Description

[Technical field]

[0001] This application claims the benefit of priority based on Korean Patent Application No. 2021-0141528 dated October 22, 2021 and Korean Patent Application No. 2022-0116345 dated September 15, 2022, and all contents disclosed in the documents of said Korean Patent Applications are incorporated herein by reference.

[0002] The present invention relates to a stick-type container, and more particularly to a stick-type container in which an external lifting member covering the contents is lifted and lowered to adjust the exposure of the contents, while allowing the contents to be easily refilled. [Background technology]

[0003] Stick containers are easy to carry, only the part to be used is exposed to the outside, minimizing deterioration of the cosmetics contained therein, and they have the advantage of being able to be applied directly without having to take it out with one's hands. As a result, various dosage forms, from semi-solid to solid products, are sold in stick containers. UV-blocking stick products, which are a semi-solid form of conventional creams, are gaining great popularity.

[0004] Conventional stick-type containers need improvement in the following respects:

[0005] 1) The structure is complicated and difficult to manufacture due to the separate parts that move the position of the cosmetic contents. This not only increases the manufacturing cost, but also makes it difficult to disassemble, which is undesirable from an environmental perspective in terms of recycling.

[0006] 2) When refilling the contents, the cosmetics, may get on the user's hands or be lost. With conventional products, the cosmetics may get on the user's hands or other parts when refilling, which may result in the cosmetics being lost or damaged. With color cosmetics such as lipstick, it is most important to refill neatly without getting the cosmetics on other parts.

[0007] 3) It is difficult to know when the cosmetics need to be refilled, and refilling itself is not easy. With conventional stick-type containers, users can only roughly gauge how much of the cosmetics inside has been used. In addition, to refill the cosmetics, the joints must be disassembled and then reassembled. Due to these problems, conventional lipsticks are often sold in a form that cannot be refilled.

[0008] 4) It is difficult to use up the cosmetics to the last drop. In stick-type products, the cosmetics are arranged vertically, and a separate fixing part must be provided at the bottom to support them. A part of the cosmetics must be inserted and placed inside the fixing part, and the user cannot use up the cosmetics inside the fixing part, which is a "dead zone". Conventional lipsticks can be applied directly at first, but later, a separate brush must be used to use up the lipstick to the last drop.

[0009] 5) The pressure with which the cosmetic is applied must be precisely adjusted. Semi-solid formulations have low strength, so the pressure must be adjusted when applying to the face. If too much pressure is applied, the contents will be damaged, so the only solution is for the user to apply the cosmetic carefully.

[0010] In Patent Document 1, the vertical position of the cosmetic is fixed, and the degree of exposure of the cosmetic is adjusted by raising and lowering an external lifting member that covers the cosmetic. Patent Document 1 is characterized in that the cosmetic does not rotate when the lifting member moves up and down.

[0011] In Patent Document 1, a separate inner container 220 with a screw thread is arranged inside the container to move the external lifting member, and the guide tube 310, extension part 520, and through hole 420 are non-circular in shape to prevent rotation, resulting in a complex structure.

[0012] In Patent Document 1, the position of the cosmetic is fixed and the combination of the lid 600 and the outer container 210 is also fixed, so the space between the lid and the top of the cosmetic must be maintained regardless of whether the cosmetic is used or not.

[0013] It is considered that Patent Document 1 does not take into consideration the refilling of cosmetics. Looking at the structure of Patent Document 1, it still has the same problems as the conventional one, such as the user having to directly pick up the cosmetics in their hands and forcefully insert them into the container in order to refill.

[0014] In Patent Document 2, similar to Patent Document 1, the vertical position of the cosmetic is fixed, and the external lifting member that covers the cosmetic is lifted and lowered to adjust the degree of exposure of the cosmetic. The cosmetic does not rotate, which is the same as in Patent Document 1.

[0015] The structure of Patent Document 2 is also complicated because the guide tube 310 and the through hole 420 are non-circular in order to prevent the cosmetic from rotating.

[0016] Patent Document 3 relates to a cosmetic container in which the vertical position of the cosmetic is fixed and an external lifting member covering the cosmetic is lifted and lowered to adjust the degree to which the cosmetic is exposed.

[0017] In Patent Documents 1 and 2, the lifting member is raised and lowered using a screw, while in Patent Document 3, O-rings are provided around the lifting member, and the lifting member is fixed by the frictional force between these O-rings and the case body 10. Patent Document 3 has a simple configuration, but is less accurate and is difficult to use for long periods of time due to the hardening of the O-rings.

[0018] In Patent Document 4, the lifting member does not rotate as in Patent Document 3, but moves up and down by a sliding method, and in addition, Patent Document 5 has an elastic body at the bottom and a notch 6 for fixing.

[0019] Patent documents 1 to 5 all have the disadvantage that the empty space between the lid and the top of the cosmetic must be maintained regardless of whether the cosmetic is used or not. In order to refill, the user must directly pick up the cosmetic and forcibly fit it into place, and it appears that Patent documents 1 to 5 do not take refilling into consideration or do not recognize the conventional problems associated with refilling.

[0020] Patent documents 1 to 5 also provide separate fixing parts at the bottom of the cosmetics to support them when they are placed vertically and exposed to the outside. A part of the cosmetics must be inserted and placed inside such fixing parts, and the user cannot directly use the cosmetics in such a "dead zone" but must use a brush or the like. Patent documents 1 to 5 do not seem to recognize this as a problem itself.

[0021] Patent Documents 1 to 5 are also deemed not to take into consideration the technology of cushioning so that the cosmetic can be used without any inconvenience even if the pressure of application is not adjusted.

[0022] Figure 36 is a schematic diagram of a refillable product sold on the market. Referring to Figure 36, refillable containers sold on the market are roughly divided into parts A and B. Part A is the refillable part that is actually sold, which contains the contents inside and includes all the structures for raising and lowering the contents. Part B is the body that supports Part A, and corresponds to a case where it is substantially reusable.

[0023] The part A includes a mechanical structure that moves the contents up and down by rotating, and some of the mechanical structures may simply move the contents up and down in a vertical direction without rotating. The left side of FIG. 36 is an exploded perspective view showing the mechanical structure that moves the contents up and down by rotating. FIG. 36 also shows examples of the manner in which A and B are coupled, as 1), 2), and 3). 1) is a manner in which a plurality of protrusions provided on the inner circumference of the lower end of A are coupled to the internal pillar of B, 2) is a manner in which a plurality of protrusions provided on the outer circumference of the lower end of A are coupled to the cylinder of B, and 3) is a manner in which a magnet on the inner circumference of the lower end of A and a polygonal shape on the outer circumference of the lower end of A are coupled to a metal or magnet of B and a groove of the inner polygon. In 3), two couplings are performed simultaneously, but they may be performed separately, and in particular, the magnetic coupling may be combined with 1) and 2).

