common to the first embodiment, and description thereof will be omitted.

[0036] In the wall-hung toilet fixing structure 1A according to the modified example of the first embodiment, as shown in Figures 4A and 4B, the side reinforcing member 6A is disposed rearward of the front panel 31. The side reinforcing member 6A abuts against the rear surface of the width-adjusting member 34.

[0037] According to the fixing structure 1A for a wall-hung toilet which is a modified example of the first embodiment, the side reinforcement member 6A adjusts the force supporting the rear reinforcement member 5, while being positioned rearward of the width adjustment member 34, allowing the cabinet 3 to have a neat appearance when viewed from the front.

[0038] 5A and 5B, the second embodiment differs from the first embodiment and the modified example of the first embodiment in that the length in the vertical direction D3 of the rear reinforcement 5B and the side reinforcement 6B is shorter than those of the first embodiment and the modified example of the first embodiment. In the second embodiment, the rear reinforcement 5B and the side reinforcement 6B do not reach the upper end of the baseboard 105, and the lower ends of the rear reinforcement 5B and the side reinforcement 6B are disposed above the baseboard 105 of the side wall 102. The rear reinforcement 5B and the side reinforcement 6B have dimensions that are approximately the same as or slightly larger than the vertical length of the support member 4.

[0039] According to the second embodiment, the rear reinforcement member 5B and the side reinforcement member 6B are made smaller, which makes it easier to transport and move inside the narrow toilet room 100B, improving workability.

[0040] As shown in Figs. 6A to 6C, the third embodiment differs from the first and second embodiments in that the side reinforcement 6C is not made of a plate material but is formed integrally and continuously with the fixing member 7. The side reinforcement 6C is continuous with the fixing member 7, so that they are connected to each other. In the third embodiment, both the fixing member 7 and the side reinforcement 6C are made of metal. As shown in Fig. 6A, the side reinforcement 6C has a side wall abutment portion 61 and an upper surface portion 62.

[0041] The side wall abutment portion 61 is a generally flat plate-shaped portion that extends forward continuously from the front end of the support plate portion 74 of the fixing member 7. As shown in Fig. 6B, the side wall abutment portion 61 has the same vertical dimension as the dimension of the support plate portion 74 in the vertical direction D3, and extends forward from the support plate portion 74 to the rear of the opening adjustment member 34. The side wall abutment portion 61 is disposed so as to abut against the side wall 102, and if there is a stud 104 inside the side wall 102, it is fixed to the stud 104 with a screw. If there is no stud and it is difficult to fix with a screw, it is fixed with a plastic plug or the like.

[0042] The upper surface portion 62 is a substantially flat plate-like portion that is bent from the upper end of the side wall abutting portion 61 toward the inside in the width direction D2 of the cabinet 3. As shown in FIG. 6A, the upper surface portion 62 is formed into a substantially rectangular shape having the same length in the front-rear direction D1 as the side wall abutting portion 61. As shown in FIG. 6C, the side reinforcement member 6C has a substantially L-shape in cross section, and the dimension in the short direction of the upper surface portion 62 is shorter than the dimension in the up-down direction D3 of the side wall abutting portion 61. The upper surface portion 62 is disposed substantially parallel to the top plate 32 of the cabinet 3. The upper surface portion 62 is disposed so as to be able to support the end of the top plate 32 in the width direction D2 during construction or when the top plate 32 is unintentionally bent or tilted and shifted downward.

[0043] According to the third embodiment, the side reinforcement member 6C is fixed to the side wall 102 and is formed integrally and continuously with the fixing member 7. The load that the rear reinforcement member 5 receives from the wall-hung toilet 2 can be distributed to the side reinforcement member 6C together with the fixing member 7 that fixes the rear reinforcement member 5, improving the fixing strength.

[0044] In a modified example of the third embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the side reinforcement 6D is formed separately from the fixing member 7. The side reinforcement 6D is the same as in the third embodiment in that it has a side wall abutment portion 61D and an upper surface portion 62D and is composed of metal fittings. In this modified example, the rear end of the side wall abutment portion 61D is positioned so as to fit snugly with the front end of the splice plate portion 74 of the fixing member 7, and they are connected to each other. The side reinforcement 6D is fixed to the side wall 102 separately from the fixing member 7. By connecting the side reinforcement 6D to the fixing member 7, the fixing strength is improved as in the third embodiment.

