Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an anti-tampering label that is attached to an object to be detected and detects unauthorized opening of the object to be detected.
Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, a binding band has been used to prevent a case or the like from being illegally opened. The binding band is configured by connecting, for example, a band portion formed with small teeth continuously and a head portion having a hole. Then, by inserting the band portion through the hole provided in the head portion, a locking portion provided inside the hole engages with the teeth of the band portion, and the band portion is in a locked state where it cannot be pulled out in the direction opposite to the insertion direction. After being in the locked state, it is impossible to release the lock unless the band portion or the head portion is cut (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003] By using such a binding band and inserting the band portion of the binding band through the hole portions provided in the main body portion and the lid portion of the case, and then inserting the band portion through the hole of the binding band, illegal opening of the case can be avoided.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] Although the binding band as described above is configured to be bendable, since it maintains the locked state by the teeth formed on the band portion, a certain degree of stiffness is required. Therefore, generally, the band portion is often made of plastic having a certain thickness, and further, the thickness of the band portion increases according to the height of the teeth, and the stiffness becomes stronger. Therefore, when stacking and storing the detected object for avoiding unauthorized opening with the binding band attached, the binding band becomes bulky and obstructive, and the detected object cannot be neatly stacked, and there is a problem that it becomes difficult to handle the detected object when storing the detected object or the like.
[0006] Further, depending on the shape of the teeth of the band portion or the locking portion of the head, there is a possibility that when the band portion is pulled strongly in the direction opposite to the insertion direction, it can be pulled out from the head without cutting the band portion. In that case, the detected object to which the binding band is attached may be illegally opened, and then, the binding band removed from the detected object can be attached to the detected object again, and there is a problem that no trace of illegal opening remains.
[0007] The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the conventional technology as described above, and an object thereof is to provide an illegal detection label that can detect unauthorized opening of a detected object without making it difficult to handle the detected object when attached to the detected object.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0008] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention An illegal detection label attached to a detected object for detecting unauthorized opening of the detected object, An illegal detection portion and a winding portion that winds a part of the detected object and a part of which is adhered to the illegal detection portion when the illegal detection label is attached to the detected object are longitudinally connected to form a belt-like sheet base material, A release layer laminated in the shape of a predetermined latent image pattern on one surface of the illegal detection portion, It has an adhesive layer laminated to cover the entire surface of the surface of the peeling layer of the incorrect detection unit where the peeling layer is laminated.
[0009] In the present invention configured as described above, the entrainment portion entrains a part of the detected object and a part of the entrainment portion is adhered to the incorrect detection unit, so that it will be attached to the detected object. After that, in order to open the detected object, a part of the entrainment portion adhered to the incorrect detection unit must be peeled off from the incorrect detection unit. When a part of the entrainment portion is peeled off from the incorrect detection unit, the peeling layer laminated on one surface of the incorrect detection unit peels off from the adhesive layer, and a latent image pattern by the peeling layer appears. As a result, it will be detected that the detected object has been opened. At that time, since the incorrect detection unit and the entrainment portion are made of a sheet base material, and the configuration for detecting unauthorized opening of the detected object is due to the latent image pattern appearing by the peeling layer when a part of the entrainment portion is peeled off from the incorrect detection unit, when attached to the detected object, the incorrect detection label does not protrude and get in the way, and it is possible to detect unauthorized opening of the detected object without making it difficult to handle the detected object.
[0010] Also, if the width of the entrainment portion in the short side direction of the sheet base material is narrower than the width in the same direction of the incorrect detection unit, when a part of the entrainment portion is adhered to the incorrect detection unit, a part of the entrainment portion can be wound by the incorrect detection unit.
[0011] In addition, as the object to be detected with the above-mentioned anti-tampering label attached thereto, it is considered to have two members at least a part of which is separated when the object to be detected is opened, each of the two members is provided at the separated part with a hole through which the winding part is inserted, the winding part is inserted through the two holes, and at least a part of the region from the part inserted through the holes to the end on the side opposite to the anti-tampering part is sandwiched between the anti-tampering part and the object to be detected, and the anti-tampering part is adhered to the object to be detected by an adhesive layer. In such a configuration, if the anti-tampering label is adhered to the object to be detected with the winding part along the surface of the object to be detected, the anti-tampering label does not protrude significantly from the object to be detected, does not get in the way during storage, etc., and does not get caught on other articles, etc.
