Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a hair dyeing material container for applying hair cosmetics such as hair dyes, which is attached to a container body and is used to apply a coating liquid (hair dye, hair styling agent, hair growth agent, etc.) contained in the container to hair (including hair of humans, other pet animals, etc.) while combing the hair.
Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, there has been known a hair dyeing material container in which a hair dye or the like contained in a container is introduced between the teeth of a comb portion attached to the container, and the hair is dyed by combing the hair with this comb portion.
[0003] In a hair dyeing material container provided with a large-capacity hair dyeing material container, in Patent Document 1, a hair applicator is shown in which a wadding for temporarily storing a coating liquid is provided around a coating liquid supply path that supplies the coating liquid from a direct liquid type coating liquid tank to a porous coating body of a coating portion to prevent leakage of excess liquid. Regarding the airtightness of the coating liquid tank, it is maintained by an O-ring.
[0004] Further, in Patent Document 2, there is disclosed a container with a lid for accommodating a hair coloring agent, in which a suppressing portion for suppressing the dripping of liquid adhering due to condensation is formed inside a lid body that covers the container body. The container body is of a wadding type and uses a non-circular cap.
[0005] Further, in Patent Document 3, there is disclosed a hair dyeing material container in which a non-circular lid body is placed on a housing portion provided with a housing portion for accommodating a coating body impregnated with a coating liquid.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0007] However, in the above-described conventional technology, in the case where the coating liquid is likely to volatilize, a technique for maintaining the airtightness of the lid and effectively preventing the lid from coming off due to an increase in internal pressure has not been proposed.
[0008] In view of such circumstances, the present invention aims to provide a container for a dyeing material that can ensure the airtightness of the lid and reliably prevent the lid from coming off due to an increase in internal pressure.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0009] The present invention provides a container for a dyeing material, comprising a main body for containing a dyeing material, an applicator for applying the dyeing material, and a cap fitted to the main body so as to cover the applicator, wherein a protrusion is provided on the main body, and the cap is provided with a claw portion for covering the upper end surface of the protrusion and an operation portion for pressing inward at the lower end of the claw portion to open the claw portion outward.
[0010] In the present invention, it is preferable that the claw portions are formed at both ends on the long side of the non-circular cap, and grooves are formed at both ends of the operation portion.
[0011] In the present invention, it is preferable that the cap fitting force A (N) satisfies A > 5B with respect to the attachment / detachment force B (N) required for removal.
[0012] In the present invention, it is preferable that the middle cotton is impregnated with a dyeing material containing at least 15 to 80% by mass of a lower alcohol and 5% by mass or more of water, and having a pH adjusted to 2 to 5 and a viscosity of less than 100 mPa·s.
Effects of the Invention
[0013] According to the hair dye material container of the present invention, a protrusion is provided on the main body, and the cap is provided with a claw portion that covers the upper end surface of the protrusion and an operation portion that can open the claw portion outward by pressing inward at the lower end of the claw portion. Therefore, when attaching the cap, the claw portion can be locked by covering the upper end surface of the protrusion with the claw portion. Thus, even if the internal pressure of the cap increases, the cap is difficult to come off, and when removing it, the claw portion can be easily opened outward by operating the operation portion, achieving an excellent effect of being able to be easily removed.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0015] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIGS. 1 to 10 are explanatory views of a dye material container according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
[0016] FIGS. 1 to 4 are explanatory views of the dye material container with the cap fixed, FIGS. 5 to 6 are explanatory views of the dye material container with the cap removed, FIG. 7 is a component diagram of the main body, FIG. 8 is a component diagram of the cap, FIG. 9 is an explanatory view of the state where the cap is about to be removed, and FIG. 10 is an exploded explanatory view of the comb part, O-ring, applicator, middle cotton, and main body in the dye material container.
[0017] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the dye material container according to the first embodiment includes a main body 10 for accommodating the dye material, an applicator 12 for applying the dye material, and a non-circular (elliptical shape in the first embodiment) cap 14 that fits onto the main body 10 so as to cover the applicator 12. The main body 10 is provided with a protrusion 16, and the cap 14 is provided with a claw portion 18 that covers the upper end surface of the protrusion 16 and an operation portion 20 that can open the claw portion 18 outward by pressing inward at the lower end of the claw portion 18.
[0018] Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a handle 22 for the user to hold the dye material container by hand is attached to the main body 10.
