Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a square rice cake in which ingredients are stored in a square space in the center and the whole is wrapped with a packaging sheet.
Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, there are various products in convenience stores, supermarkets, etc. that wrap rice cakes containing ingredients with a packaging sheet. For example, there are rice balls with rice formed in a substantially triangular shape, rice balls with rice formed in a substantially round shape, etc.
[0003] However, since many of the current rice balls on the market have ingredients wrapped inside, it is not possible to visually recognize the ingredients from the outside, and consumers often choose products based on the characters and photos printed on the packaging sheet.
[0004] On the other hand, there are also products that can be distinguished by visually recognizing the difference in taste even through the packaging sheet. For example, there are various forms such as products in which rice and ingredients are mixed like cooked rice or mixed rice, or products in which a slight depression is formed in the approximate center of a round rice ball and ingredients are embedded in the depression.
[0005] On the other hand, there are forming containers aimed at serving ingredients on a bowl-shaped rice cake formed so that the shape can be maintained by putting rice into a container and applying heat.
[0006] As described above, if the ingredients are exposed without being wrapped in rice, there is an advantage that the ingredients can be visually recognized when made into a product, and the product can be visually appealing to consumers.
Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0007] However, in products that mix rice and ingredients, it is necessary to make the ingredients smaller, and there is a risk of being limited to ingredients that allow this.
[0008] Also, in products that embed ingredients in the indentation, since it is a round-shaped rice ball, the indentation shape naturally has a round shape as the base, and fine ingredients or substantially round-shaped ingredients can achieve both external aesthetics by being embedded. However, when the ingredients are large or other than substantially round-shaped, since the appearance of the rice ball is round and the indentation is also round, it is difficult to visually balance the rice part and the ingredients, and it is difficult to obtain external aesthetics.
[0009] Also, when a rice mass formed in a bowl shape is used as a container and ingredients are stored inside, a large storage space for the ingredients can be secured, and high external aesthetics can be obtained. However, the above-described forming container is assumed to be used at home, and it is necessary to apply heat for forming, and the ingredient storage space is large, so it cannot be easily eaten by hand like a rice ball. Furthermore, when displaying the product, in order to make the ingredients visible, it is necessary to weld the packaging sheet or adhere it using an adhesive such as tape at the bottom of the rice mass. However, since the rice mass is in a bowl shape, the shape is complex and there is a risk that packaging when making the product cannot be easily performed.
[0010] The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and has solved the above problems by storing the ingredients in a square space portion in the center inside and packaging the whole with a packaging sheet.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0011] In order to solve the above conventional problems, the square-shaped rice mass is characterized in that the ingredients are stored in a square space portion in the center inside and the whole is packaged with a packaging sheet.
[0012] In addition, in a packaging sheet structure in which a packaging sheet for a rectangular rice cake containing ingredients is packaged so as to be openable, the packaging sheet body includes an upper wrapping portion that folds back and overlaps from the upper surface of the rectangular rice cake through both side surfaces to the lower surface of the rectangular rice cake, and front and rear end wrapping portions formed by folding the left and right side sheets at the front and rear end faces of the rectangular rice cake, folding back the lower surfaces of the front and rear ends, and integrally welding them. Moreover, a tearing strip is welded and overlapped on the upper surface of the packaging sheet body, a knob piece is extended at the tip of the strip extending from one side surface to the other side surface of the rectangular rice cake, and the packaging sheet body is torn from the knob piece through the strip welded to the packaging sheet body, so that the rectangular rice cake is exposed together with the ingredients. This is also a feature of the present invention.
Advantages of the Invention
[0013] This According to the invention, the rectangular rice cake stores the ingredients in the rectangular space in the center and is entirely packaged with a packaging sheet, so that a wide space for storing the ingredients can be secured, and various types of products can be manufactured without being limited by the size and shape of the ingredients to be stored.
[0014] In addition, by making the storage space rectangular, it is possible to arrange the ingredients without being limited by their size and shape, and an effect of obtaining a high external aesthetic appearance can be achieved.