[0012] In addition, as the object to be detected with the above-mentioned anti-tampering label attached thereto, it is considered to have two members at least a part of which is separated when the object to be detected is opened, each of the two members is provided at the separated part with a hole through which the winding part is inserted, the winding part is inserted through the two holes, and at least a part of the region from the part inserted through the holes to the end on the side opposite to the anti-tampering part is wrapped by the anti-tampering part.
Advantages of the Invention
[0013] According to the present invention, the anti-tampering part for detecting unauthorized opening of the object to be detected and the winding part that winds a part of the object to be detected and adheres a part thereof to the anti-tampering part when the anti-tampering label is attached to the object to be detected are connected in the longitudinal direction as a strip-shaped sheet base material, and the configuration for detecting unauthorized opening of the object to be detected is due to the latent image pattern being developed by the release layer when a part of the winding part is peeled off from the anti-tampering part in order to open the object to be detected. Therefore, when attached to the object to be detected, the anti-tampering label does not protrude and get in the way, does not make the object to be detected difficult to handle, and can detect unauthorized opening of the object to be detected.
[0014] In addition, when the width of the sheet base material in the short side direction of the entrainment portion is smaller than the width in the same direction of the fraud detection portion, a part of the entrainment portion can be more easily grasped by the fraud detection portion.
[0015] In addition, as the object to be detected with the fraud detection label as described above, the object to be detected has two members at least a part of which is separated when the object to be detected is opened, and each of the two members is provided at the separated part and has a hole through which the entrainment portion is inserted. The entrainment portion is inserted through the two holes, and at least a part of the region from the portion inserted through the holes to the end on the side opposite to the fraud detection portion is sandwiched between the fraud detection portion and the object to be detected. A configuration in which the fraud detection portion is adhered to the object to be detected by an adhesive layer can be considered. In such a configuration, the fraud detection label can be adhered to the object to be detected with the entrainment portion in a state along the surface of the object to be detected. As a result, the fraud detection label does not protrude significantly from the object to be detected, does not interfere during storage, etc., and can avoid being caught on other articles, etc.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0017] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0018] FIG. 1 is a view showing an embodiment of the fraud detection label of the present invention, (a) is a surface view, (b) is a sectional view taken on the line A-A' shown to (a), (c) is a figure which shows the shape of the release layer 20 in the back surface of the film base material 10.
[0019] As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, a release layer 20 is laminated on one surface of a film base material 10, an adhesive layer 30 is laminated so as to cover the release layer 20, and further, a film base material 40 and a release paper 50 are laminated and adhered to the surface of the adhesive layer 30 opposite to the film base material 10. This is the fraud detection label 1.
[0020] The film substrate 10 serves as the sheet substrate in the present invention, is made of a transparent or translucent film, and the color can be visually recognized from one surface to the other surface. The film substrate 10 has a strip shape in which the fraud detection part 1a and the winding-in part 1b are connected in the longitudinal direction. Although the film substrate 10 has a strip shape, in terms of the width in the short direction, the width W2 of the winding-in part 1b is narrower than the width W1 of the fraud detection part 1a, forming a substantially T-shaped.
[0021] On one surface of the sheet substrate 10, as shown in FIGS. 1(b) and 1(c), a release agent such as transparent silicon is applied in the shape of a latent image pattern that appears when the fraud detection label 1 is peeled off after being adhered to the adherend over the entire surface, and the release layer 20 is partially laminated.
[0022] Then, an adhesive layer 30 is laminated by applying an adhesive over the entire surface of the surface of the sheet substrate 10 where the release layer 20 is laminated to cover the release layer 20. The adhesive layer 30 is made of an arbitrary color such as blue, red, black, etc. and has stretchability.
