Patent Document 1
[0006] However, in the shoulder straps such as those in Patent Documents 1 to 3, the load applied to the body from the shoulder strap cannot be sufficiently dispersed, and pain or the like may be felt when using the luggage container, leaving room for improvement. In recent years, luggage containers with shoulder straps for shoulder carrying, such as backpacks and shoulder bags, are often used as business bags. There is a demand for a luggage container that can not only sufficiently reduce the load applied to the body from the shoulder strap but also has a narrow width of the shoulder strap and high design quality.
[0007] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a shoulder strap for shoulder carrying attached to a luggage container that can sufficiently disperse the load applied to the body even if the width is narrow, and a luggage container provided with this shoulder strap. [Means for Solving the Problems]
[0008] The shoulder strap of the present invention that has solved the above problems is a shoulder strap for shoulder carrying attached to a luggage container, and has a net-like structure in which a random loop-shaped continuous linear body made of a thermoplastic resin is fused at the intersections of the continuous linear bodies, and a synthetic leather sheet in which a resin layer made of a synthetic resin is formed on a base material layer of a non-woven fabric or a knitted or woven fabric. The synthetic leather sheet is characterized by being disposed on the body side of the user of the luggage container.
[0009] In the shoulder strap of the above invention , loadIt has a user-side synthetic leather sheet located on the user's body side of the luggage container, and an outer-side synthetic leather sheet located on the side opposite to the user's body side of the luggage container. The net-like structure is preferably disposed between the user-side synthetic leather sheet and the outer-side synthetic leather sheet.
[0010] In the shoulder strap of the above invention, the air permeability of the net-like structure measured based on JIS L1913(2010) 6.8.1 Frail form method is preferably higher than the air permeability of the synthetic leather sheet.
[0011] In the shoulder strap of the above invention, it has a length adjustment part for adjusting the length, and the net-like structure is preferably not provided in the length adjustment part.
[0012] In the shoulder strap of the above invention, the maximum width is preferably 1 time or more and 5 times or less the thickness of the net-like structure.
[0013] In the shoulder strap of the above invention, the stiffness and softness of the synthetic leather sheet measured based on JIS L1096(1999) Gurley bending resilience test is preferably 0.1 mN or more and 1 mN or less.
[0014] In the shoulder strap of the above invention, the synthetic leather sheet preferably has a polyurethane-based resin.
[0015] The luggage container of the present invention that has solved the above problems is a luggage container including the shoulder strap of the present invention and a luggage storage part. The luggage storage part has a body-side member located on the user's body side and an outer-side member located on the side opposite to the user's body side. The body-side member has a net-like structure, and the outer-side member does not have a net-like structure.
[0016] In the luggage container of the above invention, it is preferable that the body-side member and the outer-side member have a synthetic leather sheet.
[0017] The luggage container of the above invention is preferably a backpack.
Advantages of the Invention
[0018] According to the present invention, the shoulder strap has a net-like structure and a synthetic leather sheet, and since the synthetic leather sheet is disposed on the body side of the user of the luggage container, the shoulder strap can easily follow the user's body, and it is possible to sufficiently disperse the load applied to the body from the shoulder strap. Even if the width of the shoulder strap is narrowed, it is possible to make it difficult to feel pain in the portion of the body that is in contact with the shoulder strap.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0020] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically based on the following embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited by the following embodiments, and it is of course possible to appropriately modify and implement it within the range that can conform to the gist of the foregoing and following descriptions, and all of them are included in the technical scope of the present invention. In each drawing, for the sake of convenience, hatching, reference numerals of members, etc. may be omitted, but in such a case, reference shall be made to the specification and other drawings. In addition, the dimensions of various members in the drawings may differ from the actual dimensions because priority is given to facilitating the understanding of the features of the present invention.
[0021] Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the luggage container with the shoulder strap for carrying on the shoulder according to the embodiment of the present invention as seen from the user's body side, and Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the luggage container as seen from the outer side. Note that the user's body side refers to the side that faces the user's body when the user holds the luggage container during use, and the outer side refers to the side opposite to the user's body side.