[0015] In addition, by making the shape of the rice cake rectangular, it reminds consumers of a lunch box container, and depending on the ingredients to be stored, it can have a unique aesthetic appearance of a lunch box that can be eaten small and easily, attracting the attention of consumers.
[0016] In addition, by making the rice cake rectangular, it has a relatively easy shape when packaged with a packaging sheet, and an effect of being able to be automatically packaged can be achieved.
[0017] This According to the invention, by extending the strip welded to the packaging sheet body and the knob piece at the tip of the strip, consumers can easily tear and open the packaging sheet body along the strip by pulling the knob piece.
[0018] Further, by performing the packaging from the upper surface of the rectangular rice cake block for the packaging sheet body, a configuration is achieved in which the consumer can visually recognize the contents, and there is an effect that the packaging can be performed without disturbing the high aesthetic appearance of the rectangular rice cake block.
[0019] Also, by tearing and opening the packaging sheet along the belt-like body, it becomes possible to adjust the exposed ratio of the rectangular rice cake block and the ingredients, and it is possible to appropriately select a configuration in which the opening width is widened according to the ingredients stored in the rectangular rice cake block to make it easy to eat, and the remaining wrapper part serves as a wall to prevent the ingredients from falling.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0021] The gist of this invention lies in that in a rectangular rice cake, ingredients are stored in a square space in the center inside, and the whole is packaged with a packaging sheet.
[0022] Also, in a packaging sheet structure in which the packaging sheet of the rectangular rice cake containing ingredients is packaged so as to be freely opened, the packaging sheet body includes an upper surface covering portion that folds back and overlaps from the upper surface of the rectangular rice cake through both side surfaces to the lower surface of the rectangular rice cake, and front and rear end covering portions formed by folding the left and right side sheets at the front and rear end faces of the rectangular rice cake, folding back the lower surfaces of the front and rear ends, and integrally welding them. Moreover, a tearing band is welded and overlapped on the upper surface of the packaging sheet body, a knob piece is extended at the tip of the band extending from one side surface to the other side surface of the rectangular rice cake, and the packaging sheet body is torn from the knob piece through the band welded to the packaging sheet body so that the rectangular rice cake is exposed together with the ingredients. It is also characterized by this configuration.
[0023] [1. Configuration of the rectangular rice cake according to the present invention] Hereinafter, embodiments of the rectangular rice cake according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Figs. 1 to 3 are explanatory diagrams for explaining the rectangular rice cake of the present invention. Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view showing the overall image of the rectangular rice cake, Fig. 2 is a schematic perspective view showing the configuration of the rice cake body, and Fig. 3 is a schematic explanatory diagram showing the specific dimensions of the rectangular rice cake.
[0024] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the square-shaped rice cake 1 according to the present invention is mainly formed by shaping cooked rice into a square box shape. Ingredients 2 are stored in the square space portion S provided at the upper part, and it is further wrapped with a packaging sheet 3 that can be opened.
[0025] As shown in FIG. 2, the square-shaped rice cake 1 is formed in an overall square box shape, and includes a bottom portion 11 that is square in plan view, a front wall portion 12 that is square in front view and extends from one edge of the bottom portion 11, a rear wall portion 13 that is the same shape as and faces the front wall portion 12, a square right wall portion 14 that is interposed between the right edge of the front wall portion 12 and the left edge of the rear wall portion 13, and a left wall portion 15 that is the same shape as and faces the right wall portion 14. In addition, the space of the upper opening formed by the bottom portion 11 and each of the wall portions 12 to 15 is defined as a square space portion S, which has a function of storing the ingredients 2 described later.
[0026] More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the width A of the front wall portion 12 and the rear wall portion 13 is 60 mm to 80 mm, the width B of the right wall portion 14 and the left wall portion 15 is 80 mm to 100 mm, the height C of each of the wall portions 12 to 15 is 30 mm to 40 mm, the thickness D of each of the wall portions 12 to 15 is 8 mm to 10 mm, and the height c of the bottom portion 11 is 10 mm to 20 mm.
[0027] When forming the square-shaped rice cake 1, pressure is applied to the cooked rice placed in the mold so that it has a hardness that does not collapse when lifted by hand.