[0023] Furthermore, on the surface of the adhesive layer 30 opposite to the film substrate 10, a film substrate 40 is laminated and adhered to the region facing the winding-in part 1b of the sheet substrate 10, and a release paper 50 is releasably adhered to the region facing the fraud detection part 1a of the sheet substrate 10. As shown in FIG. 1(b), by setting the size of the release paper 50 so that a part thereof overlaps a part of the film substrate 40, it is considered that the release paper 50 can be easily peeled off when the fraud detection label 1 is used. However, the size of the release paper 50 only needs to cover at least the region of the adhesive layer 30 that is not covered by the film substrate 40. Also, instead of the film substrate 40, a varnish may be applied on the adhesive layer 30 to form a configuration that loses the adhesive force of the adhesive layer 30.
[0024] With the anti-counterfeiting label 1 configured as described above, since the sheet base material 10 is made of a transparent or translucent film, the color of the adhesive layer 30 is visible from the surface on the sheet base material 10 side. As a result, when the anti-counterfeiting label 1 is illegally peeled off from the adherend, the latent image pattern formed by the release layer 20 described later becomes visible.
[0025] The following describes the usage method of the anti-counterfeiting label 1 configured as described above.
[0026] First, the method of attaching the anti-counterfeiting label 1 to the object to be inspected for detecting illegal opening will be described.
[0027] FIG. 2 is an external perspective view showing an example of an object to be inspected in which illegal opening is detected by the anti-counterfeiting label 1 shown in FIG. 1.
[0028] Examples of the object to be inspected in which illegal opening is detected by the anti-counterfeiting label 1 shown in FIG. 1 include, as shown in FIG. 2, a container 2 composed of a container 4 having an opening and accommodating articles or the like, and a lid 3 attached to the opening of the container 4 so as to be openable and closable. In the container 2 shown in FIG. 2, holes 3a and 4a for attaching the anti-counterfeiting label 1 shown in FIG. 1 are provided in regions of the lid 3 and the container 4 that face each other when the lid 3 is closed and are separated when the lid 3 is opened.
[0029] FIG. 3 is a view showing an example of a state in which the anti-counterfeiting label 1 shown in FIG. 1 is attached to the container 2 shown in FIG. 2. (a) is an external perspective view, and (b) is a view showing the vicinity of the region where the anti-counterfeiting label 1 is attached among the A - A' end faces shown in (a).
[0030] When detecting unauthorized opening of the container 2 shown in Fig. 2 using the unauthorized detection label 1 shown in Fig. 1, as shown in Fig. 3, first, with the lid 3 closed, insert the entrainment part 1b of the unauthorized detection label 1 through the holes 3a and 4a. Then, it is conceivable to sandwich a partial area from the part of the entrainment part 1b inserted through the holes 3a and 4a to the end on the side opposite to the unauthorized detection part 1a between the unauthorized detection part 1a and the lid 3, and attach the unauthorized detection part 1a to the lid 3 with the adhesive layer 30. In this way, by entraining a part of the lid 3 of the container 2 and the container 4 with the entrainment part 1b and attaching a part of the entrainment part 1b to the unauthorized detection part 1a, the unauthorized detection label 1 is attached to the container 2. Furthermore, in this example, the unauthorized detection part 1a is in a state of being attached to the lid 3 with a part of the entrainment part 1b sandwiched between the unauthorized detection part 1a and the lid 3 of the container 2.
[0031] In this way, when the unauthorized detection label 1 shown in Fig. 1 is attached to the container 2, the container 2 cannot be opened unless the unauthorized detection label 1 is broken or the unauthorized detection part 1a is peeled off from the lid 3 to peel off the unauthorized detection part 1a and the entrainment part 1b.
[0032] At that time, in the unauthorized detection label 1, the release layer 20 is laminated on one surface of the film base material 10, and the adhesive layer 30 is laminated covering the release layer 20. In the entrainment part 1b, the film base material 40 is laminated and adhered covering the release layer 20 and the adhesive layer 30 on the surface of the film base material 10 where the release layer 20 and the adhesive layer 30 are laminated. By this configuration, when attached to the container 2 to detect unauthorized opening of the container 2 as described above, compared with the binding band, the unauthorized detection label 1 does not protrude and become an obstacle, and it is avoided that the container 2 becomes difficult to handle.