[0022] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the shoulder strap 1 is attached to the luggage container 100. The shoulder strap 1 is used for the user to hang on the shoulder when using the luggage container 100. In addition, the luggage container 100 may be used by gripping the shoulder strap 1 by hand.
[0023] FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line III-III of the shoulder strap 1 shown in FIG. 1, and is a cross-sectional view perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the shoulder strap 1. As shown in FIG. 3, the shoulder strap 1 has a net-like structure 10 in which a random loop-shaped continuous linear body made of a thermoplastic resin is fused at the intersections of the continuous linear bodies, and a synthetic leather sheet 20 in which a resin layer made of a synthetic resin is formed on a base material layer of a non-woven fabric or a knitted or woven fabric. The synthetic leather sheet 20 is disposed on the body side of the user of the luggage container 100. In FIG. 3, the lower side of the figure is the body side of the user of the luggage container 100, and the upper side of the figure is the outer side opposite to the body side of the user of the luggage container 100.
[0024] Since the shoulder strap 1 has the net-like structure 10 and the synthetic leather sheet 20, and the synthetic leather sheet 20 is disposed on the body side of the user of the luggage container 100, the repulsive force of the net-like structure 10 makes it easy for the load applied to the shoulder strap 1 to be dispersed over a wide range of the shoulder strap 1. In addition, due to the flexibility of the synthetic leather sheet 20 disposed on the body side of the user, the shoulder strap 1 can easily follow the user's body. Therefore, when using the luggage container 100, it is possible to sufficiently disperse the load applied from the shoulder strap 1 to the body. In addition, since the load applied to the shoulder strap 1 can be sufficiently dispersed, even if the width of the shoulder strap 1 is made thinner, it is possible to make it difficult to feel pain in the body, and it is possible to achieve both comfort and design of the luggage container 100.
[0025] As shown in FIG. 3, the synthetic leather sheet 20 has a user-side synthetic leather sheet 21 located on the user's body side of the luggage container 100 and an outer-side synthetic leather sheet 22 located on the side opposite to the user's body side of the luggage container 100. The net-like structure 10 is preferably disposed between the user-side synthetic leather sheet 21 and the outer-side synthetic leather sheet 22. By disposing the net-like structure 10 between the user-side synthetic leather sheet 21 and the outer-side synthetic leather sheet 22, the synthetic leather sheet 20 exists on both the user's body side and the outer side of the luggage container 100 of the net-like structure 10. When the luggage container 100 is in use, the shoulder strap 1 can easily follow the user's body, and the load applied to the body can be more easily dispersed. In addition, since the net-like structure 10 is less visible when the shoulder strap 1 is viewed from the outside, the design of the luggage container 100 can be enhanced.
[0026] The net-like structure 10 has a three-dimensional random loop joining structure in which random loop-shaped continuous linear bodies made of a thermoplastic resin are fused at the intersections of the continuous linear bodies. In other words, a linear resin made of a thermoplastic resin is bent and twisted to form random loops, and the respective loops are brought into contact with each other in a molten state and joined.
[0027] Examples of the material constituting the net-like structure 10 include polyester-based thermoplastic elastomers, polyolefin-based thermoplastic elastomers, polystyrene-based thermoplastic elastomers, polyurethane-based thermoplastic elastomers, polyamide-based thermoplastic elastomers, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers. Among them, the material constituting the net-like structure 10 preferably contains a polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer. By the material constituting the net-like structure 10 containing a polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer, the repulsive force of the net-like structure 10 can be increased, and the load applied to the shoulder strap 1 can be more easily dispersed.
[0028] The breathability of the mesh structure 10 measured based on JIS L1913 (2010) 6.8.1 Frazier type method is preferably higher than the breathability of the synthetic leather sheet 20. When the breathability of the mesh structure 10 is higher than that of the synthetic leather sheet 20, gas can easily flow inside the mesh structure 10, and the temperature of the mesh structure 10 inside the shoulder strap 1 is less likely to rise, causing discomfort to parts of the body in contact with the shoulder strap 1.