[0028] The square space portion S provided in the square-shaped rice cake 1 can store ingredients 2 for bento such as grilled meat and minced chicken, that is, the square-shaped rice cake 1 functions as a container for storing the ingredients 2.
[0029] By adopting a configuration in which the square-shaped rice cake 1 is used as a container to store the ingredients 2, it becomes possible to eat the ingredients 2 and the cooked rice at the same time, and it is easier to eat than a bento made of a paper or plastic container. In addition, by storing the ingredients 2 in the square space portion S, it enables a delicate arrangement of ingredients that could not be achieved with an onigiri in which the ingredients 2 and the cooked rice can be easily eaten.
[0030] Furthermore, since the rectangular rice block 1 functions as a container by being formed under pressure, it has a certain depth in the rectangular space S, and because it has a high density and does not leak even with a small amount of liquid, it can store, for example, something containing dashi like the ingredients of oyakodon.
[0031] In addition, since the rectangular rice block 1 has an overall rectangular box shape and further has a rectangular space S which is a rectangular ingredient storage part, the storage space for the ingredients 2 can be provided widely, and there is an effect that there are few fine restrictions on the type, size, etc. of the ingredients 2 and it is easy to arrange them.
[0032] As described above, since the rectangular rice block 1 uses the rice formed in a rectangular box shape as a container to arrange the ingredients 2, different from the basic onigiri with ingredients, the ingredients 2 can be visually recognized. Furthermore, by having an appearance like a bento box that matches the appearance of the rectangular rice block 1, a high aesthetic appearance can be obtained, and it can have an effect of attracting the attention of consumers.
[0033] The rectangular rice block 1 is mainly formed of cooked rice, but it is not particularly limited to rice and may be other grains such as barley and millet, or it may be cooked rice with other ingredients mixed in the rice or mixed-grain rice with other grains cooked with rice.
[0034] [2. Configuration of the packaging sheet according to the present invention] Hereinafter, the packaging sheet according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 4, FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 are explanatory views showing the configuration of the packaging sheet according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is an overall perspective view showing the configuration of the packaging sheet according to the present invention, FIG. 6 is a schematic exploded perspective view showing the configuration of the packaging sheet, and FIG. 7 is a schematic perspective view showing the opened state of the packaging sheet. Further, FIG. 5 is a schematic perspective view showing the process of packaging by the packaging sheet.
[0035] As shown in Fig. 1, the packaging sheet 3 includes an upper covering portion 41 that folds back and overlaps on the lower surface of the rectangular rice block 1 from the upper surface of the rectangular rice block 1 through both side surfaces, i.e., the left and right wall portions 14, 15, and left and right side sheets 42 at the front and rear end faces of the rectangular rice block 1, i.e., the front and rear wall portions 12, 13 1 and a front and rear end covering portion 42 formed by folding in the left and right side sheets 42 and folding back and integrally welding the lower surfaces of the front and rear ends.
[0036] As shown in Fig. 4, the packaging sheet 3 is a rectangular sheet member formed from a transparent resin film.
[0037] As shown in Fig. 5, the packaging sheet 3 wraps the entire rectangular rice block 1 from the upper surface of the rectangular rice block 1 and overlaps and integrally welds the four edges of the packaging sheet 3 on the lower surface of the rectangular rice block 1 for packaging.
[0038] The upper covering portion 41 refers to the overlapping portion folded back and overlapped on the lower surface from the upper surface of the rectangular rice block 1 through the left and right wall portions 14, 15 and the contact surface between the rectangular rice block 1. The upper surface of the rectangular rice block 1, i.e., the surface on which the ingredients 2 stored in the rectangular space portion S can be visually recognized, and the left and right wall portions 14, 15 can be covered by the packaging sheet 3. At this time, the lower surface of the rectangular rice block 1 is in a state where two surfaces, i.e., the surface folded back through the right wall portion 14 and the surface folded back through the left wall portion 15, overlap.
[0039] The front and rear end covering portion 42 refers to the portion of the packaging sheet 3 other than the above-described upper covering portion 41. By folding back and overlapping on the lower surface from the upper surface of the rectangular rice block 1 through the front and rear wall portions 12, 13, the entire surface of the rectangular rice block 1 can be covered together with the upper covering portion 41.