[0033] Also, by changing the length or area sandwiched between the fraud detection unit 1a of the entrainment part 1b and the lid 3, the length by which the fraud detection label 1 protrudes from the container 2 can be adjusted. However, as shown in FIG. 3, by attaching the fraud detection unit 1a to the lid 3 by pulling both ends of the fraud detection label 1, if the fraud detection label 1 is attached to the container 2 such that the entrainment part 1b follows the surface of the container 2, the fraud detection label 1 will not protrude significantly from the container 2, will not get in the way during storage, etc., and can be prevented from getting caught on other articles or the like.
[0034] Next, the operation when the fraud detection unit 1a is peeled off from the container 2 or the entrainment part 1b in order to illegally open the container 2 with the fraud detection label 1 attached as described above will be described.
[0035] FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view for explaining the state in which the fraud detection label 1 shown in FIG. 1 is peeled off from the container 2 after being attached to the container 2 as shown in FIG. 3. Although the fraud detection unit 1a sandwiches the entrainment part 1b between itself and the lid 3 at a part thereof, for easier explanation, FIG. 4 shows only the part where the fraud detection unit 1a is directly attached to the lid 3.
[0036] When the fraud detection unit 1a of the fraud detection label 1 is peeled off from the state of being attached to the lid 3 as shown in FIG. 4(a), as shown in FIG. 4(b), in the region where the release layer 20 is not laminated, the adhesive layer 30 peels off from the lid 3 together with the film base material 10. Also, in the region where the release layer 20 is laminated, since the adhesive layer 30 is attached to the lid 3 with an adhesive force stronger than the adhesive force with the release layer 20, the adhesive layer 30 peels off from the release layer 20. Then, the part peeled off from the release layer 20 subsequently peels off from the lid 3 together with the film base material 10 because the adhesive layer 30 has elasticity, breaks in a direction orthogonal to the lamination direction with the release layer 20, and is almost non-existent in the region pulled by the part remaining laminated on the film base material 10 and facing the release layer 20.
[0037] When the fraud detection unit 1a of the fraud detection label 1 is completely peeled off from the lid 3, as shown in FIG. 4(c), the adhesive layer 30 almost only exists in the area where the release layer 20 is not laminated.
[0038] At this time, in the area where the winding part 1b of the fraud detection unit 1a was adhered, as described above, when the fraud detection unit 1a is peeled off from the lid 3, at the same time, the part of the winding part 1b that was sandwiched between the fraud detection unit 1a and the lid 3 and adhered to the fraud detection unit 1a is peeled off from the fraud detection unit 1a. In the area where the winding part 1b of the fraud detection unit 1a was adhered, similarly, the adhesive layer 30 almost only exists in the area where the release layer 20 is not laminated.
[0039] Also, when the fraud detection unit 1a is peeled off from the lid 3 as described above, if the part of the winding part 1b that was sandwiched between the fraud detection unit 1a and the lid 3 and adhered to the fraud detection unit 1a remains adhered to the fraud detection unit 1a, then later, in order to open the container 2, by peeling off the fraud detection unit 1a and the winding part 1b, in the area where the winding part 1b of the fraud detection unit 1a was adhered, the adhesive layer 30 almost only exists in the area where the release layer 20 is not laminated.
[0040] FIG. 5 is a top view showing the state where the fraud detection unit 1a of the fraud detection label 1 shown in FIG. 1 is peeled off from the lid 3 and the winding part 1b.
[0041] When the fraud detection unit 1a of the fraud detection label 1 shown in FIG. 1 is peeled off from the lid 3 and the winding part 1b as described above, when looking at the fraud detection label 1 from the side of the film base material 10, in the area not facing the release layer 20 of the fraud detection unit 1a, the adhesive layer 30 exists, so the color of the adhesive layer 30 is visually recognized through the film base material 10. On the other hand, in the area facing the release layer 20 of the fraud detection unit 1a, since the adhesive layer 30 no longer exists, the color of the adhesive layer 30 cannot be visually recognized. As a result, as shown in FIG. 5, the latent image pattern 21 by the release layer 20 is developed.
