Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This application relates to a lightning arrester extraction device and a switchgear using the lightning arrester extraction device.
Background Art
[0002] A lightning arrester operates when a surge voltage is applied to the internal circuit of a switchgear, and is provided to protect the internal circuit by flowing current to the ground through a grounding wire. During maintenance of the switchgear, the movable frame of the lightning arrester extraction device is moved within the fixed frame, and the line-side contact and the ground-side contact of the lightning arrester are disconnected from the input line connection terminal and the grounding wire connection terminal of the fixed frame, respectively. By setting it in this state, the lightning arrester is disconnected from the circuit of the switchgear and becomes a no-voltage state, so that maintenance of the lightning arrester can be performed. By mounting the lightning arrester on the movable frame and housing it in the fixed frame in this way, it becomes easy to disconnect the lightning arrester from the circuit, and the maintainability of the lightning arrester is improved. For example, as shown in Patent Document 1, the inside of the switchgear is divided into a plurality of parts by partition plates, and a circuit breaker, a lightning arrester, a bus bar, a control circuit, etc. are arranged therein and connected by electric wires or conductors. A lightning arrester extraction device is provided at the part of the lightning arrester.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] In the arrester lead-out device of Patent Document 1, since the input line connection terminal and the ground line connection terminal of the fixed frame to which the line-side contact and the ground-side contact are connected extend in the depth direction and the lower direction, the depth dimension as the fixed frame becomes long. Therefore, there is a problem that the space inside the switchgear is compressed in the depth direction, leading to an extension in the depth direction of the switchgear. Also, in the assembly of the switchgear, when connecting the internal circuit of the switchgear and the input line connection terminal of the fixed frame with an electric wire or a conductor, since there are terminals on the inner side of the panel that becomes the back surface of the fixed frame, the operator enters the panel for connection. However, in the case of a narrow switchgear, it is difficult to enter, resulting in a problem of a decrease in the work efficiency of the operator.
[0005] Furthermore, in the grounding of the arrester, it is desirable to lower the ground resistance to enhance the protection effect, and it is necessary to separate it from the grounding of other devices inside the switchgear. Therefore, the ground wire extending from the back surface of the fixed frame needs to be extended to a terminal arranged at a position where it is easy to connect the ground wire. The terminal is insulated by an insulator, and the arrester grounding cable raised from the pit is connected to this terminal. This connection work is carried out at the site where the switchgear is installed. Since it is difficult for the operator to enter the inner side of the panel that becomes the back surface of the fixed frame to connect the arrester grounding cable, such a structure having an insulator and a terminal is applied. However, such a structure has a problem that it leads to an increase in the cost of the insulator and the terminal and a compression of the space inside the switchgear.
[0006] In particular, in a DC switchgear that houses a DC high-speed circuit breaker for an electric railway substation, since it is necessary to provide an arc space above the circuit breaker, it is difficult to obtain the depth dimension inside the switchgear, resulting in a problem of poor workability.
[0007] The present application has been made to solve the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide an arrester lead-out device that shortens the depth dimension inside the switchgear and facilitates the connection of the arrester grounding cable at the installation site.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0008] The lightning arrester extraction device according to the present application includes a fixed frame provided with a grounding bar having a grounding wire connection terminal and an input bar having an input wire connection terminal insulated by an insulator, a lightning arrester, an input contact connected to the line side of the lightning arrester and contacting the input bar, and a movable frame mounted with a grounding contact connected to the grounding side of the lightning arrester and contacting the grounding bar. The grounding wire connection terminal is provided on the fixed frame on the side surface of projecting arranged, and the input bar of the fixed frame is provided to extend in the side surface direction on the opposite side of the ground wire connection terminal .