[0029] The synthetic leather sheet 20 has a resin layer made of synthetic resin formed on a base layer of nonwoven fabric or woven or knitted fabric. The fibers constituting the base layer of the synthetic leather sheet 20 are preferably synthetic fibers made of thermoplastic resin. Furthermore, natural fibers, regenerated fibers, semi-synthetic fibers, inorganic fibers, etc. may be mixed or blended as necessary as the constituent fibers.
[0030] The synthetic resin used for the fibers constituting the base layer of the synthetic leather sheet 20 is not particularly limited as long as it has fiber-forming ability, and examples of the synthetic resin that can be used include polyesters such as polyethylene terephthalate, polytrimethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, and low-melting point polyesters that are mainly composed of these and further use isophthalic acid as a copolymerization component; polyolefins such as polypropylene, high-density polyethylene, medium-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, and di- or terpolymers of propylene and other α-olefins; polyamides such as polyamide 6 and polyamide 66, or mixtures or copolymers of these.
[0031] The fibers constituting the base layer of the synthetic leather sheet 20 may be single-component or multi-component, such as core-sheath type, eccentric core-sheath type, parallel type, sea-island type, etc., and there is no particular restriction on the shape of the fiber cross section. In addition, various additives such as matting agents, pigments, antioxidants, UV absorbers, light stabilizers, crystal nucleating agents, flame retardants, and anti-mite agents can be added as necessary.
[0032] When a non-woven fabric is used for the base material layer of the synthetic leather sheet 20, the non-woven fabric used for the base material layer may be a short fiber non-woven fabric, but is preferably a long fiber non-woven fabric. By the base material layer of the synthetic leather sheet 20 being a long fiber non-woven fabric, the strength of the synthetic leather sheet 20 can be increased, and the durability of the shoulder strap 1 can be improved. In addition, examples of the manufacturing method of the long fiber non-woven fabric used for the base material layer of the synthetic leather sheet 20 include, for example, the spunbond method, the meltblown method, etc. Examples of the manufacturing method of the short fiber non-woven fabric used for the base material layer of the synthetic leather sheet 20 include, for example, the carding method, the air-laying method, etc.
[0033] A woven fabric or a knitted fabric can also be used for the base material layer of the synthetic leather sheet 20. By a woven fabric such as plain weave, twill weave, or damask weave being used for the base material layer of the synthetic leather sheet 20, the synthetic leather sheet 20 can be made into a fabric that is thin, lightweight, and excellent in strength and abrasion resistance. Also, by a knitted fabric such as circular knitting, warp knitting, tricot knitting, or raschel knitting being used for the base material layer of the synthetic leather sheet 20, the synthetic leather sheet 20 will have both stretchability and a soft texture.
[0034] The resin layer of the synthetic leather sheet 20 is formed from a synthetic resin. Examples of the synthetic resin forming the resin layer of the synthetic leather sheet 20 include, for example, polyurethane resin, polyamide resin, polyacrylate resin, polyvinyl acetate resin, polyacrylonitrile resin, etc. These synthetic resins may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0035] The synthetic leather sheet 20 preferably has a polyurethane-based resin. That is, the synthetic resin constituting the resin layer of the synthetic leather sheet 20 preferably has a polyurethane-based resin. By the synthetic leather sheet 20 having a polyurethane-based resin, the flexibility of the synthetic leather sheet 20 can be increased, and the shoulder strap 1 can easily follow the body of the user of the load carrier 100 and easily disperse the load.
[0036] The stiffness of the synthetic leather sheet 20 measured based on the Gurley bending resilience test of JIS L1096 (1999) is preferably 0.1 mN or more and 1 mN or less. When the stiffness of the synthetic leather sheet 20 based on the Gurley bending resilience test is 0.1 mN or more and 1 mN or less, the synthetic leather sheet 20 becomes flexible, and it is possible to form the shoulder strap 1 that easily deforms along the body when the luggage container 100 is used.
