Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This application relates to an elevator car handrail device and an elevator.
Background Art
[0002] Elevators may be provided with handrail devices in the car, taking into account disabled persons, the elderly, etc. In conventional handrail devices, the handrail is fixed to the side wall surface (also referred to as a car panel) of the car by brackets. The brackets have a flange-shaped fixing portion with the side wall surface, and the flange portion is fixed to the side wall surface by screws. Also, the holes of the handrail support portion provided on the side wall surface of the car may be elongated holes to adjust manufacturing errors of parts.
[0003] However, it is not aesthetically pleasing if the screws and elongated holes for fixing the handrail are visible. Therefore, in order to hide the heads of the screws, for example, the entire flange portion may be covered with a cover (for example, Patent Document 1).

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] Therefore, the problem is to provide an elevator car handrail device and an elevator that can adjust errors of parts and attachments and in which the screws and elongated holes for fixing the handrail to the side wall surface of the car are not easily visible.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0006] The elevator car handrail device includes a handrail extending in a first lateral direction parallel to the side wall surface of the car, a first member attached to the handrail and facing the side wall surface, A second member attached to the side wall surface and facing the first member in a second lateral direction orthogonal to the vertical direction and a first lateral direction. One of the first member and the second member includes a cylindrical portion that opens toward the other. The other of the first member and the second member includes an insertion portion that is inserted into the cylindrical portion. The cylindrical portion restricts the vertical movement of the insertion portion while allowing the lateral movement in the first lateral direction. The cylindrical portion is provided with a first hole penetrating vertically from the lower surface to the inside, and is fixed to the insertion portion with a connecting screw passing through the first hole from below in a state where the insertion portion is inserted.
[0007] The elevator also includes a car, and the above-described elevator car handrail device attached to the side wall surface of the car.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0009] In each drawing, for example, for ease of understanding, the dimensions of the components may be shown enlarged or reduced with respect to the actual dimensions, and the dimensional ratios between the drawings may not match. Note that in each drawing, for example, for ease of understanding, a part of the component may be shown omitted.
[0010] Terms including ordinal numbers such as first, second, etc. are used to describe various components, but this term is used only for the purpose of distinguishing one component from another, and the component is not particularly limited by this term. Note that the number of components including ordinal numbers is not particularly limited, and for example, it may be one. Also, the ordinal numbers used in the following specification and drawings may be different from the ordinal numbers described in the claims.
[0011] Hereinafter, an embodiment of an elevator car handrail device and an elevator will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9. Note that in each figure, the dimensional ratio of the drawing and the actual dimensional ratio do not necessarily match, and the dimensional ratios between the drawings also do not necessarily match.
[0012] As shown in FIG. 1, the elevator 1 may include, for example, a car 2 for people to ride in, a car rope 3 connected to the car 2, an elevator counterweight (hereinafter also simply referred to as "counterweight") 4 connected to the car rope 3, a hoist 5 that drives the car rope 3 to move the car 2 and the counterweight 4 in the vertical direction D3, a car rail 6 that guides the car 2, a weight rail 7 that guides the counterweight 4, and a processing unit 8 that controls each part of the elevator 1.
[0013] Note that the elevator 1 according to this embodiment has a configuration in which the hoist 5 is arranged inside the machine room X2, but is not limited to such a configuration. For example, if the machine room X2 is not provided, the elevator 1 may have a configuration in which the hoist 5 is arranged inside the hoistway X1.
[0014] Also, in each figure, the first direction D1 is the first lateral direction D1, the second direction D2 is the second lateral direction D2 which is a lateral direction orthogonal to the first lateral direction D1, the third direction D3 is the vertical direction D3 which is orthogonal to each of the lateral directions D1 and D2, and is the vertical movement direction in which the car 2 and the counterweight 4 move up and down. Note that, although not particularly limited, the entry / exit direction in which a passenger enters and exits the car 2 may be, for example, the second lateral direction D2 as in the present embodiment.
