The application provides a static contact structure and a grounding switch using the same. The static contact structure comprises a contact finger seat, a guide cover, a wiring board arranged above the contact finger seat, and a conductive band connected between the wiring board and the contact finger seat. Two symmetrical fixing plates are fixed on the wiring board. The fixing plates have downward extending parts. The extending parts on the left and right sides are connected with the contact finger seat or the guide cover through connecting rods respectively. The connecting rods on the left and right sides are located on the same radial direction and have axes extending along the left-right direction. One end of the connecting rod is fixed with the contact finger seat or the guide cover, and the other end is inserted into the extending part and rotates with the extending part. In use, the contact finger seat, the guide cover and the connecting rod can swing forward and backward relative to the fixing plate as the angle of the moving contact changes, so that the grounding pole can be smoothly, stably and accurately operated. The installation angle does not need to be adjusted during installation, which greatly facilitates the installation operation and improves the installation efficiency.