[0037] The stiffness of the synthetic leather sheet 20 measured based on the Gurley bending resilience test of JIS L1096 (1999) is preferably 0.1 mN or more, more preferably 0.2 mN or more, and even more preferably 0.3 mN or more. By setting the lower limit value of the stiffness of the synthetic leather sheet 20 within the above range, the synthetic leather sheet 20 has appropriate firmness, and the strength of the shoulder strap 1 can be increased. Also, the stiffness of the synthetic leather sheet 20 measured based on the Gurley bending resilience test of JIS L1096 (1999) is preferably 1 mN or less, more preferably 0.9 mN or less, and even more preferably 0.8 mN or less. By setting the upper limit value of the stiffness of the synthetic leather sheet 20 within the above range, the synthetic leather sheet 20 becomes sufficiently soft, and the shoulder strap 1 easily conforms to the body of the user of the luggage container 100.
[0038] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the shoulder strap 1 has a length adjustment portion 11 for adjusting the length, and preferably, the net-like structure 10 is not provided on the length adjustment portion 11. Since the shoulder strap 1 has the length adjustment portion 11, it is possible to adjust the length of the shoulder strap 1, and when the luggage container 100 is used, the shoulder strap 1 can be set to an appropriate length so that the shoulder strap 1 does not dig into the user's body easily. Also, since the net-like structure 10 is not provided on the length adjustment portion 11, it is possible to suppress an increase in the thickness of the length adjustment portion 11 and make it easier to adjust the length of the shoulder strap 1. Note that the length of the shoulder strap 1 indicates the length in the height direction of the user of the luggage container 100.
[0039] As the length adjustment part 11, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, the length of the belt-like member 11a is adjusted using the belt-like member 11a and the engaging member 11b, or the length of the shoulder strap 1 is adjusted by engaging at least a part of the male surface fastener and the female surface fastener. Examples of the engaging member 11b include a buckle, a hook, a surface fastener, a button, a snap button, a buckle (a rucksack can, an adjuster), etc. Among them, the length adjustment part 11 preferably has a belt-like member 11a and an engaging member 11b, and the engaging member 11b is preferably a buckle. Since the length adjustment part 11 has a buckle which is a belt-like member 11a and an engaging member 11b, the length of the shoulder strap 1 can be easily adjusted, and the length of the shoulder strap 1 after adjustment can be easily maintained.
[0040] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, in the length direction of the shoulder strap 1, the length adjustment part 11 is preferably disposed below the net-like structure 10. When the shoulder strap 1 is put on the shoulder during the use of the luggage container 100, since the length adjustment part 11 is disposed below the net-like structure 10 of the shoulder strap 1, the portion having the net-like structure 10 of the shoulder strap 1 is likely to come into contact with the user's body, and the load applied from the shoulder strap 1 to the user's body can be easily dispersed.
[0041] The maximum width of the shoulder strap 1 is preferably 1 to 5 times the thickness of the net-like structure 10. By setting the ratio of the maximum width of the shoulder strap 1 to the thickness of the net-like structure 10 within the above range, the load applied during the use of the luggage container 100 from the shoulder strap 1 can be sufficiently dispersed, and the usability of the luggage container 100 can be improved.
[0042] The maximum width of the shoulder strap 1 is preferably at least 1 times the thickness of the net-like structure 10, more preferably at least 1.5 times, and even more preferably at least 2 times. By setting the lower limit of the ratio of the maximum width of the shoulder strap 1 to the thickness of the net-like structure 10 within the above range, the load applied to the shoulder strap 1 when using the luggage carrier 100 is likely to be dispersed over the entire width of the shoulder strap 1. Also, the maximum width of the shoulder strap 1 is preferably at most 5 times the thickness of the net-like structure 10, more preferably at most 4.5 times, and even more preferably at most 4 times. By setting the upper limit of the ratio of the maximum width of the shoulder strap 1 to the thickness of the net-like structure 10 within the above range, it is possible to prevent the width of the shoulder strap 1 from becoming excessively large, improve the comfort of using the luggage carrier 100, and enhance the designability.
