Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to an airflow direction adjustment device for adjusting the airflow direction of an air conditioner, and an air vent having an airflow direction adjustment device. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, the instrument panel of an automobile or the like is provided with displays showing speed, remaining fuel, etc., and air vents for air conditioning. In recent years, displays have become larger than before in order to improve visibility in displaying not only the measurement results of instruments but also advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and information via the Internet. On the other hand, air vents, etc., have become thinner than before, as simple designs are preferred along with the increase in display size.
[0003] For example, the air conditioner described in the following Patent Document 1 (hereinafter referred to as "Publication 1 Invention") has the following structure in order to adjust the air direction while making the air vent outlet thinner. That is, the air flow path is composed of a pair of upper and lower plate-shaped members, a first air passage upper plate and a first air passage lower plate, a hollow connecting passage to which the first air passage upper plate and the first air passage lower plate are connected, and a pair of upper and lower plate-shaped members, a second air passage upper plate and a second air passage lower plate, connected to the connecting passage, and each connecting part is a hinge. Therefore, by moving the connecting passage up and down, the first air passage upper plate, the first air passage lower plate, the second air passage upper plate and the second air passage lower plate rotate via the hinge, and the degree of inclination also changes. If the inclination is downward, the air flows downward, and if the inclination is upward, the air flows upward. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 5799734 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, while the invention of the above-mentioned Document 1 allows the air outlet to be made thin, a large space is required inside the device upstream of the air outlet so that the connecting passage can rise and fall and so that each plate of the air passage can be tilted.
[0006] The present invention has been proposed in light of the above circumstances. The present invention aims to provide an airflow direction adjustment device and an air vent that have a thin air outlet and can realize a structure for adjusting the airflow direction in a small space. In a broader sense, the present invention aims to pursue convenience and contribute to the realization of climate control in order to create a comfortable environment. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the airflow direction adjustment device of the present invention is an airflow direction adjustment device that is arranged in a flow path within a flow path forming section having an air inlet and an air outlet to adjust the direction of air, and has an upstream section that is arranged on the upstream side of the flow path and supported by the air inlet, a downstream section that is arranged on the downstream side of the flow path and connected to the air outlet, a midstream section that is connected to the upstream section and the downstream section between the upstream section and the downstream section and supported by the flow path forming section, and an operating section that is connected to the midstream section and extends toward the air outlet, and is characterized in that one or both of the upstream section and the downstream section bend up and down in response to the midstream section changing its posture in conjunction with the operating section.
[0008] The airflow direction adjustment device according to the present invention is characterized in that the midstream portion changes its direction up and down by rotating.
[0009] The airflow direction adjusting device according to the present invention is characterized in that one or both of the upstream portion and the downstream portion are formed of a flexible soft material.
[0010] The airflow direction adjustment device according to the present invention is characterized in that the air outlet has a support member that is supported across the vertical direction, and the operation unit is connected to the support member.
[0011] The airflow direction adjusting device according to the present invention is characterized in that horizontal fins for changing the airflow direction to the left or right are attached to the inside of the midstream portion.
[0012] The wind direction adjustment device of the present invention is characterized in that a horizontal fin link section that links multiple horizontal fins is positioned outside the midstream section and connected to the horizontal fins, and the operating section is connected to the horizontal fin link section.
[0013] The airflow direction adjustment device of the present invention is an airflow direction adjustment device that is arranged in a flow path within a flow path forming section having an air inlet and an air outlet to adjust the direction of airflow, and is characterized in having an upstream portion which is a pair of upper and lower bellows plates arranged on the upstream side of the flow path, the upstream end of which is supported by the air inlet and is freely movable back and forth in the flow direction; a downstream portion which is a pair of upper and lower bellows plates arranged on the downstream side of the flow path, the downstream end of which is connected to the air outlet; a midstream portion which is connected to the upstream portion and the downstream portion between the upstream portion and the downstream portion and is supported by the flow path forming section so that its direction changes up and down; a support member supported in the vertical direction by the air outlet; an operating section which is connected to the midstream portion and is connected to the support member and extends toward the air outlet; a plurality of horizontal fins attached inside the midstream portion to change the direction of airflow from left to right; and a horizontal fin link section which is arranged outside the midstream portion, penetrates the midstream portion and is connected to the horizontal fins, and links the horizontal fins.
[0014] The air vent according to the present invention is characterized by having a flow path forming portion and an air direction adjusting device. Effect of the Invention
[0015] The airflow direction adjustment device according to the present invention is disposed in a flow path in a flow path forming section having an air inlet and an air outlet to adjust the air direction, and has an upstream section disposed on the upstream side of the flow path and supported by the air inlet, a downstream section disposed on the downstream side of the flow path and connected to the air outlet, a midstream section connected to the upstream section and the downstream section between the upstream section and the downstream section and supported by the flow path forming section, and an operating section connected to the midstream section and extending toward the air outlet, and one or both of the upstream section and the downstream section curve up and down following the midstream section whose attitude has changed in conjunction with the operating section. That is, when the operating section is operated, the midstream section tilts or swings, and the orientation of the midstream section changes up and down. Or, when the midstream section rises and falls, the position of the midstream section changes up and down. Or, when the midstream section moves back and forth, the position of the midstream section changes back and forth. In this way, one or both of the upstream section and the downstream section curve up and down following the midstream section whose attitude has changed. Since either or both of the upstream and downstream sections are curved, even if the change in the attitude of the midstream section is small, the attitude of the downstream section with respect to the air outlet changes. Therefore, it is possible to realize a structure for adjusting the air direction in a small space while making the air outlet thin.
[0016] In the airflow direction adjustment device according to the present invention, the midstream section rotates to change its direction up and down. That is, the midstream section does not move up and down, but rotates and tilts, changing its direction up and down, so the position of the midstream section does not change up and down. Since the position of the midstream section does not change up and down, and one or both of the upstream section and downstream section curve up and down, a structure for adjusting the airflow direction can be realized in a small vertical space. Furthermore, the change in the direction of the midstream section forms a smooth flow path, making the airflow smooth, resulting in excellent air directionality.