[0019] 〔Handle 22〕 The handle 22 has a handle body 22a for the user to grip by hand, and an annular attachment portion 22b that fits into the outer surface of the main body 10 to fix the handle to the main body 10. The annular attachment portion 22b is fitted into a groove portion 10a1 that opens above a flange portion 10a formed around the main body 10 for fixation and positioning.
[0020] 〔Main body 10〕 FIG. 3 is an overall explanatory view of the dyed wool material container, FIG. 4 is an explanatory view of the state where the cap 14 of the dyed wool material container is fixed, FIG. 5 is a perspective view from the front with the cap of the dyed wool material container removed, FIG. 6 is a view from the side of the comb portion at the lower part of the dyed wool material container, and FIG. 7 is a component diagram of the main body of the dyed wool material container.
[0021] Note that FIG. 10 shows an exploded view of each part structure installed on the main body 10 in the dyed wool material container, which is an exploded explanatory view of the comb portion 24, O-ring 26, application body 12, middle cotton 28, and main body 10.
[0022] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a main body comb portion 24, an O-ring 26, an application body 12, and middle cotton 28 are accommodated in the main body 10.
[0023] As shown in the component diagram of FIG. 7, the main body 10 has an elliptical cup shape, a flange portion 10a is formed around it, and ribs 10b are formed on the inner surface. Protrusions 16 are formed on the outer surfaces of both ends in the long side direction of the flange portion 10a. The upper surfaces of the protrusions 16 are formed flat.
[0024] As shown in FIG. 4, in the main body 10, both ends of the flange portion 10a stand upright in a wall shape, and the inside of the wall shape is a groove portion 10a1. And a step portion 10c for mounting the O-ring 26 is formed at the lower end portion of the main body 10 located below the flange portion 10a. The O-ring 26 is fitted and fixed in a groove-shaped space between the step portion 10c and a flange 24d on the outer periphery of the comb portion 24. The O-ring 26 fixed to the main body 10 in this way is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the opening portion 14a of the cap 14.
[0025] [Coating body 12, middle wadding 28] The coating body 12 is a porous coating body and is housed in the main body 10 in contact with the middle wadding 28 having different capillary forces. The capillary force of the coating body is higher than that of the middle wadding 28. As an example of the material of the middle wadding 28, it is assumed that the core is PE / PP (polypropylene) and the coating is PE (polyethylene), the fiber is sliver, and there is no outer skin. The middle wadding 28 has a cross-section of 60×30 (mm) and a length of 40 (mm), and the liquid retention amount is 20 to 50 (ml (milliliter)). Note that different fibers or forms with an outer skin may also be used in this embodiment.
[0026] [Cap 14] FIG. 8 is a component diagram of the cap 14 of the hair dyeing material container.
[0027] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 8, the cap 14 has an oval opening 14a and presents a cup shape for fitting onto the main body 10. Around the opening 14a of the cap 14, at both ends of the long side of the oval shape, there are claw portions 18 for covering and locking the upper end surface of the protrusion 16 of the main body 10.
[0028] [Claw portion 18, operation portion 20] The operation portion 20 is formed at both ends of the long side of the cap opening 14a in the same manner as the claw portion 18. The claw portion 18 is formed at both ends of the long side of the cap. Grooves are formed at both ends of the operation portion. The operation portion 20 presents a plate shape with the same width as the claw portion 18. Grooves 30 are formed at both ends in the width direction of the operation portion 20, and both ends of the operation portion 20 are released from other parts and are formed to be easily elastically deformed with respect to the cap 14.
[0029] The locking portion of the protrusion 16 is formed to extend in the left-right direction, and locking pieces 18a corresponding to the length of the protrusion 16 are formed on the claw portion 18 so as to be lockable. Leg pieces 18b extend downward in a lever shape from both ends of the locking piece 18a of the claw portion 18, and the claw portion 18 presents an overall U shape. The lower ends of the leg pieces 18b of the claw portion 18 are integrated with the operation portion 20.
[0030] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the claw portion 18 protrudes from the peripheral surface of the cap 14, and the operation portion 20 is located inside.
[0031] As described above, an operation portion 20 is provided that can open the claw portion 18 outward by pressing the operation portion 20 inward.
[0032] Further, when the cap 14 is fitted into the main body, an O-ring 26 for ensuring airtightness is fitted between the stepped portion 10c of the main body and the flange 24d around the comb portion 24 so that the flange 24d is formed (see FIGS. 4 to 6).
