Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a wall structure, and more particularly to a wall structure including a panel, a furring strip, and a decorative panel. [Background technology]

[0002] Patent Document 1 describes an exterior wall construction structure that is easy to construct on existing exterior walls. This exterior wall construction structure is composed of a metal base assembly with metal furring strips fixed to an existing wall that has the ability to hold the exterior wall panels, and multiple exterior wall panels fastened to the metal base assembly. In the horizontal joints of the existing exterior wall, metal fittings for fixing the furring strips are provided between the horizontal joints, connecting the upper and lower vertical furring strips. And, the protruding corner furring strips are fastened to the metal base assembly at the corners of the existing wall with horizontal furring strips and fasteners.

[0003] In this type of exterior wall construction structure, each metal furring strip is fixed to the existing wall in order to secure the exterior wall panels and corner furring strips.

[0004] Ceramic and metal siding is also widely used as a decorative surface material, and although it is mostly used for wooden houses, it has been adopted for general buildings in recent years. There are also cases where it is installed on top of existing exterior walls as a renovation of buildings. However, with existing technology, some of the seismic isolation mechanisms and fixing methods adopted take into account the earthquake resistance and deformation of the decorative surface material and existing exterior wall material against deformation that occurs during an earthquake in the underlying steel material or the existing exterior wall material that serves as the foundation.

[0005] When attaching decorative surfaces to ALC panels or extruded boards, it is common to attach them via furring strips rather than directly gluing them. ALC panels and extruded boards are often attached vertically, and the standard installation method is the locking method, where each panel rotates slightly around the bottom of the panel as a fulcrum to accommodate deformation. When attaching ceramic or metal siding panels to ALC panels or extruded boards, it is standard to attach them to the horizontal wall, but because ALC panels and extruded boards use the locking method, it was common for the furring strips to run horizontally.

[0006] Patent document 2 describes a structure in which a furring strip is fixed to the center of the panel with a bolt and flows horizontally (horizontal furring strip) so as not to restrict the rocking movement, and a sliding material is inserted to prevent the horizontal furring strip from restricting the movement of the panel.

[0007] In addition, in construction methods for renovation (for example, the Nichiha MARC system), the attachment is fixed to the ALC panel with anchors, the furring strips are fixed to the attachment vertically (vertical furring strips) with screws, and the ceramic siding is fixed to the furring strips. In this case, the furring strips are fixed to the ALC panel with anchors, screws, and bolts. Therefore, the movement (rocking) of the ALC panel may be easily restricted. [0008] [Patent Document 1] JP 2017-81089 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2020-200752 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0009] In the above-mentioned exterior wall construction structure, it is desirable for the rocking and other operations of the exterior wall panels, which form the wall base, to operate reliably without being hindered by the vertical furring strips, horizontal furring strips and decorative surface material (tile wall surface).

[0010] In addition, in the structure in which furring strips run horizontally (horizontal furring strips) as in Patent Document 2, it is not possible to use construction methods such as siding, which are almost always installed horizontally due to their shape characteristics, and in order to accommodate this, it is desirable to make it difficult to restrict the movement of the panel, such as rocking, while making it possible to install the furring strips vertically. Also, even in construction methods that use vertical furring strips, it is desirable to install them in a way that does not impede the rocking of the panel.

[0011] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned reasons, and has an object to provide a wall structure in which the locking of multiple panels is less likely to be hindered by multiple decorative panels and furring strips. [Means for solving the problem]

[0012] In one embodiment of the present invention, a wall structure includes a plurality of panels for mounting finishing materials, each having a substantially rectangular surface, arranged in the up-down, left-right direction with their long sides and short sides adjacent to each other, and a plurality of decorative surface materials, each having a substantially rectangular surface, are attached to the front sides of the plurality of panels via furring strips. The plurality of panels are lockably attached to the structural framework. Vertically It is installed. The furring strips are vertical furring strips that are long in the vertical direction. Each of the vertical furring strips is attached to each panel via an adapter so that it is positioned in approximately a straight line in the vertical direction. At least one of the multiple vertical furring strips is attached to each panel so that at least either the upper or lower part straddles the short side of the vertically adjacent panel. The adapter has a mechanism that can mitigate the movement of the vertical furring strip in response to the rocking of the panel. The decorative surface material is attached horizontally to the vertical furring strip. The multiple decorative panels and the furring strips are attached so as not to interfere with the locking of the multiple panels. Effect of the Invention

[0013] According to the present invention, there is an advantage that the locking deformation of multiple panels is less likely to be hindered by multiple decorative surface materials and furring strips. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0015] (Embodiment 1) The wall structure of the present invention can be applied to various wall structures such as exterior walls, interior walls, and partition walls, but Figs. 1A and 1B show an exterior wall structure 1 as a wall structure according to this embodiment. The exterior wall structure 1 comprises a plurality of panels 2. The surfaces of the panels 2 are formed into a roughly rectangular shape. In this embodiment, the surfaces of the panels 2 are formed into (vertically long) rectangles extending in the up-down direction when viewed from the front (when viewed from the front). Although the surface is roughly rectangular, this does not exclude square shapes.

[0016] In this embodiment, the direction of the arrow X shown in the figure is the forward direction, and the opposite direction of the arrow X is the rearward direction. The front of the exterior wall structure 1 is outdoors of the building, and the rear of the exterior wall structure 1 is indoors. The direction of the arrow Y shown in the figure is the rightward direction, and the opposite direction of the arrow Y is the leftward direction. The left-right direction is sometimes called the horizontal direction. The direction of the arrow Z shown in the figure is the upward direction, and the opposite direction of the arrow Z is the downward direction. The up-down direction is sometimes called the vertical direction.