[0045] According to the modified example of the third embodiment, when the fixing member 7 is an existing part, the same effect as in the third embodiment can be obtained by manufacturing only the side reinforcement member 6D, which has advantages such as reduced manufacturing costs and simplified manufacturing processes.

[0046] In the fourth embodiment, as shown in Fig. 8A, the opening adjustment member 34E is made of a thinner plate material than the opening adjustment member 34 in the modified examples of the first to third embodiments. The upper front panel 311 in the front panel 31E of the cabinet 3 has outer panels 313 on both outer sides in the width direction D2 and a central panel 314 on the central side. The opening adjustment member 34E is configured as a door that can be opened and closed by sliding like a sliding door relative to the outer panels 313. The opening adjustment member 34E is configured as a door disposed on the side of the wall-hung toilet 2, and separates between the rear reinforcement member 5 and the rear surface of the wall-hung toilet 2.

[0047] The side reinforcement material 6E has a door stop portion 63 that can abut against the back side of the thin opening adjustment material 34E. The fourth embodiment is the same as the third embodiment in that the side reinforcement material 6E has a side wall abutment portion 61E and an upper surface portion 62E, and is composed of metal fittings continuing from the fixing member 7.

[0048] As shown in Fig. 8B, the side wall abutment portion 61E has a larger dimension in the front-rear direction D1 compared to the third embodiment, and extends from the side surface of the wall-hung toilet 2 to the rear surface of the opening adjustment member 34E. As shown in Fig. 8A, the door stop portion 63 is disposed at the front end of the side wall abutment portion 61E, and is formed by a substantially flat surface that is bent at approximately 90 degrees toward the inside of the cabinet 3. As shown in Fig. 8C, the door stop portion 63 is formed only on the lower end side in the up-down direction of the front end of the side wall abutment portion 61E.

[0049] According to the fourth embodiment, by providing the door stopper 63 on the side reinforcement member 6E, the shape of the opening adjustment member 34E can be freely designed, and for example, it is possible to configure the opening adjustment member 34E as a door such as a sliding door. Configuring the opening adjustment member 34E as an openable and closable door makes it easy to access the inside of the cabinet 3. The side reinforcement member may be formed separately from the fixing member 7 and connected to the fixing member 7, as in the modified example of the third embodiment.

[0050] In the fifth embodiment, as shown in Fig. 9A, the side reinforcement 6F is disposed in contact with the floor surface 103. As in the first embodiment and its modified examples, when the side reinforcement 6F is formed of a plate material, in the fifth embodiment, the baseboard 105 of the side wall 102 is cut and removed. In detail, the rear side of the baseboard 105 along the side wall 102 is cut by an amount corresponding to the dimension along the front-to-rear direction D1 of the side reinforcement 6F. The side reinforcement 6F is attached to the side wall 102 from which the baseboard 105 has been removed, so that the lower end of the side reinforcement 6F reaches the floor surface 103.

[0051] As shown in Fig. 9B, in the rear wall 101, the baseboard 105 is entirely removed and the lower end of the rear reinforcement 5F is placed in contact with the floor surface 103. By the side reinforcement 6F and the rear reinforcement 5F being in contact with the floor surface 103, the lower ends of the side reinforcement 6F and the rear reinforcement 5F are supported by the floor surface 103. According to the fifth embodiment, the load of the wall-hung toilet 2 is distributed to the floor surface 103 without going through the baseboard 105, so that the strength of the fixing structure 1F for the wall-hung toilet is excellent.

[0052] As a modified example of the fifth embodiment, as in the second embodiment, the third embodiment, the modified example of the third embodiment, and the fourth embodiment, when the side reinforcements 6B, 6C, 6D, and 6E are configured with a short length in the vertical direction D3 and do not reach the baseboard 105, only the rear reinforcement 5F may be positioned so as to contact the floor surface 103.