[0024] Specifically, "EGO STIC," "SHISEIDO," "HERMES," and "La Bouche Rouge" products sold on the market have released lipstick or multi-balm products in a form that allows the contents to be replaced with consideration for refills. "La Bouche Rouge" products use the method shown in 3) of Figure 36, while the remaining products use the method shown in 1) or 2) of Figure 36, in which the refill part is fixed by fitting into the body. In these products, as shown in A of Figure 36, all of the mechanical means for moving the contents, such as lipstick, up and down are added to the refill part. In other words, the body merely serves as a simple cylindrical case, and the actual contents and the mechanical structure for moving them up and down are all located in the refill part.

[0025] In such products, the refill portion is ultimately the main component, which makes recycling difficult due to its complex structure and increases the unit price of the product.

[0026] Since all the components are in the refill, the refill and the case are only connected by simple snap-in or magnets, and even when the refill is connected to the body, it is not completely attached and there is some play. This play makes it difficult for users to apply lipstick delicately as desired. The products sold on the market also do not take into consideration any cushioning technology to ensure that there is no inconvenience in use even if the pressure of applying the cosmetic is not adjusted. [0027] [Patent Document 1] Republic of Korea Patent No. 1944399 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Registration No. 6212658 [Patent Document 3] Republic of Korea Registered Utility Model No. 0388883 [Patent Document 4] Republic of Korea Registered Utility Model No. 0493090 [Patent Document 5] Republic of Korea Registered Utility Model No. 0393383 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0028] The present invention is made to solve the above problems, and aims to provide an improved stick-type container that: 1) allows the cosmetics to be adjusted in terms of their exposure with a simple structure without moving up and down, 2) allows the cosmetics to be refilled without getting on the user's hands or other parts of the body, 3) makes it clear when the cosmetics need to be refilled, 4) allows the cosmetics to be easily separated and refilled, 5) allows the cosmetics to be used up to the last drop without having to use a separate mechanism such as a brush, and 6) cushions the pressure of applying the cosmetics.

[0029] The stick-type container provided by the present invention can be applied to any product, such as cosmetics, medicines, non-medicinal products, etc., so long as it is in a semi-solid or solid form. Throughout the description and claims of the present invention, the contents described include any product in a semi-solid or solid form, such as cosmetics, medicines, and foods. [Means for solving the problem]

[0030] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a stick-type container including a content holder on which contents are loaded, a body, an elevation member that adjusts exposure of the content by elevation, a holder support part that is disposed inside the body and detachably coupled to the content holder to support the content holder, the holder support part having a hollow part with a central opening and an overall cylindrical or polygonal tube shape that is coupled to the body, a holder moving part that is disposed in the hollow part and has an upper end coupling part that is detachably coupled to the content holder at an upper part, and an elastic support part that is disposed in the hollow part and located below the upper end coupling part, supporting the upper end coupling part while being elastically deformed by pressure applied to the upper end coupling part. The elastic support part may be supported by at least one of a plug that is coupled to a lower end of the hollow part, a protrusion that protrudes from the holder support part body into the hollow part, and a protrusion that protrudes upward from a lower part of the body.

[0031] The holder support body and the body may be separate from each other or may be integrally connected.

[0032] The upper end coupling part may have a limited range of downward and upward movement, and a top portion of the upper end coupling part does not protrude outside an uppermost surface of the holder support part body.

[0033] The holder moving part may further include a lower end support part extending from a lower part of the upper end coupling part and disposed inside the elastic support part, and the holder moving part has an overall vertical cross section in a T-shape. A lower part of the lower end support part may be shaped like an arrowhead or a wedge.

[0034] The lifting member may include a stopper capable of supporting the content holder so as not to slip out from the lower portion of the lifting member.

[0035] The body, the lifting member, and the content holder each have a circular or polygonal cross-section, the content holder and the holder support part are sized so that they can be inserted into the inside of the lifting member, and the lifting member is sized so that it can be inserted into the inside of the body.

[0036] The lifting member may include a lifting member body generally in the form of a cylinder or a prism, and one or more first movable coupling parts protruding from the lifting member body toward the outside or inside of the lifting member body or coupled to the outer or inner surface of the lifting member body to support the lifting member to the body or the holder support part.

[0037] The holder support portion may include a second movable coupling portion that protrudes from an inner surface of the body or an outer surface of the holder support portion, or is coupled to the inner surface of the body or the outer surface of the holder support portion to support the lifting member to the body or the holder support portion.

[0038] Here, supporting means being fixed in a particular position while being raised and lowered.

[0039] The lifting member can be lifted and lowered by rotation of the body or the holder support portion.

[0040] As a non-limiting example of a first specific example of the lifting member being supported by the first movable coupling part, the lifting member may include a first screw provided on the inner surface of the body, and a third movable coupling part protruding from an outer surface of the lifting member, specifically, from a lower outer surface of the lifting member body, and movable along the first screw.

[0041] As a specific second example of the non-limiting examples, the holder support may include a second screw provided on an outer surface of the holder support, specifically on the outer surface of the holder support body, and a fourth movable coupling part protruding from an inner surface of the lifting member, specifically from a lower portion of the inner surface of the lifting member body, and movable along the second screw.

[0042] The third movable joint may be provided at least one on an outer surface of a lower portion of the lifting member body, and the fourth movable joint may be provided at least one on an inner surface of a lower portion of the lifting member body.

[0043] The first screw may be circular or polygonal in shape, and may have a coupling groove at its upper end through which the third movable coupling part can pass, and may be provided with a coupling ring that couples with the upper end of the body. The coupling groove and a start point of the first screw may be arranged to be offset from each other. The first screw may be provided with a screw thread or a thread in accordance with the number of the third movable coupling parts, and similarly, the second screw may be provided with a screw thread or a thread in accordance with the number of the fourth movable coupling parts.

[0044] A ring-shaped coupling part may be added to an upper end of the body, and the coupling part may be manufactured as a separate part or may be manufactured integrally with the body.

[0045] The method for detachably connecting the upper end connection part and the content holder may be at least one selected from the group including magnetic force, Velcro, snap-in, and adhesive.

[0046] A magnet may be attached to at least one of the upper end coupling portion and the lower surface of the content holder. If a magnet is attached to each, they can only be coupled to each other at a specific angle.

[0047] The content holder and the lifting member may be provided with a mutual fixing portion so that they do not rotate relative to each other when connected to each other and only move in the longitudinal direction of the stick-type container.