[0042] On the other hand, in the winding-in portion 1b of the anti-tampering label 1, since the film base material 40 is laminated on the entire surface of the surface on which the adhesive layer 30 is laminated, it is not adhered to the lid 3. As a result, the latent image pattern 21 formed by the release layer 20 as described above does not appear.
[0043] Even when the entire surface or a part of the film base material 10 is printed, the color due to the printing is visible in the region facing the release layer 20 of the anti-tampering portion 1a. On the other hand, in the region not facing the release layer 20 of the anti-tampering portion 1a, a color corresponding to the printing color of the film base material 10 and the color of the adhesive layer 30 is visible, and the latent image pattern 21 formed by the release layer 20 appears. For example, when the film base material 10 is printed in red and the color of the adhesive layer 30 is green, a red latent image pattern 21 appears in a black background formed by mixing red and green.
[0044] After that, even if the winding-in portion 1b of the anti-tampering label 1 in which the latent image pattern 21 has appeared in this way is inserted into the holes 3a and 4a and the anti-tampering portion 1a is reattached to the container 2 with the winding-in portion 1b sandwiched between the container 2, since the adhesive layer 30 does not exist in the region facing the release layer 20, the latent image pattern 21 remains as it is, and it is possible to recognize that the anti-tampering label 1 has been peeled off from the container 2 and the container 2 has been illegally opened.
[0045] Also, when the anti-tampering portion 1a of the anti-tampering label 1 is peeled off after being attached to the container 2 and the winding-in portion 1b, the region of the adhesive layer 30 facing the release layer 20 is peeled off from the release layer 20 and broken in a direction orthogonal to the lamination direction with the release layer 20. When the anti-tampering label 1 is peeled off from the container 2, all of the adhesive layer 30 is peeled off from the container 2 together with the film base material 10. As a result, after peeling off the anti-tampering portion 1a of the anti-tampering label 1 from the container 2, no part of the anti-tampering label 1 remains on the container 2.
[0046] As described above, in the fraud detection label 1 of this embodiment, when the fraud detection portion 1a that was attached to the lid 3 of the container 2 with the entrainment portion 1b sandwiched therebetween is illegally peeled off from the lid 3 and the entrainment portion 1b, the latent image pattern 21 by the peeling layer 20 will be developed. As a result, when the container 2 is illegally peeled off to open the container 2, it is possible to detect that fact.
[0047] FIG. 6 is a diagram showing another example of the state in which the fraud detection label 1 shown in FIG. 1 is attached to the container 2 shown in FIG. 2. (a) is an external perspective view, and (b) is a diagram showing the vicinity of the region to which the fraud detection label 1 is attached among the A-A' end faces shown in (a).
[0048] When detecting the illegal opening of the container 2 shown in FIG. 2 using the fraud detection label 1 shown in FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. 6, first, with the lid 3 closed, the entrainment portion 1b of the fraud detection label 1 is inserted through the hole portions 3a and 4a. Then, it is also conceivable to make the fraud detection label 1 into a loop shape and attach a part of the region from the portion inserted through the hole portions 3a and 4a of the entrainment portion 1b to the end portion on the side opposite to the fraud detection portion 1a to the fraud detection portion 1a by the adhesive layer 30. Also in this example, the lid 3 of the container 2 and a part of the container 4 are entrapped by the entrainment portion 1b, and a part of the entrainment portion 1b is attached to the fraud detection portion 1a, so that the fraud detection label 1 is attached to the container 2.
[0049] At that time, as described above, since the width of the film base material 10 in the short side direction is narrower in the entrainment portion 1b than in the fraud detection portion 1a, as shown in FIG. 6, the region attached to the fraud detection portion 1a of the entrainment portion 1b can be wound by the fraud detection portion 1a by bending the fraud detection portion 1a in the short side direction of the fraud detection label 1. At this time, in the fraud detection portion 1a, a portion where the fraud detection portions 1a are attached to each other is generated by winding a part of the region of the entrainment portion 1b.