[0053] In the sixth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10A, the fixing structure 1G of the wall-hung toilet further includes a first floor fixing member 8. The first floor fixing member 8 is connected to the frame part 26 located on the back of the toilet body 21 in the wall-hung toilet 2. The first floor fixing member 8 extends rearward from the vertical bar 261 of the frame part 26. As shown in FIG. 10B, the first floor fixing member 8 has a rear extension part 81 and a floor fixing part 82G. The rear extension part 81 extends obliquely downward toward the rear from below the center of the vertical bar 261 in the up-down direction D3. The rear extension part 81 extends from each of the pair of vertical bars 261. The floor fixing part 82G extends from the rear end and the lower end of the rear extension part 81 so as to return forward along the floor surface 103. The floor fixing part 82G has a flat surface and is fixed to the floor surface 103 with a bolt or the like. The rear extension portion 81 and the floor fixed portion 82G are connected together forming an acute angle in a side view.

[0054] By arranging the first floor fixing member 8 so that it extends behind the toilet body 21 and fixing it to the floor surface 103, the toilet body 21 can be supported with little force using the principle of leverage. By the first floor fixing member 8 supporting the toilet body 21, the load applied to the rear wall 101 side from the toilet body 21 and the user's weight during use can be reduced. Also, by extending the first floor fixing member 8 behind the toilet body 21, the first floor fixing member 8 can be arranged inside the cabinet 3, so it does not affect the appearance.

[0055] By using the first floor fixing member 8 together with the support member 4, the rear reinforcement member 5G, and the side reinforcement member 6G, the rear wall 101, the side wall 102, and the entire floor surface 103 can support the load received from the wall-hung toilet 2, thereby improving the strength of the fixing structure.

[0056] In the seventh embodiment, as shown in Figs. 11A to 11C, the wall-hung toilet fixing structure 1H further includes a second floor fixing member 80. The second floor fixing member 80 is fixed to the rear reinforcement member 5H and the floor surface 103. As shown in Fig. 11A, the second floor fixing member 80 is arranged in pair on the outer side in the width direction D2 when viewed from the front of the wall-hung toilet fixing structure 1H. As shown in Fig. 11B, the second floor fixing member 80 has a substantially right-angled triangular shape when viewed from the side, and includes a rear reinforcement member connection portion 83, a floor fixing portion 82H, and an inclined side portion 84.

[0057] The rear reinforcement connection part 83 is formed of a long and narrow flat plate extending in the vertical direction. As shown in Fig. 11C, the rear reinforcement connection part 83 is fixed to the rear reinforcement 5H with a bolt or the like at a position outside the vertical beam 261 in the width direction and at a position where the lower end touches the floor surface 103.

[0058] The floor fixing part 82H extends forward along the floor surface 103 from the lower end of the rear reinforcement connection part 83. The floor fixing part 82H has a flat surface and is fixed to the floor surface 103 with bolts or the like. The floor fixing part 82H and the rear reinforcement connection part 83 are connected at approximately a right angle.

[0059] The inclined side portion 84 is a portion that connects the upper end of the rear reinforcement connection portion 83 and the front end of the floor fixing portion 82H. As shown in Figures 11A and 11C, the inclined side portion 84 is formed by two flat plates that are narrower than the rear reinforcement connection portion 83 and are arranged on one side and the other side of the rear reinforcement connection portion 83 in the width direction D2.

[0060] The load of the toilet body 21, and the load when a user sits on it during use, are applied in a direction that tilts the rear reinforcement member 5H forward via the support member 4. With the second floor fixing member 80, the rear reinforcement member connection part 83 holds down the rear reinforcement member 5H, and the floor fixing part 82H and the inclined side part 84 support the rear reinforcement member 5H. This makes it possible to reduce the load applied to the rear wall 101 side.

[0061] In the eighth embodiment, as shown in Figures 12A and 12B, in the fixing structure 1I for a wall-hung toilet, the rear reinforcement member 5I extends to the ceiling 106 of the toilet room 100. The rear reinforcement member 5I is composed of a single plate material that continues from the upper end of the baseboard 105 arranged on the rear wall 101 to the ceiling 106.

[0062] The wall-hung toilet fixing structure 1I further includes a first ceiling fixing member 9. The first ceiling fixing member 9 is fixed to the rear reinforcement member 5I and the ceiling 106. As shown in FIG. 12B, the first ceiling fixing member 9 has a substantially right-angled triangular shape in side view, and has a rear reinforcement member connection portion 91, a ceiling fixing portion 92I, and an inclined side portion 93.