[0017] In the airflow direction adjustment device according to the present invention, either or both of the upstream and downstream parts are made of a flexible soft material. With this configuration, either or both of the upstream and downstream parts are curved up and down. Therefore, a structure for adjusting the airflow direction can be realized in a small space. In addition, the curved flow path forms a smooth flow path, which makes the airflow smooth, resulting in excellent air directionality.
[0018] The airflow direction adjustment device according to the present invention has a support member that is supported in the vertical direction at the air outlet, and an operating unit is connected to the support member. With this configuration, the operating unit is positioned at the air outlet in an appropriate position. Also, in order to attach the operating unit, there is no need to provide vertical fins or the like for changing the airflow direction up and down, and the air outlet is thinner due to the absence of vertical fins.
[0019] In the airflow direction adjusting device according to the present invention, the horizontal fins for changing the airflow direction from left to right are attached to the inside of the midstream section. With this configuration, the horizontal fins are not present at the air outlet, so the air outlet is thin.
[0020] In the airflow direction adjustment device according to the present invention, a horizontal fin link part that links multiple horizontal fins is disposed outside the midstream part and connected to the horizontal fins, and an operating part is connected to the horizontal fin link part. With this configuration, the horizontal fin link part is not present in the flow path and does not obstruct the wind, thereby preventing loss of air volume.
[0021] The airflow direction adjusting device according to the present invention is arranged in a flow path in a flow path forming section having an air inlet and an air outlet to adjust the air direction, and includes an upstream section, which is a pair of upper and lower bellows plates arranged on the upstream side of the flow path, the upstream end of which is supported by the air inlet and can move back and forth in the flow direction, a downstream section, which is a pair of upper and lower bellows plates arranged on the downstream side of the flow path, the downstream end of which is connected to the air outlet, a midstream section connected to the upstream section and the downstream section between the upstream section and the downstream section and supported by the flow path forming section so that its direction changes up and down, a support member supported in the up and down direction by the air outlet, an operation section connected to the midstream section and connected to the support member and extending toward the air outlet, a plurality of horizontal fins attached inside the midstream section to change the air direction left and right, and a horizontal fin link section arranged outside the midstream section, which penetrates the midstream section and is connected to the horizontal fins to link the horizontal fins. Thus, the same effect as above is achieved.
[0022] The air vent according to the present invention has a flow path forming portion and an airflow direction adjusting device, and therefore has the same effects as those described above. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0024] An air vent and an airflow direction adjustment device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Figures 1 to 4 show the external appearance of the air vent 1 to which the airflow direction adjustment device 30 is attached. Figure 5 shows the air vent 1 disassembled. In the following, the thickness direction of the air vent 1 is referred to as up and down (Up, Down), the width direction of the air vent 1 is referred to as right and left (Right Side, Left Side), and the upstream side of the depth of the air vent 1 in the air flow direction D is referred to as back and the downstream side is referred to as front (Front) (see Figure 1).
[0025] 1 to 4, the air vent 1 is composed of a flow path forming section 2 which is a rectangular box shape, and an air direction adjusting device 30 which is installed in this flow path forming section 2 and adjusts the direction of the air. The flow path forming section 2 is hollow on the inside, and an air inlet 3 at the rear end and an air outlet 4 at the front end are both opened, forming an air flow path inside, which is connected from front to back.
[0026] The flow passage forming part 2 is composed of a flow passage forming main body part 5 in which a rectangular air inlet 3 is formed, a main body frame member 21 constituting a rectangular air outlet 4, and a decorative frame member 20. As shown in FIG. 5, the flow passage forming main body part 5 is composed of a flow passage upper surface part 8, a flow passage lower surface part 9, a flow passage left side surface part 10, and a flow passage right side surface part 11, and the air inlet 3 is formed at the rear end part, and a main body part opening engagement part 15 is formed at the front end part. The flow passage left side surface part 10 and the flow passage right side surface part 11 are each formed with a bearing hole part 12 (see FIG. 4). The bearing hole part 12 is a long hole that is long in the front-rear direction. Since the flow passage upper surface part 8 and the flow passage lower surface part 9 are formed in a stepped manner, the flow passage forming main body part 5 is formed so that the main body part opening engagement part 15 side is wider in the vertical direction than the air inlet 3 side. In the flow passage forming main body 5, the main body rear part 6 on the air inlet 3 side is formed with an inlet side front and rear rail part 13 on the inner side of each of the flow passage left side part 10 and the flow passage right side part 11. The inlet side front and rear rail part 13 is a groove extending from the front to the rear and is composed of a pair of upper and lower stages. In the flow passage forming main body 5, the main body front part 7 on the front side is formed with an outlet side front and rear rail part 14 on the inner side of each of the flow passage left side part 10 and the flow passage right side part 11. The outlet side front and rear rail part 14 is a groove extending from the front to the rear and is connected to the bearing hole part 12. In the main body front part 7, a main body opening engagement part 15 is formed, and a plurality of holes are formed in each of the flow passage upper surface part 8 and the flow passage lower surface part 9 of this main body opening engagement part 15.
[0027] The decorative frame member 20 is a rectangular frame. The main frame member 21 is a rectangular frame and is composed of a frame upper portion 22, a frame lower portion 23, a frame left portion 24, and a frame right portion 25. The frame upper portion 22 and the frame lower portion 23 are each formed with a plurality of fixed pieces 26 for fixing to an instrument panel (not shown), a frame engagement portion 27 for connecting with the main body portion opening engagement portion 15 of the flow passage forming main body portion 5, and a frame hole portion 28 which is a linear hole penetrating vertically. The fixed pieces 26 protrude vertically from each of the frame upper portion 22 and the frame lower portion 23. The frame engagement portion 27 is formed with a plurality of locking pieces by cutting out a part of the frame upper portion 22 and the frame lower portion 23 (see Figures 1 and 2). The frame hole portion 28 is formed at or approximately at the center in the left-right direction of the frame upper portion 22 and the frame lower portion 23, and extends left-right (see Figures 1 and 2). The frame hole portion 28 may be a frame groove portion which is a groove. A frame front-rear rail portion 29 is formed on the inner side of each of the frame left side portion 24 and the frame right side portion 25. The frame front-rear rail portion 29 is a groove extending from the rear to the front, and is composed of an upper and lower pair of two stages.
