AI Technical Summary
Conventional bottles with handles experience wobbling issues when the handle is lifted, particularly due to deformation of the inner surface of the attachment recess and the thinning of the bottle material.
The bottle features a mounting recess with a unique design, including upper, lower, and bottom surfaces, and a handle with fixing, handle, upper connecting, and lower connecting portions. The front end portions of these connecting portions protrude forward and are embedded in the wall portion, with claw portions that bite upward when the handle is lifted, preventing wobbling.
This design effectively suppresses handle wobbling by ensuring a secure attachment between the handle and the bottle, even when the handle is lifted, thereby enhancing the stability and usability of the bottle.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] However, in the conventional bottle with a handle, especially with the recent thinning of the bottle, when the handle is lifted, the inner surface of the attachment recess may be deformed, and the handle may be likely to wobble with respect to the bottle.
[0005] The present invention provides a bottle with a handle that can suppress the handle from wobbling with respect to the bottle when the handle is lifted.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0006] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention adopts the following means. That is, the bottle with a handle of the present invention is provided with a mounting recess that is recessed forward and open rearward in the radial direction on the body of the bottle having a central axis extending in the vertical direction. A handle is attached to the mounting recess. The inner surface of the mounting recess includes an upper surface facing downward, a lower surface facing upward, and a bottom surface facing rearward and connecting the front end portions of the upper surface and the lower surface respectively. The handle includes a fixing portion extending in the vertical direction fixed to the bottom surface of the mounting recess, a handle portion extending in the vertical direction provided behind the fixing portion, an upper connecting portion connecting the upper end portions of the fixing portion and the handle portion respectively, and a lower connecting portion connecting the lower end portions of the fixing portion and the handle portion respectively. The front end portions of the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion protrude forward from the fixing portion and are embedded in the wall portion forming the inner surface of the mounting recess. The front end portions of the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion are provided with first claw portions protruding upward and embedded in the wall portion. , the fixing part is provided with a fourth claw part that protrudes in the left - right direction orthogonal to the front - rear direction when viewed from the up - down direction and is embedded in the wall part that forms the inner surface of the mounting recess. .
[0007] Since the front end portions of the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion protrude forward from the fixing portion and are embedded in the wall portion, and the front end portions of the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion are provided with first claw portions protruding upward and embedded in the wall portion, when the handle is lifted, the first claw portions will be pressed against the wall portion in an upward biting direction together with the front end portions of the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion. Therefore, when the handle is lifted, it is possible to suppress the handle from wobbling with respect to the bottle. Since the fixing part is provided with a fourth claw part that protrudes in the left - right direction and is embedded in the wall part, when blow - molding the bottle with the handle as an insert part, the resin material that reaches the fourth claw part will be stretched backward while being stretched in the left - right direction, and the fixing part can be strongly held in the left - right direction by the wall part.
[0008] The lower end portion of the fixing portion may extend rearward as it goes downward.
[0009] Since the lower end of the fixing portion extends rearward as it goes downward, when blow-molding the bottle with the handle as an insert part, it becomes easier for the resin material to reach the lower end of the fixing portion in a state where the resin material is sufficiently stretched, and combined with the fact that it becomes easier to secure a gap in the front-rear direction between the front surface of the lower end of the fixing portion and the rear surface of the first claw portion, the resin material can easily enter between the front surface of the lower end of the fixing portion and the rear surface of the first claw portion. As a result, the first claw portion can be easily and deeply embedded in the wall portion forming the inner surface of the mounting recess, and when the handle is lifted, it is possible to reliably suppress the handle from wobbling with respect to the bottle. When the fixing portion is curved so as to project forward, it becomes possible to secure a wide interval in the front-rear direction between the fixing portion and the handle portion, and the handle can be easily gripped.
[0010] A first opposing wall may be provided on the upper surface of the upper connecting portion, which is located rearward with respect to the first claw portion, faces in the front-rear direction, and is embedded in the wall portion forming the inner surface of the mounting recess.
[0011] Since a first opposing wall is provided on the upper surface of the upper connecting portion, which is located rearward with respect to the first claw portion, faces in the front-rear direction, and is embedded in the wall portion, it becomes possible to sandwich the wall portion in the front-rear direction by the rear surface of the first claw portion and the front surface of the first opposing wall, and when the handle is lifted, it is possible to reliably suppress the handle from wobbling with respect to the bottle.
[0012] Second claw portions may be provided at the front end portions of each of the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion, which project downward and are embedded in the wall portion forming the inner surface of the mounting recess.