[0033] 〔Locking structure of cap 14〕 As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the claw portion 18 is hooked on the protrusions 16 at two positions at both ends on the long side of the cap 14 to lock the cap 14.
[0034] The position of the operation portion 20 is located inside the cap 14 relative to the position of the claw portion 18.
[0035] In the embodiment, the claw portions 18 are formed at both ends on the long side of the cap 14, and grooves 30 are formed at both ends of the operation portion 20, so that it can swing easily with the upper end of the operation portion 20 as a fulcrum.
[0036] The fitting force A (N) of the cap 14 preferably satisfies A > 5B, more preferably A > 10B, with respect to the detachment force B (N) required for removal.
[0037] As shown in FIG. 4, before the cap 14 is removed from the main body 10, the locking piece 18a of the claw portion 18 is locked to the protrusion 16. As shown by the two-dot chain line, the position of the acting point (reference sign W1) where the locking piece 18a of the claw portion 18 is locked to the protrusion 16 is shifted outward from the fulcrum (indicated by reference sign W2) operation portion 20. In this way, the phase of the positions of the acting point W1 and the fulcrum W2 is shifted, and when the internal pressure rises, a stress F1 is applied to the claw portion 18 in the inward direction, resulting in a structure that closes (clings).
[0038] Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, when the claw portion 18 is engaged with the protrusion 16, if the cap 14 tries to separate from the main body 10 due to an increase in internal pressure, it is pulled inward by the operation portion 20 to firmly lock the claw portion 18. The phase of the fulcrum and the acting point of the claw portion 18 shown in FIG. 4 is shifted, and the claw portion closes (clings) in the direction of arrow F when the internal pressure increases, resulting in a structure. For this reason, a holding force exceeding 200 N (Newton) can be realized. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the cap from coming off due to an increase in internal pressure.
[0039] On the other hand, when detaching the cap 14 from the main body, as shown in FIG. 9, when the user pushes in the two operation portions 20 on both sides in the inner direction (the central direction of the cap: the direction of arrow P in FIG. 9), the claw portion 18 disengages from the protrusion 16 (the engagement), and the cap 14 can be removed downward from the main body 10.
[0040] When engaging, a force in the F direction is applied, and when detaching, it can be detached with a force in the P direction. Therefore, it has a structure that detaches with a vector operation different from holding.
[0041] Specifically, it can be firmly held with a holding force of 200 N, and the cap can be detached with a pushing force of about 10 to 20 N (the force of grasping).
[0042] From the above, the hair dye material container of the embodiment can achieve both "not coming off even at high internal pressure" and "ease of opening".
[0043] 〔Comb portion 24〕 FIG. 5 is a perspective view from the front with the cap of the hair dye material container according to the first embodiment removed, and FIG. 6 is a view from the side of the comb portion at the lower part of the hair dye material container.
[0044] As shown in FIGS. 5 to 6, in the hair dye material container, the comb part 24 is fitted from below the main body 10 with the cap 14 removed. In the comb part 24, a mounting hole 24a for mounting the application body 12 is formed in the center, and the tip of the application body 12 is exposed from the mounting hole 24a. Around the mounting hole 24a, rod-shaped comb bodies 24b are arranged so as to cover the application body 12. Also, in order to ensure the holding strength of the application body 12, two arch parts 24c are formed. A flange 24d for fitting an O-ring is formed around the comb part 24 (see FIGS. 4 to 6).
[0045] The tip of the application body 12 is flat, and it is made flat instead of having a chamfer to make the surface the application effective area. Also, among the first comb bodies 24b1 arranged in the length direction on the comb body 24b, the interval (pitch) between the comb bodies 24b is set to improve the feeling of combing hair. Also, the second comb bodies 24b2 arranged at both ends in the length direction have a narrower pitch and are installed so that fine parts can be applied. Also, the periphery of the integrally molded base part where the comb bodies 24 are arranged has a slightly slanted peripheral surface to form a stepped part 24e, and the stepped part 24e has a structure that makes it easier to aim at the desired part of the hair by protruding the comb bodies 24.
[0046] Hereinafter, the hair dye material impregnated in the middle cotton 28 used in the first embodiment will be described in detail.