[0015] As shown in FIG. 2, the elevator 1 may include an elevator car handrail device 20 attached to the side wall surface 2a of the car 2. The side wall surface 2a of the car 2 may be composed of a plurality of panels arranged in the first lateral direction D1 or the second lateral direction D2. The elevator car handrail device 20 of the present embodiment is fixed to the side wall surface 2a extending along the first lateral direction D1 and the vertical direction D3, but is not limited thereto. The elevator car handrail device 20 may be fixed to the side wall surface 2a extending along the second lateral direction D2 and the vertical direction D3.
[0016] The elevator car handrail device 20 may include a handrail 9. The handrail 9 of the present embodiment extends in the first lateral direction D1. The handrail 9 may have a cylindrical shape extending in the first lateral direction D1. Also, both ends of the handrail 9 in the first lateral direction D1 may be closed by end covers 9a, respectively.
[0017] Also, the elevator car handrail device 20 may include a fixing member 10 that fixes the handrail 9 to the side wall surface 2a. The fixing member 10 is provided at both ends of the handrail 9 in the first lateral direction D1, respectively.
[0018] As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the fixing member 10 may include a first member 11 attached to the handrail 9 and a second member 12 attached to the side wall surface 2a of the car 2. Also, the fixing member 10 may include a connecting screw 13, a first fixing bolt 14, a second fixing bolt 15, and a cover 16.
[0019] The first member 11 is fixed to the handrail 9. The first member 11 is in a pin shape. The first member 11 may include a base portion 11a fixed to the handrail 9 and an insertion portion 11b extending from the base portion 11a.
[0020] As shown in FIGS. 3 to 7, the base portion 11a is in a substantially disc shape. The surface of the base portion 11a facing the handrail 9 may have a shape along the outer surface shape of the handrail 9. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, with respect to the handrail 9 having a circular cross-section, it may be a concave surface 11c having a circular arc cross-section.
[0021] As shown in FIG. 7, the outer surface of the insertion portion 11b has a substantially square cross-section and includes parallel upper outer surface 11d and lower outer surface 11e. The upper outer surface 11d and the lower outer surface 11e are arranged to extend along the first lateral direction D1 and the second lateral direction D2.
[0022] The insertion portion 11b may include an internal thread portion 11f formed on the lower outer surface 11e. A connecting screw 13 is screwed into the internal thread portion 11f from below.
[0023] As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the first member 11 may include a recess 11g opening toward the side wall surface 2a and a through hole 11h formed to penetrate the bottom of the recess 11g in the second lateral direction D2. The recess 11g has a circular cross-section. The first member 11 is fixed to the handrail 9 by a first fixing bolt 14 passing through the through hole 11h. The handrail 9 is not particularly limited, but as shown in FIG. 4, it may include an internal thread member 9b into which the first fixing bolt 14 is screwed. Note that the first member 11 may be fixed to the handrail 9 at the work site, or the handrail 9 with the first member 11 fixed in advance may be carried into the work site.
[0024] The second member 12 is fixed to the side wall surface 2a of the basket 2. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the second member 12 may include a cylindrical portion 12a and a bottom surface portion 12b closing one end of the cylindrical portion 12a.
[0025] As shown in Fig. 9, the outer surface of the cylindrical portion 12a has a circular cross-section. Further, the inner surface of the cylindrical portion 12a has a substantially rectangular cross-section and includes parallel upper inner surface 12c and lower inner surface 12d. The upper inner surface 12c and the lower inner surface 12d are arranged to extend along the first lateral direction D1 and the second lateral direction D2.