[0013] Since second claw portions are provided at the front end portions of each of the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion, which project downward and are embedded in the wall portion, when the handle is lifted, even if the handle tries to be displaced with respect to the bottle in a direction in which the lower connecting portion is displaced rearward around the upper connecting portion, the second claw portions will be pressed rearward against the wall portion, and when the handle is lifted, it is possible to reliably suppress the handle from wobbling with respect to the bottle.
[0014] On the lower surface of the lower connecting portion, a second opposing wall may be provided which is located rearward with respect to the second claw portion, faces in the front-rear direction, and is embedded in the wall portion forming the inner surface of the mounting recess.
[0015] Since the lower connecting portion is provided with a second opposing wall that is located rearward with respect to the second claw portion, faces in the front-rear direction, and is embedded in the wall portion, the wall portion can be sandwiched in the front-rear direction by the rear surface of the second claw portion and the front surface of the second opposing wall. When the handle is lifted, it is possible to reliably suppress the handle from wobbling with respect to the bottle.
[0016] On each front end portion of the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion, a third claw portion may be provided which protrudes in the left-right direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction when viewed from the up-down direction and is embedded in the wall portion forming the inner surface of the mounting recess.
[0017] Since each front end portion of the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion is provided with a third claw portion that protrudes in the left-right direction and is embedded in the wall portion, when blow molding the bottle with the handle as an insert product, the resin material reaching the third claw portion will be stretched rearward while being stretched in the left-right direction. Thus, each front end portion of the upper connecting portion and the lower connecting portion can be strongly held in the left-right direction by the wall portion.
[0020] The handle may be formed in a shape that is rotationally symmetric by 180° with respect to a straight line extending in the front-rear direction passing through the central portion in the up-down direction.
[0021] Since the handle is formed in a shape that is rotationally symmetric by 180° with respect to a straight line extending in the front-rear direction passing through the central portion in the up-down direction, when setting the handle in the cavity of the molding die, it is possible to eliminate the need to align the up-down direction of the handle.
Advantages of the Invention
[0022] According to this invention, it is possible to suppress the handle from wobbling with respect to the bottle.

[0034] The fixing part 31 is formed in a rod shape extending in the up-down direction. The fixing part 31 is curved so as to protrude forward when viewed from the left-right direction. The fixing part 31 is fixed to the bottom surface 23 of the mounting recess 16. Among the fixing part 31, the front part is embedded in the wall part W forming the inner surface of the mounting recess 16 over the entire up-down length, and the rear part protrudes rearward from the bottom surface 23 of the mounting recess 16 over the entire up-down length. In the fixing part 31, the front part is formed in a plate shape with the front and back surfaces facing the front-rear direction, and the rear part protrudes rearward from the central part in the left-right direction of the front part and is formed in a plate shape with the front and back surfaces facing the left-right direction. Note that the rear part of the fixing portion 31 may also be embedded in the wall portion W that forms the inner surface of the mounting recess 16 together with the front part.
[0035] The handle portion 32 is provided behind the fixing portion 31. The handle portion 32 is formed in a plate shape presenting a rectangular shape that is long in the vertical direction when viewed from the front-rear direction. The handle portion 32 extends straight in the vertical direction. The handle portion 32 is located behind the upper surface 21 and the lower surface 22 in the mounting recess 16. The rear surface of the handle plate 32 is located at a radial position equivalent to the portion having the same circumferential position as the handle plate 32 on the outer peripheral surface of the upper end portion 14a of the body portion 14, and is located radially inside the portion having the same circumferential position as the handle plate 32 on the outer peripheral surface of the lower end portion 14b of the body portion 14. The upper end portion and the lower end portion of the handle portion 32 each extend forward as they go outward in the vertical direction. The upper end portion of the handle portion 32 is located below the upper connection surface 25 of the mounting recess 16 and faces it in the vertical direction.
[0036] The upper connecting portion 33 connects the upper end portions of the fixing portion 31 and the handle portion 32 respectively, and is fixed to the upper surface 21 of the mounting recess 16. The upper connecting portion 33 is embedded in the wall portion W that forms the inner surface of the mounting recess 16 over the entire front-rear length excluding the rear end portion. The rear end portion of the upper connecting portion 33 protrudes rearward from the upper surface 21 of the mounting recess 16. The upper connecting portion 33 penetrates the top of the reinforcing groove 21a in the front-rear direction.
