Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a mounting bracket for attaching a long cardboard tube to a ceiling base material suspended from the underside of a concrete slab by a hanging bolt when the cardboard tube is used as a ceiling material in the ceiling structure of a building. [Background technology]

[0002] A method for connecting multiple cardboard tubes with metal fittings or the like to form interior and exterior wall coverings has been disclosed (Patent Document 1), but the present invention is a mounting fixture for a structure in which multiple cardboard tubes are connected to a ceiling base material at specified intervals to form a ceiling. Conventionally, as shown in Figure 5, this type of mounting fixture for connecting multiple cardboard tubes with a ceiling base material includes mounting pieces made of arc-shaped thin steel plates that fit into the outer shape of cardboard tube A and are fixed to ceiling base material C at specified positions and intervals with screws or the like, and multiple cardboard tubes are attached along these mounting pieces. [0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2-61246 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] Conventional mounting brackets as shown in Figure 5 are attached directly to the ceiling base material. Therefore, due to dimensional errors in the installation accuracy of the ceiling base material, such as the correct height or installation direction, it becomes impossible to attach the paper tube to the mounting bracket, and the mounting bracket needs to be reattached, which is time-consuming.

[0005] In addition, the mounting bracket is formed in an arc shape and fits into the outer shape of the cardboard tube, so both ends are positioned below the center of the cardboard tube. This means that the mounting bracket is visible when looking up at the ceiling, resulting in an unsightly appearance.

[0006] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and aims to provide a mounting bracket that can accurately attach multiple cardboard tubes to a ceiling base material and has excellent aesthetics, such that the mounting bracket is not visible from the underside of the ceiling after the paper tubes are attached. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The paper tube mounting bracket for a ceiling structure to solve the above problems is a mounting bracket that fixes multiple paper tubes to a ceiling base material in a ceiling structure in which the paper tubes are arranged side by side at appropriate intervals, and is equipped with a bolt portion that can be inserted into a mounting hole provided in the paper tube, a fixing portion that has a fixing piece with a paper tube side insertion hole through which the threaded portion of the bolt portion is inserted and that fixes the paper tube to the ceiling base material, and a nut that screws into the threaded portion of the bolt portion, and the bolt portion has a rotatable hook piece that can be inserted into the mounting hole.

[0008] The cardboard tube mounting fixture may be provided with a hook portion on the fixing portion for engaging with the ceiling base material.

[0009] The cardboard tube mounting fixture may be provided with a fixing seat on the threaded portion so that the bolt portion maintains an upright position on the cardboard tube. Effect of the Invention

[0010] According to the present invention, by dividing the mounting bracket into two components, a fixed part that is attached to the ceiling base material and a bolt part that is attached to the cardboard tube, the positions can be adjusted individually, improving mounting accuracy, and since the thin-diameter bolt part can be attached to the upper side of the cardboard tube, the mounting bracket is hidden by the outer shape of the cardboard tube and is less visible from below the ceiling, improving the aesthetic appearance. [Diagram 5] FIG. 13 is a diagram showing a state in which a conventional mounting bracket is used. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0012] (Embodiment) An embodiment of the paper tube mounting bracket for ceiling structure of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to Figures 1 to 3. The following description of the preferred embodiment is merely exemplary in nature and is in no way intended to limit the present invention, its applications, or its uses.

[0013] The ceiling structure paper pipe mounting bracket of the present invention is a mounting bracket for fixing each paper pipe to a ceiling base material in a ceiling structure in which multiple paper pipes are arranged side by side at appropriate intervals and connected by a ceiling base material. The ceiling structure paper pipe mounting bracket is composed of at least two members: a bolt part 10 that is fixed to the paper pipe, and a fixing part 20 that is fixed to the ceiling base material.

[0014] Reference numeral 10 denotes a bolt portion, and a hook piece 12 is riveted to the base end of a screw portion 11 with a rivet 13 so as to be rotatable. With the longitudinal direction of the hook piece 12 facing the longitudinal direction of the screw portion 11, the hook piece 12 and the screw portion 11 can be inserted into an attachment hole provided in a cardboard tube. Reference numeral 20 denotes a fixing portion, and includes a fixing piece 22 provided with a cardboard tube-side insertion hole 21 through which the screw portion 11 of the bolt portion 10 is inserted, a connecting piece 23 extending substantially vertically from the fixing piece 22, and a downward U-shaped hook portion 24 at the upper end of the connecting piece 23 that engages with a ceiling base material. The connecting piece 23 is provided with a base material-side insertion hole 25 for fixing to the ceiling base material with a screw. The fixing portion 20 can be integrally formed by bending a thin steel plate.