[0040] Therefore, the packaging sheet 3 covers the upper surface and the left and right wall portions 14, 15 of the rectangular rice block 1 with the upper covering portion 41, and covers the front and rear wall portions 12, 13 of the rectangular rice block 1 with the front and rear end covering portion 42. Also, the lower surface of the rectangular rice block 1 is configured to be covered by folding back and overlapping the upper covering portion 41 and the front and rear end covering portion 42.
[0041] As a specific packaging procedure for realizing the above-described packaging form, as shown in Fig. 5(a), first, cover the packaging sheet 3 from above the rectangular rice cake 1. As the next step, as shown in Fig. 5(b), fold the packaging sheet 3 downward along the left and right wall portions 14 and 15 of the rectangular rice cake 1.
[0042] At this time, the packaging sheet 3 has a U-shaped cross-section, and the portion in contact with the upper surface of the rectangular rice cake 1, the portions in contact with the left and right wall portions 14 and 15 of the rectangular rice cake 1, and the portion extending downward and hanging down from the portions in contact with the left and right wall portions 14 and 15 form the upper-side covering portion 41, and the other portions form the front and rear end covering portions 42. That is, the front and rear end covering portions 42 are the portions represented by a U-shaped cross-section extending in front of and behind the rectangular rice cake 1 in Fig. 5(b).
[0043] As the next step, as shown in Fig. 5(c), while folding the left and right side sheets 421 inward in the U-shaped, that is, toward the center direction of the front and rear wall portions 1 2 ,1 3 , fold the entire front and rear end covering portion 42 downward. The above-mentioned left and right side sheets 421 refer to the portions obtained by extending the portions in contact with the left and right wall portions 14 and 15 of the upper-side covering portion 41 in the front-rear direction.
[0044] As the last step, fold back the portion extending downward and hanging down from the portion in contact with the left and right wall portions 14 and 15 of the upper-side covering portion 41 and the portion extending downward and hanging down from the portion in contact with the front and rear wall portions 12 and 13 of the front and rear end covering portions 42 toward the lower surface of the rectangular rice cake 1, and weld all of them together to obtain the above-described packaging form as shown in Fig. 5(d).
[0045] More specifically, as the configuration of the packaging sheet 3, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, a sheet body 31 made of a rectangular resin film, a tear strip 32 welded to the back surface of the sheet body 31, that is, the surface side that contacts the rectangular rice cake 1 during packaging, a U-shaped cutting line 33 formed integrally with the sheet body 31 across the tear strip 32, and a knob piece 34 pasted on the surface of the sheet body 31 from above the U-shaped cutting line 33 are further configured.
[0046] The sheet body 31 is formed of a rectangular transparent resin film. For this resin film, a film with high transparency and easy tearability, such as a biaxially stretched polypropylene film, is used.
[0047] The tear strip 32 is formed of a strip-shaped transparent resin film, for example, the same material as the sheet body 31. Further, the tear strip 32 is integrated with the sheet body 31 by thermally welding it to the back surface side of the sheet body 31, that is, the surface side that contacts the rectangular rice cake 1 during packaging.
[0048] In the embodiment, only the two edges of the strip are welded for the thermal welding surface, but as long as the sheet body 31 and the tear strip 32 can be integrated, the entire strip may be thermally welded.
[0049] When tearing the sheet body 31 starting from the U-shaped cutting line 33 described later, the tear strip 32 functions as a guide and has the effect of being able to tear the sheet body 31 into a strip shape.
[0050] The U-shaped cutting line 33 is composed of a transverse portion 331 formed by a cut or small hole formed so as to cross the middle part of the tear strip 32 welded integrally with the sheet body 31, and a tear guiding portion 332 formed by a cut or small hole formed so as to be orthogonal in the same direction from both ends of the transverse portion 331, that is, so as to form a U-shape together with the transverse portion 331.
[0051] Although both the sheet body 31 and the tearing strip 32 are made of a resin film that is easily tearable, they do not tear easily even when the edges of the film are pulled, and a cut serving as a starting point is required for tearing.