[0037] The lower connecting portion 34 connects the lower end portions of the fixing portion 31 and the handle portion 32 respectively, and is fixed to the lower surface 22 of the mounting recess 16. The lower connecting portion 34 is embedded in the wall portion W that forms the inner surface of the mounting recess 16 over the entire front-rear length excluding the rear end portion. The rear end portion of the lower connecting portion 34 protrudes rearward from the lower surface 22 of the mounting recess 16. The lower connecting portion 34 protrudes rearward from the vertical step surface 26 in a state of being separated upward from the horizontal step surface 27. The lower connecting portion 34 protrudes rearward from the upper end portion of the vertical step surface 26. The rear end portion of the lower connecting portion 34 is located above the horizontal step surface 27 and faces it in the vertical direction.
[0038] Here, on the upper surface 21 of the mounting recess 16, a pair of first vertical grooves 28 that sandwich the upper connecting portion 33 in the left - right direction are provided. The first vertical grooves 28 reach the outer peripheral surface of the upper end portion 14a of the body portion 14 via the upper connection surface 25. The pair of first vertical grooves 28 extend in a direction in which the left - right interval widens from the upper surface 21 side of the mounting recess 16 toward the upper end portion 14a side of the body portion 14. The first vertical grooves 28 communicate with the upper peripheral groove 17 and the reinforcing groove 21a.
[0039] On the upper surface 21 of the mounting recess 16, a pair of second vertical grooves 29 that sandwich the pair of first vertical grooves 28 in the left - right direction are provided. The second vertical grooves 29 reach the outer peripheral surface of the upper end portion 14a of the body portion 14 via the upper connection surface 25. The pair of second vertical grooves 29 extend in a direction in which the left - right interval widens from the upper surface 21 side of the mounting recess 16 toward the upper end portion 14a side of the body portion 14. [0040] On the upper connection surface 25 of the mounting recess 16, reinforcing ribs 25a are formed at portions that are vertically adjacent to the upper connecting portion 33 of the handle 11. The reinforcing ribs 25a are grooves extending in the left - right direction. A plurality of reinforcing ribs 25a are formed at intervals in the vertical direction. The reinforcing ribs 25a are located above the upper end portion of the handle portion 32 and face each other in the vertical direction.
[0041] The bottle 1 with a handle is formed by blow - molding a bottomed cylindrical preform in a cavity into which the handle 11 is inserted. At the same time as the bottle 10 is formed, the handle 11 is attached to the mounting recess 16 of the bottle 10. The preform and the handle 11 are formed by injection molding in advance.
[0042] The aforementioned cavity is provided between the overlapping surfaces of a pair of mold halves that are provided so as to be able to contact and separate from each other. The front ends of each of the pair of mold halves are connected to each other via a rotating shaft extending in the vertical direction, and when the pair of mold halves rotate around the rotating shaft, the overlapping surfaces contact and separate from each other, thereby opening and closing the cavity. As a result, the parting line is located at the center in the left-right direction and extends in the vertical direction in each of the front-facing portion and the rear-facing portion of the outer peripheral surface of the body portion 14.
[0043] And in the present embodiment, the front ends of the upper connecting portion 33 and the lower connecting portion 34 protrude forward from the fixing portion 31 and are embedded in the wall portion W that forms the inner surface of the mounting recess 16. The front ends of the upper connecting portion 33 and the lower connecting portion 34 are provided with a first claw portion 35, a second claw portion 36, and a third claw portion 37.
[0044] The first claw portion 35 protrudes upward from the front ends of the upper connecting portion 33 and the lower connecting portion 34 and is embedded in the wall portion W that forms the inner surface of the mounting recess 16. The second claw portion 36 protrudes downward from the front ends of the upper connecting portion 33 and the lower connecting portion 34 and is embedded in the wall portion W that forms the inner surface of the mounting recess 16. As shown in FIG. 3, the third claw portion 37 protrudes from the front ends of the upper connecting portion 33 and the lower connecting portion 34 toward both sides in the left-right direction and is embedded in the wall portion W that forms the inner surface of the mounting recess 16. Note that the third claw portion 37 may protrude only from one side in the left-right direction from the front ends of the upper connecting portion 33 and the lower connecting portion 34.