[0026] The insertion portion 11b of the first member 11 is inserted into the cylindrical portion 12a of the second member 12. The height h2 (see Fig. 8) between the upper inner surface 12c and the lower inner surface 12d of the second member 12 is slightly larger than the height h1 (see Fig. 6) between the upper outer surface 11d and the lower outer surface 11e of the first member 11, and the cylindrical portion 12a restricts the movement of the insertion portion 11b in the vertical direction D3. On the other hand, the width w2 (see Fig. 9) of the upper inner surface 12c and the lower inner surface 12d of the second member 12 in the first lateral direction D1 is larger than the width w1 (see Fig. 7) of the upper outer surface 11d and the lower outer surface 11e of the first member 11 in the first lateral direction D1, and the cylindrical portion 12a allows the movement of the insertion portion 11b in the first lateral direction D1. Thereby, the first member 11 can slide in the first lateral direction D1 with respect to the second member 12 fixed to the side wall surface 2a. As a result, for example, even when a manufacturing error of the side wall surface 2a of the basket 2 or an attachment error occurs when the second member 12 is fixed to the side wall surface 2a, the first member 11 can be slid in the first lateral direction D1 to adjust the error.
[0027] As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the cylindrical portion 12a may be provided with a first elongated hole 12e formed to extend in the first lateral direction D1. The first elongated hole 12e penetrates in the vertical direction D3 from the lower surface of the cylindrical portion 12a to the lower inner surface 12d. A connecting screw 13 is inserted into the first elongated hole 12e from below. With the insertion portion 11b of the first member 11 inserted into the cylindrical portion 12a, the connecting screw 13 is screwed into the female screw portion 11f of the first member 11. Thereby, the cylindrical portion 12a is fixed to the insertion portion 11b by the connecting screw 13. As described above, since the first elongated hole 12e is formed below the second member 12 and the connecting screw 13 is inserted into the first elongated hole 12e from below the second member 12, the connecting screw 13 and the first elongated hole 12e for fixing the handrail 9 to the side wall surface 2a of the basket 2 are not easily visible. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the connecting screw 13 sandwiches the cylindrical portion 12a between the connecting screw 13 and the lower outer surface 11e of the insertion portion 11b in a state where the head abuts against the lower surface of the cylindrical portion 12a. Therefore, the amount by which the connecting screw 13 protrudes from the lower surface of the cylindrical portion 12a can be reduced, and the connecting screw 13 is even less visible.
[0028] The bottom surface portion 12b is fixed to the side wall surface 2a. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the bottom surface portion 12b may be provided with a second elongated hole 12f formed to extend in the first lateral direction D1. A second fixing bolt 15 is inserted into the second elongated hole 12f through the inside of the cylindrical portion 12a. The second fixing bolt 15 is screwed into a fixing hole 2b (see FIGS. 3 and 4) formed in the side wall surface 2a. Thereby, the bottom surface portion 12b is fixed to the side wall surface 2a by the second fixing bolt 15. Note that the second fixing bolt 15 has a larger diameter than the first fixing bolt 14.
[0029] As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the bottom surface portion 12b may be provided with a protrusion 12g extending toward the side wall surface 2a. The protrusion 12g is not particularly limited, but is disposed below the second elongated hole 12f. The protrusion 12g is not particularly limited, but has a cylindrical shape.
[0030] The side wall surface 2a may be provided with a third elongated hole 2c (see FIGS. 3 and 4) formed along the first lateral direction D1. The third elongated hole 2c is not particularly limited, but is disposed below the fixing hole 2b. Further, the third elongated hole 2c is disposed so as to face the projection 12g of the second member 12 in a state where the second elongated hole 12f of the second member 12 faces the fixing hole 2b. The projection 12g of the second member 12 is inserted into the third elongated hole 2c. Thereby, when fixing the second member 12 to the side wall surface 2a, it is possible to prevent the second member 12 from being misaligned vertically. Further, the third elongated hole 2c allows movement in the first lateral direction D1 while restricting movement of the projection 12g in the vertical direction D3. Thereby, the second member 12 can slide in the first lateral direction D1 with respect to the side wall surface 2a. As a result, even if a manufacturing error occurs in the panel constituting the side wall surface 2a, the second member 12 can be slid in the first lateral direction D1 to adjust the error.