[0028] Next, a description will be given of the wind direction adjustment device 30. The wind direction adjustment device 30 has a vertical adjustment function for adjusting the wind direction in the vertical direction, and a horizontal adjustment function for adjusting the wind direction in the horizontal direction.
[0029] As shown in Figure 5, the airflow direction adjustment device 30 has an upstream section 31 arranged on the upstream side of the flow path in the flow path forming section 2, a downstream section 60 arranged on the downstream side of the flow path, a midstream section 80 connected to the upstream section 31 and the downstream section 60 between the upstream section 31 and the downstream section 60, a support member 135 supported in the vertical direction at the air outlet 4 of the flow path forming section 2, an operating section 130 connected to the midstream section 80 and also to the support member 135, a plurality of horizontal fins 110 for changing the air direction from left to right, and a horizontal fin link section 118 connected to the horizontal fins 110 and linking the horizontal fins 110.
[0030] Here, the upstream portion 31 and the downstream portion 60 will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 6 shows a pair of upstream portions 31, and FIGS. 7 and 8 show the upstream guide member 37 and the upstream link portion 50 attached to each of the upstream portions 31. FIGS. 9 to 12 show the appearance of a pair of downstream portions 60, with FIGS. 9 and 10 showing the upper downstream portion 60 of the pair, and FIGS. 11 and 12 showing the lower downstream portion 60 of the pair. FIG. 13 shows the downstream guide member attached to each downstream portion 60. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 9 to 12, the upstream portion 31 and the downstream portion 60 are each generally plate-shaped, formed in a bellows shape, and configured as a pair of upper and lower portions. The material of the upstream portion 31 and the downstream portion 60 is, for example, a flexible soft material such as an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer.
[0031] As shown in FIG. 6, the upstream section 31 is composed of an upper upstream section 32 and a lower upstream section 33, and the upper upstream section 32 and the lower upstream section 33 have the same shape. Therefore, the upper upstream section 32 will be described here, and the description of the lower upstream section 33 will be omitted. Note that parts having a common configuration in both sections are illustrated with the same name and reference numeral. The upper upstream section 32 has an upstream bellows section 34 having a bellows shape, an upstream connecting section 35 connected to the front end of the upstream bellows section 34, and an upstream guided mounting section 36 connected to the rear end of the upstream bellows section 34. The upstream bellows section 34 is in the shape of a substantially rectangular thin plate, and a plurality of projections and recesses are formed on one surface that is not the flow path. Therefore, the upstream bellows section 34 can bend freely up and down by bending the thin portion. The upstream connecting section 35 has a plurality of holes. The upstream guided mounting part 36 extends obliquely upward and rearward from the rear end part of the upstream bellows part 34 and is folded back toward the front side, i.e., toward the upstream bellows part 34, so as to be formed in a hook shape when viewed from the side. A plurality of holes are formed in the upstream guided mounting part 36. An upstream guide member 37 is attached to the upstream guided mounting part 36.
[0032] As shown in Fig. 7, the upstream guide member 37 includes an upper upstream guide member 40 and a lower upstream guide member 41, but because both have the same shape, they will be referred to as the upstream guide member 37 in the following description. The upstream guide member 37 is long in the left-right direction, and upstream rail support protrusions 42 are formed on both the left and right ends. The upstream guide member 37 is formed at its front with a pair of upstream guide connecting portions 43 that connect with the upstream link portion 50, and a plurality of upstream guide engaging portions 44 that are protrusions that engage with holes in the upstream guided mounting portion 36 of the upstream section 31. The upstream guide member 37 is substantially triangular when viewed from the side, and is shaped to fit snugly inside the upstream guided mounting portion 36.
[0033] 8, the upstream link portion 50 includes an upper upstream link portion 51 and a lower upstream link portion 52, which have the same shape, and therefore will be described as the upstream link portion 50. The upstream link portion 50 has a link base portion 53 that is long in the left-right direction, a pair of upstream link first connecting portions 54 formed at the front ends of the link base portion 53 and connecting the midstream portion, and an upstream link second connecting portion 55 formed at the rear ends of the link base portion 53 and connecting the upstream guide connecting portion 43 of the upstream guide member 37. When viewed from the side, the upstream link portion 50 is curved from the upstream link first connecting portion 54 to the upstream link second connecting portion 55.
[0034] As shown in Figs. 9 to 12, the downstream section 60 is composed of an upper downstream section 61 and a lower downstream section 62. Here, the parts that have the same configuration in both sections will be described with the same names and symbols. As shown in Figs. 9 and 10, the upper downstream section 61 has a bellows-shaped downstream bellows section 63, a downstream connecting section 64 connected to the rear end of the downstream bellows section 63, and a downstream guided mounting section 65 connected to the front end of the downstream bellows section 63. The downstream bellows section 63 is in the shape of a substantially rectangular thin plate, and a plurality of projections and recesses are formed on one surface that is not a flow path. Therefore, the downstream bellows section 63 is freely curved up and down by bending the thin-walled portion. The downstream connecting section 64 has a downstream cutout section 66 at or near the center, and a plurality of holes are formed on both the left and right sides of the downstream cutout section 66. The downstream guided mounting section 65 is formed in a hook shape or a hook shape when viewed from the side, and has a plurality of holes when viewed from above. More specifically, the downstream guided mounting portion 65 has a guide mounting base 67 extending forward from the front end of the downstream bellows portion 63, and a guide mounting piece 68 extending obliquely upward from the guide mounting base 67 toward the rear and folded back toward the downstream bellows portion 63 to face the guide mounting base 67. The guide mounting base 67 is a boundary portion with the downstream bellows portion 63, and a downstream passage hole 69 is formed at the center or a position shifted from the center. The guide mounting piece 68 has a downstream passage gap 70 formed at the center or approximately the center, facing the downstream passage hole 69, and a plurality of holes are formed on both the left and right sides of the downstream passage gap 70. A downstream guide member 71 is attached to the downstream guided mounting portion 65.