[0063] The rear reinforcement connection part 91 is formed of a long and narrow flat plate extending in the up-down direction D3. As shown in Fig. 12A, the rear reinforcement connection part 91 is fixed to the rear reinforcement 5I with a bolt or the like at a position outside the vertical beam 261 in the width direction and at a position where the upper end touches the ceiling 106.

[0064] The ceiling fixing part 92I extends forward along the ceiling 106 from the upper end of the rear reinforcement connection part 91. The ceiling fixing part 92I has a flat surface and is fixed to the ceiling 106 with bolts or the like. The ceiling fixing part 92I and the rear reinforcement connection part 91 are connected at approximately a right angle.

[0065] The inclined side portion 93 is a portion that connects the upper end of the rear reinforcement connection portion 91 and the front end of the ceiling fixing portion 92I. As shown in Fig. 12A, the inclined side portion 93 is formed by two flat plates that are narrower than the rear reinforcement connection portion 91 and are arranged on one side and the other side of the rear reinforcement connection portion 91 in the width direction D2.

[0066] The load of the toilet body 21, and the load when a user sits on it during use, are applied in a direction that tilts the rear reinforcement member 5I forward via the support member 4. With the first ceiling fixing member 9, the rear reinforcement member connection part 91 holds down the rear reinforcement member 5I, and the ceiling fixing part 92I and the inclined side part 93 support the rear reinforcement member 5I. This makes it possible to reduce the load applied to the rear wall 101 side.

[0067] In the eighth embodiment, if a storage shelf 35 with a door 351 is provided at the upper rear portion of the toilet room 100, the first ceiling fixing member 9 is not visible, which is preferable in terms of appearance. The storage shelf 35 can realize both the function of concealing the first ceiling fixing member 9 and the function of storing items. Instead of the storage shelf 35, a cover for concealing the first ceiling fixing member 9 may be provided.

[0068] In the eighth embodiment, an example has been given in which the rear reinforcement member 5I is configured from a single continuous plate material, but the rear reinforcement member may be configured by connecting a plurality of plate materials.

[0069] In the ninth embodiment, as shown in Figures 13A and 13B, the fixing structure 1J of the wall-hung toilet further includes a second ceiling fixing member 90. The second ceiling fixing member 90 extends upward from the vertical bar 261 of the frame part 26 located on the back surface of the toilet body 21, and is fixed to the ceiling 106. The second ceiling fixing member 90 has a height adjustment bar 95 and a ceiling fixing part 92J. In the fixing structure 1J of the wall-hung toilet, the front panel 31J of the cabinet 3 is installed so as to extend to the vicinity of the ceiling 106 so that the second ceiling fixing member 90 is not visible. In Figure 13A, the front panel 31J is shown by a virtual line to show the second ceiling fixing member 90.

[0070] The height adjustment bar 95 is connected to the vertical beams 261 of the frame portion 26 with bolts or the like. At this time, the length of the height adjustment bar 95 is adjusted at the construction site so that the upper end side reaches the ceiling 106. The height adjustment bar 95 has a height adjustment portion 95a. The height adjustment portion 95a may be configured with a plurality of bolt holes spaced apart in the vertical direction so that the position at which the bolts connecting to the vertical beams 261 are fastened can be changed. In the ninth embodiment, the frame portion 26 does not have an upper beam 262.

[0071] The ceiling fixing part 92J is fixed to the upper end of the height adjustment bar 95. The ceiling fixing part 92J is composed of a flat plate extending in a direction perpendicular to the height adjustment bar 95. The ceiling fixing part 92J is fixed to the ceiling 106 by bolts or the like in a state in which the height of the height adjustment bar 95 is adjusted and the ceiling fixing part 92J abuts against the ceiling 106.