[0047] The hair dye material of this embodiment contains at least 0.01 to 3% by mass of at least one acid dye, 0.5 to 6% by mass of a film-forming resin, 15 to 80% by mass of a lower alcohol, and 5% by mass or more of water, and is adjusted to a pH of 2 to 5 and a viscosity of less than 100 mPa·s.
[0048] As the acid dye used in this embodiment, at least one of the acid dyes among the legally defined pigments generally used in cosmetics can be used.
[0049] Specific examples of acid dyes include at least one of Red No. 2, Red No. 3, Red No. 102, Red No. 104, Red No. 105, Red No. 106, Yellow No. 4, Yellow No. 5, Green No. 3, Blue No. 1, Blue No. 2, Red No. 201, Red No. 206, Red No. 227, Red No. 230, Red No. 231, Red No. 232, Orange No. 205, Orange No. 207, Yellow No. 202, Yellow No. 203, Green No. 201, Green No. 204, Green No. 205, Blue No. 202, Blue No. 203, Blue No. 205, Brown No. 201, Brown No. 201, Red No. 401, Red No. 502, Red No. 503, Red No. 504, Red No. 506, Orange No. 403, Yellow No. 402, Yellow No. 403(1), Yellow No. 406, Yellow No. 407, Green No. 401, Green No. 402, Purple No. 401, Black No. 401, etc. (each alone or a mixture of two or more, the same hereinafter).
[0050] The content of these acid dyes is preferably 0.01 to 3% by mass (hereinafter simply referred to as “%”), more preferably 0.4 to 1.5%, based on the total amount of the hair dye material.
[0051] When the content of this acid dye is less than 0.01%, the hair dyeing effect cannot be sufficiently obtained. On the other hand, when it exceeds 3%, due to the influence on the solubility in a mixed solvent of water and lower alcohols, the system tends to become unstable, and contamination of the skin, etc. is likely to occur, which is not preferable.
[0052] The film-forming resin used in this embodiment is not particularly limited as long as the formed film has water resistance. Examples include polymers composed of nonionic monomer units and / or anionic monomer units.
[0053] Examples of nonionic monomers include, but are not limited to, styrene-based aromatic hydrocarbons, alkyl methacrylate esters, etc. Examples of anionic monomers include, but are not limited to, methacrylic acid, acrylic acid, maleic acid, etc.
[0054] Also, in order to improve water resistance and texture, it may be a block copolymer with a polysiloxane unit (for example, polydimethylsiloxane). This film-forming resin is blended to improve secondary adhesion and water resistance.
[0055] Preferably, examples of alcohol-soluble silicone resins include copolymers of polydimethylsiloxane and methacrylic acid and / or esters of methacrylic acid and aliphatic alcohols having 6 or less carbon atoms.
[0056] The content of these film-forming resins is 0.5 to 10% with respect to the total amount of the hair dye material, and preferably 1 to 3%.
[0057] When the content of this film-forming resin is less than 0.5%, the water resistance is insufficient, which is not preferable. On the other hand, when the content of the film-forming resin exceeds 10%, it cannot be dissolved in a mixed solvent of water and lower alcohol, or the texture after hair application deteriorates, which is not preferable.
[0058] As the lower alcohol used in this embodiment, for example, one or more volatile lower alcohols such as ethanol, propanol, butanol, isopropanol, and isobutanol can be used. Ethanol is desirable from the viewpoints of safety, drying property, odor, etc.
[0059] The content of these lower alcohols is 15 to 80% with respect to the total amount of the hair dye material, and preferably 30 to 50%.
[0060] When the content of this lower alcohol is less than 15%, the drying property of the hair dye material decreases, which is not preferable. On the other hand, when it exceeds 80%, the cumulative hair dyeing effect decreases, which is not preferable.
[0061] The remainder of the hair dye material in this embodiment is adjusted with water (purified water, distilled water, ion-exchanged water, pure water, tap water, etc.).
[0062] The water content should be 5% or more based on the total amount of the hair dye material, and more preferably, it is 30 - 50%.
[0063] If the water content is less than 5%, the solubility of the dye decreases, and the hair dyeing effect also decreases, which is not preferable. On the other hand, if it exceeds 50%, the stability of the water - resistant film - forming resin contained may decrease slightly, and the drying property may decrease slightly.
[0064] In the hair dye material of this embodiment, in order to improve the hair dyeing property with an acid dye, as described later, the pH of the hair dye material is designed to be as low as 2 - 5.
