[0024] The lid body 22 has a frame-shaped lid body main body 221 that is detachable from the casing main body 21 , and a nasal cavity forming portion 23 that is attached to the lid body main body 221 .
[0025] As shown in Fig. 3, the nasal cavity forming portion 23 has a first member 23A and a second member 23B. The first member 23A is a plate-like member formed by bending both ends in the same direction. The second member 23B is a box-like member. These are detachably attached to the lid body main body 221 in a stacked state as shown in Fig. 2.
[0026] 3, the first member 23A has a through hole 231A formed in the center thereof. The first member 23A also has a protruding portion 232A that protrudes toward the inside of the through hole 231A and resembles a bridge of a nose.
[0027] The second member 23B has a pair of through holes 231B and 232B which resemble nasal cavities, and a through hole 233B into which the protruding portion 232A is inserted.
[0028] In a state where such first member 23A and second member 23B are assembled, that is, where second member 23B is inserted inside the portion where both ends of first member 23A are folded back, and protruding portion 232A is inserted into through hole 233B, through hole 231A communicates with through hole 231B, and through hole 231A communicates with through hole 232B. This allows medical device 100 to be inserted into casing 2 through through hole 231B or through hole 232B (see FIG. 1).
[0029] 4, a fixing part 3 is provided on the back side of the bottom part 211, i.e., on the side opposite the spacer 216. The fixing part 3 has a function of fixing the casing 2 to an installation surface 200, such as a desk top. The fixing part 3 has a base part 31 fixed to the back side of the bottom part 211, a suction pad 32 fixed to the installation surface 200, and a connecting part 33 connecting the base part 31 and the suction pad 32.
[0030] The material of the casing 2 is not particularly limited, but it is preferably a hard resin material. Each part of the casing 2 may be manufactured by cutting out a single piece of cardboard, or may be manufactured by cutting out a joint of multiple sheets of paper joined together. Furthermore, the surfaces of each part of the casing 2 may be subjected to a water-repellent treatment.
[0031] As shown in FIG. 2, the height (maximum height) H of the casing 2 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 5 cm or more and 50 cm or less, and more preferably 6 cm or more and 8 cm or less.
[0032] The width (maximum width) W of the casing 2 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 4 cm or more and 50 cm or less, and more preferably 5 cm or more and 8 cm or less.
[0033] The length (maximum length) L of the casing 2 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 5 cm or more and 50 cm or less, and more preferably 6 cm or more and 18 cm or less.
[0034] 4, the base 31 is disk-shaped and has an insertion hole 311 into which the tip of the connecting part 33 can be inserted and removed. When the tip of the connecting part 33 is inserted into the insertion hole 311, it fits to an extent that the inserted state can be maintained, but it can also be removed.
[0035] The suction pad 32 is fixed to the installation surface 200 by being adsorbed to the installation surface 200. When the suction pad 32 is pulled in a direction away from the installation surface 200 while being adsorbed to the installation surface 200, the suction pad 32 is detached from the installation surface 200.
[0036] The connecting part 33 has a joint 331 and can rotate about the joint 331. This makes it possible to adjust the angle of the casing 2 relative to the installation surface 200. This allows a variety of training to be performed.
[0037] Note that the fixing portion 3 is not limited to the above configuration as long as it is detachably fixed to the installation surface 200, detachably fixed to the casing 2, and the angle of the casing 2 with respect to the installation surface 200 is adjustable.
[0038] Next, the biological model set 4 will be described. The biological model set 4 has a biological model 40 as shown in Fig. 5 to Fig. 9. The biological model 40 has a housing 41 (box body) and a processing unit 42 installed in the housing 41. The biological model 40 is selectively stored and detachably stored in the casing 2, and training is performed in the stored state.
[0039] The housing 41 is a box body that is placed on the spacer 216 inside the casing 2. The housing 41 has a bottom portion 411, a side wall portion 412, a side wall portion 413, a side wall portion 414, and a side wall portion 415.