[0017] The panel 2 is an ALC panel. The ALC panel is a plate material made of autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete (high-temperature, high-pressure steam cured lightweight aerated concrete). In this embodiment, the panel 2 does not have to be an ALC panel, and may be a plate material made of other materials such as an extruded cement board or a metal panel.

[0018] The multiple panels 2 are arranged in a line up and down and left and right directions, and the multiple panels 2 form a base for attaching a finishing material. The multiple panels 2 arranged adjacent to each other in the vertical direction have their short sides 22 adjacent to each other. The multiple panels 2 arranged adjacent to each other in the horizontal direction have their long sides 21 adjacent to each other. Therefore, the multiple panels 2 are installed vertically.

[0019] The exterior wall structure 1 of this embodiment includes a plurality of decorative surface materials 3. The decorative surface materials 3 are formed into a substantially rectangular surface. In this embodiment, the decorative surface materials 3 are formed into a rectangular surface extending in the left-right direction (horizontally long) when viewed from the front (when viewed from the front).

[0020] The decorative surface material 3 is made of ceramic siding. Ceramic siding is an exterior wall material that is decorated by forming irregularities on the surface of the base material or by painting it. The main raw materials for the base material are cement, siliceous raw materials, fibrous raw materials, admixtures, etc. The decorative surface material 3 does not have to be ceramic siding as long as it is a finishing material for walls, and may be a plate material made of other materials such as metal siding.

[0021] The multiple decorative surface materials 3 are arranged in a line up and down and left and right directions, and the surface of the exterior wall is formed by these multiple decorative surface materials 3. The multiple decorative surface materials 3 arranged adjacently in the vertical direction have their long sides 31 adjacent to each other. The multiple decorative surface materials 3 arranged adjacently in the horizontal direction have their short sides 32 adjacent to each other. Therefore, the multiple decorative surface materials 3 are installed horizontally.

[0022] The exterior wall structure 1 of this embodiment includes furring strips 4. The furring strips 4 are provided to install multiple decorative surface materials 3 on the front side (front) of multiple panels 2. Therefore, multiple decorative surface materials 3 are attached to multiple panels 2 via the furring strips 4. In this embodiment, multiple vertical furring strips 41 are provided as the furring strips 4. The vertical furring strips 41 have a shape that extends in the vertical direction. The vertical furring strips 41 can use channel steel 44. Figures 4A and 4B show a channel steel 44. The channel steel 44 has a base piece 46 and a set (pair) of side pieces 42. The side pieces 42 protrude from both ends of the base piece 46, and the side pieces 42 face each other. The channel steel 44 also has an opening 45 at a position facing the base piece 46. The channel steel 44 shown in Figure 4A and the channel steel 44 shown in Figure 4B have different width dimensions, and can be used appropriately depending on the place of use and the purpose of use.

[0023] The exterior wall structure 1 of this embodiment includes a plurality of adapters 6. The furring strips 4 (vertical furring strips 41) are attached to the panel 2 by the adapters 6. Figures 5A-C and 5D-F show the adapters 6. The adapters 6 are metal pieces made of metal, such as steel plate, and have a bottom surface that functions as a fixed piece 61 and a guide piece 62 consisting of a pair of side surfaces, and are U-shaped. The fixed piece 61 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape (for example, a rectangular shape) when viewed from the front. A fixing hole 63 is provided on the substantially center line of the fixed piece 61, penetrating in the front-rear direction (thickness direction of the fixed piece 61). The pair of guide pieces 62 extend from a pair of opposing sides (side sides) of the fixed piece 61 toward the outdoor side (forward). Each guide piece 62 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape. A connecting hole 64 is drilled in each guide piece 62. The connecting holes (holes) 64 formed in each guide piece 62 are provided opposite each other. Each connecting hole 64 penetrates the guide piece 62 in the left-right direction (thickness direction). Each connecting hole 64 is formed as a long hole extending in the up-down direction. The fixing hole 63 and the connecting hole 64 are offset from each other in the up-down direction so that they do not overlap in the up-down direction. A sheet-like waterproof material 66 made of, for example, a waterproof tape 66 is provided on the rear surface (outside of the bottom surface) of the fixing piece 61. The adapter 6 shown in Figs. 5A to 5C and the adapter 6 shown in Figs. 5D to 5F have different width dimensions (the distance between a pair of guide pieces 62), and can be used appropriately depending on the place of use and the purpose of use. For example, the narrow adapter 6 shown in Figs. 5A to 5C is used for the narrow channel steel 44 shown in Fig. 4A, and the wide adapter 6 shown in Figs. 5D to 5F is used for the wide channel steel 44 shown in Fig. 4B. The dimensions and shapes of the furring strips and adapters are not limited to these, and for example, the furring strips 4 (vertical furring strips 41) may be square steel pipes, H-shaped steel, etc. other than the channel steel 44. The channel steel 44 in the present invention also includes a lipped shape (so-called C-shaped steel). In the case of a long length, one adapter 6 is sufficient for one furring strip 4, but using two or more adapters of smaller size is advantageous in that it can be made lighter and easier to install.