[0065] The viscosity of the hair dye material is desirably less than 100 mPa·s, preferably less than 50 mPa·s, and more preferably 1 - 10 mPa·s. If it is 100 mPa·s or more, it adheres to the hair in a large amount and remains sticky, and the drying property also decreases. Therefore, it is not suitable for maintaining the state without washing the hair immediately after use. The above viscosity range is the value measured at a temperature of 25°C using a cone - plate type viscometer (manufactured by Toki Sangyo Co., Ltd., EMD type viscometer).
[0066] From the point of exerting a further hair dyeing effect, it is preferable that the hair dye material of this embodiment contains a hair dyeing aid.
[0067] Examples of the hair dyeing aid that can be used include at least one of benzyl alcohol, phenylethyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, propylene carbonate, propylene glycol, ethoxydiglycol, N - methylpyrrolidone, N - methyl - 2 - pyrrolidone, etc.
[0068] The content of these hair dyeing aids is preferably 2 - 20% based on the total amount of the hair dye material, and preferably 5 - 15% is suitable.
[0069] When the content of this hair dyeing aid is less than 2%, the further hair dyeing effect is insufficient. On the other hand, when it exceeds 20%, the drying property after applying the hair dyeing material decreases, and the risk of color transfer to clothes and the like increases, which is not preferable.
[0070] For the hair dyeing material of this embodiment, it is necessary to adjust the pH to 2 - 5 in order to improve colorability, prevent skin irritation, and prevent skin staining troubles. Preferably, it is desirable to adjust the pH to 2.5 - 4.0.
[0071] When the pH of this hair dyeing material is less than 2, the skin staining property increases, which is not preferable. On the other hand, when the pH exceeds 5, the hair dyeing property decreases, which is not preferable.
[0072] In this embodiment, the pH adjustment can be carried out using organic acids, inorganic acids or their salts such as formic acid, acetic acid, lactic acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, citric acid, glycolic acid, or alkalis such as triethanolamine in some cases.
[0073] In addition to at least one of the above acidic dyes, film-forming resin, lower alcohol, water, etc., the hair dyeing material of this embodiment can appropriately contain other raw materials, for example, various surfactants, preservatives, ultraviolet absorbers, antioxidants, anti-reducing agents, chelating agents, oily components, fragrances, animal and plant extracts, etc. within the range that does not impair the effects of this embodiment.
[0074] The hair dyeing material of this embodiment can be prepared by a conventional method. By blending each component such as at least one of the above acidic dyes, film-forming resin, lower alcohol, water, etc. within the range of the above respective contents and stirring and mixing them uniformly, it can be manufactured.
[0075] For example, the alcohol phase such as film-forming resin and lower alcohol, and the aqueous phase such as acidic dye and water are each stirred until uniform with a general-purpose disperser or the like, then the alcohol phase and the aqueous phase are mixed, and then a pH adjuster or the like is added and stirred until uniform with a disperser or the like, and then the hair dyeing material can be prepared.
[0076] When using the hair dye material of this embodiment configured as described above, a general-purpose hair applicator can be used, and the shape, structure, etc. of the hair dye material container to be used are not particularly limited. For example, applicators equipped with a knock-type valve device, mascara-type applicators, tube-type applicators, applicators equipped with a piston pressing mechanism, etc. can be mentioned.
[0077] The hair dye material of this embodiment configured as described above contains at least 0.01 to 3% of at least one acid dye, 0.5 to 10% of a film-forming resin, 15 to 80% of a lower alcohol, and 5% or more of water, and is adjusted to a pH of 2 to 5 and a viscosity of less than 100 mPa·s. By making it a hair dye material, washing the hair immediately after use is not required, and it not only has excellent hair dyeing properties immediately after application, but also has excellent cumulative hair dyeing properties in which the hair is gradually dyed each time it is used, and there is no deviation between the hue at the time of temporary coloring and the hue at the time of cumulative hair dyeing, and a hair dye material excellent in water resistance and usability can be obtained.
[0078] According to the hair dye material container according to the embodiment, since the protrusion 16 is provided on the main body 10, and the cap 14 is provided with a claw portion 18 that covers the upper end surface of the protrusion 16 and an operation portion 20 that can open the claw portion 18 outward by pressing inward at the lower end of the claw portion 18, when attaching the cap 14, the claw portion 18 can be locked by covering the upper end surface of the protrusion 16 with the claw portion 18, so the cap is difficult to come off even if the internal pressure of the cap increases, and when removing it, the claw portion 18 can be easily opened and removed by operating the operation portion 20, achieving an excellent effect.