Advantages of the Invention
[0009] According to the present application, since a grounding bar having a grounding wire connection terminal and an input bar having an input wire connection terminal are provided on the fixed frame in which the lightning arrester is stored, the overhanging dimension from the fixed frame can be suppressed. In addition, since the grounding wire connection terminal is provided projecting from the fixed frame, it is easy for an operator to connect the lightning arrester grounding cable at the installation site, and the lightning arrester grounding cable can be directly connected to the grounding wire connection terminal provided on the fixed frame.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0011] Embodiment 1. FIG. 1 is a side view layout diagram of a switchgear according to Embodiment 1. The switchgear 200 is a switchboard in which each device is arranged in a part partitioned by a partition plate. In the present embodiment, an example of a DC switchgear for housing a DC high-speed circuit breaker for an electric railway substation is shown. In FIG. 1, a breaker section 100 for housing a DC high-speed circuit breaker, and an arc space section 110 necessary for interrupting DC current are provided thereon. Also, a circuit breaker section 120 for maintaining the circuit breaker is provided. These devices are controlled by the control devices of the control section 130. The lightning arrester section 140 is provided at the lowermost stage of the switchboard, and a lightning arrester grounding cable is connected from a pit on the floor. Each device in the switchboard is connected by an electric wire or a conductor in the wiring section 150.
[0012] FIGS. 2 to 4 show a lightning arrester extraction device 30 incorporated in the lightning arrester section 140. The lightning arrester extraction device 30 is divided into a movable frame 10 and a fixed frame 20. FIG. 2 shows a state where the movable frame 10 is housed in the fixed frame 20, FIG. 3 shows a state where the movable frame 10 is pulled out from the fixed frame 20, and FIG. 4 shows a view of only the fixed frame 20 with the movable frame 10 pulled out from the fixed frame 20. In these figures, the movable frame 10 has a lightning arrester 1, an input contact 12 insulated from the movable frame 10 by an insulator 13 is connected to the line side terminal 1a thereof, and a ground contact 11 is connected to the ground side terminal 1b. Wheels 14 are provided at the lower part of the movable frame 10, and the movable frame 10 can be pulled out from the fixed frame 20 by pulling the front panel of the movable frame 10 in the H direction.
[0013] The fixed frame 20 is provided with a grounding bar 21 that contacts and connects to the grounding contact 11, and has a grounding wire connection terminal 21a at a portion that projects laterally from the fixed frame 20. The fixed frame 20 is provided with an input bar 22 that extends in the lateral direction on the side opposite to the grounding bar 21. The input bar 22 is provided insulated from the fixed frame 20 by an insulator 23, contacts and connects to the input contact 12, has an input wire connection terminal 22a, and is connected to a wire or conductor on the line side within the switch gear 200.
[0014] FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a state in which the lightning arrester extraction device 30 according to the present embodiment is installed within the switch gear 200. The lightning arrester grounding cable 21b laid at the installation site rises from a pit at the lower part of the switch gear 200 and is directly connected to the grounding wire connection terminal 21a that projects laterally to the side of the lightning arrester extraction device 30. In this way, the work of connecting the lightning arrester grounding cable 21b at the installation site can be easily performed. Further, since the input bar 22 is shaped to extend in the lateral direction of the fixed frame 20 of the lightning arrester extraction device 30, the depth dimension of the lightning arrester extraction device 30 can be shortened, and since the input wire connection terminal 22a is provided on the upper surface of the fixed frame 20, the connection work with the wire or conductor that becomes the input wire 22b becomes easy.
[0015] FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along line AA of the lightning arrester extraction device 30 in FIG. 5. In this figure, a partition plate 160 for partitioning from other parts is provided on the back side of the panel of the lightning arrester extraction device 30. This partition plate 160 serves as a grounding metal, and it is necessary to maintain an insulation distance from the input wire connection terminal 22a and the input bar 22. As described above, since the input bar 22 is shaped to extend in the lateral direction of the fixed frame 20 of the lightning arrester extraction device 30, and also the grounding bar 21 is shaped to extend in the lateral direction of the fixed frame 20, it is possible to shorten the depth dimension of the lightning arrester extraction device 30.
[0016] Embodiment 2. FIG. 7 is a side view layout diagram of the switch gear according to Embodiment 2. In the switch gear 200, each device is arranged in a part partitioned by a partition plate. What is different from Embodiment 1 is that the lightning arrester unit 140 is provided at the uppermost stage of the switchboard, and is arranged so that the lightning arrester grounding cable 21b can be easily connected from the pit in the ceiling. The lightning arrester extraction device 30 described in Embodiment 1 can achieve the same effect as in Embodiment 1 even if the arrangement of the lightning arrester unit 140 changes. Note that even if the lightning arrester unit 140 in the switch gear 200 is not at the uppermost or lowermost stage, it is possible to use the lightning arrester extraction device 30, and it is possible to shorten the depth dimension of the lightning arrester extraction device 30.