[0045] The first claw portion 35 and the second claw portion 36 are formed in a plate shape having a rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction when viewed from the front-rear direction. The third claw portion 37 is formed in a plate shape having a rectangular shape that is long in the vertical direction when viewed from the front-rear direction. The front and rear surfaces of the first claw portion 35, the second claw portion 36, and the third claw portion 37 that face the front-rear direction are located on the same plane. The first claw portion 35, the second claw portion 36, and the third claw portion 37 provided at the front end portion of the upper connecting portion 33 extend along the front surface of the upper end portion 31a of the fixing portion 31 when viewed from the left - right direction. The first claw portion 35, the second claw portion 36, and the third claw portion 37 provided at the front end portion of the lower connecting portion 34 extend along the front surface of the lower end portion 31b of the fixing portion 31 when viewed from the left - right direction.
[0046] In the illustrated example, the upper end portion 31a of the fixing portion 31 extends rearward as it goes upward. The lower end portion 31b of the fixing portion 31 extends rearward as it goes downward. The fixing portion 31 is provided with a pair of fourth claw portions 38 that project in the left - right direction and are embedded in the wall portion W that forms the inner surface of the mounting recess 16. The fourth claw portions 38 are provided at the vertical center portion of the fixing portion 31. The fourth claw portions 38 are formed in a plate - like shape having a rectangular shape that is long in the vertical direction when viewed from the front - rear direction. The fourth claw portions 38 are located inside the handle portion 32 in the left - right direction when viewed from the front - rear direction. Note that the fourth claw portions 38 may not be provided.
[0047] In the upper connecting portion 33, the front portion continuous from the rear of the front end portion extends upward as it goes rearward. In the lower connecting portion 34, the front portion continuous from the rear of the front end portion extends downward as it goes rearward.
[0048] On the upper surface of the upper connecting portion 33, a first opposing wall 41 is provided which is located rearward of the first claw portion 35, faces in the front - rear direction, and is embedded in the wall portion W that forms the inner surface of the mounting recess 16. The first opposing wall 41 is formed in a plate - like shape having a rectangular shape that is long in the left - right direction when viewed from the front - rear direction. The first opposing wall 41 is provided on the upper surface of the front portion of the upper connecting portion 33. Note that the first opposing wall 41 may not be provided. On the lower surface of the lower connecting portion 34, a second opposing wall 42 is provided which is located rearward with respect to the second claw portion 36, faces in the front-rear direction, and is embedded in a wall portion W that forms the inner surface of the mounting recess 16. The second opposing wall 42 is formed in a plate shape presenting a rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction when viewed from the front-rear direction. The second opposing wall 42 is provided on the lower surface of the front portion of the lower connecting portion 34. Note that the second opposing wall 42 may not be provided.
[0049] The handle 11 is formed in a shape that is rotationally symmetric by 180° with respect to a straight line L that extends in the front-rear direction passing through the central portion in the up-down direction. The handle 11 presents a symmetric shape with respect to a straight line L that extends in the front-rear direction passing through the central portion in the up-down direction when viewed from the left-right direction, and presents a symmetric shape with respect to a straight line (central axis O) that extends in the up-down direction passing through the central portion in the left-right direction when viewed from the front-rear direction.
[0050] As described above, according to the bottle 1 with a handle according to the present embodiment, each front end portion of the upper connecting portion 33 and the lower connecting portion 34 projects forward from the fixing portion 31 and is embedded in the wall portion W that forms the inner surface of the mounting recess 16, and a first claw portion 35 that projects upward and is embedded in the wall portion W is provided at each front end portion of the upper connecting portion 33 and the lower connecting portion 34. Therefore, when the handle 11 is lifted, the first claw portion 35 is pressed against the wall portion W in a direction of biting upward together with each front end portion of the upper connecting portion 33 and the lower connecting portion 34, and when the handle 11 is lifted, it is possible to suppress the handle 11 from wobbling with respect to the bottle 10.
[0051] Since the lower end portion 31b of the fixing portion 31 extends rearward as it goes downward, when blow-molding the bottle 10 with the handle 11 as an insert part, it becomes easier to reach the lower end portion 31b of the fixing portion 31 with the resin material sufficiently stretched, and combined with the fact that it becomes easier to secure a gap in the front-rear direction between the front surface of the lower end portion 31b of the fixing portion 31 and the rear surface of the first claw portion 35, the resin material can easily enter between the front surface of the lower end portion 31b of the fixing portion 31 and the rear surface of the first claw portion 35. As a result, the first claw portion 35 can be easily and deeply embedded in the wall portion W forming the inner surface of the mounting recess 16, and when the handle 11 is lifted, it is possible to reliably suppress the handle 11 from wobbling with respect to the bottle 10.