[0079] Specifically, as the hair dye material container of the present invention, when using an alcohol-based hair dye material, the cross-sectional area of the cap 14 is 2400 mm 2 and when the temperature rises from 10°C to 50°C, the required holding force was about 80 (N). In the embodiment, a holding force of about 200 (N) for the cap 14 was realized, and a sufficient holding force could be exerted. Also, the pressing force P required to remove the cap 14 was 15 (N). Incidentally, for comparison, when using an aqueous hair dye material and the cross-sectional area of the cap is 240 mm 2When the temperature rose from 10°C to 50°C, the required retention force was approximately 4 (N). If the cap is simply fitted, the retention force of the cap is often 2 to 5 (N), and there is a risk of the cap coming off, so it is understood that fitting alone is insufficient. Even if the fitting force is increased to deal with such cap coming off, a problem arises in that it becomes difficult to remove. Therefore, it is understood that there is a demand for both "not coming off even under high internal pressure" and "ease of opening." It is understood that this embodiment achieves both of these.
[0080] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and modifications can be made within the scope of the present invention.
[0081] 11 to 20 are explanatory diagrams of a hair dye container according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In each drawing, elements common to those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.
[0082] The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that it does not have a handle 22, improving portability. Also, the main body 10 is composed of an outer cylinder 10X, a middle cylinder 10Y, and an inner cylinder 10Z, and a protrusion 16 is formed on the inner cylinder 10Z, which is structured to fit with the cap 14. The claw portion 18 is made substantially linear from the operating portion 20 of the cap 14, improving ease of removal.
[0083] Fig. 11 shows the hair dye container with the cap 14 attached to the main body 10. Fig. 12 shows the hair dye container with the cap 14 being removed from the main body 10. Figs. 13 and 14 are general explanatory views of the main body 10 with the cap 14 attached, and Figs. 15 and 16 respectively show the main body 10 with the cap 14 removed. Fig. 17 shows the inner cylinder 10Z of the main body 10, and Fig. 18 shows the main body of the cap 14. Fig. 19 explains the operating state when removing the hair dye container.
[0084] As shown in FIG. 11, when the comb body 24 is covered by the cap 14 on the main body 10, the hair dye container has a generally cylindrical shape with a generally oval or elliptical cross section. The operating parts 20 are provided at both ends of the long sides of the cap 14, and when the user presses the operating parts 20, the claw parts 18 come off the projections 16, and the cap 14 can be removed.
[0085] 11 and 18, the claw portion 18 and the operating portion 20 are formed in a piece-like portion in which U-shaped grooves 30b and 30a are cut out at the top and bottom, leaving a beam-shaped fulcrum 30c, on the outer wall portion of the cap 14. The area surrounded by the lower groove 30a is the operating portion 20 that the user presses with his / her fingertip, and the surface of the operating portion 20 is formed with projections and recesses.
[0086] In the claw portion 18, an operating portion 18c surrounded by an upper U-shaped groove 30b has a hole for the locking portion 18a formed at its upper end, and corresponds to the leg piece of the first embodiment.
[0087] As shown in Figs. 13 and 14, the hair dye container has projections 16, 16 formed on both ends of the long sides of the inner tube 10Z of the main body 10.
[0088] 13 and 14, when the hair dye container is not in use, locking portions 18a, 18a formed by rectangular holes in claw portion 18 lock onto these protrusions 16, 16, fixing cap 14 to main body 10. As shown by the two-dot chain line G in Fig. 14, the outer circumferential surface of cap 14 is formed with minimal irregularities such that actuating portion 18c of claw portion 18 and operating portion 20 fit smoothly along the outer surface of main body 10 without any steps.
[0089] When removing the cap 14 from the main body 10 when using the hair dye, the locking portion 18a is locked to the protrusion 16, and the operating portion 20 is pressed inward in the direction F with a fingertip or the like as shown in Figure 19. In Figure 19, the state before operation is indicated by a two-dot chain line H.