[0024] In this embodiment, the multiple panels 2 are attached in a rockable manner to a structural body 5. The structural body 5 is the framework of a building made of steel frame, reinforced concrete, steel-reinforced concrete, or the like, and includes columns and beams. Being rockable means that when inter-layer deformation occurs in the structural body 5, each panel 2 rotates slightly and moves in the in-plane direction.

[0025] When constructing the multiple panels 2 so that they can be locked, a known construction method can be used, for example, a vertical wall locking construction method.

[0026] 2A to 2D show an outline of the vertical wall locking construction method. A plurality of panels 2 are attached to a structural body 5 via a ruler angle 51, a lightning plate 52, a flat plate 53, and a support plate 54. The flat plate 53 attached to the panel 2 rotates slightly relative to the support plate 54 fixed to the ruler angle 51, thereby enabling the panel 2 to be locked. FIG. 3 shows another vertical wall locking construction method. A plurality of panels 2 are attached to a locking portion 59 of the structural body 5 via a set bolt 58, a speed bolt 56, an angle clip 57, and a single plate 55.

[0027] In this embodiment, fittings for the vertical wall locking construction method other than those in the above-mentioned examples can also be used.

[0028] A plurality of vertical furring strips 41 are attached to the front side of the plurality of panels 2 as described above. The vertical furring strips 41 are attached to each panel 2 one by one. Therefore, the plurality of vertical furring strips 41 are separated from the other vertical furring strips 41. In this way, the length of the vertical furring strips 41 is equal to or less than the length of the long side 21 of the panel 2, and the vertical furring strips 41 are attached to each panel 2 so as not to straddle the short sides 22 of the plurality of adjacent panels 2 vertically. Furthermore, the vertically adjacent vertical furring strips 41 are positioned in approximately a straight line in the vertical direction when the panel 2 is in a normal state where it is not locked.

[0029] Each vertical furring strip 41 is attached to the surface of the panel 2 via an adapter 6 at the top and bottom, and also between them as necessary. The adapter 6 is fixed to the surface of the panel 2 by abutting the fixing piece 61 via a sheet-like waterproofing material 66. In this case, as shown in FIG. 6A, a fixing device (adapter fixing bolt) 65 such as a bolt, anchor bolt, speed bolt, screw, or nail is inserted into the fixing hole (hole) 63 of the fixing piece 61 and fixed to the surface of the panel 2. The adapter 6 is provided at approximately the center of the panel 2 in the left-right direction. By arranging the vertical furring strip 41 at approximately the center of the panel 2 in the left-right direction, it is possible to minimize the vertical movement of the vertical furring strip 41 when the panel 2 performs a locking operation. When a bolt is used as the fixing device 65, it is preferable to provide an embedded nut at a predetermined position when the panel 2 is manufactured.

[0030] As shown in FIG. 7, the vertical furring strip 41 is inserted between a pair of guide pieces 62 of the adapter 6 and fixed to the adapter 6 by a connector (bolt for fixing the furring strip) 7. A pair of side pieces 42 of the vertical furring strip 41 each have a mounting hole 43. The mounting holes 43 on each side piece 42 face each other. The mounting holes 43 may be formed by processing at the construction site or may be formed in advance in a factory or the like. The connector 7 is composed of, for example, a bolt nut or the like. The bolt of the connector 7 is inserted into the connecting hole 64 and the mounting hole 43 and the nut is tightened to attach the vertical furring strip 41 to the adapter 6. Here, the fixing hole 63 and the connecting hole 64 of the adapter 6 are offset from the center position in the vertical direction, so that the connector 7 can be easily positioned so as not to interfere with the fixing device 65. The top and bottom of the adapter 6 are not particularly limited, but it is preferable to position the fixing hole 63 above the center in the vertical direction so that the adapter 6 is unlikely to be turned upside down due to its own weight when fixed. The vertical furring strips 41 attached in this manner have a connecting hole 64 formed as an elongated hole, which makes it easier for the connector 7 to be inserted, and when the panel 2 is locked and a strong force is applied, the connector 7 can move within the connecting hole 64. Therefore, the vertical furring strips 41 can move out of position relative to the adapter 6 during the locking operation of the panel 2, and the locking operation of the panel 2 is less likely to be hindered by the decorative surface material 3 or the vertical furring strips 41. The connecting hole 64 may be formed not only as an elongated hole, but also with a hole diameter larger than the outer diameter of the bolt body of the connector 7. The vertical furring strips 41 are attached so that the opening 45 side of the channel steel 44 faces the panel 2 side (rear side). As a result, the head of the fixing device 65 is accommodated within the opening 45, and even if the vertical furring strips 41 are firmly inserted between the pair of guide pieces 62 of the adapter 6, the installation of the vertical furring strips 41 is less likely to be hindered.

[0031] 8A to 8C show an outline of the movement of the vertical furring strips 41 and the adapter 6 during the locking operation of the panel 2. The adapter 6, which is fixed to the panel 2 with the adapter fixing bolt 65, rotates clockwise and counterclockwise relative to the panel 2 around the adapter fixing bolt 65 when the panel 2 is locked. In addition, when the vertical furring strips 41, which are fixed to the adapter 6 with the furring strip fixing bolt 7, are locked, the furring strip fixing bolt 7 slides up and down relative to the adapter 6 within the long hole of the connecting hole 64. This makes it difficult for the vertical furring strips 41 to interfere with the locking operation of the panel 2.

