Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a fitting.
Background Art
[0002] As a screen door provided for a sliding fitting, a screen door is known that is provided between the door head frame and the vertical frame of a shoji screen, and when not in use, is folded or wound up and stored, and when in use, is expanded to cover the opening (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Such a screen door can be easily opened and closed because it is interlocked with the opening and closing of the shoji screen. The screen door disclosed in Patent Document 1 is fixed to the vertical frame and detachably attached to the door head frame with a magnet. When the shoji screen moves from the state where it closes the opening to a predetermined position in the opening direction, the screen door is expanded to block the opening between the vertical frame and the door head frame, and when the shoji screen further moves in the opening direction, it is configured to separate from the door head frame. For example, in fittings provided at indoor and outdoor entrances such as the balcony entrance of a high-rise apartment, even when the shoji screen is in an open state, the screen door can block the opening, thereby restricting the passage between indoors and outdoors.

The shaft portion 821 is formed in a columnar shape. The first enlarged diameter portion 822 is formed in a columnar shape with a diameter larger than that of the shaft portion 821 and is coaxially connected to one end of the shaft portion 821. The second enlarged diameter portion 823 is formed in a columnar shape with a diameter larger than that of the shaft portion 821 and is coaxially connected to the other end of the shaft portion 821. The diameter of the shaft portion 821 is set smaller than the width (dimension in the indoor direction) of the groove hole portion 846. The diameter of the first enlarged diameter portion 822 is set larger than the width of the groove hole portion 846 and smaller than the diameters of the upper hole portion 844 and the lower hole portion 845. The diameter of the second enlarged diameter portion 823 is set larger than the diameter of the shaft portion 821. The regulation pin 82 is arranged in a posture in which the axis extends in the width direction, the first enlarged diameter portion 822 is on one side in the width direction, and the second enlarged diameter portion 823 is on the other side in the width direction.
[0036] The regulation pin mounting portion 83 is fitted into the first door end frame hole portion 741a of the door end frame outer plate portion 741. One side in the width direction of the regulation pin mounting portion 83 protrudes to one side in the width direction from the door end frame outer plate portion 741 and is arranged in the first hollow portion 761. The other side in the width direction of the regulation pin mounting portion 83 protrudes to the other side in the width direction (vertical frame 25 side) from the door end frame outer plate portion 741. A regulation pin mounting hole portion 831 that penetrates in the width direction and in which the shaft portion 821, the second enlarged diameter portion 823, and the spring 84 of the regulation pin 82 are arranged is formed in the regulation pin mounting portion 83. A rib 832 that protrudes inward of the hole is provided at one end in the width direction of the regulation pin mounting portion 83 and at the edge of the regulation pin mounting hole portion 831. The diameter of the regulation pin mounting hole portion 831 is set to be approximately the same size as the diameter of the second enlarged diameter portion 823. The diameter of the rib hole portion 833 inside the rib 832 is approximately the same as the diameter of the shaft portion 821 and is set smaller than the diameters of the first enlarged diameter portion 822 and the second enlarged diameter portion 823.
[0037] In the regulation pin mounting hole portion 831 of the regulation pin mounting portion 83, the regulation pin 82 is disposed. The shaft portion 821 of the regulation pin 82 is inserted through the rib hole portion 833. Since the first enlarged diameter portion 822 and the second enlarged diameter portion 823 of the regulation pin 82 cannot be inserted into the rib hole portion 833, the first enlarged diameter portion 822 is disposed on one side in the width direction of the rib 832, and the second enlarged diameter portion 823 is disposed on the other side in the width direction of the rib 832. The regulation pin 82 is configured to be displaceable in the width direction with respect to the door tip frame 74 from the position where the first enlarged diameter portion 822 contacts the rib 832 from one side in the width direction to the position where the second enlarged diameter portion 823 contacts the rib 832 from the other side in the width direction.
[0038] The spring 84 is provided between the second enlarged diameter portion 823 and the rib 832. The spring 84 is a coil spring through which the shaft portion 821 passes. The spring 84 presses the regulation pin 82 toward the other side in the width direction so as to expand the gap between the second enlarged diameter portion 823 and the rib 832. Thereby, when the regulation pin 82 is pushed from the other side in the width direction toward the one side and moves to the one side in the width direction with respect to the door tip frame 74, the spring 84 is elastically deformed. When the force pushing the regulation pin 82 toward the one side in the width direction is released, the regulation pin 82 is pushed toward the other side in the width direction by the restoring force of the spring 84 and moves to the other side in the width direction with respect to the door tip frame 74. Regarding the position of the regulation pin 82 with respect to the door tip frame 74, as shown in FIG. 10, the position where it is not pushed from the other side in the width direction and is disposed on the other side in the width direction is defined as the first position. Regarding the position of the regulation pin 82 with respect to the door tip frame 74, as shown in FIG. 5, the position where it is pushed from the other side in the width direction, elastically deforms the spring 84, and is disposed on the one side in the width direction is defined as the second position. The regulation pin 82 does not protrude to the one side in the width direction from the regulation pin mounting portion 83 even when disposed at the first position.