[0035] As shown in Figures 11 and 12, the lower downstream section 62 has a bellows-shaped downstream bellows section 63, a downstream connecting section 64 connected to the rear end of the downstream bellows section 63, and a downstream guided mounting section 65 connected to the front end of the downstream bellows section 63. The downstream bellows section 63 is in the form of a substantially rectangular thin plate, and has a plurality of projections and recesses formed on one surface that is not a flow passage. Therefore, the downstream bellows section 63 can bend freely up and down as the thin-walled portion flexes. A plurality of holes are formed in the downstream connecting section 64. The downstream guided mounting section 65 is formed in a hook shape when viewed from the side, and has a plurality of holes formed therein when viewed from above. More specifically, the downstream guided mounting portion 65 has a guide mounting base 67 extending forward from the front end of the downstream bellows portion 63, and a guide mounting piece 68 extending obliquely downward (upward in FIG. 11) from the guide mounting base 67 toward the rear and folded back toward the rear toward the downstream bellows portion 63 to face the guide mounting base 67.
[0036] As shown in Fig. 13, the downstream guide members 71 include an upper downstream guide member 72 and a lower downstream guide member 73, but because both have the same shape, they will be referred to as downstream guide members 71 and described below. The downstream guide member 71 is long in the left-right direction, and downstream rail support protrusions 74 are formed on both the left and right ends. The downstream guide member 71 has a plurality of downstream guide engagement portions 75 formed on its upper (or lower) portion, which are protrusions that engage with holes in the downstream guided mounting portion 65 of the downstream section 60. The downstream guide member 71 is shaped to fit snugly inside the downstream guided mounting portion 65 of the downstream section 60. A guide opening 76, which is a hole that penetrates vertically, is formed in the center or approximately the center of the downstream guide member 71.
[0037] Next, the midstream section 80, the horizontal fins 110, and the horizontal fin link section 118 will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Figures 14 to 16 show the midstream section 80. Figure 17 shows the horizontal fins 110, and Figure 18 shows the horizontal fin link section 118.
[0038] As shown in FIG. 14, the midstream section 80 is a rectangular box-shaped structure, and is composed of a midstream upper surface section 81, a midstream lower surface section 82, a midstream left side surface section 83, and a midstream right side surface section 84. The midstream section 80 is hollow inside, and the front end of the midstream section 80 is open to form a front end opening 85, and the rear end is also open to form a rear end opening 86. The front end opening 85 is formed with a midstream connector 102 for the operation section that connects to the operation section 130. The midstream connector 102 for the operation section is formed in a hook shape, is located at or near the center of the front end opening 85, and is connected to the front end of the midstream upper surface section 81 and the front end of the midstream lower surface section 82.
[0039] As shown in Figs. 14 and 15, a midstream rear end connecting section 87 to which multiple members are connected is formed at the rear end opening 86 of the midstream section 80. Of the midstream rear end connecting section 87, a midstream upper surface section 81 is formed with a midstream upper surface upstream connected section 88 that connects with the upper upstream section 32, a midstream upper surface linked connected section 89 that connects with the upper upstream link section 51, and multiple horizontal fin bearing grooves 90 that connect with the shafts of the horizontal fins 110. The midstream upper surface upstream connected section 88 is a plurality of protrusions that engage with holes in the upstream connecting section 35 of the upper upstream section 32. The midstream upper surface linked connected section 89 is a pair of left and right protruding locking pieces that connect with the upstream link first connecting section 54 of the upstream link section 50. The horizontal fin bearing grooves 90 extend forward from the rear end opening 86 of the midstream upper surface section 81. A plurality of upper surface positioning grooves 91 for attaching and positioning the horizontal fins 110 are formed on the inner surface of the midstream upper surface portion 81. The upper surface positioning grooves 91 are formed for each of the horizontal fin bearing grooves 90.
[0040] A midstream front end connecting section 92 to which multiple members are connected is formed at the front end opening 85 of the midstream section 80. Of the midstream front end connecting section 92, a midstream upper surface downstream connected section 93 that connects to the upper downstream section 61 and a slip-off prevention locking section 94 for fastening the horizontal fin link section 118 are formed on the midstream upper surface section 81. The midstream upper surface downstream connected section 93 is a plurality of protrusions that engage with holes in the downstream connecting section 64 of the upper downstream section 61. The slip-off prevention locking section 94 is a pair of left and right protruding locking pieces that lock onto a slip-off prevention member 95 (see FIG. 5) formed in an arch shape.
[0041] As shown in Figs. 14 and 16, the midstream lower surface portion 82 of the midstream rear end connecting portion 87 is formed with a midstream lower surface upstream connected portion 96 that connects with the lower upstream portion 33, a midstream lower surface linked connected portion 97 that connects with the lower upstream link portion 52, and multiple horizontal fin bearing hole portions 98 that connect with the shafts of the horizontal fins 110. The midstream lower surface upstream connected portion 96 is a plurality of protrusions that engage with the holes of the upstream connecting portion 35 of the lower upstream portion 33. The midstream lower surface linked connected portion 97 is a pair of left and right protruding locking pieces that connect with the upstream link first connecting portion 54 of the lower upstream link portion 52. Similar to the midstream upper surface portion 81, multiple lower surface positioning groove portions 99 are formed on the inner surface of the midstream lower surface portion 82. This lower surface positioning groove portion 99 is formed for each horizontal fin bearing hole portion 98.
