Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a packaging bag, and more particularly to a packaging bag having a resealable opening and an unopened display structure that can be recognized as having been opened once it is opened.
Background Art
[0002] For applications where the contents are not used up all at once even after opening, examples include packages of wet tissues. In a conventional package of wet tissues as described in Patent Document 1, a resealable outlet is provided. However, even if someone opens it once, for example, at a storefront, it can be resealed so that others cannot tell, and thus there were cases where it was not recognized as having been opened.
[0003] Originally, once-opened products should not be sold. To completely prevent this, it was necessary to further store the package in an outer bag or the like and seal it, which also caused excessive packaging.
[0004] There is also a method of attaching another unopened display label that tears when the reclose label covering the outlet is opened to the edge of the reclose label so that it can be seen that the reclose label has not been opened. However, according to this method, not only is it troublesome to attach this label, but there is also a possibility of peeling or falling off, and it is also possible to prevent the function by carefully peeling off the unopened display label.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0006] The problem to be solved by the present invention is to propose a packaging bag having a resealable outlet and an unopened display structure that clearly shows that it has been opened once it is opened.
Means for Solving the Problem
[0007] As a means for solving the above problems, the invention according to claim 1 is a packaging bag obtained by forming a bag from a base sheet including a paper layer, having an OP varnish layer having peelability with respect to an adhesive on the outermost layer, and having a sealant layer on the innermost layer, the packaging bag having an outlet for taking out the contents on the upper surface, and having a transparent reclose label having a resealable adhesive layer covering the outlet, and at an intermediate position between the opening tab portion of the reclose label and the tip of the outlet, there is a portion of the base sheet where the adhesive layer is present and where a closed-shaped OP varnish is not applied (OP varnish-free portion), and when the reclose label is peeled off, prior to the opening of the outlet, the OP varnish-free portion adheres to the adhesive layer and paper peeling occurs on the base sheet, which is characterized by the packaging bag.
[0008] In the packaging bag according to the present invention, by providing a portion (OP varnish-free portion) on the upper surface where there is no OP varnish layer having peelability with respect to the adhesive of the reclose label, when the reclose label is peeled off, paper peeling occurs on the base sheet, so that it is clearly visible at a glance that it has been opened.
[0009] Further, the invention according to claim 2 is the packaging bag according to claim 1, characterized in that a printing layer having adhesiveness with respect to the adhesive exists between the paper layer and the OP varnish layer.
[0010] Further, the invention according to claim 3 is the packaging bag according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the base sheet and the reclose label have a gas barrier layer.
Advantages of the Invention
[0011] The packaging bag according to the present invention is provided with a portion where no OP varnish layer (OP varnish-free portion) having releasability with respect to the adhesive of the reclose label is present on the upper surface. When the reclose label is peeled off, paper peeling occurs on the base sheet, so it can be clearly visually recognized at a glance that it has been opened. Since this paper peeling does not return to its original state even if the reclose label is attached again, it is clearly recognized that it has been opened, and it is possible to prevent the purchase of a product that has been opened without knowing it.
[0012] Since the OP varnish is transparent, it is difficult to see the OP varnish-free portion from the surface side. Therefore, it is not until the reclose label is peeled off that one notices the paper peeling that occurs, which also leads to a deterrent effect.
[0013] As in the invention described in claim 2, when a printing layer having adhesiveness to the adhesive exists between the paper layer and the OP varnish layer, it is possible to expect the effect of making the OP varnish-free portion even more difficult to see, and the effect of informing by printing that this portion is unopened.
[0014] As in the invention described in claim 3, when the base sheet and the reclose label have a gas barrier layer, long-term preservation of the contents can be expected.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0016] Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, the packaging bag according to the present invention will be described in detail. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing one embodiment of the packaging bag 1 according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plan explanatory view showing the upper surface 12 of the packaging bag shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a plan explanatory view of the base sheet 2 on the upper surface in the unopened state of the packaging bag shown in FIG. 1. Also, FIG. 4 is a plan explanatory view showing the reclose label 20 of the packaging bag 1 shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 5 is a plan explanatory view showing the base sheet 2 in a state where the reclose label 20 of the packaging bag 1 shown in FIG. 1 is once peeled off and resealed.