[0039] The convex member 85 is fixed to one surface in the width direction of the inner vertical frame portion 242 of the vertical frame 25 and protrudes from the inner vertical frame portion 242 toward one side in the width direction. The convex member 85 is disposed at a position overlapping with the regulating pin 82 in the width direction. The convex member 85 is formed in a shape that can be inserted into the regulating pin mounting hole portion 831 of the regulating pin mounting portion 83 from one side in the width direction. For this reason, when the sliding door shutter 4 closes the opening 21 in the frame body and the door tip frame 74 and the vertical frame 25 approach each other, the convex member 85 enters the regulating pin mounting hole portion 831 of the regulating pin mounting portion 83 and pushes the regulating pin 82 toward one side in the width direction. As a result, the spring 84 is elastically deformed and the regulating pin 82 is disposed at the second position. As shown in FIG. 10, when the sliding door shutter 4 opens the opening 21 in the frame body and the door tip frame 74 and the vertical frame 25 separate from each other, the convex member 85 separates from the regulating pin 82, and the regulating pin 82 is restored to the first position by the restoring force of the spring 84.
[0040] The displacement of the regulating pin 82 in the vertical direction is restricted with respect to the door tip frame 74, but it is displaceable in the width direction. Since the regulating plate 81 is included in the interlocking portion 67 as described above, it is displaceable in the vertical direction with respect to the door tip frame 74. The displacement of the regulating plate 81 in the width direction with respect to the door tip frame 74 is restricted. The regulating pin 82 is disposed at a position overlapping with the regulating hole portion 843 of the regulating plate 81 in the width direction, and one side in the width direction penetrates through the regulating hole portion 843 of the regulating plate 81. In the case of the first position, the first enlarged diameter portion 822 of the regulating pin 82 penetrates through the regulating hole portion 843, and in the case of the second position, the shaft portion 821 penetrates through the regulating hole portion 843.
[0041] When the regulating pin 82 is in the second position, since the shaft portion 821 passes through the regulating hole portion 843 of the regulating plate 81, the shaft portion can be displaced vertically from the height where the shaft portion is disposed in the upper hole portion 844 to the height where it is disposed in the lower hole portion 845 through the groove hole portion 846. On the other hand, when the regulating pin 82 is in the first position, since the first enlarged diameter portion 822 passes through the regulating hole portion 843 of the regulating plate 81, the first enlarged diameter portion 822 cannot pass through the groove hole portion 846. As a result, the regulating plate 81 is restricted to either the height where the first enlarged diameter portion 822 is disposed in the upper hole portion 844 or the height where the first enlarged diameter portion 822 is disposed in the lower hole portion 845, and displacement in the vertical direction becomes impossible. When the regulating plate 81 is disposed at the fixed position moved upward, the lower hole portion 845 is disposed at the height of the regulating pin 82, and when it is disposed at the unlocked position moved downward, the upper hole portion 844 is disposed at the height of the regulating pin 82.
[0042] When the sliding door 4 with the regulating pin 82 in the second position closes the opening 21 in the frame body, since the regulating plate 81 can move vertically, the interlocking portion 67 can be moved vertically, and the screen door fixed state and the screen door unlocked state can be switched. When the sliding door 4 with the regulating pin 82 in the first position opens the opening 21 in the frame body, since the vertical movement of the regulating plate 81 is restricted, the vertical movement of the interlocking portion 67 is restricted, and the screen door fixed state and the screen door unlocked state cannot be switched.
[0043] The movement restricting portion 66 shown in FIG. 8 is a stopper that restricts the opening of the sliding door 4. In the present embodiment, the movement restricting portion 66 restricts the sliding door 4 from moving further to the open state when it is opened by 300 mm. The movement restricting portion 66 is attached to the upper end portion of the interlocking rod 65. The movement restricting portion 66 protrudes above the upper surface of the upper frame 71 when the interlocking rod 65 is in the fixed position (the state shown in FIG. 8), and is disposed below the upper surface of the upper frame 71 when the interlocking rod 65 is in the unlocked position. The position where the movement restricting portion 66 protrudes above the upper surface of the upper frame 71 is defined as the fixed position, and the position where it is disposed below the upper surface of the upper frame 71 is defined as the unlocked position.
[0044] With the movement control unit 66 arranged at a fixed position, when the sliding door 4 moves from the closed state to the open state, when the sliding door 4 reaches a stage where it moves towards an open position by a predetermined distance (for example, 300 mm), the movement control unit 66 comes into contact with the movement control receiving part 661 provided on the frame body 2, and the movement of the sliding door 4 towards the open position is restricted. In this embodiment, when either the lever 612 or 622 of the indoor operation unit 61 or the outdoor operation unit 62 is operated to bring the screen door into a fixed state, and the sliding door 4 is opened in this state, the frame fixing part 53 of the screen door 5 moves together with the door end frame 74, the screen material 51 between the frame fixing part 53 and the frame fixing part 52 spreads, and the spread screen material 51 closes the opening between the vertical frame 25 of the door end frame 74. When the door end frame 74 moves towards a predetermined distance open position, the movement control unit 66 comes into contact with the movement control receiving part 661 provided on the upper frame 22, and the opening of the sliding door 4 is restricted.