[0072] As shown in Figure 13B, when the vertical bars 261 of the frame section 26 and the height adjustment bar 95 are connected to each other and extend from the floor surface 103 to the ceiling 106, and the ceiling fixing part 92J at the upper end is fixed to the ceiling 106, the second ceiling fixing member 90 is arranged so as to brace from the frame section 26 to the ceiling fixing part 92J. The load of the toilet body 21 and the weight of the user is applied to the frame section 26, but the load is distributed to the floor surface 103 and the ceiling 106 by the frame section 26 and the second ceiling fixing member 90. Therefore, the load applied to the rear wall 101 is reduced.

[0073] As shown in FIG. 14A to FIG. 14C, in the tenth embodiment, the fixing structure 1K of the wall-hung toilet further includes a connecting member 700 that connects the rear reinforcement member 5K and the side reinforcement member 6K. The rear reinforcement member 5K has a planar shape along the rear wall 101, and the side reinforcement member 6K has a planar shape along the side wall 102. The side reinforcement member 6K is composed of a plate-like member separate from the rear reinforcement member 5K. The connecting member 700 is a long member that extends from the lower end of the fixing member 7 to the floor surface 103. As shown in FIG. 14A, the connecting member 700 contacts the lower end of the fixing member 7 and is fixed to both the rear reinforcement member 5K and the side reinforcement member 6K. As shown in FIG. 14C, the connecting member 700 is bent into a substantially L-shape in plan view. The connecting member 700 has a rear reinforcement member connecting portion 710 and a side reinforcement member connecting portion 720. In FIG. 14C, the fixing member 7 located above the connecting member 700 is shown by virtual lines.

[0074] The rear reinforcement connecting portion 710 is a flat surface fixed to the rear reinforcement 5K. The side reinforcement connecting portion 720 is a flat surface fixed to the side reinforcement 6K. The rear reinforcement connecting portion 710 and the side reinforcement connecting portion 720 are connected at a substantially right angle.

[0075] The configuration of the fixing member 7 is the same as that of the first embodiment. As in the first embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the fixing member 7 fixes the support member 4 to the rear reinforcement 5K. The splice plate portion 74 of the fixing member 7 bends from the rear wall side connection portion 71 along the rear reinforcement 5K and abuts along the side reinforcement 6K. The fixing member 7 is connected to the side reinforcement 6K by the splice plate portion 74. However, the splice plate portion 74 itself is not fixed to the side reinforcement 6K by a bolt, a plastic plug, or the like. The connecting member 700 connects the rear reinforcement 5K and the side reinforcement 6K while directly fixing them. If a stud 104 is arranged inside the rear wall 101 or the side wall 102, the fixing may be performed by fixing to the stud 104 with a screw. If there is no high-strength member such as a stud 104 inside the rear wall 101 or the side wall 102, and a member such as a plaster board is arranged, the fixing may be performed by a plastic plug. According to this configuration, the rear reinforcement 5K and the side reinforcement 6K can be reinforced. Even if the rear end of the side reinforcement 6K does not match the front surface at the end in the width direction D2 of the rear reinforcement 5K due to a construction error of the rear wall 101 and the side wall 102 of the toilet room 100 themselves, or a manufacturing error of the rear reinforcement 5K or the side reinforcement 6K at the construction site, the rear reinforcement 5K and the side reinforcement 6K can be connected. By connecting the rear reinforcement 5K and the side reinforcement 6K, the weight of the toilet body 21 and the user applied to the rear wall 101 can be distributed to the side reinforcement 6K side.

[0076] In the tenth embodiment, the connecting member 700 is described as being substantially L-shaped in plan view. However, the connecting member 700 is not limited to being substantially L-shaped in plan view as long as it can connect the rear reinforcement 5K and the side reinforcement 6K. For example, the connecting member may be a rectangular column in cross section. The same effect as above can be obtained by placing a square material inside the corner where the rear reinforcement 5K and the side reinforcement 6K are connected and fixing it with a bolt or a plastic plug.

[0077] As shown in Figs. 15A to 15C, in the eleventh embodiment, the fixing structure 1L for the wall-hung toilet has a tank cabinet 27 that houses a tank 241. As shown in Fig. 15B, the tank cabinet 27 is disposed between the frame portion 26 located on the rear side of the toilet body 21 and the rear reinforcement member 5L. The tank cabinet 27 has a lower end connected to the floor surface 103, and a rear end face connected to the rear reinforcement member 5L. The tank cabinet 27 has a pair of side portions 271, a pair of leg portions 272, and a rear portion 273.