[0032] 9, 10A and 10B show an outline of the movement of the fastener (fastening metal fitting) 9 and the decorative surface material 3 during the locking operation of the panel 2. A plurality of decorative surface materials 3 are attached in front of the vertical furring strips 41. A fastener (fastening metal fitting) 9 is used to attach the decorative surface material 3. The fastener 9 is attached to the surface (front surface) of the vertical furring strips 41. The fastener 9 has a locking portion (claw) 92 that hooks onto the solid portion 33 of the decorative surface material 3, and is attached to the vertical furring strips 41 with the fastener 9 locked to the solid portion 33. When attaching the fastener 9 to the vertical furring strips 41, it is preferable that the fastener 9 be rotatable relative to the vertical furring strips 41 when the panel 2 is locked and a strong force is applied. This makes it easier for the fastener 9 to rotate relative to the vertical furring strips 41 during the locking operation of the panel 2, and the locking operation of the panel 2 is less likely to be hindered by the decorative surface material 3 or the vertical furring strips 41. In this case, it is preferable that the fastener 9 is rotatably attached to the vertical furring strip 41 by a fastener 93 such as a screw, nail, or bolt.

[0033] The multiple decorative panels 3 are attached to the front of the vertical furring strips 41 via multiple fasteners 9, and at this time, the solid portion 33 of the decorative panel 3 is preferably slidably engaged with the fastener 9. This allows the decorative panel 3 to slide relative to the fastener 9 during the locking operation of the panel 2, and the locking operation of the panel 2 is less likely to be hindered by the decorative panel 3 or the vertical furring strips 41. As shown in Figures 11A and 11B, the solid portion 33 of the decorative panel 3 is formed along the long sides 21 at the upper and lower ends of the decorative panel 3, over the entire length of the decorative panel 3. The fastener 9 may be a short one as shown in Figure 6A, but may also be a long one as shown in Figure 6B. The long fastener 9 is preferably used on high floors where wind pressure resistance is required, and is preferably rotatably attached to each vertical furring strip 41 with a screw, nail, screw, or the like.

[0034] As shown in FIG. 12A, the short sides 32 of multiple decorative facings 3 that are adjacent to each other in the left-right direction are adjacent to each other on the front side of the vertical furring strip 41 that is attached to the approximate center of the left-right direction (short side direction) of the panel 2 via the adapter 6. The decorative facings 3 that are adjacent to each other in the left-right direction are attached by engaging the ends of the short sides 32 with different fasteners 9 that are attached to the front side of the same vertical furring strip 41 in the left-right direction. An elastic body 36 is provided between the short sides 32. Examples of the elastic body 36 include a sealing material, which ensures waterproofing between the decorative facings 3. The elastic body 36 has elasticity that does not expand and contract and break even if the decorative facings 3 move due to a rocking action. The elastic body 36 is supported by a backup material 35 such as a hat-type joiner or a one-sided hat-type joiner, and is arranged in the joint between the short sides 32 of the decorative facings 3. An elastic body 8 is provided between adjacent panels 2. The elastic body 8 ensures waterproofing between the panels 2.

[0035] Figure 12B shows construction using auxiliary furring strips 11. The auxiliary furring strips 11 are provided in a location where the vertical furring strips 4 are not located. In other words, the auxiliary furring strips 11 are provided in a location where the short side 32 of the decorative facing material 3 is misaligned in the left-right direction from the vertical furring strip 41 closest to the short side 32. In this case, the vertical furring strips 41 are provided in approximately the center of the panel 2 in the left-right direction, but due to the layout of the decorative facing material 3, the end of the decorative facing material 3 on the short side 32 side may not be located in front of the vertical furring strip 41, and so the auxiliary furring strips 11 are used to support the end of the decorative facing material 3.

[0036] The auxiliary furring strip 11 uses a channel steel 44 similar to that of the vertical furring strip 41. The auxiliary furring strip 11 is connected to the vertical furring strip 41 closest to the auxiliary furring strip 11 via a connecting member 12. The connecting member 12 includes a connecting member body 121 and a pair of L-shaped angles 122. The connecting member body 121 uses a channel steel 44 similar to that of the vertical furring strip 41. As shown in Figs. 4C to 4E, the L-shaped angle 122 is a short object formed into an L-shaped cross section. One end of the connecting member body 121 is connected to the vertical furring strip 41 closest to the auxiliary furring strip 11 by one of the pair of L-shaped angles 122. The other end of the connecting member body 121 is connected to the auxiliary furring strip 11 by the other of the pair of L-shaped angles 122. In this way, the auxiliary furring strip 11 is connected to the closest vertical furring strip 41 like a cantilever beam. A fastener 9 is attached to the surface of the auxiliary furring strip 11 in the same manner as described above, and the end portion of the decorative surface material 3 on the short side 32 side is attached to this fastener 9.