[0050] In this way, the engaging portion 1b of the fraud detection label 1 shown in FIG. 1 is inserted into the lid 3 of the container 2 and the holes 3a and 4a of the container 4, and is adhered to the fraud detection portion 1a in a state of being wound around the fraud detection portion 1a. After that, the container 2 cannot be opened unless the fraud detection label 1 is broken or the fraud detection portion 1a is opened to peel the engaging portion 1b from the fraud detection portion 1a.
[0051] At this time, the fraud detection label 1 has a release layer 20 laminated on one surface of the film base material 10, and an adhesive layer 30 is laminated covering the release layer 20. Further, a film base material 40 is laminated and adhered to a part of the surface of the adhesive layer 30 on the side opposite to the film base material 10. By having such a configuration, when the fraud detection label 1 is attached to the container 2 to detect unauthorized opening of the container 2 as described above, compared with a binding band, the fraud detection label 1 does not protrude and become an obstacle, and it is avoided that the container 2 becomes difficult to handle. Also, in this example, by changing the length and area where the engaging portion 1b is adhered to the fraud detection portion 1a, the size of the loop formed by the fraud detection label 1 can be adjusted.
[0052] Even when the fraud detection label 1 is attached to the container 2 as described above, if the fraud detection portion 1a is opened to peel the engaging portion 1b from the fraud detection portion 1a in order to illegally open the container 2 to which the fraud detection label 1 is attached, a latent image pattern due to the release layer 20 appears by the same action as that shown in FIG. 4, and it can be detected that the container 2 has been illegally opened. At that time, in the fraud detection portion 1a, since a part of the engaging portion 1b is wound around to form a portion where the fraud detection portions 1a are adhered to each other, a latent image pattern due to the release layer 20 also appears in that region.
[0053] (Other embodiments) FIG. 7 is a diagram showing another embodiment of the fraud detection label of the present invention, (a) is a surface view, (b) is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A' shown in (a), and (c) is a diagram showing the shape of the release layer 120 on the back surface of the film base material 110.
[0054] As shown in FIG. 7, this form is an anti-tampering label 101 that is different in that, although the width W2 of the winding portion 1b is narrower than the width W1 of the anti-tampering portion 1a in the short side direction of the film base material 110, it is L-shaped as compared with that shown in FIG. 1.
[0055] Even in the anti-tampering label 101 configured as described above, similar to that shown in FIG. 1, by attaching it to the container 2 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, it is possible to detect that the container 2 has been opened illegally. Also, when attaching it to the container 2 as shown in FIG. 6, instead of creating an area where the anti-tampering portion 1a adheres to itself by winding the area adhered to the anti-tampering portion 1a of the winding portion 1b around the anti-tampering portion 1a as in that shown in FIG. 1, it is conceivable to fold the anti-tampering portion 101a in half around the folding portion 111 and sandwich the winding portion 101b in the folded area of the anti-tampering portion 101a.
[0056] FIG. 8 is a view showing another embodiment of the anti-tampering label of the present invention, (a) is a top view, (b) is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A' shown in (a), and (c) is a view showing the shape of the release layer 220 on the back surface of the film base material 210.
[0057] As shown in FIG. 8, this form is an anti-tampering label 201 that is different in that the widths of the anti-tampering portion 201a and the winding portion 201b are equal to each other in the short side direction of the film base material 210 as compared with that shown in FIG. 1.
[0058] Even in the case of the fraud detection label 201 configured as described above, by attaching it to the container 2 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6 in the same manner as shown in FIG. 1, it is possible to detect that the container 2 has been illegally opened. However, in the fraud detection label 201 of this embodiment, since the widths of the fraud detection portion 201a and the entrainment portion 201b are equal to each other in the short side direction of the film base material 210, when attaching it to the container 2 as shown in FIG. 3, a part of the entrainment portion 201b is sandwiched between the fraud detection portion 201a and the lid 3 so that a part of the fraud detection portion 201a does not overlap with the entrainment portion 201b in the longitudinal direction of the fraud detection label 201, and the fraud detection portion 201a needs to be attached to the lid 3. Further, when attaching it to the container 2 as shown in FIG. 6, only a part of the entrainment portion 201b is attached to the fraud detection portion 201a and the fraud detection portion 201a is not surrounded.