[0078] As shown in FIG. 15B, the pair of side portions 271 abut against the rear surface of the front panel 31 and extend in the front-rear direction D1. The pair of side portions 271 are arranged so as to cover one and the other side surfaces of the tank 241 in the width direction D2. The pair of legs 272 extend downward from the front lower ends of the pair of side portions 271 and are portions connected to the floor surface 103. As shown in FIG. 15C, on the floor surface 103 side of the legs 272, the legs 272 are fixed to the floor surface 103 by a fixing member 272a that protrudes from the side surface of the legs 272 and extends in the width direction D2 of the tank cabinet 27. The side portions 271 and the legs 272 are formed by a single continuous plate-like member. The rear portion 273 is a plate-like member that connects between the pair of side portions 271 and is connected to the rear reinforcing member 5L. The rear portion 273 is fixed to the approximately center side of the rear reinforcing member 5L in the width direction D2.

[0079] According to the eleventh embodiment, the rear part 273 of the tank cabinet 27 is connected to the rear reinforcing member 5L, and the leg part 272 is connected to the floor surface 103, so that the load on the rear wall 101 from the toilet body 21 and the user can be distributed and reduced. In particular, the load from the toilet body 21 is concentrated near the center in the width direction D2 of the rear wall 101 located behind the toilet body 21, and there is a concern that the center side in the width direction D2 of the rear reinforcing member 5L will bend so as to bulge forward. When the rear part 273 of the tank cabinet 27 is connected to the rear reinforcing member 5L, the rear part 273 of the tank cabinet 27 is fixed to the position of the rear wall 101, and therefore the rear reinforcing member 5L, where the most load is applied, thereby improving the rigidity of the rear reinforcing member 5L. This further reduces the load on the rear wall 101.

[0080] As shown in Fig. 15A, in the eleventh embodiment, a plurality of shelves 274 extending in a substantially horizontal direction may be attached to the outer side of a side portion 271 of the tank cabinet 27. A space capable of storing items is formed between the rear reinforcement member 5L and the front panel 31. The shelves 274 can divide the space capable of storing items into upper and lower portions, thereby increasing the number of items that can be stored. The shelves 274 are omitted in Fig. 15B.

[0081] As shown in Figures 16A to 16B, in the fixing structure 1M of the wall-hung toilet of the twelfth embodiment, the side reinforcement member 6M extends forward beyond the front end of the wall-hung toilet 2. For example, the side reinforcement member 6M extends forward from the end in the width direction of the back reinforcement member 5M along the side wall 102 of the toilet room 100. In addition to the toilet body 21, toilet ancillary equipment such as a counter 110, a hand-washing basin 111, a hand-washing cabinet 112, and a handrail 113 are arranged in the toilet room 100. As shown in Figures 16A and 16B, the counter 110, the hand-washing basin 111, the hand-washing cabinet 112, and the handrail 113 are arranged along the side wall 102. When arranging these, if there are no members constituting a high-strength building structure inside the side wall 102, it becomes necessary to reinforce the back of the wall. However, by extending the side reinforcing material 6M long along the side wall 102, it becomes possible to fix the related equipment of the toilet room 100M with appropriate strength without providing separate reinforcement behind the wall.

[0082] The above-described embodiments may be combined with each other. For example, the upper surface portions 62, 62D, 62E and the door stop portion 63 are provided on the side reinforcement members 6C, 6D, 6E having a short length in the vertical direction D3. However, the upper surface portions and the door stop portion may be provided on side reinforcement members of other shapes, or may be provided on a plate-shaped side reinforcement member.

[0083] Although examples have been described in which the first floor fixing member 8, the second floor fixing member 80, the first ceiling fixing member 9, the second ceiling fixing member 90, and the connecting member 700 are each used alone, they may also be appropriately combined with any of the embodiments and modified examples of the wall-hung toilet fixing structure described above.

[0084] There is no limitation as to whether or not the baseboard 105 is provided. Even when the baseboard 105 is provided in the illustrated embodiment, the rear reinforcing material or the side reinforcing material may be in contact with the floor surface 103. [Explanation of symbols]
