[0066] FIG. 7 is a diagram for explaining a method of manufacturing the covering portion 40 using the mold 100 of FIG. 5. With reference to FIG. 7, a method of manufacturing the covering portion 40 using the mold 100 will be described. Note that, in FIG. 7, dots are added to the covering portion 40.
[0067] First, as shown in Fig. 7(a), the first mold 110, the second mold 120, the third mold 130, and the fourth mold 140 are fitted to each other to form a molding surface for molding the outer surface of the covering portion 40. Then, the fifth mold 150 is disposed inside the molding surface.
[0068] Next, as shown in Fig. 7(b), a molding material for molding the covering portion is supplied inside the molding surface.
[0069] Finally, as shown in Fig. 7(c), the first mold 110, the second mold 120, the third mold 130, and the fourth mold 140 are disassembled from each other, and the fifth mold 150 is removed, whereby the covering portion 40 is formed.
[0070] By forming the covering portion 40 in this way, a first line 46 is formed at a position corresponding to the boundary between the first surface 112 and the second surface 122 on the outer surface of the covering portion main body 41, a second line 47 is formed at a position corresponding to the boundary between the second surface 122 and the third surface 132, a third line 48 is formed at a position corresponding to the boundary between the third surface 132 and the fourth surface 142, and a fourth line 49 is formed at a position corresponding to the boundary between the fourth surface 142 and the first surface 112.
[0071] The manufacturing method of the covering portion 40 using the mold 100 has been described above.
[0072] Fig. 8 is a view showing the sample 10 for crack evaluation and the crack evaluation device 200 of Fig. 1. With reference to Fig. 8, a crack evaluation method using the crack evaluation device 200 will be described.
[0073] As shown in Fig. 8(a), the crack evaluation device 200 includes an actuator 201, a load cell 202, and a jig 203.
[0074] The actuator 201 moves the jig 203 up and down. The load cell 202 measures the load applied to the jig 203 when the jig 203 collides with the sample 10 for crack evaluation.
[0075] As shown in FIG. 8(b), for example, the radius of curvature of the tip of the jig 203 is R0.2 mm, the angle E is 30 degrees, and the dimension F is 40 mm. Further, for example, the jig 203 is formed of stainless steel.
[0076] As shown in FIG. 8(a), when performing a crack evaluation using the crack evaluation device 200, the crack evaluation sample 10 is placed on the plane 1 so that the covering portion 40 is positioned below the jig 203, and the jig 203 is moved downward to collide with the crack evaluation sample 10. For example, the jig 203 is made to collide with the crack evaluation sample 10 at a speed of 2 mm / s.
[0077] Note that, for example, the jig 203 may be made to collide with the crack evaluation sample 10 at a speed between 2 mm / s and 15 mm / s so as to apply a load of 20 ± 3 N to the crack evaluation sample 10.
[0078] Based on the state of the covering portion 40 after the jig 203 has collided, a crack evaluation can be performed.
[0079] The crack evaluation method using the crack evaluation device 200 has been described above.
[0080] The crack evaluation sample 10 according to the embodiment includes an extending bone portion 30, a covering portion main body 41 that covers the bone portion 30, and a covering portion 40 having parting lines formed on the outer surface of the covering portion main body 41. The covering portion main body 41 has a shape having a short side direction and a long side direction in a cross section orthogonal to the extending direction in which the bone portion 30 extends. The parting lines are formed at least at one of between one end portion 42 in the short side direction and one end portion 43 in the long side direction, between the other end portion 44 in the short side direction and one end portion 43 in the long side direction, between the other end portion 44 in the short side direction and the other end portion 45 in the long side direction, and between one end portion 42 in the short side direction and the other end portion 45 in the long side direction on the outer surface of the covering portion main body 41.
[0081] According to this, when evaluating by bringing the jig 203 for crack evaluation into contact with one end portion 42 in the short side direction, one end portion 43 in the long side direction, the other end portion 44 in the short side direction, or the other end portion 45 in the long side direction on the outer surface of the covering portion main body 41, parting lines can be formed in portions other than the portion that comes into contact with the jig 203 during evaluation. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the formation of parting lines in the portion that comes into contact with the jig 203 during evaluation, and it is possible to suppress a decrease in the accuracy of the evaluation.
[0082] Also, in the crack evaluation sample 10 according to the embodiment, each of one end portion 42 in the short side direction, one end portion 43 in the long side direction, the other end portion 44 in the short side direction, and the other end portion 45 in the long side direction is curved convexly outward, and the curvature of the one end portion 42 in the short side direction is different from each of the curvature of the one end portion 43 in the long side direction and the curvature of the other end portion 45 in the long side direction, and the curvature of the other end portion 44 in the short side direction is different from each of the curvature of the one end portion 43 in the long side direction and the curvature of the other end portion 45 in the long side direction.
[0083] According to this, since the shape of the covering portion 40 can be made closer to the shape of a human finger, it is possible to further suppress a decrease in the accuracy of the evaluation.
[0084] The mold 100 according to the embodiment is a mold for manufacturing a covering portion 40 having a shape with a short side direction and a long side direction in a cross section orthogonal to the extending direction in which the bone portion 30 extends. [0085] According to this, the same operational effects as those of the above-described sample 10 for crack evaluation are achieved.
[0086] The manufacturing method of the covering portion 40 according to the embodiment is a manufacturing method using the above-described mold 100. The molding surface is formed using the first mold 110, the second mold 120, the third mold 130, and the fourth mold 140, and a molding material for molding the covering portion 40 is supplied inward of the molding surface.