[0048] The content holder is inserted from the top of the lifting member, and when the content holder and the lifting member are coupled to each other, the content holder is not ejected to the bottom of the lifting member by the stopper, and the mutual fixing part can simultaneously function as the stopper.

[0049] The content holder includes at least one of a holder on which the content is mounted, an internal fixing body in which the content is fitted and mounted in a side groove, and an internal protrusion that bites into the content to fix the content, and a protruding coupling part that is inserted into the content is disposed on the upper surface of the holder. In addition, the protruding coupling part may include an elastic material since it may come into direct contact with the skin of a user when the content is used. The protruding coupling part is not limited in shape as long as it can be inserted into the content to fix the content, but it is preferable that the protruding coupling part has a thin wing shape so that the content can be used up to the last.

[0050] Meanwhile, since the outer periphery of the content holder moves along the inner periphery of the lifting member, an outer periphery wing may be added for sealing the content. The outer periphery wing is preferably in the form of a thin and elastic band disposed along the outer periphery of the content holder, and more specifically, may be in the form of a band inclined upward and outward. The outer periphery wing may also be attached by a separate attachment such as an O-ring.

[0051] The content holder may further include a holder coupling part made of a metal or a magnet and disposed at a lower portion of the holder, and a holder coupling ring for coupling the holder coupling part to the holder. Specifically, the outer circumferential wing may be added to the holder coupling ring.

[0052] Meanwhile, a first cover may be added to the container, which is in the form of a tube with a closed top and capable of accommodating at least a portion of the content holder and the lifting member therein, and which is provided with at least one of a first coupling means located at a lower part of the inner surface and capable of being coupled to the body, and a second coupling means located at an upper part of the inner surface and capable of being coupled to the lifting member. The first cover may be further extended downward so that at least a portion of the body can also be accommodated inside the tube.

[0053] A second lid may be added which is in the form of a tube with one end closed and capable of accommodating at least a portion of the content holder and the lifting member therein, and which includes a plurality of protrusions provided along the longitudinal direction of the inside of the tube.

[0054] In the second lid, the inner diameter of the closed tube is smallest at the open inlet and largest at the closed end. As another example, the second lid may have the opposite shape and may have the same inner diameter. On the other hand, the inner diameter of the closed tube may not be uniform overall, but the inner diameter measured by the protrusion may be the same.

[0055] The inner circumference of a lower end of the first cover is larger than the outer circumference of the body, and the first and second coupling means may be coupled to each other by at least one of snap-fitting and magnetic force.

[0056] The first cover and the lifting member are coupled to isolate the content holder from the outside, and in this case, the first cover may be smaller than the outer periphery of the body.

[0057] Meanwhile, a fixing means capable of being detachably connected to a separate support may be provided at a lower end of the body.

[0058] The present invention also provides a refill cartridge including a content holder on which a content is loaded, and a lifting member having a hollow cylindrical shape and in which the content holder is disposed,

[0059] The content holder is inserted from the top of the lifting member, and the content holder provides a refill cartridge that does not slip out from the bottom of the lifting member due to a stopper protruding from the bottom of the lifting member.

[0060] The refill cartridge may be implemented separately from the stick-type container according to the present invention. When the contents in the stick-type container are used up or replaced, the conventional contents holder with the contents used up or remaining and the entire lifting member with these disposed therein may be separated, and then a new refill cartridge may be newly combined with the conventional contents holder.

[0061] The content holder may include at least one of a holder on an upper surface of which the content is mounted, an internal fixing body in which the content is fitted and mounted in a side groove, and an internal protrusion that bites into the content to fix the content, and a protruding coupling portion that is inserted into the content may be disposed on the upper surface of the holder, and the protruding coupling portion may include an elastic material.

[0062] The content holder may further include a holder coupling part made of a metal or magnetic material disposed at a lower portion of the holder, and a holder coupling ring coupling the holder coupling part to the holder.

[0063] The lifting member may have an overall height equal to or greater than the height of the content holder on which the content is loaded, may be a hollow cylinder having an open upper portion and a partially open lower portion, and may have the stopper protruding from the circumference disposed on the bottom surface of the lower portion.

[0064] The present invention can also be applied by combining the above-mentioned solutions in various ways. Effect of the Invention

[0065] Unlike conventional stick-type containers, the present invention has the following advantages: 1) the exposure of the contents can be easily adjusted without the contents moving up and down, 2) the contents can be refilled without getting on the user's hands, 3) it is clear when to refill, 4) the contents that have already been used can be easily separated and refilled with new contents, 5) the contents can be used up to the last drop without using a separate mechanism such as a brush, and 6) the pressure of applying the cosmetic can be cushioned. [0074] 3, 6, and 16, the top end surface of the upper end coupling parts 1432, 1432A does not exceed the top end surface of the holder support body 1420, 1420A. If the top end surface of the holder support body 1420, 1420A is higher than the top end surface of the upper end coupling parts 1432, 1432A, when the upper end coupling parts 1432, 1432A and the holder coupling part 1220 are coupled, the content holder 1200 is coupled while partially rotating along the second thread 1424 on the outer surface of the holder support body 1420, 1420A, so that the coupling action can be conveyed to the user by a tactile sensation.

[0075] The upper end coupling part 1432 has a limited range of downward and upward movement. This may be applied to other embodiments as well. An example of this can be seen more clearly in FIG. 16, which shows one of the various modified examples of the holder support part. The top of the upper end coupling part 1432A does not protrude outside the top end surface of the holder support part body 1420A. This is because it is stopped by the protrusion 1422A.

[0076] On the other hand, when the user applies pressure to the contents 1100, the contents 1100 are moved by the elastic support parts 1440, so that the shape of the contents 1100 is not significantly damaged.

[0077] The holder moving part 1430 further includes a lower end support part 1434 that is extended from the lower part of the upper end connecting part 1432 and disposed inside the elastic support part 1440. The holder moving part 1430 has an overall T-shaped vertical cross section. The upper end connecting part 1432 is cylindrical and has a wide vertical cross section, and the lower end support part 1434 has a shape in which two plates are connected perpendicular to each other and has an arrowhead-shaped stopper (not shown in the drawing number) at the bottom. The stopper is hooked on the protrusion 1422 to restrict movement. Referring to Figs. 1 and 2 showing the first embodiment 1000 of the stick-type container according to the present invention, the lower end support part 1434 has a shape in which two plates are connected perpendicular to each other and has a stopper at the bottom.

[0078] 15 and 16 show an example in which the lower end support part 1434A has a cylindrical shape. Fig. 15 and 16 show an example in which the magnet 1433 is fitted into the groove of the upper end coupling part 1432A from above. Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show an example in which the magnet 1433 is fitted into the groove from the side.