[0059] In addition, in the above-described embodiment, since the adhesive layers 30, 130, 230 have elasticity, when the fraud detection portions 1a, 101a, 201a of the fraud detection labels 1, 101, 201 are peeled off from the entrainment portions 1b, 101b, 201b and the lid 3, the adhesive layers 30, 130, 230 are peeled off from the entrainment portions 1b, 101b, 201b and the lid 3 even in the regions laminated on the release layers 20, 120, 220 and do not remain on the entrainment portions 1b, 101b, 201b and the lid 3. However, even if the adhesive layer does not have elasticity and the region of the adhesive layer laminated on the release layer remains on the entrainment portion or the lid 3 when the fraud detection portion of the fraud detection label is peeled off from the entrainment portion or the lid 3, it may be the case.
[0060] In the above-described embodiments, the film substrates 10, 110, and 210 are made of a transparent or translucent film. Thus, when viewed from the side opposite to the side on which the release layers 20, 120, and 220 and the adhesive layers 30, 130, and 230 are laminated, the color of the adhesive layers 30, 130, and 230 can be visually recognized. However, only the region of the film substrates 10, 110, and 210 that faces the release layers 20, 120, and 220 may be made transparent or translucent, and the other regions may be colored the same color as the adhesive layers 30, 130, and 230.
[0061] In the above-described embodiments, the adhesive layers 30, 130, and 230 are described by taking as an example those made of an arbitrary color such as blue, red, and black. However, it is also conceivable to use a transparent adhesive layer 30, 130, and 230. In that case, the release layers 20, 120, and 220 are covered over the entire surface of the surface of the base substrates 10, 110, and 210 on which the release layers 20, 120, and 220 are laminated, and a colored cushion layer is laminated, and the adhesive layers 30, 130, and 230 are laminated on this cushion layer. In such a configuration, when the fraud detection units 1a, 101a, and 201a are peeled off from the lid 3 or the winding-in part 1b, 101b, and 201b of the container 2 after being attached to the container 2 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the cushion layer peels off from the release layers 20, 120, and 220. Thus, when viewed from the side opposite to the side on which the release layers 20, 120, and 220 and the adhesive layers 30, 130, and 230 are laminated, the color of the cushion layer is visually recognized through the base substrates 10, 110, and 210 in the regions that do not face the release layers 20, 120, and 220. On the other hand, in the regions that face the release layers 20, 120, and 220, a gap is generated between the cushion layer and the release layers 20, 120, and 220, making it difficult to visually recognize the color of the cushion layer through the base substrates 10, 110, and 210. Therefore, the latent image pattern by the release layers 20, 120, and 220 is manifested.
[0062] In the above-described embodiments, holes 3a and 4a are provided in the lid 3 of the container 2 and the container 4, respectively, for attaching the anti-tampering labels 1, 101, and 201 to the container 2. The description was given by taking as an example the case where the engaging portions 1b, 101b are inserted into the holes 3a and 4a. However, if the lid 3 or the container 4 is made of a mesh or the like and has a structure that allows the engaging portions 1b, 101b, 201b to be inserted and can entrap a part of the object to be detected, there is no need to provide holes intentionally.
[0063] In the above-described embodiments, the anti-tampering labels 1, 101, and 201 shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 7, or FIG. 8 are attached to the container 2 shown in FIG. 2, and the detection of unauthorized opening of the container 2 was described. However, the anti-tampering labels 1, 101, and 201 shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 7, or FIG. 8 may be attached to a bag that is opened and closed by a fastener having two handles, and a configuration for detecting unauthorized opening of the bag may be adopted. In that case, with the bag closed, the engaging portions 1b, 101b, 201b are inserted into the holes provided in the two handles respectively, and in the same manner as shown in FIG. 6, it is conceivable to attach, by the adhesive layers 30, 130, 230, a part of the region from the portion inserted into the holes of the engaging portions 1b, 101b, 201b to the end portion on the side opposite to the anti-tampering portions 1a, 101a, 201a to the anti-tampering portion 1a.