[0040] Side wall portion 412, side wall portion 413, side wall portion 414, and side wall portion 415 stand upright from the edge portion of bottom portion 411. Side wall portion 412 and side wall portion 414 face each other, and side wall portion 413 and side wall portion 415 face each other, and an opening is formed on the side opposite bottom portion 411.
[0041] The bottom portion 411, the side wall portion 412, the side wall portion 413, the side wall portion 414, and the side wall portion 415 may each be formed as separate bodies and then assembled together, or may be formed as one piece.
[0042] The housing 41 is installed in the casing body 21 with the opening facing away from the bottom 411, and then the cover 22 is installed in the casing body 21. In this state, the medical instrument 100 is inserted through the through-hole 231A or the through-hole 232A of the nasal cavity forming section 23, and training can be conducted on the treatment section 42 in the housing 41.
[0043] As shown in FIG. 2, the height (maximum height) h of the housing 41 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 4 cm or more and 30 cm or less, and more preferably 5 cm or more and 10 cm or less.
[0044] The width (maximum width) w of the housing 41 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 3 cm or more and 30 cm or less, and more preferably 4 cm or more and 10 cm or less.
[0045] The length (maximum length) l of the housing 41 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 3 cm or more and 30 cm or less, and more preferably 4 cm or more and 10 cm or less.
[0046] Next, the processing unit 42 will be described. Note that the configuration of the processing unit 42 is different in the biological models 40 shown in Fig. 5 to Fig. 9. In the following, the biological model 40 shown in Fig. 5 will be referred to as biological model 40A, the biological model 40 shown in Fig. 6 will be referred to as biological model 40B, the biological model 40 shown in Fig. 7 will be referred to as biological model 40C, the biological model 40 shown in Fig. 8 will be referred to as biological model 40D, and the biological model 40 shown in Fig. 9 will be referred to as biological model 40E.
[0047] In addition, the processing unit 42 shown in FIG. 5 is referred to as processing unit 42A, the processing unit 42 shown in FIG. 6 is referred to as processing unit 42B, the processing unit 42 shown in FIG. 7 is referred to as processing unit 42C, the processing unit 42 shown in FIG. 8 is referred to as processing unit 42D, and the processing unit 42 shown in FIG. 9 is referred to as processing unit 42E.
[0048] (Biomodel 40A) As shown in FIG. 5, a biological model 40A is used for training in the technique of crushing cartilage at or around a lesion site using forceps, and has a processing section 42A.
[0049] The processing section 42A has a base section 421A and a crushing section 422A provided on the base section 421A.
[0050] The base 421A is in the form of a sheet, and both ends of the base 421A are folded in one direction. The base 421A is disposed in the housing 41 with its thickness direction oriented along the direction in which the side walls 412 and 414 face each other. The folded parts of the base 421A are in contact with the side walls 413 and 415, respectively. The folded parts of the base 421A are joined to the side walls 413 and 415, respectively. However, they do not have to be joined. In this case, as shown in FIG. 6, the base 421A can be used as the biological model 40B by a simple method of changing the orientation of the base 421A. Furthermore, training can be performed in accordance with forceps having different inclination angles at the tip.
[0051] The pulverizing part 422A is made of a soft material such as silicon. The pulverizing part 422A is in the form of a sheet, and a through hole 423A is formed in the center thereof. The shape of the opening surface of the through hole 423A is hexagonal. However, the shape is not limited to this configuration, and the shape of the opening surface of the through hole 423A may be, for example, a circle, an ellipse, a triangle, a square, a pentagon, a heptagon or more polygon, or the like.
[0052] The color of the crushing part 422A is not particularly limited, but is preferably a color different from the color of the housing 41 and the color of the base part 421A.
[0053] With such a biological model 40A inserted in the casing 2, training can be performed using the endoscope 100A and the forceps 100B as shown in Fig. 1. Specifically, while visually checking the crushing section 422A and the through-hole 423A with the endoscope 100A, an arbitrary position on the edge of the through-hole 423A is crushed using the forceps 100B. This allows training to be performed to improve the handling ability of the forceps 100B.