[0079] The lifting member 1300 may include a stopper 1320 that can support the content holder 1200 so as not to slip out from the lower part of the lifting member 1300. In the first embodiment 1000 of the stick-type container according to the present invention, the stopper 1320, the first movable coupling part 1330, and the fourth movable coupling part 1340 are the same.

[0080] Body 1500, lifting member 1300, and content holder 1200 each have a circular cross-section, and content holder 1200 and holder support part 1400 are sized so that they can be inserted inside lifting member 1300, and lifting member 1300 is sized so that it can be inserted inside body 1500.

[0081] The lifting member 1300 may include a generally cylindrical lifting member body 1310 and one or more first movable coupling parts 1330 protruding from the lifting member body 1310 toward the inside of the lifting member body 1310 to support the lifting member 1300 on the holder support part 1400.

[0082] Here, supporting means being fixed in a particular position while being raised and lowered.

[0083] The lifting member 1300 can be raised and lowered by rotating the body 1500 or the holder support part 1400. Since the body 1500 and the holder support part 1400 are not separated but are integrally connected, when the lifting member body 1310 is gripped and the body 1500 is rotated, the lifting member 1300 is raised and lowered.

[0084] As another description of the lifting member 1300, it may include a fourth movable coupling portion 1340 that protrudes from the inner surface of the lifting member 1300 and can move along a second screw 1424 provided on the outer surface of the holder support portion 1400, specifically, a second screw 1424 provided on the outer surface of the holder support portion body 1420.

[0085] In the first embodiment 1000 of the stick-type container according to the present invention, the stopper 1320, the first moving coupling part 1330 and the fourth moving coupling part 1340 are the same.

[0086] A ring-shaped coupling portion 1510 may be added to the upper end of the body 1500. The coupling portion 1510 may be manufactured as a separate part or may be manufactured integrally with the body 1500.

[0087] The upper end coupling part 1432 and the content holder 1200 are detachably coupled to each other by magnetic force, and a magnet 1433 is attached to the upper end coupling part 1432 .

[0088] The contents holder 1200 for the first embodiment 1000 of the stick-type container according to the present invention is shown in detail in Fig. 7. The leftmost side of Fig. 7 is a perspective view of the contents holder 1200 in a connected state, and the three schematic diagrams on the right side are, from top to bottom, a top view, a side view, and a bottom view. right The side is an exploded perspective view.

[0089] The content holder 1200 is inserted from the top of the lifting member 1300 , and when the content holder 1200 and the lifting member 1300 are coupled together, the content holder 1200 does not come out from the bottom of the lifting member 1300 due to a stopper 1320 .

[0090] The content holder 1200 includes a holder 1210 on whose upper surface the content 1100 is placed, and a protruding coupling part 1212 is disposed on the upper surface of the holder 1210 to be inserted into the content 1100. In addition, the protruding coupling part 1212 includes an elastic material since it may come into direct contact with the skin of the user as the content 1100 is used. The protruding coupling part 1212 is inserted into the content 1100 to fix the content 1100, and has a thin wing shape so that the content 1100 can be used up to the last.

[0091] Since the outer periphery of the content holder 1200 moves relatively along the inner periphery of the lifting member 1300, the outer periphery wing 1232 is added for sealing the content 1100. The outer periphery wing 1232 is in the form of a thin and elastic band along the outer periphery of the content holder 1200, specifically the holder coupling ring 1230, specifically in the form of a band inclined upward and outward. The outer periphery wing 1232 may also be replaced with another attachment such as an O-ring.

[0092] The content holder 1200 further includes a holder coupling part 1220 made of a metal or magnetic material disposed under the holder 1210, and a holder coupling ring 1230 that couples the holder coupling part 1220 to the holder 1210. The outer circumferential wing 1232 is attached to the holder coupling ring 1230.

[0093] In FIG. 7, the peripheral wings 1232 are attached to the holder attachment ring 1230, but they may also be attached to the holder 1210 or may be affixed to both.

[0094] Figures 8 to 14 are schematic diagrams of various modified examples of the holder and protruding joint part according to the present invention. In Figures 8 to 14, the upper left diagram is a schematic diagram of the content holder viewed from above. The upper right diagrams are viewpoints for viewing the content holder, and the seven diagrams in the middle are schematic diagrams and perspective views from those viewpoints, and the lower diagrams are schematic diagrams of the content holder viewed from below.

[0095] 8 to 11 are diagrams showing various modified examples of the protruding coupling parts 1212A, 1212B, 1212C, and 1212D that are coupled to the contents 1100. The protruding coupling parts 1212A, 1212B, 1212C, and 1212D are shown in numbers of two to four, and each has a different size and degree of bending.

[0096] Figures 12 and 13 show a form in which the contents 1100 are directly mounted to the contents holder without a separate protruding connection part, and the contents are mounted and fixed in the grooves provided around the cylindrical internal fixators 1216A, 1216B and / or in the space at the lower end of the internal fixator 1216B.

[0097] FIG. 14 shows a form in which the contents 1100 are directly mounted on the contents holder without a separate protruding joint, and the contents are fixed by a protruding inner protrusion 1217.

[0098] A first cover 1700A, 1700B, 1700C may be added, which is a tube shape with a closed top, capable of accommodating at least a portion of the content holder 1200 and the lifting member 1300 therein, and has a first coupling means 1710 that can be coupled to the body 1500 at the bottom of the inner surface, a second coupling means 1720 that can be coupled to the lifting member 1300 at the top of the inner surface, or has the first coupling means 1710 and the second coupling means 1720. The first cover 1700C is further extended downward so that at least a portion of the body 1500 can be accommodated therein.

[0099] The lower inner circumference of the first cover 1700A is larger than the outer circumference of the body 1500. The first and second coupling means 1710 and 1720 may be coupled by one or more of fitting and magnetic force. The first cover 1700B and the lifting member 1300 are coupled to isolate the contents 1100 from the outside, and the lower inner circumference of the second coupling means 1720 is smaller than the outer circumference of the body 1500. The second coupling means 3720 in FIG. 31 has the same configuration as the second coupling means 1720.

[0100] 4 and 5 are schematic diagrams of the second lid according to the present invention. FIG. 4 relates to the second lid 1700D, and FIG. 5 relates to the second lid 1700E. FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 show, as an example, a stick-type container to which a circular handle is added to the plug 1600. In FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. 6, the plug 1600 is only used to add a circular handle or the like to the stick-type container 1000, and is not involved in the function of the holder support part 1400.