[0037] 13 and 14 show the structure of the protruding corner 10. In the protruding corner 10, a protruding corner member 101 is attached using the auxiliary furring strip 11 similar to that described above. In the protruding corner 10, a pair of adjacent panels 2 are arranged at approximately right angles via an elastic body 8, with one panel being the winning side and the other being the losing side. A vertical furring strip 41 is attached to each of the adjacent pair of panels 2, and each vertical furring strip 41 is provided with a connecting member 12 that protrudes toward the tip of the protruding corner 10. Auxiliary furring strips 11 are connected to each connecting member 12. The auxiliary furring strip 11 connected to the vertical furring strip 41 of the winning side panel 2 protrudes outward from the fore-edge 23 of the winning side panel 2. The auxiliary furring strip 11 connected to the vertical furring strip 41 of the losing side panel 2 is located near (in front of) the fore-edge 23 of the winning side panel 2. The solid portion 33 at the end 34 of the decorative surface material 3 is fastened to the fastener 9 fixed to the base piece 111 of the auxiliary furring strip 11 of the winning panel 2. In addition, both pieces 102 of the protruding corner material 101 having a substantially L-shaped cross section are fastened to the protruding corner material fasteners 91 fixed to the base piece 111 of the auxiliary furring strip 11 and one (outer) side piece 112. In addition, a hat-shaped joiner 35 is fixed to the auxiliary furring strip 11 connected to the vertical furring strip 41 of the winning panel 2, and is located between the decorative surface material 3 and the protruding corner material 101 attached to the winning panel 2, and functions as a backup material for the sealant (elastic body) 36. On the other hand, the end 34 of the decorative surface material 3 attached to the losing panel 2, which is located in front of the fore edge 23 of the winning panel 2, is fastened to the fastener 9 fixed to the base piece 111 of the auxiliary furring strip 11 of the losing panel 2. In addition, a one-sided hat-shaped joiner 37 is fixed to the auxiliary furring strip 11 connected to the vertical furring strip 41 of the losing panel 2, and is located between the corner material 101 and the decorative surface material 3 attached to the losing panel 2, functioning as a backup material for the sealant (elastic body) 38. In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 14, one vertical furring strip 41 is attached to one panel 2 using five adapters 6. The auxiliary furring strip 11 has approximately the same length as the vertical furring strip 41, and is connected to the vertical furring strip 41 using five connecting members 12. Each connecting member 12 is attached so as to be located near the top of each adapter 6. This reduces the load on the vertical furring strip 41.

[0038] FIG. 15 shows the structure of another protruding corner 10. In this protruding corner 10, a pair of adjacent panels 2, one of which is the winning side and the other of which is the losing side, are arranged at approximately right angles via an elastic body 8, but the auxiliary furring strip 11 connected to the vertical furring strip 41 of the winning side panel 2 does not protrude outward from the fore-edge 23 of the winning side panel 2. Also, the auxiliary furring strip 11 connected to the vertical furring strip 41 of the losing side panel 2 is located near (in front of) the fore-edge 23 of the winning side panel 2. Therefore, each auxiliary furring strip 11 is located approximately symmetrically with respect to the apex of the protruding corner 10, and the protruding corner material 101, which has a cross section of an approximately L-shape, is engaged on one side by a protruding corner material fastener 91 fixed to the base piece 111 of the auxiliary furring strip 11 connected to the vertical furring strip 41 of the winning side panel 2, and the other side is engaged by a protruding corner material fastener 91 fixed to the base piece 111 of the auxiliary furring strip 11 connected to the vertical furring strip of the losing side panel. The solid portion 33 at the end 34 of the decorative face material 3 attached to the winning panel 2 is fastened to the fastener 9 fixed to the base piece 111 of the auxiliary furring strip 11 of the winning panel 2. The solid portion 33 at the end 34 of the decorative face material 3 attached to the losing panel 2 is fastened to the fastener 9 fixed to the base piece 111 of the auxiliary furring strip 11 of the losing panel 2. In addition, hat-shaped joiners 35 are fixed to the auxiliary furring strips 41 of each of the winning and losing panels 2 and are located between the adjacent decorative face material 3 and the outside corner material 101, and function as backup materials for the sealants 36, 38.

[0039] FIG. 16 shows the structure of an inside corner 70. In the inside corner 70, a pair of adjacent panels 2 are arranged at approximately right angles with one panel as the winning side and the other as the losing side via an elastic body 8. In addition, the pair of adjacent panels 2 in the inside corner 70 have shorter short sides than the panels 2 in the general section. Therefore, auxiliary furring strips 11 are not used, and the decorative surface material 3 is installed using an adapter 6, vertical furring strips 41, and fasteners 9 in the same manner as in the general section. The decorative surface material 3 on the winning side is fastened to the fasteners 9 fixed to the vertical furring strips 41 of the winning side panel 2 with its end positioned near the losing side panel 2, and the decorative surface material 3 on the losing side is fastened to the fasteners 9 fixed to the vertical furring strips 41 of the losing side panel 2 with its end positioned near the decorative surface material 3 on the winning side. In addition, a one-sided hat-shaped joiner 37 is fixed to the vertical furring strip 41 of the losing panel 2 and is positioned between the edge of the losing side decorative panel material 3 and the surface of the winning side decorative panel material 3, and functions as a backup material for the sealant 38.

[0040] The inside corner 70 may use auxiliary furring strips 11, as in the outside corner 10. That is, a pair of adjacent panels 2 at the inside corner 70 are arranged at a substantially right angle with one panel as the winning side and the other as the losing side via an elastic body 8. The auxiliary furring strips 11 connected to the vertical furring strips 41 of the panel 2 on the winning side are located near the panel 2 on the losing side. The auxiliary furring strips 11 connected to the vertical furring strips 41 of the panel 2 on the losing side are located at a predetermined distance from the panel 2 on the winning side so as not to interfere with the decorative face material 3 on the winning side. The decorative face material 3 on the winning side is fastened to a fastener 9 fixed to the auxiliary furring strips 11 of the panel 2 on the winning side with its end positioned near the panel 2 on the losing side, and the decorative face material 3 on the losing side is fastened to a fastener 9 fixed to the auxiliary furring strips 11 of the panel 2 on the losing side with its end positioned near the decorative face material 3 on the winning side. In addition, a one-sided hat-shaped joiner 37 is fixed to the auxiliary furring strip 11 of the losing panel 2 and is positioned between the edge of the losing side decorative panel material 3 and the surface of the winning side decorative panel material 3, and functions as a backup material for the sealant 38.