[0042] The upper surface positioning groove portion 91 and the lower surface positioning groove portion 99 face each other in the midstream upper surface portion 81 and the midstream lower surface portion 82, and the horizontal fin bearing groove portion 90 of the midstream upper surface portion 81 faces each other in the midstream lower surface portion 82.
[0043] Of the midstream front end connecting portion 92, the midstream lower surface portion 82 has a midstream lower surface downstream connected portion 100 formed thereon, which connects to the lower downstream portion 62. The midstream lower surface downstream connected portion 100 is a plurality of protrusions that engage with holes in the downstream connecting portion 64 of the lower downstream portion 62.
[0044] A midstream shaft portion 101 is formed on each of the midstream left side portion 83 and the midstream right side portion 84. The midstream shaft portion 101 protrudes laterally from the center or approximately the center of the midstream left side portion 83 and the midstream right side portion 84.
[0045] 17, the horizontal fin 110 includes a plate-shaped member 111, a pair of positioned plate portions 112 formed at the upper and lower ends of the plate-shaped member 111, an upper horizontal fin shaft portion 113 protruding upward from the upper positioned plate portion 112, and a lower horizontal fin shaft portion 114 protruding downward from the lower positioned plate portion 112. The positioned plate portion 112 is plate-shaped and connected at a right angle to the plate-shaped member 111. The positioned plate portion 112 has curved edges imitating the upper surface positioning groove portion 91 and the lower surface positioning groove portion 99 of the midstream portion 80. The upper horizontal fin shaft portion 113 has an eccentric arm portion 116 protruding laterally from a main shaft portion 115, and an eccentric shaft portion 117 protruding upward from the tip of the eccentric arm portion 116. When viewed from a plane, the direction in which eccentric arm 116 extends is different from the direction in which plate-shaped member 111 extends, and eccentric arm 116 is angled with respect to a plane including plate-shaped member 111. Main shaft 115 and lower horizontal fin shaft 114 are aligned vertically on the same axis, and eccentric shaft 117 and lower horizontal fin shaft 114 are misaligned.
[0046] As shown in FIG. 18, the horizontal fin link portion 118 is long in the left-right direction, and has a plurality of horizontal fin bearing link holes 119 formed therein. The number of the horizontal fin bearing link holes 119 is the same as the number of the horizontal fins 110. A horizontal fin connecting portion 120 that is connected to the operation portion 130 is formed in the center or approximately the center of the horizontal fin link portion 118. The horizontal fin connecting portion 120 protrudes forward and is formed in a hook shape. A connecting auxiliary member 121 (see FIG. 5) is hooked onto the horizontal fin connecting portion 120, and the operation portion 130 is connected to the horizontal fin connecting portion 120 via the connecting auxiliary member 121. The connecting auxiliary member 121 has a pair of connected arms 123 extending from both ends of a rod-shaped connected shaft portion 122 (see FIG. 5).
[0047] Next, the operation unit 130 and the support member 135 will be described with reference to the drawings. Figure 19 shows the operation unit 130. Figures 20 and 21 show the support member 135.
[0048] 19, the operating section 130 has a plate-shaped gripping section 131, a pair of left and right operating arms 132 extending rearward from the rear end of the gripping section 131, a rod-shaped support member operating connector 133 that is hung over the middle of the operating arms 132 and connected to each operating arm 132, and a rod-shaped midstream section operating connector 134 that is hung over the rear end of the operating arms 132 and connected to each operating arm 132. The support member operating connector 133 is detachable.
[0049] As shown in Figs. 20 and 21, the support member 135 has a vertically long support base 136, a pair of support guides 137 connected to the upper and lower ends of the support base 136, an operating unit connector 140 connected to the middle of the support base 136, and a link connector 141 extending upward from an upper support guide 138, which is the upper support guide 137. The support base 136 is slightly curved forward in an arc shape. The upper support guide 138 and the lower support guide 139 are connected to the support base 136 at a right angle and extend to the left. In other words, the upper support guide 138 and the lower support guide 139 are parallel, and the centers of the upper support guide 138 and the lower support guide 139 are shifted to the left with respect to the support base 136. A part of the upper surface of the upper support guide portion 138 and a part of the lower surface of the lower support guide portion 139 protrude linearly so as to fit into the frame hole portion 28 of the main body frame member 21. The operation unit connecting portion 140 is rod-shaped and elongated in the left-right direction, and is formed in a C-shape when viewed from the side. The link connecting portion 141 is rod-shaped and elongated in the left-right direction. The link connecting portion 141 is connected to the tip of a support arm portion 142 that extends upward and rearward from the upper support guide portion 138.
[0050] The air vent 1 and the airflow direction adjustment device 30 are configured as described above.
[0051] Next, an assembly procedure for the air vent 1 and the airflow direction adjustment device 30 will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0052] <Upstream section, guide member> 5, the upstream guide member 37 is attached to the upstream guided mounting portion 36 of the upstream section 31. At that time, the upstream guide member 37 fits snugly inside the upstream guided mounting portion 36, and the upstream guide engagement portion 44 of the upstream guide member 37 engages with the hole of the upstream guided mounting portion 36 (see FIGS. 6 and 7).
[0053] <Downstream section, guide member> In FIG. 5, the downstream guide member 71 is attached to the downstream guided mounting portion 65 of the upper downstream section 61. At this time, the downstream guide member 71 fits snugly inside the downstream guided mounting portion 65, and the downstream guide engagement portion 75 of the downstream guide member 71 engages with the hole of the downstream guided mounting portion 65 (see FIGS. 9, 10, and 13). The guide opening portion 76 of the downstream guide member 71 is aligned with the downstream passage hole portion 69 and the downstream passage gap portion 70 of the downstream guided mounting portion 65. Similarly, the downstream guide member 71 is attached to the downstream guided mounting portion 65 of the lower downstream section 62 (see FIGS. 11, 12, and 13). The guide opening portion 76 of the downstream guide member 71 is aligned with the downstream passage gap portion 70 and the downstream guided mounting portion 65.