[0101] A second lid 1700D, 1700E may be added which has a tubular shape with one end closed and which can accommodate at least a portion of the content holder 1200 and the lifting member 1300 therein, and which includes a number of protrusions 1730 arranged along the interior longitudinal direction of the tube.

[0102] In the second lids 1700D and 1700E, the inner diameter of the closed tube is smallest at the open inlet and largest at the closed end. As another example, the cross section of the second lid may be constant.

[0103] 4, (a) shows only the second lid 1700D of the entire stick-type container in an exploded perspective view. (b) and (c) show the second lid 1700D in a perspective view, showing the entire container before and after it is connected. (d), (e), and (f) show the second lid 1700D connected, and it can be seen that the contents are inserted deeper into the second lid 1700D depending on how much they have been used.

[0104] 5, (a) shows only the second lid 1700E of the entire stick-type container in the form of an exploded perspective view. (b) is a perspective view of the entire stick-type container before coupling, and (c) and (e) are cross-sectional views after coupling. It can be seen that the contents are inserted deeper into the second lid 1700E depending on the extent to which they have been used. (d) and (f) are horizontal cross-sectional views of only the second lid 1700E.

[0105] The second lids 1700D and 1700E in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 are both in the form of closed tubes, with the inside diameter being smallest at the open inlet (top in the drawing) and largest at the closed end (bottom in the drawing). In this case, when a stick-shaped container is connected, the inlet is strongly connected, but as the connection progresses, play may occur because the inside diameter becomes larger.

[0106] In order to solve this problem, the protrusion 1730 is added to the inside of the second lid 1700D, 1700E. Referring to FIG. 4, the protrusion 1730 includes a vertically arranged pillar 1732 and a horizontal ring 1734. The pillar 1732 is fixed in close contact with the inner surface of the second lid 1700D. In FIG. 4, four horizontal rings 1734 are arranged. The horizontal rings 1734 are in a thin donut shape and have a constant inner diameter. That is, the outer diameter of the horizontal rings 1734 becomes larger from the top to the bottom of FIG. 4, but the inner diameter is constant. This has the advantage that a constant fixing force can be maintained at any position when the stick-type container is combined with the second lid 1700D, and the combination with the lid is easy. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, when the second lid 1700D is stored vertically, one end of the second lid 1700D is wider, so that the container can be stored stably.

[0107] Referring to FIG. 5, the protrusion 1730 is composed of only vertically arranged pillars 1732. The pillars 1732 are fixed in close contact with the inner surface of the second cover 1700E. In this case, the thickness of each pillar becomes thicker from the top to the bottom based on FIG. 5, so that the inner diameter formed by the pillars 1732 is kept constant. This has the advantage that, as described in FIG. 4, when the stick-type container is combined with the second cover 1700E, a constant fixing force can be maintained at any position, and the combination with the cover is easy. Referring to FIG. 5(d) and (f), the horizontal cross-sectional view (f) of the upper part shows a state in which the pillars are cut from each other, but in the horizontal cross-sectional view (d) of the lower part, only a part of the outer surface is cut, so that when the protrusion 1730 is inserted into the second cover 1700E, it can be completely expanded inside the second cover 1700E.

[0108] For the protrusion 1730, it is preferable to use a thermoplastic resin rather than a metal material for the sake of adhesion and fixation. Specifically, PE and PP can be used, and in addition to thermoplastic resin, elastic materials including rubber can also be used. The outermost parts of the first covers 1700A, 1700B, 1700C and the second covers 1700D, 1700E are preferably made of metal, which is strong and lightweight. Strong resins (ABS, PET, PC) are also possible.

[0109] Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of a combination of the stick-type container according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 shows three first covers 1700A, 1700B, and 1700C. Meanwhile, in Fig. 3, the elastic support part 1440 is omitted for the sake of simplicity.

[0110] In FIG. 3, the lid 1700A is shown in (a), (b), (c), and (d). When the lid 1700A is opened in the initial state (a) and the lifting member 1300 is lowered (b), the contents 1100 are exposed (c). As the contents 1100 are used, the lifting member 1300 also lowers accordingly. (d) shows the state in which the lifting member 1300 is raised higher than the contents 1100 after the contents 1100 have been used and the lid 1700A is covered. In (d), when the lid 1700B is used, it is easy to see that the overall length of the container is shortened as in (e), and therefore it is easy to know when to replace the contents 1100. In (f), which shows the case in which the contents 1100 are almost used up, the protruding joint 1212 is made of a feather-shaped elastic material, so that the contents can be used up to the end without using a separate brush or the like. As shown in (g) after the contents 1100 are used up, when the lifting member 1300 is rotated and rises to the end, the contents holder 1200 is naturally detached from the upper end coupling part 1432, especially the magnet 1433, by the force of the lifting member 1300 and the stopper 1320. When refilling, the contents 1100 are inside the lifting member 1300 and do not come into contact with the user's hands. Refilling is done in the reverse order to the above, and the lifting member 1300 containing the contents 1100 is coupled to the holder support part 1400, and the contents holder 1200 is naturally coupled to the upper end coupling part 1432.

[0111] Meanwhile, a fixing means (not shown) capable of being detachably connected to a separate support may be provided at the lower end of the body 1500. This can be connected through a plug 1600.

[0112] FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing the cushioning effect of the first embodiment 1000 of the stick-type container according to the present invention.

[0113] 1(a) shows a state in which no force is being applied to the contents 1100. When an external force F is applied as in 1(b), the contents 1100 are pushed downward by the elastic support part 1440. The lifting member 1300, particularly the lifting member body 1310, is supported by the second screw 1424 and the fourth movable coupling part 1340, so the position of the lifting member body 1310 does not change even in response to the external force F. Although the elastic support part 1440 exerts a pushing force due to the protrusion 1422 of the holder support part 1400 and the stopper plate (not shown in the drawing number) of the lower end support part 1434, the upper end coupling part 1432 does not move beyond a certain position.

[0114] When the user applies the contents 1100 to the skin, if the user applies a light pressure, the contents 1100 will remain fixed, but if the user applies the contents 1100 to the skin strongly, the contents 1100 will be pushed with elasticity, so the user can apply the contents 1100 to the skin while maintaining a smooth feeling. In addition, the contents 1100 can be prevented from being damaged by strong pressure.

[0115] Fig. 15 shows the holder moving part 1430A, and illustrates a method in which the magnet 1433 is fitted into the upper end coupling part 1432A from above to couple with it. Figs. 1 and 2 illustrate a method in which the magnet 1433 is coupled to the upper end coupling part 1432 from the side.

[0116] 16 to 28 are schematic diagrams showing various modified examples of the holder support part according to the present invention.