[0041] 17A to 17C show the structure of an opening 50 in an exterior wall. In the opening 50, similar to the above, auxiliary furring strips 11 are used for construction. The auxiliary furring strips 11 are formed to be longer than the vertical dimension of the opening 50 and are positioned on both sides of the opening 50 so as to protrude above and below the opening 50, and each auxiliary furring strip 11 is connected to the nearest vertical furring strip 41 via a connecting member 12. Note that the auxiliary furring strips 11 may also be used as necessary in places other than those shown in this embodiment.

[0042] In the exterior wall structure 1 of this embodiment, the panel 2 performs a rocking motion between the normal state (before locking) in Fig. 1A and the locked state in Fig. 1B, and at this time, the vertical furring strips 41 and the decorative surface material 3 tend to follow the rocking motion of the panel 2. Therefore, the rocking motion of the panel 2 is less likely to be impeded.

[0043] (Embodiment 2) In the exterior wall structure 1 according to this embodiment, the configuration of the vertical furring strips 41 differs from that of the vertical furring strips 41 according to the first embodiment.

[0044] Hereinafter, configurations similar to those in the first embodiment will be denoted by the same reference numerals and descriptions thereof will be omitted as appropriate.

[0045] The configuration described in the second embodiment can be applied in appropriate combination with the configuration described in the first embodiment.

[0046] In the first embodiment, the vertical dimension of the vertical furring strip 41 is shorter than the vertical dimension of the panel 2 (the dimension of the long side 21). On the other hand, in the second embodiment, of the vertically adjacent vertical furring strips 41, either the upper or lower vertical furring strip 41 is formed longer than the vertical dimension of the panel 2. In Figs. 18A and 18B, the lower vertical furring strip 41 is formed longer than the vertical dimension of the panel 2. Therefore, the upper part of the lower vertical furring strip 41 is arranged so as to straddle the short side 22 of the vertically adjacent panel 2. In this case, the lower vertical furring strip 41 is not fixed to the upper panel 2, but is fixed only to the lower panel 2. As a result, even if the vertical furring strip 41 is arranged so as to straddle the short side 22 of the vertically adjacent panel 2, the rocking action of the panel 2 is less likely to be hindered.

[0047] As shown in Fig. 19A, the lower vertical furring strip 41 may be formed continuously over the entire length, but as shown in Fig. 19B, it may be formed of a vertical furring strip main body 411 that is equal to or shorter than the length of the long side 21 of the panel 2, and an extension furring strip 412 that is connected to the vertical furring strip main body 411. In this case, as shown in Fig. 19C, an insertion piece 413 provided at the lower end of the extension furring strip 412 can be inserted into the upper part of the vertical furring strip main body 411 and fixed with a fastener 414 such as a screw or bolt. This forms the vertical furring strip 41 so that it exceeds the length of the long side 21 of the panel 2.

[0048] In the case of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1A, the decorative surface material 3 is arranged so as to straddle the short sides 22 of the panels 2 adjacent in the vertical direction. However, as shown in FIGS. 18A and 18B, depending on the arrangement of the decorative surface material 3, the positions of the joints between the short sides 22 of the panels 2 adjacent in the vertical direction and the joints between the long sides 31 of the decorative surface material 3 adjacent in the vertical direction may be approximately the same in a front view. In this case, as shown in FIG. 1A, if the length of the vertical furring strip 41 is equal to or less than the vertical length of the panel 2, the fastener 9 cannot be attached to the vertical furring strip 41, and the long side 31 of the decorative surface material 3 may not be engaged with the fastener 9. Therefore, in the second embodiment, the upper part of the vertical furring strip 41 is arranged so as to straddle the short sides 22 of the panels 2 adjacent in the vertical direction. In this case, the fastener 9 can be attached to the upper position of the vertical furring strip 41 that crosses the short side 22 of the panel 2, and even if the joint between the short sides 22 of the vertically adjacent panels 2 and the joint between the long sides 31 of the vertically adjacent decorative facing materials 3 are positioned approximately the same in a front view, the long side 31 of the decorative facing material 3 can be locked with the fastener 9, preventing the installation of the decorative facing material 3 from being impaired. Note that, although a case has been described in which the vertical furring strip 41 that crosses the short sides 22 of adjacent panels 2 is formed to be longer than the vertical dimension of the panel 2, this is not limited to this, and even if it is equal to or less than the vertical length of the panel 2, it may cross the short side 22 of the adjacent panel 2 by shifting it upward or downward.