[0054] <Midstream section, horizontal fins, horizontal fin link section> In Fig. 5, the horizontal fin 110 and the horizontal fin link portion 118 are connected to the midstream portion 80. More specifically, the horizontal fin 110 is attached to the inside of the midstream portion 80 from the rear end opening 86 of the midstream portion 80, the positioned plate portion 112 of the horizontal fin 110 is attached to the upper surface positioning groove portion 91 and the lower surface positioning groove portion 99 of the midstream portion 80 (see Fig. 26), the upper horizontal fin shaft portion 113 of the horizontal fin 110 is passed through the horizontal fin bearing groove portion 90 of the midstream portion 80, and the lower horizontal fin shaft portion 114 of the horizontal fin 110 is connected to the horizontal fin bearing hole portion 98 of the midstream portion 80 (see Figs. 14 to 17). The upper horizontal fin shaft portion 113 is disposed outside the midstream upper surface portion 81 of the midstream portion 80. With the upper horizontal fin shaft portion 113 penetrating the midstream upper surface portion 81, the eccentric shaft portion 117 of the upper horizontal fin shaft portion 113 is attached to the horizontal fin bearing link hole portion 119 of the horizontal fin link portion 118.
[0055] 5, the connected shaft portion 122 of the auxiliary connection member 121 is hooked onto the horizontal fin connection portion 120, and further, the stopper member 95 is attached. The stopper member 95 is engaged with the stopper engaging portion 94 of the midstream portion 80, thereby preventing the auxiliary connection member 121 from falling off from the horizontal fin connection portion 120.
[0056] <Operation unit, support member> In FIG. 5, in a state where the support member operation connector 133 of the operation unit 130 is detached, the support member operation connector 133 is connected to the operation unit connector 140 of the support member 135. In this state, the support member operation connector 133 is attached to the operation arm 132 of the operation unit 130. The operation unit 130 in a state where it is connected to the support member 135 is connected to the midstream unit 80 and is connected to the horizontal fin link unit 118 via the support member 135. In detail, the midstream operation connector 134 of the operation unit 130 is connected to the operation unit midstream connector 102 of the midstream unit 80, and the link connector 141 of the support member 135 is connected to the horizontal fin connector 120 of the horizontal fin link unit 118 via the connection auxiliary member 121. Specifically, the link connector 141 is connected to the connected arm 123 of the connection auxiliary member 121.
[0057] <Upper and middle reaches> 5 , the upstream section 31 with the upstream guide member 37 attached is connected to the midstream section 80, and the upstream guide member 37 and the midstream section 80 are connected via the upstream link section 50. More specifically, the midstream upper surface upstream connected section 88 of the midstream section 80 engages with a hole formed in the upstream connecting section 35 of the upper-stage upstream section 32. The upstream link first connecting section 54 of the upper-stage upstream link section 51 is connected to the midstream upper surface linked connecting section 89 of the midstream section 80, and the upstream link second connecting section 55 of the upper-stage upstream link section 51 is connected to the upstream guide connecting section 43 of the upper-stage upstream guide member 40.
[0058] Similarly, the midstream lower surface upstream connected portion 96 of the midstream section 80 engages with a hole formed in the upstream connecting portion 35 of the lower stage upstream section 33. The upstream link first connecting portion 54 of the lower stage upstream link portion 52 is connected to the midstream lower surface linked connecting portion 97 of the midstream section 80, and the upstream link second connecting portion 55 of the lower stage upstream link portion 52 is connected to the upstream guide connecting portion 43 of the lower stage upstream guide member 41.
[0059] <Downstream, midstream> In Fig. 5, the downstream section 60 with the downstream guide member 71 attached is connected to the midstream section 80. Furthermore, the support member 135 is passed through the downstream section 60. More specifically, the midstream upper surface downstream connected section 93 of the midstream section 80 engages with a hole formed in the downstream connecting section 64 of the upper-stage downstream section 61. At that time, the slip-out prevention locking section 94 (and the slip-out prevention member 95) of the midstream section 80 fits into the downstream notch section 66 of the upper-stage downstream section 61. Furthermore, the upper support guide section 138 of the support member 135 is passed through the aligned downstream passage hole section 69 and downstream passage gap section 70 of the upper-stage downstream section 61, and the guide opening section 76 of the upper-stage downstream guide member 72.
[0060] Similarly, the midstream lower surface downstream connected portion 100 of the midstream section 80 engages with a hole formed in the downstream connecting portion 64 of the lower-stage downstream section 62. In addition, the lower support guide portion 139 of the support member 135 is passed through the aligned downstream passage hole portion 69 and downstream passage gap portion 70 of the lower-stage downstream section 62, and the guide opening portion 76 of the lower-stage downstream guide member 73.
[0061] The airflow direction adjustment device 30 is configured as described above, and functions by being installed in the flow path forming section 2.
[0062] <Flow path forming section, wind direction adjustment device> In Fig. 5, the downstream portion 60 with the downstream guide member 71 attached thereto is connected to the main body frame member 21 of the flow path forming portion 2 via the downstream guide member 71, and the main body frame member 21 is attached to the flow path forming main body portion 5. More specifically, the downstream rail supported protrusion 74 of the downstream guide member 71 is attached to the frame front and rear rail portion 29 of the main body frame member 21. That is, the downstream portion 60 is connected to the air outlet 4 of the flow path forming portion 2. At that time, the upper support guide portion 138 of the support member 135 passed through the upper stage downstream portion 61 and the upper stage downstream guide member 72 is supported by the frame hole portion 28 of the frame upper portion 22 of the main body frame member 21, and the lower support guide portion 139 of the support member 135 passed through the lower stage downstream portion 62 and the lower stage downstream guide member 73 is supported by the frame hole portion 28 of the frame lower portion 23 of the main body frame member 21 (see Fig. 22).