[0117] Fig. 16 shows an example in which the lower end support part 1434A has a cylindrical shape, and Fig. 16 also shows an example in which a magnet is fitted into a groove in the upper end coupling part from above.

[0118] In the holder support portion 1400B of Figs. 17 and 18, a magnet 1433 is fitted from the side, and an elastic support portion 1440B is supported by a plug 1600B.

[0119] In the holder support parts 1400C, 1400E, 1400F, and 1400G in Figures 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28, the elastic support parts 1440C, 1440E, 1440F, and 1440G are disposed inside the plug 1600C or are supported by the plugs 1600E, 1600F, and 1600G. The movement of the lower end support part 1434C may be restricted by the plug 1600C. The holder support parts 1400E and 1400G are in a form without a separate lower end support part.

[0120] In the holder support portion 1400D of FIGS. 21 and 22, the elastic support portion 1440D may be supported by a plug 1600D, and the movement of the lower end support portion 1434D may be restricted by the plug 1600D.

[0121] FIG. 29 is an exploded cross-sectional view of a second embodiment 2000 of a stick type container according to the present invention. Only the parts different from the first embodiment 1000 will be described. In the second embodiment 2000, the body 2500 and the holder support body 2420 can be separated. The holder support body 2420 has a protrusion at the center inside, which can be fitted and coupled to the body 2500. In addition, the body 2500 has a protrusion (not shown in the drawing number) at the center, which is fitted and coupled to the holder support body 2420. Furthermore, a lower case 2800 made of a metal material may be added to the lower outer surface of the body.

[0122] FIG. 30 is an exploded perspective view of a third embodiment of a stick type container according to the present invention, FIG. 31 is an exploded cross-sectional view of the third embodiment of a stick type container according to the present invention, and FIG. 32 is a schematic diagram of a holder and lifting member for the third embodiment of a stick type container according to the present invention.

[0123] In the stick-type container 3000, which includes a content holder 3200 on which the content 3100 is mounted, a body 3500, a lifting member 3300 which adjusts the exposure of the content 3200 by lifting and lowering, and a holder support part 3400 whose lower part is disposed inside the body 3500 and whose upper part is detachably connected to the content holder 3200 to support the content holder 3200, the lifting member 3300 includes a stopper 3320 which can support the content holder 3200 so as not to slip out from the lower part of the lifting member 3300.

[0124] The body 3500, the lifting member 3300, and the content holder 3200 have a circular cross section, and the content holder 3200 and the holder support part 3400 are inserted into the lifting member 3300. The lifting member 3300 is inserted into the body 3500.

[0125] The third embodiment 3000 of the stick type container according to the present invention includes, from below, a body 3500, a first screw 3524 provided on the inner surface of the body 3500, and a holder support part 3400 arranged inside the body 3500 and having an upper part detachably connected to the content holder 3200 to support the content holder 3200. A magnet 3433 is connected to the upper part of the holder support part 3400.

[0126] A coupling ring 3510 having four coupling grooves 3512 is coupled to the upper surface of the body 3500. The content holder 3200 on which the content 3100 is mounted has a magnetic holder coupling part 3220 coupled to its lower surface, and is disposed inside the lifting member 3300 from above. With the content holder 3200 disposed inside, the lifting member 3300 couples the third movable coupling part 3350 to the first screw 3524 by passing through the coupling groove 3512. At this time, the magnetic holder coupling part 3220 coupled to the lower surface of the holder 3210 and the magnet 3433 coupled to the upper surface of the holder support part 3400 couple to fix the content holder 3200 to the holder support part 3400.

[0127] The stopper 3320, a portion of which protrudes into the underside of the lifting member 3300, not only prevents the content holder 3200 inserted at the top from slipping out from the bottom of the lifting member 3300, but also enables the content holder 3200 to be ejected together with the lifting member 3300 when it is ejected to the outside of the body 3500 during subsequent refilling.

[0128] By closing the first lid 3700, the inside is sealed off from the outside, and when the lifting member 3300 is rotated relative to the body 3500 after removing the first lid 3700, the lifting member 3300 descends in the longitudinal direction of the stick-type container 3000, exposing the contents 3100 to the outside. The descent of the lifting member 3300 enters the inside of the body 3500.

[0129] The lifting member 3300 includes a lifting member body 3310 having an overall cylindrical shape, and one or more third movable coupling parts 3350 protruding outward from the lifting member body 3310 to support the lifting member 3310 on a body 3500 .

[0130] 30 to 35, the method for connecting the lifting member and the body is shown by way of example using a first screw 3524 and third movable connecting portions 3350, 4350, and 5350.

[0131] The lifting member 3300 can be raised and lowered by rotating the body 3500 .

[0132] In the specification of the present invention, the term "lifting and lowering" means that the lifting and lowering member moves in the longitudinal direction of the stick-type container, and includes both the lifting and lowering of the lifting and lowering member while rotating relative to the body and the lifting and lowering of the lifting and lowering member without rotating relative to the body.

[0133] Since the positions of the first screw 3524 and the third moving coupling part 3350 are relative to each other, the corresponding structures may be arranged interchangeably. That is, when the third moving coupling part 3350 provided on the lifting member 3300 is provided on the body 3500, the first screw 3524 may be provided on the lifting member 3300.

[0134] The method of fixing and raising / lowering the lifting member 3300 and the body 3500 or the holder support part 3400 can be modified to various methods such as a screw, a groove and a slide, an elastic protrusion, an O-ring, etc., and it is also possible to provide a combination of two or more of these.

[0135] One or more third movable coupling parts 3350 may be provided on the outside of the lower end of the lifting member 3300. Four third movable coupling parts 3350 are shown symmetrically in Fig. 30 to Fig. 33, and it is not preferable to have more than four third movable coupling parts 3350 in consideration of thread processing and the like.

[0136] The third movable coupling part 3350 may have a circular ring shape and a coupling groove 3512 through which the third movable coupling part 3350 can pass at its upper end, and a coupling ring 3510 may be added to couple with the upper end of the body 3500. The coupling groove 3512 and the start point of the first thread 3524 may be arranged to be offset from each other. After the third movable coupling part 3350 is fitted through the coupling groove 3512, it must rotate a part in order to couple with the first thread 3524 provided on the inner surface of the body 3500. This can prevent the third movable coupling part 3350, which has moved to the end of the upper end of the first thread 3524, from being immediately separated from each other through the coupling groove 3512.

[0137] The third movable coupling portion 3350 may be gradually widened from the outside to the inside. This makes it easier for the third movable coupling portion 3350 to pass through the coupling groove 3512, and can provide sufficient coupling force with the first screw 3524.