[0017] Further, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional explanatory view showing an example of the layer structure of the reclose label 20 of the packaging bag 1 according to the present invention. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional explanatory view showing an example of the layer structure of the base sheet 2 of the packaging bag 1 according to the present invention.
[0018]
[0019] Furthermore, FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional explanatory view showing a state where the reclose label 20 shown in FIG. 6 is adhered to the base sheet 2 shown in FIG. 7. FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional explanatory view showing a state where the reclose label 20 is peeled off from the state of FIG. 8, and shows a state where paper peeling 13 has occurred on the base sheet 2. Hereinafter, with reference to these drawings, the structure and function of the packaging bag according to the present invention will be described in detail.
[0020] The packaging bag 1 according to the present invention includes a paper layer 4, has an OP varnish layer 7 having peelability with respect to an adhesive on the outermost layer, and is a packaging bag obtained by forming a base sheet 2 having a sealant layer 3 on the innermost layer into a bag. The upper surface 12 has an outlet 10 for taking out the contents, and has a transparent reclosable label 20 having a re-sealable adhesive layer 23 that covers the outlet 10.
[0021] At an intermediate position between the opening tab portion 24 of the reclosable label 20 and the tip of the outlet 10, on the base sheet 2 in the portion where the adhesive layer 23 is present, there is a portion where the OP varnish is not applied in a closed shape (OP varnish-free portion 8).
[0022] When the reclosable label 20 is peeled off, prior to the opening of the outlet 10, the OP varnish-free portion 8 adheres to the adhesive layer 23 and paper peeling 13 occurs on the base sheet 2, so that it can be recognized at a glance that it has been opened.
[0023] Hereinafter, the materials used for the packaging bag according to the present invention will be described. As shown in FIG. 7, the base sheet 2 has a printing layer 6 and an OP varnish layer 7 provided on the surface side with the paper layer 4 as the center.
[0024] There are no particular restrictions on the paper layer 4, and it may be selected in consideration of printability, hygiene, etc. Specifically, it is coated paper, high-quality paper, bleached kraft paper, matte paper, Kent paper, art post paper, matte post paper, etc.
[0025] The OP varnish layer 7 needs to have peelability with respect to the adhesive of the reclosable label 20. However, from the viewpoint of ensuring the re-sealability of the reclosable label 20, too strong peelability is not preferable.
[0026] The base sheet 2 is provided with a portion where the OP varnish layer is not present (OP varnish layer-free portion 8). The shape of the OP varnish layer-free portion 8 can be arbitrary such as circular, elliptical, square, star-shaped as long as it is a closed shape.
[0027] Although the printing layer 6 is not essential, since in general some kind of display is often made on the surface side, it is necessary to consider it on the premise that it exists. When the printing layer is exposed in the part 8 without the OP varnish layer, the adhesive layer 23 of the reclose label 20 must adhere to it. It must.
[0028] The sealant layer 3 is located in the innermost layer of the base sheet 2 and is the layer responsible for the heat sealability necessary for bag making. The sealant layer 3 may be in the form of a film or a coating film such as heat seal varnish. It may also serve as the gas barrier layer described later.
[0029] Although the gas barrier layer 5 is not essential, it is useful for enhancing the preservability of the contents. As the gas barrier layer 5, there are gas barrier films such as polyvinylidene chloride film, polyvinyl alcohol film, ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer film, gas barrier nylon film, gas barrier polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, etc., metal vapor deposition films obtained by vapor depositing metals such as aluminum on PET films, etc., inorganic oxide vapor deposition films obtained by vapor depositing inorganic oxides such as aluminum oxide and silicon oxide on PET films, or gas barrier coating layers such as resin layers composed of polyvinylidene chloride coatings, films containing water-soluble resins and inorganic layered compounds, or films obtained by reacting metal alkoxides or their hydrolyzates with isocyanate compounds, or metal foils such as aluminum foils can be used. It may also be in a form that also serves as the aforementioned sealant layer.