[0063] The upstream guide member 37 is inserted into the flow path forming main body 5 of the flow path forming section 2 from the main body opening engagement section 15 side, and the upstream rail supported projection 42 of the upstream guide member 37 is attached to the inlet side front and rear rail section 13 of the flow path forming main body 5. In other words, the upstream section 31 is supported by the air inlet 3 of the flow path forming section 2. The midstream section 80 is also inserted into the flow path forming main body 5 from the main body opening engagement section 15 side, and the midstream shaft section 101 of the midstream section 80 is supported by the bearing hole section 12 through the outlet side front and rear rail section 14 of the flow path forming main body 5.
[0064] The frame engagement portion 27 of the main body frame member 21 engages with the hole of the main body opening engagement portion 15 of the flow path forming main body portion 5. Finally, the decorative frame member 20 is attached to the front surface of the flow path forming main body portion 5. The operation portion 130 extends from within the flow path forming portion 2 toward the air outlet 4 (see Figures 1 and 2). As described above, the air direction adjustment device 30 is installed within the flow path forming portion 2, and the air vent 1 is completed.
[0065] Next, the operation of the air vent 1 and the airflow direction adjustment device 30 will be described with reference to the drawings together with their effects. Figures 22 to 30 show a cross section of the air vent 1 and the process of operation. Figures 22 to 24 show the operation by the up-down adjustment function in a vertical cross section, with Figure 22 showing the state where the airflow direction is in the center (hereinafter referred to as "center state"), Figure 23 showing the state where the airflow direction is adjusted upward (hereinafter referred to as "upward state"), and Figure 24 showing the state where the airflow direction is adjusted downward (hereinafter referred to as "downward state"). Figures 25 to 30 show the operation of the left-right adjustment function in cross section, with Figures 25 and 26 showing the state in which the wind direction is frontal (hereinafter referred to as "frontal state"), Figures 27 and 28 showing the state in which the wind is blocked (hereinafter referred to as "wind-blocking state") or the state in which the wind direction is adjusted to the right (hereinafter referred to as "rightward state"), and Figures 29 and 30 showing the state in which the wind direction is adjusted to the left (hereinafter referred to as "leftward state"). Figures 25, 27, and 29 show the posture of the horizontal fin link portion 118, and Figures 26, 28, and 30 show the posture of the horizontal fin 110.
[0066] In addition, the up-down adjustment function and the left-right adjustment function are used in combination, so that the respective states can be combined in any way. Therefore, in each of the center state, the upward state, and the downward state, the front state, the wind blocking state, the rightward state, or the leftward state can be achieved.
[0067] 22 to 24, in the airflow direction adjustment device 30, when the operating unit 130 is moved up and down, the attitude of the midstream section 80 changes up and down in conjunction with the operating unit 130, and the upstream section 31 and downstream section 60 curve up and down following the midstream section 80. When the midstream section 80 rotates, changing its attitude, and the upstream section 31 and downstream section 60 curve, the flow path is deformed and the wind direction changes up and down.
[0068] In more detail, since the operation unit 130 is connected to the support member 135, it rotates up and down around the support member operation connector 133 connected to the operation unit connector 140 of the support member 135 as a rotation axis, and the attitude of the operation unit 130 is tilted up and down. Since the midstream section 80 is connected to the operation unit 130, when the attitude of the operation unit 130 changes, the attitude of the midstream section 80 also changes. Since the midstream shaft section 101 of the midstream section 80 is supported by the bearing hole section 12 of the flow path forming section 2, the midstream section 80 rotates up and down around the midstream shaft section 101 as a rotation axis, and the attitude of the midstream section 80 is tilted up and down. At that time, since the bearing hole section 12 is an elongated hole (see FIG. 4), the midstream shaft section 101 slides slightly back and forth in the bearing hole section 12, and the midstream section 80 can move back and forth.
[0069] The rear end (downstream connecting portion 64) of the downstream portion 60 is connected to the midstream portion 80, and the front end (downstream guide member 71) of the downstream portion 60 is connected to the air outlet 4 of the flow path forming portion 2, so that when the posture of the midstream portion 80 changes, the downstream portion 60 also deforms. The downstream portion 60 is made of a flexible soft material, and the downstream rail support protrusion 74 of the downstream guide member 71 that carries the front end of the downstream portion 60 is connected to the frame front and rear rail portion 29 of the main body frame member 21 at the air outlet 4 and is rotatable, and the downstream connecting portion 64, which is the rear end of the downstream portion 60, is pulled up and down following the midstream portion 80. Therefore, the downstream portion 60 curves up and down in conjunction with the operation of the operating portion 130. If the upstream guided mounting portion 36, which is the front end of the downstream portion 60, faces upward, the wind will flow upward, and if the upstream guided mounting portion 36 faces downward, the wind will also flow downward.
[0070] The front end (upstream connecting portion 35) of the upstream portion 31 is connected to the midstream portion 80, and the rear end (upstream guide member 37) of the upstream portion 31 is supported by the air inlet 3 of the flow path forming portion 2, so that when the posture of the midstream portion 80 changes, the upstream portion 31 also deforms. Like the downstream portion 60, the upstream portion 31 is made of a flexible soft material, and the upstream rail supported protrusion 42 of the upstream guide member 37 that carries the rear end of the upstream portion 31 is supported by the inlet side front and rear rail portion 13 of the flow path forming main body portion 5 at the air inlet 3 and is movable forward and backward, and the upstream connecting portion 35, which is the front end of the upstream portion 31, is pulled up and down following the midstream portion 80. Therefore, the upstream portion 31 curves up and down in conjunction with the operation of the operation portion 130.