[0138] When the magnet 3433 or the first magnets 3220A, 3220B and the second magnets 3433A, 3433B described below are added and the binding force of these magnets is sufficient, the third moving coupling part 3350 will not immediately separate from the first screw 3524, and in this case, it is not necessary to position the coupling groove 3512 and the starting point of the first screw 3524 so as to be offset.

[0139] Meanwhile, the number of screws may be provided according to the number of the third moving coupling parts 3350. When there is one third moving coupling part 3350, the first screw 3524 having one screw thread may be provided on the body 3500, and when there are two third moving coupling parts 3350, the first screw 3524 having two screw threads (two threads) may be provided on the body 3500. When there are a plurality of third moving coupling parts 3350, the same number of coupling grooves 3512 should also be provided.

[0140] As another example, when at least two third movable coupling parts are arranged at the same position or in the same phase along the longitudinal direction of the stick container (not shown), the third movable coupling parts may be arranged at intervals of a multiple of the pitch, which is the moving distance of one rotation of the screw. In this case, the number of threads and the number of coupling grooves do not need to increase according to the number of third movable coupling parts.

[0141] The holder support part 3400 has a hollow part 3410 with an open center and is generally cylindrical in shape. The holder support part body 3420 is connected to the body 3500, and may include an upper end connection part 3432 disposed in the hollow part 3410 and detachably connectable to the content holder 3200 at the top.

[0142] The method of detachably connecting the upper surface of the holder support part 3400 and the lower surface of the content holder 3200 may be at least one selected from the group including magnetic force, Velcro (registered trademark), snap-in, and adhesive. The connecting method is preferably magnetic force. Magnets 3220, 3433 may be disposed on both the upper surface of the holder support part 3400 and the lower surface of the content holder 3200, or a magnet may be disposed on only one of the upper surface of the holder support part 3400 or the lower surface of the content holder 3200, and a metal capable of connecting with a magnet may be disposed on the other. When a magnet is disposed on the holder support part 3400 and a metal is disposed on the content holder 3200, the cost of refills can be reduced.

[0143] 30, 31, and 32 show an example in which magnets 3220, 3433 are arranged on both the upper surface of the holder support part 3400 and the lower surface of the contents holder 3400.

[0144] FIG. 35 is an exploded cross-sectional view showing a modification of the connection between the content holder 3200 and the holder support part 3400 of the stick-type container according to the present invention.

[0145] The first magnets 3220A, 3220B and the second magnets 3433A, 3433B are attached to the upper surface of the holder support part 3400 and the lower surface of the content holder 3200, respectively, and the first magnets 3220A, 3220B and the second magnets 3433A, 3433B may be coupled to each other only at a specific angle. In Fig. 35, the first magnets 3220A, 3220B and the second magnets 3433A, 3433B are shown to be coupled to each other by being mutually inclined or by being mutually uneven, but even if the first magnets 3220A, 3220B and the second magnets 3433A, 3433B are flat, they may be rotated according to the polarity of the N pole and the S pole so that they can be coupled to each other only at a specific angle, and therefore modifications thereto are not limited by the drawings.

[0146] When the lifting member 3300 including the content holder 3200 is coupled to the body 3500 by the third moving coupling part 3350, the third moving coupling part 3350 of the lifting member 3300 must pass through the coupling groove 3512 arranged at a specific position. If the specific position is not a position where the first magnets 3220A, 3220B and the second magnets 3433A, 3433B can be coupled to each other, the content holder 3200 and the holder support part 3400 are forcibly rotated and coupled by the mutual coupling force of the first magnets 3220A, 3220B and the second magnets 3433A, 3433B. The holder support part 3400 and the content holder 3200 coupled in this way do not rotate even if the lifting member 3300 is lifted and lowered while rotating. In this case, it is preferable that the mutual fixing parts 3214, 4214, 5214, 3214A, 3214B, 3214C, and 3214D provided so as to prevent the content holder 3200 and the lifting member 3300 from rotating relative to each other are not introduced.

[0147] If the mutual fixing parts 3214, 4214, 5214, 3214A, 3214B, 3214C, 3214D are introduced, it is preferable that the first magnets 3220A, 3220B and the second magnets 3433A, 3433B are non-directional magnets that have no directionality and can be combined, or that only the first magnets 3220A, 3220B or the second magnets 3433A, 3433B have magnetic force and the corresponding side is a simple metal plate. In the embodiment of the drawings, such a case is shown by magnet 3433.

[0148] When the mutual fixing parts 3214, 4214, 5214, 3214A, 3214B, 3214C, and 3214D are introduced, the lifting member 3330 and the content holder 3200 simultaneously need to rotate relative to the holder support part 3400 or the body 3500, and at this time, the connection between the first magnet and the second magnet must be rotatable.

[0149] 35 shows a configuration in which the interlocking parts have been intentionally omitted in order to distinguish the lift member body 3300 from the other figures, which is a substantially different configuration from the lift member body 3310 of FIGS.

[0150] FIG. 32 is a schematic diagram of a holder and lifting member for a third embodiment of a stick-type container according to the present invention, and FIG. 33 is an exploded oblique view of a content holder and lifting member for fourth and fifth embodiments of a stick-type container according to the present invention.

[0151] 32 and 33 also show examples for the protruding joints and interlocking parts.

[0152] The content holder, specifically the holder 3210, 4210, 5210 and the lifting member 3300, 4300, 5300, may be provided with mutual fixing parts 3214, 4214, 5214 which are partially deformed in cross section so that the relative rotational movement is not possible when connected to each other, and only the longitudinal movement of the stick-type container is possible.

[0153] The cross-sectional shape of the mutual fixing parts 3214, 4214, 5214 is made to be other than circular so that they do not rotate relative to each other when fitted into the holder 3210, 4210, 5210 and the lifting member 3300, 4300, 5300. Each cross-section can be made polygonal, which is a shape that does not allow rotation, or a part of the circular cross-section can be deformed into a straight line, or it can be manufactured in the form of a slide and a groove, which can be variously modified.

[0154] Fig. 32 shows a part of a circular cross section transformed into a straight line. In Fig. 32, the left side shows an example of the connection between holder 3210 and lifting member 3300, and the right side shows a top view, a side view, and a bottom view of holder 3210.

[0155] The right side of Fig. 33 is manufactured in the form of a slide and groove. The left side of Fig. 33 is a combination of the slide and groove form and a modified cross section, adding a separate intermediate holder 4305 for the slide and groove. The intermediate holder 4305 is provided with a groove, and a part of the cross section of the intermediate holder 4305, which is circular on the outside, is modified to a straight line, but these can be applied interchangeably.