[0054] (Biomodel 40B) 6, the biological model 40B is for training the technique of crushing the cartilage at or around the lesion site using forceps, and has a processing unit 42B. Processing unit 42B has the same configuration as processing unit 42A, but is installed in a different orientation.
[0055] In addition, examples of forceps include those described in JP 2022-80983 A.
[0056] Base portion 421A is disposed in housing 41 with its thickness direction oriented along the thickness direction of bottom portion 411. Base portion 421A is also disposed apart from bottom portion 411. The bent portions of base portion 421A contact sidewall portions 413 and 415, respectively.
[0057] With such a biological model 40B inserted into the casing 2, training can be performed using the endoscope 100A and the forceps 100B as shown in FIG. 1. Specifically, while visually checking the crushing section 422A and the through-hole 423A with the endoscope 100A, an arbitrary position on the edge of the through-hole 423A is crushed using the forceps 100B. This allows training to be performed to improve the handling of the forceps 100B. In particular, training can be performed at a different insertion angle of the forceps 100B compared to when the biological model 40A is used.
[0058] In this manner, the medical instrument 100 is a pair of forceps, and the processing portion 42 of one of the multiple biological models 40 is a breaking portion that is broken by the forceps. This allows training to be conducted to improve the handling ability of the forceps.
[0059] (Biomodel 40C) 7, biological model 40C is for training in suturing biological tissue around a lesion using a suturing tool, and has processing section 42C. Processing section 42C has sutured section 421C. Sutured section 421C is composed of at least two or more sheets, and is composed of a laminate in which the sheets are stacked with their thickness directions aligned.
[0060] In this embodiment, the sewn portion 421C is composed of a laminated body in which three sheets 422C, 423C, and 424C are laminated. That is, the sheet 423C is laminated on both sides of the sheet 422C, and the sheet 424C is laminated on the right side in FIG. 7. The sheet 422C is a hard sheet, and the sheets 423C and 424C are soft sheets made of, for example, silicon. These are fixed via an adhesive or an adhesive tape. In addition, these are placed in the casing 2 with their respective thickness directions coinciding with the direction in which the side wall portion 413 and the side wall portion 415 face each other. In addition, a slit is formed in the sheet 424C, and training is performed to suture both sides through the slit.
[0061] The housing 41 also has a support portion 416 that supports the sheets 422C, 423C, and 424C. The support portion 416 is configured as an inclined plate having slits into which the sheets 422C, 423C, and 424C are inserted all at once. The support portion is installed in an inclined state with respect to the bottom portion 411 and the side wall portion 412.
[0062] With such a biological model 40C inserted in the casing 2, training can be performed using the endoscope 100A and a needle holder for holding a suture needle. Specifically, while visually checking the sheets 422C, 423C, and 424C with the endoscope 100A, the needle holder is inserted while holding the suture needle, and training can be performed to, for example, straddle the sheet 423C and suture the sheets 422C and 424C.
[0063] Examples of needle holders include those described in JP 2021-151339 A.
[0064] (Biomodel 40D) 8, the biological model 40D is for training in grinding a lesion or a biological tissue in the vicinity thereof using a shaver, and has a processing section 42D. The processing section 42D has, for example, two holding rods 421D (holding section) for holding a piece of meat 300. The piece of meat 300 is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, the liver of an organism.
[0065] Holding rod 421D has a base end fixed to bottom 411 or side walls 413, 415, and a tip end located inside housing 41. By piercing piece of meat 300 into holding rod 421D, training is made possible.
[0066] It is preferable that the holding rod 421D is deformable like a wire, and is capable of maintaining its shape after deformation.
[0067] With such a biological model 40D inserted in the casing 2, training can be performed using the endoscope 100A and a shaver. Specifically, training can be performed in which the piece of meat 300 is viewed through the endoscope 100A, the shaver is inserted, and a desired position of the piece of meat 300 is ground with the shaver.
[0068] As an example of a shaver, there is one as shown in FIG. 9A of JP-A-2013-515590.
[0069] In this way, the medical instrument 100 is a shaver, and the processing section 42 of one of the multiple biological models 40 has a holding rod 421D that is a holding section that holds the piece of meat 300 to be ground by the shaver. This allows training in grinding a desired position of the piece of meat 300 with the shaver.