[0071] As shown in Fig. 22, in the center state, the operation unit 130 is horizontal or nearly horizontal, and faces the front and center. The midstream section 80 is not tilted, and its posture is horizontal or nearly horizontal. The upstream section 31 and the downstream section 60 are not curved, and their posture is flat. Therefore, the flow path is straight or nearly straight from front to back, and the wind blows out from the air outlet 4 toward the front.
[0072] 23, in the process of changing from the center state to the upward state, the operation unit 130 is tilted upward, and as a result, the midstream section 80 is directed downward in conjunction with the midstream section 80 and is pulled forward, moving forward. Following the midstream section 80, the upstream section 31 is curved upward and pulled forward, and the upstream guide member 37 moves forward along the inlet-side front-rear rail section 13. At the same time, the downstream section 60 is curved downward, and the front end portion faces upward at the air outlet 4. Therefore, the flow path is curved in an S shape, and the wind blows out from the air outlet 4 diagonally upward.
[0073] 24, in the process of changing from the center state to the downward state, the operation unit 130 is tilted downward, so that the midstream section 80 is linked to be directed upward and pulled forward, moving forward. Following the midstream section 80, the upstream section 31 is curved downward and pulled forward, and the upstream guide member 37 moves forward along the inlet-side front-rear rail section 13. At the same time, the downstream section 60 is curved upward, and the front end portion faces downward at the air outlet 4. Therefore, the flow path is curved in an S shape, and the wind blows out from the air outlet 4 obliquely downward.
[0074] As described above, the midstream section 80 does not move up and down, but rotates and tilts, changing the orientation of the midstream section 80 up and down, so the position of the midstream section 80 does not change up and down. Since the upstream section 31 and downstream section 60 curve up and down without changing the position of the midstream section 80 up and down, a structure for adjusting the wind direction can be realized in a small vertical space. In addition, the change in orientation of the midstream section 80 forms a smooth S-shaped flow path, making the wind flow smoother, resulting in excellent wind directionality.
[0075] In particular, since the upstream section 31 and the downstream section 60 are formed from a flexible soft material, they curve freely and smoothly following the midstream section 80, and the wind direction is adjusted.
[0076] Since the operation unit 130 is connected to the support member 135, for example, there is no need to provide vertical fins or the like in order to attach the operation unit 130, and the air outlet 4 is thinner due to the absence of vertical fins.
[0077] 25 to 30, in the airflow direction adjustment device 30, when the operation unit 130 is moved left or right, the horizontal fin link unit 118 slides left or right in conjunction with the operation unit 130, and the attitude of the horizontal fins 110 is directed left or right. When the horizontal fins 110 are directed left or right, the wind direction changes left or right.
[0078] More specifically, since the operating unit 130 is connected to the support member 135, when the operating unit 130 is moved left and right, the support member 135 moves left and right together with the operating unit 130 along the frame hole 28. Since the horizontal fin link portion 118 is connected to the support member 135 via the connection auxiliary member 121, when the position of the operating unit 130 changes, the horizontal fin link portion 118 slides left and right in conjunction with the operation. Since the horizontal fin 110 is connected to the horizontal fin link portion 118, the horizontal fin 110 is linked to the operation of the horizontal fin link portion 118. The horizontal fin 110 rotates as the curved edge of the positioned plate portion 112 moves along the upper surface positioning groove portion 91 and the lower surface positioning groove portion 99. If the horizontal fin 110 faces right, the wind flows rightward, and if the horizontal fin 110 faces leftward, the wind flows leftward.
[0079] 25 and 26, in the front state, the operation unit 130 faces the front. The plate-like members 111 of the horizontal fins 110 face in the front-rear direction. Therefore, air is blown out from the air outlet 4 toward the front.
[0080] As shown in Figs. 27 and 28, in the wind blocking state, the operation unit 130 is oriented to the right. The horizontal fin link unit 118 is slid to the right and positioned to the right. The plate-shaped members 111 of the horizontal fins 110 are oriented straight or nearly straight, and the plate-shaped members 111 are in contact with each other and aligned in a horizontal row. Therefore, the wind is blocked by the plate-shaped members 111 and does not blow out from the air outlet 4. In the rightward state, the operation unit 130 is oriented more shallowly to the right than in the wind blocking state, so the plate-shaped members 111 are tilted to the right, but the plate-shaped members 111 do not come into contact with each other. Therefore, the wind blows out from the air outlet 4 to the right.
[0081] 29 and 30, in the leftward facing state, the operation unit 130 is facing leftward. The horizontal fin link unit 118 is slid leftward and positioned to the left. The orientation of the plate-shaped member 111 of the horizontal fin 110 is tilted leftward. Therefore, air is blown out from the air outlet 4 to the left.
[0082] As described above, the airflow direction can be adjusted left and right by the horizontal fins 110. In particular, the horizontal fins 110 are attached to the inside of the midstream section 80 and are not present at the air outlet 4, so that the air outlet 4 is thin.
[0083] The horizontal fin link portion 118 is disposed outside the midstream upper surface portion 81 of the midstream portion 80 and is not present in the flow path, so that the horizontal fin link portion 118 does not impede the wind and loss of air volume can be prevented.
[0084] It should be noted that another embodiment of the present invention only has a vertical adjustment function and does not have a horizontal adjustment function. This embodiment does not have a horizontal fin or a horizontal fin link portion. In another embodiment, the midstream section changes its posture by swaying or rising and falling. In another embodiment, either the upstream or downstream portion is a curved member, and the other is a rigid plate-like member. Even in this case, since either the upstream or downstream portion is curved, even if the change in the attitude of the midstream portion is small, the attitude of the downstream portion relative to the air outlet changes. Therefore, it is possible to realize a structure for adjusting the wind direction in a small space while making the air outlet thin. In another embodiment, the lateral fin link portion is disposed inside the midstream portion. In another embodiment, the operating section is directly connected to the midstream section. This embodiment does not have a support member.