[0156] In the configuration on the right side of FIG. 33, the mutual fixing part 5214 can also function as the stopper 3320 described in FIG. 31 and FIG. 35. The mutual fixing part 5214 on the right side of FIG. 33 not only allows the holder 5210 and the lifting member 5300 to move in the longitudinal direction of the stick-type container without any relative rotational movement when they are coupled to each other, but also simultaneously functions as the stopper 3320 described in FIG. 31 and FIG. 35 since the internal contents holder 5200 is simultaneously removed when the lifting member 5300 is separated from the body and pulled out to the outside for refilling, etc. In this case, however, the contents holder 5200 must be forcibly coupled to the inside of the lifting member 5300 at the beginning. At this time, the holder 5210 may be inserted from the top or bottom of the lifting member 5300.

[0157] As shown in Figures 32 and 33, when the content holder and the lifting member do not undergo relative rotational movement and only allow longitudinal movement of the stick-type container, even when the lifting member rises and falls, contact or friction with the content holder occurs only due to up and down movement, minimizing deformation of the contents.

[0158] 31, for refilling, the lifting member 3300 containing the content holder 3200 is used. As the content 3100 in the content holder 3200 is used, the lifting member 3300 is relatively lowered, so that the content 3100 can be continuously exposed to the outside. After the content 3100 is used up, the lifting member 3300 is raised to the top for refilling. In this case, the third movable coupling part 3350 of the lifting member 3300 is released from the first screw 3524 provided on the inner surface of the body 3500. When the lifting member 3300 is further raised and separated from the body 3500, the content holder 3200 is also separated by the stopper 3320. The refilling process is the same as that of FIG. 3.

[0159] When the coupling ring 3510 is present, the coupling between the third movable coupling part 3350 of the lifting member 3300 and the first screw 3524 on the inner surface of the body 3500 is released, and the lifting member 3300 is partially rotated to separate the lifting member 3300 from the body 3500 through the coupling groove 3512, and at this time, the content holder 3200 is also separated by the stopper 3320.

[0160] For refilling, the third movable coupling part 3350 of the lifting member 3300 containing a new content holder 3200 is coupled to the first screw 3524 of the body 3500. In the absence of the coupling ring 3510, the bottom surface of the content holder 3200 and the top surface of the holder support part 3400 are automatically coupled by the magnetic forces 3220, 3433. Even if the content holder 3200 is not positioned at the bottommost surface of the lifting member 3300, the bottom surface of the content holder 3200 and the top surface of the holder support part 3400 can be coupled by the magnetic forces 3220, 3433, and when the lifting member 3300 is partially rotated and lowered, the bottom surface of the content holder 3200 and the top surface of the holder support part 3400 come closer to each other, making it easier to couple them together.

[0161] When the coupling ring 3510 is provided, the third movable coupling part 3350 of the lifting member 3300 is passed through the coupling groove 3512 and partially rotated to couple with the first screw 3524 of the body 3500. The subsequent process is the same as when the coupling ring 3510 is not provided.

[0162] In the case where the coupling ring 3510 is provided and the mutual fixing part 3214 is not provided, the position of the content holder 3200 can be easily fixed by magnetic force by disposing the first magnets 3220A, 3220B and the second magnets 3433A, 3433B, which can be strongly coupled only at a specific angle, on the upper surface of the holder support part 3400 and the lower surface of the content holder 3200, respectively. In this case, the magnet 3433 with no directionality can also be used.

[0163] When there is a connecting ring 3510 and a mutual fixing portion 3214, the upper surface of the holder support portion 3400 and the lower surface of the content holder 3200 are connected by a non-directional magnet 3433, and the third moving connecting portion 3350 is rotated to connect with the starting point of the first screw 3524, thereby preventing the lifting member 3300 from easily coming loose.

[0164] In this way, the stopper 3320 according to the present invention allows the user to refill the contents without touching the user's hands, unlike conventional stick-type containers. When separating the already used contents, the user can conveniently separate the contents holder 3200 by separating only the lifting member 3300. The user refills using only the contents holder 3200, so there is no need to touch the contents 3100.

[0165] The lifting member 3300 containing the content holder 3200 therein may be sold separately as a refillable product with the top and / or bottom sealed. The stick-type container 3000 according to the present invention is very easy to refill, and therefore has the advantage that a user can use one body 3500 and easily replace lifting members having different contents as needed.

[0166] The above refill application process is equally / similarly applicable to the other embodiments of all the drawings.

[0167] The content holder 3200 includes a holder 3210 on whose upper surface the content 3100 is placed, and on the upper surface of the holder 3210, a protruding coupling portion 3212 to be inserted into the content is disposed.

[0168] The lower surface of the holder 3210 may be provided with a means capable of coupling with the magnet of the holder support portion 3400 .

[0169] 32 and 34 are schematic diagrams showing various modified examples of the protruding coupling portion of the stick-type container according to the present invention.

[0170] Unlike conventional stick-type containers, the holder 1210, 3210, 4210, and 5210 according to the present invention does not require a separate partition on the top surface to accommodate the contents, and does not require a rib to be disposed inside the partition. The holder 1210, 3210, 4210, and 5210 according to the present invention has a protruding coupling part 1212, 3212, 3212A, 3212B, 3212C, and 3212D on the top surface that can be inserted into the contents to fix the contents. The preferred form of the protruding coupling part 1212, 3212, 3212A, 3212B, 3212C, and 3212D is a shape in which the cross-sectional area decreases from the top to the bottom, but is not limited to a shape that can be inserted into the contents to fix the contents, and various modifications are possible.

[0171] In the present invention, more preferable examples of cases in which the contents can be supported using only the protruding joint are when the contents are semi-solid or solid material, the contents can be supported by the lifting member, the friction between the contents and the lifting member is low and easy to slide, or the cross section of the contents is sufficiently wide so that the shape can be maintained even in a stick-type form. The present invention has confirmed in terms of formulation that when the stick-type container of the present invention is used for semi-solid oil cosmetics, the shape of the contents can be maintained and the contents can be used up to the last.

[0172] On the other hand, since the protruding coupling parts 1212, 3212, 3212A, 3212B, 3212C, and 3212D may come into direct contact with the skin of the user while using the contents, they are made of an elastic material, and preferably an elastic body containing silicone that is harmless to the human body.

[0173] The holders 1210 and 3210 include mutually fixing portions 3214, 3214A, 3214B, 3214C, and 3214D, some of which have a non-circular cross section or have a protruding shape, and the mutually fixing portions 3214, 3214A, 3214B, 3214C, and 3214D can be configured to be combined with the case of FIG.

[0174] Meanwhile, a fixing means (not shown) capable of being detachably coupled to a separate support may be provided at the lower end of the body. [Explanation of symbols]