[0070] (Biomodel 40E) 9, biological model 40E is for training in grinding biological tissue around a blood vessel using a drill, and has processing section 42E. Processing section 42E has tubular body 421E which resembles a blood vessel, and covering section 422E which covers the outer periphery of tubular body 421E.
[0071] Tube 421E is configured as a hollow body made of a soft material such as a resin material. One end of tube 421E is closed, and the other end is connected to a pressure pump (not shown), and the inside is filled with liquid 400. As liquid 400, saline solution, fresh water, etc. can be used.
[0072] Covering portion 422E is made of a hard material such as gypsum. Covering portion 422E is located inside housing 41, and is a portion that is ground by a drill. Covering portion 422E is supported by support portion 417 provided inside housing 41. Support portion 417 is made of a through hole provided in sidewall portions 412, 414.
[0073] With such a biological model 40E inserted in the casing 2, training can be performed using the endoscope 100A and a drill. Specifically, training can be performed in which a drill is inserted while viewing the covering portion 422E with the endoscope 100A, and a desired position of the covering portion 422E is ground with the drill without grinding the tubular body 421E.
[0074] It is preferable that the liquid 400 is filled at a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure, so that if the drill accidentally grinds the tube 421E, the liquid 400 will gush out from the damaged area, allowing for more realistic training.
[0075] The color of the liquid 400 is not particularly limited, but is preferably red, which allows for more realistic training.
[0076] As the drill, there is a drill as described in JP 2013-244390 A.
[0077] In this manner, the medical instrument 100 is a drill, and the processing section 42 of one of the biological models 40 has the covering section 422E, which is a hard body that is ground by the drill. This allows training in grinding a desired position of the covering section 422E with the drill.
[0078] Such a nasal procedure training model 1 can be sold as a set including a casing 2, a fixing part 3, a biological model set 4 consisting of a plurality of biological models 40, and a face mask 5. A purchaser can select one biological model 40 from the biological model set 4, assemble it as shown in Fig. 1, and perform desired training. This allows the nasal procedure training model 1 to provide a variety of training.
[0079] It is also possible to sell a biological model set 4 consisting of a plurality of biological models 40 as one set. It is also possible to sell a plurality of biological models 40 individually, or to selectively sell two or more of them. Since each biological model 40 is basically discarded after one use, when it is desired to carry out the same training successively, the desired biological model 40 can be selected and purchased.
[0080] As described above, the nasal procedure training model 1 is for training a procedure using the medical instrument 100. The nasal procedure training model 1 includes a casing 2 having through holes 231B, 232B, which are holes into which the medical instrument 100 is inserted, and a biological model set 4 including a plurality of biological models 40 that are selectively stored and detachably stored in the casing 2 and have a processing section 42 that is processed by the medical instrument 100 inserted through the through holes 231B, 232B in the stored state, and each biological model 40 has a processing section 42 that is different in structure. This allows for a variety of training and is highly versatile.
[0081] The biological model set 4 is selectively and detachably stored in a casing 2 having through-holes 231B, 232B, which are holes through which the medical instrument 100 is inserted, for use. The biological model set 4 includes a plurality of biological models 40 each having a processing section 42 that is processed by the medical instrument 100 inserted through the through-holes 231B, 232B when stored in the casing 2. Each biological model 40 has a processing section 42 with a different structure. This allows a variety of training to be performed, and is highly versatile.
[0082] The biological model set 4 may include biological models 40 of the same type, that is, having the same processing units 42.
[0083] As described above, the biological model 40 has the processing unit 42 and the housing 41, which is a box made of paper and which contains the processing unit 42. This makes it easy to discard the housing 41 after training using the biological model 40 is completed.
[0084] Although the nasal cavity procedure training model and biological model set of the present invention have been described above in terms of the illustrated embodiments, the present invention is not limited thereto, and each part constituting the nasal cavity procedure training model and biological model set can be replaced with any other component capable of exerting the same function.