[0031] The cover 16 covers the peripheries of the first member 11 and the second member 12. The cover 16 has a cylindrical shape. The surface of the cover 16 facing the handrail 9 may have a shape along the outer surface shape of the handrail 9, similar to the first member 11, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5. The cover 16 may be provided with a fourth elongated hole 16a formed so as to extend in the first lateral direction D1, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5. The fourth elongated hole 16a is formed at a position overlapping the first elongated hole 12e when viewed from below in a state where the cover 16 covers the second member 12. That is, the connecting screw 13 passes through the fourth elongated hole 16a and the first elongated hole 12e and is screwed into the female screw portion 11f of the first member 11.
[0032] Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the head of the connecting screw 13 is accommodated in the fourth elongated hole 16a. The connecting screw 13 is, for example, a countersunk head screw, and the fourth elongated hole 16a is countersunk according to the shape of the head of the connecting screw 13.
[0033] [1] As described above, the elevator car handrail device 20, as in the present embodiment, includes a handrail 9 extending in a first lateral direction D1 parallel to the side wall surface 2a of the car 2, a first member 11 attached to the handrail 9 and facing the side wall surface 2a, and a second member 12 attached to the side wall surface 2a and facing the first member 11 in a second lateral direction D2 orthogonal to the vertical direction D3 and the first lateral direction D1. One of the first member 11 and the second member 12 (the second member 12 in the present embodiment) includes a cylindrical portion 12a that opens toward the other (the first member 11 in the present embodiment). The other of the first member 11 and the second member 12 (the first member 11 in the present embodiment) includes an insertion portion 11b that is inserted into the cylindrical portion 12a. The cylindrical portion 12a restricts the movement of the insertion portion 11b in the vertical direction D3 while allowing movement in the first lateral direction D1. The cylindrical portion 12a includes a first hole (a first elongated hole 12e in the present embodiment) that penetrates in the vertical direction D3 from the lower surface to the inside. A configuration in which the insertion portion 11b is fixed to the insertion portion 11b by a connecting screw 13 that passes through the first hole (the first elongated hole 12e in the present embodiment) from below in a state where the insertion portion 11b is inserted is preferable.
[0034] According to such a configuration, for example, even when there are manufacturing errors in the side wall surface 2a of the car 2 or mounting errors when fixing the second member 12 to the side wall surface 2a, the first member 11 can be slid in the first lateral direction D1 to adjust the error. Further, according to such a configuration, since the first member 11 and the second member 12 are fixed by the connecting screw 13 from below, screws and elongated holes for fixing the handrail 9 to the side wall surface 2a of the car 2 are not easily visible.
[0035] [2] Further, in the elevator car handrail device 20 of the above [1], the first hole (the first elongated hole 12e in the present embodiment) extends in the first lateral direction D1. The insertion portion 11b includes a female screw portion 11f formed on the lower outer surface 11e. A configuration in which the connecting screw 13 passes through the first hole (the first elongated hole 12e in the present embodiment) and is screwed into the female screw portion 11f is preferable.
[0036] According to such a configuration, since the connecting screw 13 sandwiches the cylindrical portion 12a between the lower outer surface 11e of the insertion portion 11b in a state where the head abuts against the lower surface of the cylindrical portion 12a, the amount by which the connecting screw 13 protrudes from the lower surface of the cylindrical portion 12a can be reduced, and the connecting screw 13 becomes even less visible.
[0037] [3] Also, in the elevator car handrail device 20 of the above [1] or [2], the second member 12 includes the cylindrical portion 12a and a bottom surface portion 12b that closes one end of the cylindrical portion 12a, and the bottom surface portion 12b is provided with a second hole (in this embodiment, a second long hole) 12f extending in the first lateral direction D1. The second member 12 is preferably fixed to the side wall surface 2a by a fixing bolt (in this embodiment, a second fixing bolt) 15 that passes through the second hole (in this embodiment, the second long hole) 12f.