[0015] Nut 30 is screwed onto threaded portion 11 of bolt portion 10, and by tightening it, the cardboard tube hung on hanging piece 12 can be pulled and fixed to fixed piece 22. Nut 30 is screwed onto threaded portion 11 from the top surface of fixed piece 22 with threaded portion 11 inserted into cardboard tube-side insertion hole 21.

[0016] Reference numeral 40 denotes a fixed seat, preferably made of rubber or resin, shaped like a washer, into which the screw portion 11 is press-fitted. The fixed seat 40 abuts against the outer circumferential surface of the cardboard tube A, and the cardboard tube A is sandwiched between the fixed seat 40 and the hook piece 12. The fixed seat 40 fixes the position and angle of the screw portion 11 by pressing the screw portion 11 into the fixed seat 40 and abutting against the outer circumferential surface of the cardboard tube, thereby maintaining the upright position of the bolt portion 10 relative to the cardboard tube A. The upright position is, for example, a position in which the screw portion 11 is approximately perpendicular to the tangent line of the cardboard tube at the mounting hole.

[0017] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, in this embodiment, the cardboard tubes A are cylindrical members, with the longitudinal direction being approximately horizontal, and multiple cardboard tubes A are arranged at intervals in the radial direction. An attachment hole A1 is formed at the upper end of each cardboard tube A. The ceiling base material C connects multiple cardboard tubes A in the radial direction above the cardboard tubes A.

[0018] The hook piece 12 is inserted into the mounting hole A1 of the cardboard tube A together with the screw part 11 with its longitudinal direction facing the longitudinal direction of the screw part 11 (FIG. 3-1). Inside the cardboard tube A, the hook piece 12 is rotated and its longitudinal direction is oriented in the longitudinal direction of the cardboard tube A, and then the bolt part 10 is pulled upward to bring the hook piece 12 into contact with the inside of the cardboard tube A, and the fixed seat 40 is fitted into the screw part 11 from the outside of the cardboard tube A. By moving the fixed seat 40 downward to contact the outside of the cardboard tube A and holding the cardboard tube A between the fixed seat 40 and the hook piece 12, the hook piece 12 is fixed to the inside of the mounting hole and the screw part 11 is raised above the mounting hole A1, which makes it easier to insert the cardboard tube side insertion hole 21 of the fixed piece 22 when connecting to the fixed part 20 and screw the nut 30 (FIG. 3-2).

[0019] The method of using the mounting fitting of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs.

[0020] The procedure for attaching the bolt portion 10 to the attachment hole A1 of the cardboard tube A is as described above (FIGS. 3-1 and 3-2), so the description will be omitted.

[0021] The fixing parts 20 are placed at a specified interval on the ceiling base material C suspended from the ceiling by the hanging bolts B, and are temporarily fixed by hooking the hook parts 24 of the fixing parts 20 onto the upper surface of the ceiling base material C. When installing, the bolt parts 10 attached to the cardboard tube A can be slid along the ceiling base material C according to the intervals, allowing the position to be adjusted.

[0022] Next, the bolt portion 10 attached to the cardboard tube A is attached to the fixing portion temporarily fixed to the ceiling base material C. The screw portion 11 is inserted into the cardboard tube side insertion hole 21 of the fixing piece 22, the nut 30 is screwed in, and the cardboard tube A is pulled to the fixing piece 22 and fixed by tightening (Figure 3-3).

[0023] If the fixed seat 40 is made of a somewhat thick rubber, it can act as a buffer material between the cardboard tube A and the fixed portion 20 to provide a simple vibration-proofing effect.

[0024] In addition, by making the cardboard tube side insertion hole 21 a hole with a larger diameter or longer than the wire diameter of the screw portion 11, fine adjustment of the attachment position of the cardboard tube A becomes possible.

[0025] Finally, a screw D is driven through the base material-side insertion hole 25 provided in the connecting piece 23 of the fixing portion 20 to fix it (FIG. 3-4).

[0026] In the same manner, multiple paper tubes A are attached to the ceiling base material C at predetermined positions and intervals to form the ceiling. [Explanation of symbols]