[0052] The above-mentioned U-shaped cut line 33 is formed as a starting point for tearing the sheet body 31. That is, by breaking the cross-section 331 of the U-shaped cut line 33 and pulling it toward the tear induction part 332 side, the film tears into a U shape, and the sheet body 31 is configured to be tearable starting from this U-shaped tear.
[0053] The knob piece 34 is made of a rectangular seal, tape, etc. having an adhesive surface on one side, and is attached on the surface side of the sheet body 31 so as to cover the U-shaped cut line 33. That is, the U-shaped cut line 33 becomes the tip of the tearing strip 32, and the knob piece 34 is attached so as to extend the tip. By doing so, when the knob piece 34 is peeled off from the sheet body 31, the U-shaped cut line 33 breaks, and by grasping and pulling the knob piece 34, the sheet body 31 can be torn along the tearing strip 32.
[0054] The knob piece 34 is not limited to a rectangular shape and may have any shape as long as it can cover the U-shaped cut line 33. Also, although the entire one side may be an adhesive surface, it is also conceivable to provide a partially non-adhesive portion to make opening easier. Also, the knob piece 34 does not necessarily have to be a separate member from the sheet body 31. For example, the front and rear wall portions 12, 13 with the left and right side sheets 42 1 folded in may be provided with a cut line on the outermost layer sheet, that is, the sheet body 31 may be formed in a shape extending from the tip portion of the tearing strip 32.
[0055] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, the tearing strip 32 is welded to the sheet body 31 so as to longitudinally or transversely cut the upper surface of the rectangular rice cake 1 when packaged, and the knob piece 34 is packaged so as to be located on either the front and rear wall portions 12, 13 or the left and right wall portions 14, 15.
[0056] At the time of opening, as described above, the U-shaped cut line 33 is broken with the knob piece 34 as the opening, and the sheet body 31 is torn along the tearing strip 32. In this embodiment, since the width of the tearing strip 32 is made to be the same as the width of the rectangular space S, as shown in FIG. 7, the upper surface portion of the rectangular rice cake 1 together with the ingredients 2 stored in the rectangular space portion S can be widely exposed.
[0057] When eating, there are two conceivable methods: one is to use chopsticks to eat from the exposed upper surface part of the rectangular rice cake 1, and the other is to roll either the front and rear wall portions 12, 13 or the left and right wall portions 14, 15 downward under the rectangular rice cake 1 and eat it directly like an onigiri.
[0058] Since the rectangular rice cake 1 stores the ingredients 2 in the rectangular space portion S as described above, when eating it directly like an onigiri, even if the ingredients 2 are supported by the respective wall portions 12 to 15 and are slightly tilted, there is an effect that it can be eaten without spilling.
[0059] The packaging sheet 3 is integrally welded to the four edges at the lower surface of the rectangular rice cake 1. Combined with the transparency of the sheet body 31, the appearance of the rectangular rice cake 1 with the ingredients 2 served can be visually recognized in the packaged state. For example, when displayed in a convenience store or a supermarket, it can be expected to have an effect of enhancing the visual appeal to consumers' purchasing desire without impairing the high aesthetics.
[0060] [3. Other Embodiments] Hereinafter, other embodiments of the rectangular rice cake according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Figs. 8 to 13 are schematic perspective views showing other embodiments of the rectangular rice cake. Figs. 8 to 10 are explanatory views showing other embodiments regarding the tearing strip provided on the packaging sheet. Figs. 11 and 12 are explanatory views showing a state where a moisture-proof sheet is provided between the rectangular rice cake and the ingredients. Fig. 13 is a schematic perspective view showing another embodiment regarding the shape of the rectangular rice cake.
[0061] As another embodiment of the rectangular rice cake 1 according to the present invention, as shown in Fig. 8, it is conceivable to narrow the width of the tearing strip 32 provided on the packaging sheet 3.
[0062] In this embodiment, when opening, the exposure of the upper surface portion of the rectangular rice cake 1 can be narrowed. In other words, when opening, the portion covered by the packaging sheet 3 can be increased. With such a configuration, when directly eating like an onigiri, the ingredients are protected by the packaging sheet 3, and when it takes time to eat, it can be eaten more hygienically, and the effect of further preventing the ingredients 2 from spilling can be achieved.
