The forming material 10 is formed into the state shown in FIG. 5.
[0039] In the fifth step, the fifth to seventh side faces 35 to 37 are moved forward. In the sixth step, the sixth side face 36 and the second side face 32 are engaged. Specifically, the second engaging part 40B of the sixth side face 36 and the first engaging part 40A of the second side face 32 are engaged. In the seventh step, the seventh side face 37 and the third side face 33 are engaged. Specifically, the second engaging part 40B of the seventh side face 37 and the first engaging part 40A of the third side face 33 are engaged. The sixth step and the seventh step may be interchanged. After the end of the seventh step, the document display device 1 shown in FIG. 1 is formed.
[0040] The forming member 10 is configured to be able to change between a first state that constitutes the support portion 3 and a second state that does not constitute the support portion 3. The change between the first state and the second state is implemented by switching between the engaged state and the disengaged state of the first engaging portion 40A and the second engaging portion 40B. The first state is a state in which the support portion 3 can support the first mirror surface 2A and the second mirror surface 2B at a predetermined angle. In the original document display device 1 in the first state, at least one of the first engaging portion 40A and the second engaging portion 40B is engaged.
[0041] The second state is a state in which the support portion 3 is not formed and the main surface portion 20 and the mirror surface 2 provided on the main surface portion 20 are not supported at a predetermined angle. The change from the first state to the second state is performed, for example, by performing the assembly procedures shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 in the reverse order. The second state includes a state in which all of the first engaging portion 40A and the second engaging portion 40B are disengaged. In this case, it is a state as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and the main surface portion 20 and the side surface portion 30 are formed in a planar shape.
[0042] As shown in FIG. 6, the mounting portion 4 corresponding to the opening 50 is provided with a folding piece 60. The folding piece 60 is configured to protrude toward the internal space in the state where the original document display device 1 is formed. In the state where the original document display device 1 is attached to the terminal D, the folding piece 60 at least contacts the terminal D. Preferably, in the state where the original document display device 1 is attached to the terminal D, the folding piece 60 is pressed against the terminal D by the restoring force thereof.
[0043] Referring to FIG. 6, the usage method of the original document display device 1 will be described. The user prepares the original manuscript M. The original manuscript M may have characters written on paper or may be displayed on a terminal different from the terminal D to which the original manuscript display device 1 is attached. The user can easily read out the original manuscript M by reading the characters displayed on the first mirror surface 2A. By shifting the original manuscript M from one direction to the other, the user can always appropriately display the original manuscript M on the first mirror surface 2A of the original manuscript display device 1. The display time of the displayed characters may be adjusted using a terminal different from the terminal D to which the original manuscript display device 1 is attached. The imaging device C captures the user in a state where the user's line of sight is directed at the imaging device C. A viewer who sees the user captured by the imaging device C recognizes that the user is facing himself or herself through the imaging device C, that is, speaking without referring to the original manuscript M. The viewer is, for example, a student attending a class or lecture given by the user, and an interviewer for the user.
[0044] The operation of the original manuscript display device 1 of the present embodiment and the forming material 10 forming the original manuscript display device 1 will be described. The original manuscript display device 1 is formed from the forming material 10 so that the first mirror surface 2A and the second mirror surface 2B attached to the main surface portion 20 are supported at a predetermined angle from the second state in which the main surface portion 20 and the side surface portion 30 are flat. The original manuscript display device 1 is attached to the attachment target via the attachment portion 4. At this time, the folding piece 60 is folded toward the internal space and attached. The attachment portion 4 and the folding piece 60 enable stable fixation to the attachment target.
[0045] According to the manuscript display device 1 of the present embodiment and the forming material 10 that forms the manuscript display device 1, the following effects can be obtained. The manuscript display device 1 displays the manuscript M in the normal state placed at the user's hand in the normal state on the first mirror surface 2A. The normal state and the inverted state of the manuscript M will be described. The normal state is a state that does not hinder the user from reading the manuscript M. The normal state includes a state where the characters and graphics contained in the manuscript M are not inverted. The inverted state is a state that hinders the user from reading the manuscript M. The inverted state includes a state where the characters and graphics contained in the manuscript M are inverted. The mirror surface 2 changes from one of the normal state and the inverted state to the other. The second mirror surface 2B of the manuscript display device 1 reflects and displays the manuscript M from the normal state to the inverted state. The first mirror surface 2A of the manuscript display device 1 reflects and displays the manuscript M in the inverted state displayed on the second mirror surface 2B in the normal state. By providing the first mirror surface 2A and the second mirror surface 2B, the user does not need to place the manuscript M in the inverted state at hand. Therefore, the usability is improved.
[0046] The length in the front-rear direction of the main opening 51 formed in the fourth side surface portion 34 of the forming material 10 is set in the range of 8 mm or more and 20 mm. For this reason, when attaching the manuscript display device 1 to the terminal D, it can be easily attached, and since it is difficult to form a gap between the terminal D and the attachment portion 4, the intrusion of light from the attachment portion 4 into the internal space is suppressed.
[0047] The length in the vertical direction of the side opening 52 formed in the second side surface portion 32 and the third side surface portion 33 is set in the range of 10 mm to 20 mm. For this reason, when attaching the manuscript display device 1 to the terminal D, the possibility that the display screen of the terminal D is covered by the manuscript display device 1 is low, and it is difficult to prevent the user from recognizing the display screen of the terminal D.
[0048] In the main surface portion 20 and the side surface portion 30, a fold line F is formed between the continuous surface portions. Therefore, in the second state, the forming material 10 can be folded. When the original document display device 1 is not used, by folding the fold line F into a valley fold, the size of the forming material 10 can be further reduced. Therefore, for example, it can be stored in a small container, and the usability during storage or transportation is improved.