[0049] (Modification) 20A to 20D show modified examples of the connecting material 12. The connecting material 12 includes a connecting material body 121 and a pair of T-joints 13. As shown in FIG. 20D, the T-joints 13 are preferably attached by bolts and nuts, etc., by covering the front side at the position where the furring strips 4 and the connecting material body 121 intersect. As shown in FIG. 20A to 20C, the T-joints 13 include a T-plate 131 and a clamping piece 132 that extends from the T-plate 131 to the rear side on the periphery of the T-plate 131 except for the three end edges. The arms 133 are placed on the furring strips 4 or auxiliary furring strips 11, and the legs 134 are placed on the connecting material body 12 from the front side, and bolts are inserted through the mounting holes of the furring strips 4, auxiliary furring strips 11, and connecting material body 12 and the through holes 135 of the clamping pieces 132 of the T-joints 13, and the bolts are attached by nuts. That is, the T-joint 13 has arms 133 and legs 134 attached by fasteners such as bolts and nuts on both the upper and lower sides of the connecting material body 121. Note that Figures 20B and 20C are schematic views from the back side so that the shape of the connecting material 12 and the state of attachment of the connecting material 12 to the furring strips 4 and auxiliary furring strips 11 can be seen.

[0050] 21B and 21C show a modified example of the furring strip 4. The furring strip 4 used in this modified example is made of a square steel pipe and has an escape hole 48 that prevents interference with the fixing device 65 of the adapter 6. The escape hole 48 is provided on one of the four faces of the furring strip 4. The escape hole 48 is large enough to accommodate the head 651 of the fixing device 65 such as a bolt. It is also preferable that the escape hole 48 be pre-drilled at a position where the head 651 of the fixing device 65 will be accommodated.

[0051] As shown in Figure 21A, in the above-mentioned embodiment 1, a channel steel furring strip 4 is used, so the head 651 of the fastener 65 is inserted into the opening 45 of the furring strip 4, and interference is prevented by preventing the head 651 of the fastener 65 from coming into contact with the furring strip 4. On the other hand, in this modified example, the furring strip 4 is attached to the adapter 6 so that the surface having the relief hole 48 faces the panel 2. This allows the head 651 to be accommodated in the relief hole 48, preventing contact between the head 651 and the furring strip 4 and preventing interference.

[0052] (summary) In the wall structure according to the first aspect, a plurality of panels 2 for mounting finishing materials, each having a roughly rectangular surface, are arranged in the up-down, left-right direction with their long sides 21 adjacent to each other and their short sides 22 adjacent to each other. A plurality of decorative surface materials 3, each having a roughly rectangular surface, are attached to the front sides of the plurality of panels 2 via furring strips 4. The plurality of panels 2 are attached to a structural body 5 in a lockable manner. The plurality of decorative surface materials 3 and furring strips 4 are attached in a manner that does not interfere with the locking of the plurality of panels 2.

[0053] The first embodiment has the advantage that the locking of the multiple panels 2 is less likely to be hindered by the multiple decorative surface materials 3 and furring strips 4.

[0054] The second embodiment is the wall structure of the first embodiment, in which each panel 2 is attached vertically to the structural body 5 in a lockable manner. The furring strips 4 are vertical furring strips 41 that are long in the up-down direction. Each vertical furring strip 41 is attached to each panel 2 so that it is positioned approximately in a straight line in the up-down direction via an adapter 6. The adapter 6 has a mechanism that can mitigate the movement of the vertical furring strip 41 in response to the rocking of the panel 2. The decorative surface material 3 is attached horizontally to the vertical furring strips 41.

[0055] According to the second embodiment, since the vertical furring strips 41 are separated for each panel 2, the locking of the multiple panels 2 is less likely to be hindered by the vertical furring strips 41, and since the vertical furring strips 41 are attached via an adapter 6, there is an advantage that the movement of the vertical furring strips 41 can be mitigated.

[0056] The third embodiment is the wall structure of the second embodiment, in which the length of the multiple vertical furring strips 41 is equal to or less than the length of the long side 21 of each panel 2. The multiple vertical furring strips 41 are attached to each panel 2 so as not to straddle the short sides 22 of the multiple panels 2 adjacent to each other vertically.

[0057] According to the third embodiment, since the vertical furring strips 41 are separated for each panel 2, there is an advantage that the locking of the multiple panels 2 is less likely to be hindered by the vertical furring strips 41. That is, the decorative surface material 3 is often attached horizontally, which inevitably requires that the vertical furring strips 41 that serve as the base for it be attached vertically, but since the panels 2 are generally arranged vertically, the vertical furring strips 41 are attached parallel to the orientation of the panels, and the decorative surface material 3 is attached perpendicular to that. In this case, in order not to restrict the movement of the panels 2, the vertical furring strips 41 are cut at the edges so as not to be fixed across the horizontal joints of the panels 2, which makes it easier for the multiple panels 2 to lock together.

[0058] The fourth embodiment is a wall structure of the second embodiment, in which at least one of the multiple vertical furring strips 41 is attached to each panel 2 so that at least either the upper or lower part straddles the short sides 22 of the adjacent panels 2 above and below.

[0059] According to the fourth aspect, since the vertical furring strips 41 are attached to and separated from each other for each panel 2, the locking of multiple panels 2 is less likely to be hindered by the vertical furring strips 41, and there is an advantage that the decorative panel 3 can be attached even if the positions of the joints between adjacent panels 2 and the joints of adjacent decorative panel 3 approximately coincide.

[0060] In other words, the vertical furring strips 41 need to be cut off at the horizontal joints of the panels 2, but when the decorative surface material 3 is stacked horizontally, it is anticipated that the attachment positions of the fasteners (fastening metal fittings) 9 etc. may interfere with the horizontal joints of the panels 2. However, by having the vertical furring strips 41 cross over slightly, it is possible to avoid areas where the decorative surface material 3 cannot be attached.