[0063] As another embodiment, as shown in Fig. 9, it is also conceivable to provide the tearing strip 32 so as to cross the rectangular rice cake 1.
[0064] In the above-described embodiment, the rectangular rice cake 1 is longitudinally cut, that is, the tearing strip 32 is formed so as to divide the opposing long sides on the upper surface of the rectangular rice cake 1 in the drawing. By doing so, when opening, the short side can be exposed on the upper surface of the rectangular rice cake 1, and the handling property and ease of eating when eating with one hand can be improved.
[0065] Further, as another embodiment, as shown in Fig. 10, it is conceivable to narrow the width of the tearing strip 32 and weld it at a position close to any of the wall portions 12 to 15 of the rectangular rice cake 1.
[0066] In this embodiment, a narrower range of exposure is possible upon opening, and the remaining part of the packaging sheet 3 when directly consuming it like a rice ball functions to protect the sanitary aspect and the ingredients 2 in the same way as in the embodiment shown in Fig. 7. Also, the range that can be handled becomes wider, resulting in an effect that it is easier to consume. Further, when the sheet body 31 is torn by the tearing band 32, the partial area of one side of the remaining packaging sheet 3 that covers the upper surface of the rectangular rice mass 1 can be narrowed, and when rolling to the lower surface side of the rectangular rice mass 1, there is an effect that it does not get caught on the rectangular rice mass 1 and is easy to roll.
[0067] As another embodiment, as shown in Figs. 11 and 12, it is conceivable to provide a moisture infiltration prevention sheet 5 between the rectangular rice mass 1 and the ingredients 2.
[0068] The moisture infiltration prevention sheet 5 is a rectangular sheet member and is formed of a transparent resin film such as a biaxially stretched polypropylene film same as the sheet body 31 of the packaging sheet 3.
[0069] Since the moisture infiltration prevention sheet 5 is formed from a resin film and does not absorb moisture, by providing it between the rectangular rice mass 1 and the ingredients 2, it is possible to prevent the infiltration of moisture from the ingredients 2, for example, the soup stock when the ingredients 2 are used as the ingredients of oyakodon, into the rectangular rice mass 1. By doing so, there is an effect of preventing the rectangular rice mass 1 from becoming brittle due to containing moisture.
[0070] Also, this moisture infiltration prevention sheet 5 may be configured to be simply inserted between the rectangular rice mass 1 and the ingredients 2, and after opening, it may be eaten by pulling it out laterally. Or it may be configured such that one side is welded to the packaging sheet 3, and when the packaging sheet 3 is torn and rolled during eating, it is pulled together to assist in pulling it out.
[0071] When the packaging sheet 3 and the moisture infiltration prevention sheet 5 are welded integrally, since the moisture infiltration prevention sheet 5 does not come apart, an effect that it becomes easy to collect garbage when eating outdoors can also be expected.
[0072] Also, as another example, as shown in FIG. 13, there are a plurality of rectangular space portions S provided in the rectangular rice block 1, and it is possible to separately store two or more types of ingredients 2 in the respective first storage space portions S1 and the second storage portion S2. That is, a plurality of ingredients 2 to be stored in the rectangular rice block 1 can be further prevented from being mixed in taste. Furthermore, not only can two or more tastes be tasted with one rectangular rice block 1, but also the range of plating can be widened, and there is an effect that it can have a unique high aesthetic appearance peculiar to the rectangular rice block 1.
[0073] Also, in the drawing, two storage space portions S1 and S2 are provided and are spaces of the same size, but the present invention is not limited to this, and it may be provided with three or four rectangular space portions S as necessary, or the sizes of the spaces may be mixed with large and small ones. By doing so, it becomes possible to plate, for example, a bento box with a plurality of ingredients 2 stored, and it is possible to plate in consideration of the balance of a meal, such as making the space for storing the main dish large and the space for storing the side dish small.
[0074] The above-described various effects are merely an enumeration of the most suitable effects resulting from the present invention, and the effects according to the present invention are not limited to those described in the present embodiment.