[0043] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the luggage carrier 100 in the embodiment of the present invention includes the shoulder strap 1 of the present invention and a luggage storage portion 50. The luggage storage portion 50 has a body side member 51 located on the user's body side and an outer side member 52 located on the side opposite to the user's body side. The body side member 51 has a net-like structure 10, and the outer side member 52 does not have a net-like structure 10. Since the luggage carrier 100 has the shoulder strap 1 of the present invention, the shoulder strap 1 can sufficiently disperse the load applied to the user's body.
[0044] Furthermore, since the body side member 51 has a net-like structure 10, the force applied to the user's body side of the luggage carrier 100 can be dispersed. Even if the user's body rubs against the body side of the luggage carrier 100 when using the luggage carrier 100, the luggage carrier 100 is less likely to be damaged, and it is possible to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the luggage carrier 100. Also, since the outer side member 52 does not have a net-like structure 10, it is possible to prevent the thickness from becoming excessively thick from the user's body side to the outer side of the luggage carrier 100, making it less likely for the luggage carrier 100 to come into contact with others, and it is possible to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the luggage carrier 100.
[0045] Although not shown, the net-like structure 10 is preferably disposed at the bottom of the luggage storage portion 50. By disposing the net-like structure 10 at the bottom of the luggage storage portion 50, when the luggage container 100 is placed on the floor or the ground, etc., the impact is less likely to be transmitted to the luggage storage portion 50, and the luggage stored in the luggage container 100 is less likely to be damaged.
[0046] The body side member 51 and the outer side member 52 preferably have a synthetic leather sheet 20. By the body side member 51 and the outer side member 52 having the synthetic leather sheet 20, the designability of the luggage container 100 can be enhanced.
[0047] In the body side member 51, the synthetic leather sheet 20 is preferably disposed closer to the user's body side than the net-like structure 10. That is, in the luggage storage portion 50, it is preferable that the net-like structure 10 is not exposed. Since the synthetic leather sheet 20 is located closer to the user's body side than the net-like structure 10 in the body side member 51, when the luggage container 100 is in use, the user's body comes into contact with the synthetic leather sheet 20 of the body side member 51, and the synthetic leather sheet 20 deforms along the user's body. Therefore, even if the luggage storage portion 50 comes into contact with the user's body, it is less likely to cause pain, and the usability of the luggage container 100 can be enhanced.
[0048] The luggage container 100 may be any that can store luggage in the luggage storage portion 50 and be carried on the shoulder. Examples of the types of the luggage container 100 include a backpack, a schoolbag, a shoulder bag, a pochette, etc. Among them, the luggage container 100 is preferably a backpack. Since the luggage container 100 is a backpack and has two shoulder straps 1, with one shoulder strap 1 positioned on each of the user's shoulders, even when a heavy luggage is stored in the luggage storage portion 50, it is less likely to cause pain, etc., and a comfortable luggage container 100 can be obtained.
[0049] As described above, the shoulder strap of the present invention is a shoulder strap for hanging attached to a luggage container, and includes a net-like structure in which a random loop-shaped continuous linear body made of a thermoplastic resin is fused at the intersections of the continuous linear bodies, and a synthetic leather sheet in which a resin layer made of a synthetic resin is formed on a base material layer of a non-woven fabric or a knitted or woven fabric. The synthetic leather sheet is arranged on the body side of the user of the luggage container. With such a configuration of the shoulder strap, the shoulder strap can easily follow the user's body, and it is possible to sufficiently disperse the load applied to the body from the shoulder strap. Even if the width of the shoulder strap is narrowed, it is possible to make it difficult to feel pain in the part of the body in contact with the shoulder strap.