[0061] The fifth embodiment is the wall structure of the second embodiment, in which the length of each vertical furring strip 41 is equal to or less than the length of the long side 21 of each panel 2. The multiple vertical furring strips 41 are attached to each panel 2 so as not to straddle the short sides 22 of the multiple panels 2 adjacent vertically. At least one of the multiple vertical furring strips 41 has an extension furring strip 412 installed so that at least either the upper or lower part straddles the short sides 22 of the multiple panels 2 adjacent vertically.

[0062] According to the fifth embodiment, there is an advantage that a vertical furring strip 41 that exceeds the length of the long side 21 of the panel 2 can be easily formed from the vertical furring strip main body 411 and the extension furring strip 412.

[0063] In other words, the vertical furring strips 41 need to be cut off at the horizontal joints of the panels 2, but when the decorative surface materials 3 are stacked horizontally, it is anticipated that the attachment positions of the fasteners (fastening metal fittings) 9 etc. may interfere with the horizontal joints of the panels 2. However, it is also possible to extend the vertical furring strips 41 only where necessary using extension furring strips 412, thereby making it possible to avoid areas where the decorative surface materials 3 cannot be attached.

[0064] The sixth aspect is the wall structure of any one of the second to fifth aspects, in which the adapter 6 is a U-shaped metal piece, with a waterproof tape 66 applied to the outside of the bottom surface 61, and a hole 63 for fastening the adapter fixing bolt 65 is provided on the bottom surface, and a hole 64 for fixing the furring strip 41 is provided on the side surface 62. The adapter 6 is fixed to the panel 2 via the adapter fixing bolt 65. The furring strip 41 is fixed to the hole 64 on the side surface 62 of the adapter 6 via a bolt 7. The adapter 6 has a function of mitigating the movement of the rocking movement of the panel 2 by rotating around the adapter fixing bolt 65. The hole 64 on the side surface 62 of the adapter 6 is loose-shaped, and has a function of mitigating the movement up and down.

[0065] According to the sixth aspect, there is an advantage that the locking of the multiple panels 2 is less likely to be hindered by the multiple decorative surface materials 3 and furring strips 4.

[0066] In other words, when the panel 2 is locked, the adapter 6 rotates clockwise and counterclockwise relative to the panel 2 around the adapter fixing bolt 65, and the furring strip 41 makes it difficult to interfere with the locking action of the panel 2 by the furring strip fixing bolt 7 sliding up and down relative to the adapter 6 within the loose-shaped long hole of the hole (connecting hole) 64.

[0067] The seventh aspect is the wall structure of any one of the second to sixth aspects, in which the decorative facing 3 is attached to the vertical furring strips 41 via a fastener (metal clasp) 9 having a rotation mechanism for the vertical furring strips 41 and a sliding mechanism for the decorative facing 3. The fastener (metal clasp) 9 is provided with a claw for clamping the solid part 33 of the decorative facing 3, and is fixed to the furring strip 41 by a single fastener so as to be rotatable via a screw or thread that is inserted into a hole provided in the fastener (metal clasp) 9. The decorative facing 3 has a mechanism that allows it to slide laterally in accordance with the locking of the panel 2 by being attached by clamping the solid part 33 with the claw 92.

[0068] According to the seventh aspect, there is an advantage that the decorative surface material 3 can be attached so as to be slidable relative to the furring strip 41.

[0069] That is, it is generally considered advantageous in terms of earthquake resistance for the decorative surface material 3 not to straddle the horizontal joints of the panels 2, but when considering the design of the decorative surface material 3, it is desirable for it to be stacked continuously without being restricted by the horizontal joints of the panels 2. Therefore, by attaching the decorative surface material 3 so that it can slide relative to the vertical furring strips 41 with the fasteners (metal fittings) 9 that attach the decorative surface material 3, it is possible to stack them continuously even in areas where cutting the edges would have been necessary in the past, and a wall surface with excellent design can be realized.

[0070] The eighth aspect is the wall structure of any one of the first to seventh aspects, in which the plurality of panels 2 are made of ALC panels 2 , and the plurality of decorative surface materials 3 are made of ceramic siding 3 .

[0071] According to the eighth embodiment, there is an advantage that the furring strip 4 can be made of an ALC panel 2 or a ceramic siding 3 that is commonly used in the walls of buildings and can be easily attached to the panel 2 via an adapter 6.

[0072] The ninth aspect is the wall structure of any one of the first to eighth aspects, in which the furring strips 4 are made of channel steel 44 and are attached so that the opening 45 side faces the panel 2 side.

[0073] According to the ninth embodiment, the head of the fastener 65 such as a bolt escapes into the opening 45, which has the advantage that the furring strip 4 can be firmly inserted to the back of the adapter 6 and the weight of the furring strip 4 can be reduced.

[0074] The tenth aspect is the wall structure according to any one of the second to eighth aspects, in which the furring strips 4 are made of square steel pipes. They are attached so that the surface with the escape holes 48 for preventing interference with the fixing device 63 of the adapter 6 faces the panel 2.

[0075] According to the tenth aspect, the head of the fastener 65 such as a bolt escapes into the escape hole 48, which has the advantage that the furring strip 4 can be firmly inserted all the way into the adapter 6. [Explanation of symbols]