[0038] According to such a configuration, even if the manufacturing error of the side wall surface 2a of the car 2 is so large that the error cannot be adjusted between the first member 11 and the second member 12, the second member 12 can be slid in the first lateral direction D1 to adjust the error. That is, even if the manufacturing error of the side wall surface 2a of the car 2 or the mounting error when the second member 12 is fixed to the side wall surface 2a is large, the error can be adjusted.
[0039] [4] In the elevator car handrail device 20 according to any one of the above [1] to [3], a cover 16 that covers the periphery of the first member 11 and the second member 12 is further provided. The cover 16 is provided with a fourth hole (in this embodiment, a fourth long hole) 16a that overlaps the first hole (in this embodiment, the first long hole) 12e when viewed from below, and the head of the connecting screw 13 is preferably accommodated in the fourth hole (in this embodiment, the fourth long hole) 16a.
[0040] According to such a configuration, since the head is accommodated in the fourth long hole 16a, the connecting screw 13 becomes even less visible.
[0041] [5] Further, the elevator 1 includes, as in this embodiment, a car 2 and the elevator car handrail device 20 of the above [3] attached to the side wall surface 2a of the car 2. The bottom surface portion 12b includes a protrusion 12g extending toward the side wall surface 2a. The side wall surface 2a includes a third hole (a third long hole in this embodiment) 2c into which the protrusion 12g is inserted. The third hole (the third long hole in this embodiment) 2c preferably has a configuration that allows movement in the first lateral direction D1 while restricting movement of the protrusion 12g in the vertical direction D3.
[0042] According to such a configuration, even if a manufacturing error occurs in the side wall surface 2a of the car 2, the second member 12 can be slid in the first lateral direction D1 to adjust the error.
[0043] [6] Further, the elevator 1 preferably has a configuration that includes, as in this embodiment, a car 2 and the elevator car handrail device 20 of the above [1] or [2] attached to the side wall surface 2a of the car 2.
[0044] According to such a configuration, for example, even if a manufacturing error occurs in the side wall surface 2a of the car 2 or an attachment error occurs when the second member 12 is fixed to the side wall surface 2a, the first member 11 can be slid in the first lateral direction D1 for adjustment. Further, according to such a configuration, since the first member 11 and the second member 12 are fixed by the connecting screw 13 from below, screws and long holes for fixing the handrail 9 to the side wall surface 2a of the car 2 are less visible.
[0045] Note that the elevator car handrail device 20 and the elevator 1 are not limited to the configurations of the above-described embodiments, nor are they limited to the above-described effects. Also, the elevator car handrail device 20 and the elevator 1 can of course be variously modified within a range not departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, it goes without saying that one or more of the configurations and methods according to the following various modification examples can be arbitrarily selected and adopted in the configurations and methods according to the above-described embodiments.
[0046] (A) In the elevator car handrail device 20 according to the above-described embodiment, the second member 12 includes a cylindrical portion 12a that opens toward the first member 11, and the first member 11 includes an insertion portion 11b that is inserted into the cylindrical portion 12a. However, the elevator car handrail device 20 is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the first member 11 may include a cylindrical portion that opens toward the second member 12, and the second member 12 may include an insertion portion that is inserted into the cylindrical portion.
[0047] (B) In the elevator car handrail device 20 according to the above-described embodiment, the handrail 9 extends parallel to the side wall surface 2a of the car 2. However, the elevator car handrail device 20 is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the handrail 9 may extend obliquely with respect to the side wall surface 2a of the car 2.
[0048] (C) Further, in the elevator car handrail device 20 according to the above-described embodiment, the handrail 9 extends in the horizontal direction. However, the elevator car handrail device 20 is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the handrail 9 may extend in a direction that is inclined vertically with respect to the horizontal direction. Also, the handrail 9 does not necessarily have to extend linearly and may have a portion that bends and extends in the vertical direction D3.