[0030] An outlet 10 is provided in the base sheet 2 by full-through or semi-through processing using a cutting tool. The outlet 10 is simultaneously opened when the reclose label 20 is peeled off with the opening tab 24 and is sealed by re-sealing the reclose label.
[0031] FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional explanatory view showing an example of the layer structure of the reclose label 20. In this example, it includes a base material layer 21, a gas barrier layer 22, and an adhesive layer 23. Note that the adhesive layer for bonding the base material layer 21 and the gas barrier layer 22 is omitted.
[0032] As the base material layer 21, various synthetic resin films can be used. However, since a certain degree of stiffness and strength are required, stretched polypropylene resin (OPP), polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET), polymethyl methacrylate resin (PMMA), ionomer resin, polyamide resins such as nylon-6 and nylon-66, and various synthetic resin films such as polycarbonate resin (PC) can be used.
[0033] Regarding the gas barrier layer 22, as described above, since transparency is required, metal vapor-deposited films and metal foils cannot be used.
[0034] As the adhesive layer 23, it is selected from acrylic resin adhesives, urethane adhesives, silicone adhesives, etc. Generally, it can be designed from a weak adhesion type to a strong adhesion type, with a high degree of freedom in material design, excellent transparency, and excellent weather resistance and heat resistance. Acrylic resin adhesives are easy to use.
[0035] FIGS. 8 and 9 are cross-sectional explanatory views showing a state in which paper peeling 13 is formed on the base sheet 2 when the reclose label 20 is peeled off in the packaging bag 1 according to the present invention. In FIG. 8, the adhesive layer 23 of the reclose label 20 is attached to the upper surface 12 of the base sheet 2. Next, as shown in FIG. 9, when the reclose label 20 is peeled off, in the portion where the OP varnish layer 7 exists, the adhesive layer 23 peels off, but in the portion without OP varnish 8, the adhesive layer 23 adheres to the printing layer 6 and lifts the entire base sheet 2.
[0036] At this time, the paper layer 4 in the portion without OP varnish 8 causes inter-paper peeling and is peeled off, forming paper peeling 13. Hereinafter, the packaging bag according to the present invention will be specifically described based on examples and comparative examples.
[0037] <Example 1> As the paper layer, one-sided bleached kraft paper (OK Blizzard manufactured by Oji Paper Co., Ltd., basis weight 50 g / m 2 ) was used, and a printing layer was formed on this surface. As the printing ink, Glatone PCN manufactured by Sakata Inx was used. As the OP varnish, UPPS Medium manufactured by Toyo Ink Co., Ltd. was used. As the sealant layer, a multilayer barrier anti-fog sealant (Diamiron V441 manufactured by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, 60 μm) was used. The layer structure is a nylon / EVOH / ethylene-propylene copolymer coated with an anti-fog agent.
[0038] The printed and OP-varnished paper, a 12-μm-thick polyethylene terephthalate resin film (Ester E5102 manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd.), and a sealant film were laminated in three layers by the dry lamination method to form a base sheet. As the dry lamination adhesive, TM242A (main agent) and TM242B (hardener) manufactured by Toyo Morton Co., Ltd. were used.
[0039] As the reclose label, a 20-μm-thick barrier PP film (Seneshi KOP 1000 manufactured by Daicel Miraiz Co., Ltd.) was used as the base material layer. As the adhesive layer, a re-peelable tack label (CL BOPP / R1490 manufactured by Avery Dennison Japan Co., Ltd.) was used. This is a stretched PP resin film with an acrylic adhesive layer formed thereon. For bonding the two, an ultraviolet curable adhesive (Acritac L315 manufactured by No-Tape Industry Co., Ltd.) was used. On the opening tab portion, a glue-killing coat (UV Hakuri OP varnish manufactured by T&K Toka Co., Ltd.) that inhibits the adhesiveness of the adhesive layer was applied.
[0040] Using these materials, a packaging bag having the shape shown in Fig. 2 on the upper surface was created. The shape of the portion without OP varnish is circular.
[0041] When observing the state of the portion without OP varnish when the reclose label was peeled off for 10 completed packaging bags, paper peeling occurred at the portion without OP varnish for all 10 bags. As a result, the irreversible unopened display structure in the packaging bag according to the present invention was confirmed.