[0045] The fitting 1 according to the above embodiment has a screen door fixing switching part 6 for switching between a screen door fixed state and a screen door fixing release state. In the screen door fixed state, when the screen door 5 is fixed to the door end frame 74 and the sliding door 4 opens the opening 21 inside the frame body, the screen material 51 of the screen door 5 closes the opening 21 inside the frame body. In the screen door fixing release state, the fixing between the screen door 5 and the door end frame 74 is released, and even when the sliding door 4 opens the opening 21 inside the frame body, the screen material 51 of the screen door 5 does not close the opening 21 inside the frame body. Thereby, if the screen door fixing switching part 6 is used to set the screen door to the fixed state, even when the sliding door 4 opens the opening 21 inside the frame body, the state where the screen door 5 closes the opening 21 inside the frame body can be maintained.
[0046] In the fitting 1 according to the above embodiment, the indoor operation unit 61 and the outdoor operation unit 62 for performing the operation of switching between the screen door fixed state and the screen door fixing release state are provided at a height of 1500 mm or more from the floor part 112 of the living room where the fitting 1 is installed. Thereby, it is possible to prevent small children from accidentally touching the indoor operation unit 61 and the outdoor operation unit 62 and switching between the screen door fixed state and the screen door fixing release state, and the safety of the fitting 1 can be improved.
[0047] In the fitting 1 according to the above embodiment, the screen door fixing switching unit 6 can switch between a screen door fixed state and a screen door fixing release state when the sliding door shutter 4 closes the opening 21 in the frame body, and cannot switch between the screen door fixed state and the screen door fixing release state when the sliding door shutter 4 opens the opening 21 in the frame body. It has a switching restriction unit 64. For this reason, in a state where the sliding door shutter 4 opens the opening 21 in the frame body and the screen door 5 closes the opening 21 in the frame body, the screen door fixed state and the screen door fixing release state cannot be switched. As a result, in a state where the sliding door shutter 4 opens the opening 21 in the frame body and the screen door 5 closes the opening 21 in the frame body, the screen door 5 does not move to open the opening 21 in the frame body, so the safety of the fitting 1 can be improved.
[0048] In the fitting 1 according to the above embodiment, the switching restriction unit 64 includes a restriction pin 82 attached to the door end frame 74 and attached to the vertical frame 25 for a convex member 85. When the restriction pin 82 and the convex member 85 come into contact, the screen door fixed state and the screen door fixing release state can be switched, and when the restriction pin 82 and the convex member 85 are separated, the screen door fixed state and the screen door fixing release state cannot be switched. In this way, with a simple structure that switches between a state where the restriction pin 82 and the convex member 85 are in contact and a state where they are separated, it is possible to realize the restriction of switching between the screen door fixed state and the screen door fixing release state.
[0049] In the fitting 1 according to the above embodiment, the screen door fixing switching unit 6 has a movement restriction unit 66 that restricts the movement range of the sliding door shutter 4 when the screen door is in the fixed state. As a result, it is possible to simultaneously regulate the switching of the screen door 5 and the movement range of the sliding door shutter 4.
[0050] The present disclosure is not limited to the above embodiments, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the gist thereof. For example, in the above embodiment, the indoor side operation unit 61 and the outdoor side operation unit 62 (operation units) are provided at a height of 1500 mm or more from the floor portion 112 of the living room where the fitting 1 is provided. The height at which the indoor side operation unit 61 and the outdoor side operation unit 62 (operation units) are provided may be set as appropriate.
[0051] In the above-described embodiment, the screen door fixing switching unit 6 can switch between a screen door fixed state and a screen door fixing release state when the sliding door shutter 4 closes the opening 21 inside the frame body, and cannot switch between the screen door fixed state and the screen door fixing release state when the sliding door shutter 4 opens the opening 21 inside the frame body. A switching restriction unit 64 is provided in the screen door fixing switching unit 6. The switching restriction unit 64 may not be provided in the screen door fixing switching unit 6.
[0052] In the above-described embodiment, the switching restriction unit 64 includes a restriction pin 82 attached to the door end frame 74 and a convex member 85 attached to the vertical frame 25. When the restriction pin 82 and the convex member 85 come into contact, the screen door fixed state and the screen door fixing release state can be switched, and when the restriction pin 82 and the convex member 85 are separated, the screen door fixed state and the screen door fixing release state cannot be switched. The form of the switching restriction unit 64 may be other than the above.
[0053] In the above-described embodiment, the screen door fixing switching unit 6 has a movement restriction unit 66 that restricts the movement range of the sliding door shutter 4 when the screen door is in the fixed state. The movement restriction unit 66 may not be provided in the screen door fixing switching unit 6.