[0049] (D) In the elevator car handrail device 20 according to the above-described embodiment, the inner surface of the cylindrical portion 12a has a substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape, and the outer surface of the insertion portion 11b has a substantially square cross-sectional shape. However, the elevator car handrail device 20 is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the outer surface of the insertion portion 11b may also have a substantially rectangular shape.
[0050] (E) In the elevator car handrail device 20 according to the above-described embodiment, the first long hole 12e extends in the first lateral direction D1, the insertion portion 11b includes a female screw portion 11f formed on the lower outer surface 11e, and the connecting screw 13 is configured to pass through the first long hole 12e and be screwed into the female screw portion 11f. However, the elevator 1 is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the cylindrical portion 12a may include a female screw portion that penetrates in the vertical direction D3 from the lower surface to the inside, and the connecting screw 13 may be screwed into the female screw portion and the tip thereof may abut against the lower outer surface 11e of the insertion portion 11b.
[0051] (F) In the elevator car handrail device 20 according to the above-described embodiment, the second member 12 includes a cylindrical portion 12a and a bottom surface portion 12b that closes one end of the cylindrical portion 12a. The bottom surface portion 12b includes a second long hole 12f that extends in the first lateral direction D1, and the second member 12 is fixed to the side wall surface 2a by a second fixing bolt 15 that passes through the second long hole 12f. However, the elevator car handrail device 20 is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the second member 12 may include a cylindrical portion 12a and a bottom surface portion 12b that closes one end of the cylindrical portion 12a, the bottom surface portion 12b may include a circular hole that penetrates in the second lateral direction D2, and the second member 12 may be fixed to the side wall surface 2a by a second fixing bolt 15 that passes through the circular hole. That is, the second member 12 does not necessarily have to be slidable in the first lateral direction D1 with respect to the side wall surface 2a to adjust the position.
[0052] (G) In the elevator car handrail device 20 according to the above-described embodiment, a cover 16 that covers the periphery of the first member 11 and the second member 12 is further provided. The cover 16 includes a fourth long hole 16a that overlaps the first long hole 12e when viewed from below, and the head of the connecting screw 13 is accommodated in the fourth long hole 16a. However, the elevator car handrail device 20 is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the elevator 1 does not necessarily have to include the cover 16. However, from the viewpoint of appearance or safety, it is preferable that the elevator 1 includes the cover 16. Further, the head of the connecting screw 13 may abut against the lower surface of the cover 16 so as to sandwich the cylindrical portion 12a and the cover 16 between the lower outer surface 11e of the insertion portion 11b.
[0053] (H) In the elevator 1 according to the above embodiment, it includes a car 2 and an elevator car handrail device 20 attached to the side wall surface 2a of the car 2. The bottom surface portion 12b includes a protrusion 12g extending toward the side wall surface 2a. The side wall surface 2a includes a third long hole 2c into which the protrusion 12g is inserted. The third long hole 2c is configured to allow movement in the first lateral direction D1 while restricting movement of the protrusion 12g in the vertical direction D3. However, the elevator 1 is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the side wall surface 2a may include a protrusion extending toward the bottom surface portion 12b, the bottom surface portion 12b may include a long hole into which the protrusion is inserted, and the long hole may be configured to allow movement in the first lateral direction D1 while restricting movement of the protrusion in the vertical direction D3.
[0054] (I) Also, in the elevator 1 according to the above embodiment, the protrusion 12g is disposed below the second long hole 12f, and the third long hole 2c is disposed below the fixing hole 2b. However, the elevator 1 is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the protrusion 12g may be disposed above the second long hole 12f, and the third long hole 2c may be disposed above the fixing hole 2b.
[0055] (J) In the elevator car handrail device 20 according to the above embodiment, the protrusion 12g has a cylindrical shape. However, the elevator car handrail device 20 is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the protrusion 12g may have a quadrangular prism shape.
[0056] (K) In the elevator car handrail device 20 according to the above embodiment, the through hole 11h is a circular hole. However, the elevator car handrail device 20 is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the through hole 11h may be a long hole formed along the first lateral direction D1.