[0090] By pressing, the operating part 20 is pushed into the inside of the cap 14. This pressing causes the operating part 18c to swing outward from the cap 14 around the fulcrum 30c, and the locking part 18a of the claw part 18 is released from the projection 16. As a result, the locking state of the locking part 18a with the projection 16 is released, and the cap 14 can be removed from the main body 10. Note that the engagement of the locking portion 18a with the protrusion 16 has a locking force sufficient to withstand an increase in internal pressure due to temperature changes or the like.
[0091] FIG. 12 shows a state in which the operation portion 20 is pushed in, the locking portion 18a of the claw portion 18 is disengaged from the protrusion 16, and the cap 14 is separated from the main body.
[0092] In addition, in the hair dye material container according to the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 15, in the comb portion 24, a plurality of comb bodies 24b extend linearly in the axial direction of the hair dye material container, and the application body 12 is exposed from the mounting holes 24a between the rows of the comb bodies 24b. A stepped portion 24e is formed around the comb body 24b. Further, as shown in FIG. 16, an arch portion 24c is formed between the rows of the comb bodies 24b for reinforcement. An O-ring 26 is also interposed around the stepped portion 24e around the comb body 24b.
[0093] Here, as shown in FIG. 14, the outer cylinder 10X and the middle cylinder 10Y of the main body 10 are substantially in a bowl shape that opens downward, and the outer cylinder 10X is fitted and fixed to the middle cylinder 10Y in a state of covering the middle cylinder 10Y from the outer surface by fitting or the like. A flange portion 10c protrudes and is formed around the lower portion of the middle cylinder 10Y, and the lower end of the outer cylinder 10X abuts against the flange portion 10c to position the middle cylinder 10Y. An inner cylinder 10Z is fitted to the lower portion of the middle cylinder 10Y from the outer surface and combined, and they are fixed to each other by concave-convex fitting.
[0094] As shown in FIG. 17, the inner cylinder 10Z is formed in a substantially oval or elliptical annular shape, surrounds the central opening, and a fitting portion 10d for fitting the upper edge of the comb portion 24 downward is formed at the lower portion. A stepped portion 10c for externally mounting an O-ring 26 (see FIG. 14) is formed surrounding the fitting portion 10d, and the O-ring 26 is sandwiched and interposed between the stepped portion 10c and the stepped portion 24e of the comb body 24. Protrusions 16 are formed at both ends on the long side of the outer peripheral portion of the inner cylinder 10Z. A plurality of support ribs 32 for supporting the middle cotton 28 protrude upward at a plurality of locations inside.
[0095] As shown in FIG. 14, the cap 14 has a bowl-shaped inner cap 34 with a closed lower end for covering the comb body 24 fitted and fixed inside the holder portion 36. When the cap 14 is attached to the main body 10, the upper inner peripheral surface of the inner cap 34 contacts the O-ring 26 sandwiched between the stepped portion 10c of the inner cylinder 10Z and the stepped portion 24 of the comb portion 24, maintaining the airtightness around the comb portion 24 and preventing the drying of the applicator 12. As shown in FIG. 18, the cap 14 has a holder portion 36 with unevenness for fitting inside, standing upright annularly along and at intervals on the inner peripheral surface of the cap 14. The interval is formed so as not to affect the swing of the claw portion 18 when the operation portion 20 is operated.
[0096] As shown in FIG. 20, the assembly position of the hair dye material container is in the order of the cap 14, the inner cap 34, the comb portion 24, the O-ring 26, the applicator 12, the inner cylinder 10Z, the middle cotton 28, the middle cylinder 10Y, and the outer cylinder 10X from the cap 14 to the main body 10.
[0097] In the hair dye material container of the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 19, when the operation portion 20 is pushed in the F direction with a finger, the outer periphery of the claw portion 18 formed in a straight-line cross-section moves like a seesaw and the locking portion 18a comes off, so that the cap 14 can be removed from the main body 10.
[0098] Also, the airtightness between the cap 14 and the main body 10 is sealed by the O-ring 26, achieving both the ease of opening of the claw portion 18 and the function of withstanding the increase in internal pressure by the locking portion 18a. Since the O-ring 26 seals the space between the cap 14 and the locking portion 18a of the cap 14 is locked to the protrusion 16 of the inner cylinder 10Z, the outer cylinder 10X becomes a member that has no influence on the fitting function of the cap 14, so that the design can be easily changed.
[0099] Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments and can be implemented with modifications within the scope of the present invention.