[0052] Since the fixing portion 31 is curved so as to project forward, it becomes possible to secure a wide gap in the front-rear direction between the fixing portion 31 and the handle portion 32, and the handle 11 can be easily gripped.
[0053] On the upper surface of the upper connecting portion 33, a first opposing wall 41 is provided which is located rearward with respect to the first claw portion 35, faces in the front-rear direction, and is embedded in the wall portion W. Therefore, it becomes possible to sandwich the wall portion W in the front-rear direction between the rear surface of the first claw portion 35 and the front surface of the first opposing wall 41, and when the handle 11 is lifted, it is possible to reliably suppress the handle 11 from wobbling with respect to the bottle 10.
[0054] At each front end portion of the upper connecting portion 33 and the lower connecting portion 34, a second claw portion 36 is provided which projects downward and is embedded in the wall portion W. Therefore, when the handle 11 is lifted, even if the handle 11 tries to be displaced with respect to the bottle 10 in a direction in which the lower connecting portion 34 is displaced rearward around the upper connecting portion 33, the second claw portion 36 will be pressed rearward against the wall portion W, and when the handle 11 is lifted, it is possible to reliably suppress the handle 11 from wobbling with respect to the bottle 10.
[0055] On the lower surface of the lower connecting portion 34, a second opposing wall 42 is provided which is located behind the second claw portion 36, faces it in the front-rear direction, and is embedded in the wall portion W. Therefore, the wall portion W can be sandwiched in the front-rear direction by the rear surface of the second claw portion 36 and the front surface of the second opposing wall 42, and when the handle 11 is lifted, it is possible to reliably suppress the handle 11 from wobbling with respect to the bottle 10.
[0056] At each front end portion of the upper connecting portion 33 and the lower connecting portion 34, a pair of third claw portions 37 are provided which project in the left-right direction and are embedded in the wall portion W. Therefore, when blow molding the bottle 10 with the handle 11 as an insert part, the resin material reaching the third claw portions 37 will be stretched rearward while being stretched in the left-right direction, and each front end portion of the upper connecting portion 33 and the lower connecting portion 34 can be strongly held in the left-right direction by the wall portion W.
[0057] On the fixing portion 31, a fourth claw portion 38 is provided which projects in the left-right direction and is embedded in the wall portion W. Therefore, when blow molding the bottle 10 with the handle 11 as an insert part, the resin material reaching the fourth claw portions 38 will be stretched rearward while being stretched in the left-right direction, and the fixing portion 31 can be strongly held in the left-right direction by the wall portion W.
[0058] Since the handle 11 is formed in a shape that is rotationally symmetric by 180° with respect to a straight line L extending in the front-rear direction passing through the central portion in the up-down direction, when setting the handle 11 in the cavity of the molding die, it is possible to eliminate the need to align the up-down direction of the handle 11.
[0059] In this embodiment, among the upper end portions 14a of the body portion 14, the radius of the rear portion sandwiched vertically by the upper circumferential groove 17 and the mounting recess 16 is smaller than the radius of other portions. Therefore, during the blow molding of the bottle 10, among the upper end portions 14a of the body portion 14, the stretching ratio in the rear portion can be suppressed to be lower than the stretching ratio in other portions. Accordingly, when blow molding the bottle 10 with the handle 11 as an insert part, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of voids due to overstretching at the rear portion of the upper end portion 14a of the body portion 14, which is located at the same circumferential position as the upper surface 21 of the mounting recess 16 where the upper connecting portion 33 of the handle 11 is fixed and is difficult to stretch.
[0060] Note that the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0061] For example, the second claw portion 36 and the third claw portion 37 may not be provided at the front end portions of the upper connecting portion 33 and the lower connecting portion 34, respectively. The first claw portion 35, the second claw portion 36, and the third claw portion 37 may be arranged in an annular shape around the central axis at the front end portions of the upper connecting portion 33 and the lower connecting portion 34, respectively. The fixing portion 31 may extend straight in the vertical direction. The mounting recess 16 may not have the lower connection surface 24 and the upper connection surface 25. The reinforcing rib 25a may not be provided on the upper connection surface 25. The first longitudinal groove 28, the second longitudinal groove 29, and the reinforcing groove 21a may not be provided on the upper surface 21 of the mounting recess 16. The radius of the upper end portion 14a of the body portion 14 may be the same over the entire circumferential length.
[0062] In addition, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, the components in the above-described embodiment can be appropriately replaced with well-known components, and the above-described embodiment and modification examples can also be appropriately combined.
