The invention discloses a solid insulated high-voltage vacuum switch cabinet utilizing an environment-friendly gas, wherein the solid insulated high-voltage vacuum switch cabinet comprises a low voltage chamber, a vacuum circuit breaker chamber, a cable chamber, a decompression chamber and a main circuit gas filled compartment; the main circuit gas filled compartment is installed on the back upper part of a cabinet body to form an internal and external double-layer structure with a switch cabinet shell, dry air is filled in the double-layer structure, the vacuum circuit breaker chamber is located in the front middle part of the cabinet body; and an operating mechanism of a three-station isolating/earthing switch, the vacuum circuit breaker chamber with a fixing and sealing post terminal, a handcart and an airtight instrument are installed in the cabinet body.