[0087] According to this, the same operational effects as those of the above-described sample 10 for crack evaluation are achieved.
[0088] (Other embodiments, etc.) The manufacturing methods of the sample for laceration evaluation, the mold, and the coating part according to one or more aspects of the present disclosure have been described based on the embodiments. However, the present disclosure is not limited to these embodiments. Without departing from the spirit of the present disclosure, various modifications conceived by those skilled in the art applied to these embodiments, or forms constructed by combining components in different embodiments, may also be included within the scope of one or more aspects of the present disclosure.
[0089] In the above-described embodiment, the case where the gripping part 20 has a first plane 21 parallel to the extending direction in which the bone part 30 extends and can be placed on the plane 1 with the first plane 21 in contact with the plane 1 has been described. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the placing part may define a virtual plane parallel to the extending direction and may be placed on the plane with the virtual plane in contact with the plane. Further, for example, the placing part may have both the first plane and the virtual plane.
[0090] FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a gripping part 20a according to a modification. In FIG. 9, dots are attached to the virtual plane Pa. As shown in FIG. 9, the gripping part 20a defines a virtual plane Pa parallel to the extending direction in which the bone part 30 extends. Specifically, the gripping part 20a has an end part 26a and an end part 27a, and the virtual plane Pa is defined by the end part 26a and the end part 27a. The end part 26a extends in the extending direction. The end part 27a extends in the extending direction and is aligned with the end part 26a in a direction orthogonal to the extending direction. For example, the virtual plane Pa is a virtual plane having the end part 26a as one side, the end part 27a as one side, a virtual line L1a connecting one ends of the end part 26a and the end part 27a as one side, and a virtual line L2a connecting the other ends of the end part 26a and the end part 27a as one side.
[0091] The holding part 20a can be placed on the plane 1 with the end 26a and the end 27a in contact with the plane 1. For example, the holding part 20a can be placed on the plane 1 with the end 26a in line contact with the plane 1 and the end 27a in line contact with the plane 1. By placing the holding part 20a on the plane 1 with the end 26a and the end 27a in contact with the plane 1, a virtual plane Pa contacts the plane 1. In this way, the holding part 20a defines a virtual plane Pa parallel to the extending direction, and can be placed on the plane 1 with the virtual plane Pa in contact with the plane 1. Thereby, the same operational effects as those when using the holding part 20 can be obtained.
[0092] FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a holding part 20b according to another modification. In FIG. 10, dots are attached to the virtual plane Pb. As shown in FIG. 10, the holding part 20b defines a virtual plane Pb parallel to the extending direction in which the bone part 30 extends. Specifically, the holding part 20b has a plurality of ends 26b and a plurality of ends 27b, and the virtual plane Pb is defined by the plurality of ends 26b and the plurality of ends 27b. The plurality of ends 26b are arranged in the extending direction. The plurality of ends 27b are arranged in the extending direction and are arranged side by side with the plurality of ends 26b in a direction orthogonal to the extending direction. For example, the virtual plane Pb has, as one side, a virtual line L1b connecting the end 26b located on the outermost one side among the plurality of ends 26b and the end 27b located on the outermost one side among the plurality of ends 27b, has, as one side, a virtual line L2b connecting the end 26b located on the outermost other side among the plurality of ends 26b and the end 27b located on the outermost other side among the plurality of ends 27b, has each of the virtual lines L3b connecting adjacent ends 26b among the plurality of ends 26b as one side, and has each of the virtual lines L4b connecting adjacent ends 27b among the plurality of ends 27b as one side, and is a virtual plane.
[0093] The holding part 20b can be placed on the plane 1 with a plurality of end parts 26b and a plurality of end parts 27b in contact with the plane 1. For example, the holding part 20b can be placed on the plane 1 with a plurality of end parts 26b in point contact with the plane 1 and a plurality of end parts 27b in point contact with the plane 1. By placing the holding part 20b on the plane 1 with a plurality of end parts 26b and a plurality of end parts 27b in contact with the plane 1, a virtual plane Pb contacts the plane 1. In this way, the holding part 20b defines a virtual plane Pb parallel to the extending direction and can be placed on the plane 1 with the virtual plane Pb in contact with the plane 1. Thereby, the same operational effects as those when using the holding part 20 can be obtained.
[0094] In addition, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the covering part 40 is a bottomed cylindrical shape has been described, but it is not limited thereto. For example, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the covering part may be a cylindrical shape with both ends open. Also, in this case, the bone part may be provided so as to protrude only from one end part of the covering part, or may be provided so as to protrude from both one end part and the other end part of the covering part.
[0095] FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing a bone part 30a and a covering part 40a according to a modification. As shown in FIG. 11, the covering part 40a is a cylindrical shape with both ends open. The bone part 30a protrudes only from one of one end part and the other end part of the covering part 40a and does not protrude from the other end part of the covering part 40a.
[0096] FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing a bone part 30b and a covering part 40b according to another modification. As shown in FIG. 12, the covering part 40b is a cylindrical shape with both ends open. The bone part 30b protrudes from both one end part and the other end part of the covering part 40b. In this case, the holding part may be provided on either one end part side or the other end part side of the covering part 40b.
[0097] Also, in the above-described embodiments, the case where the gripping portions 20, 20a, and 20b are an example of the placement portion has been described, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the sample for laceration evaluation may include a placement portion separately from the gripping portion. Specifically, for example, the sample for laceration evaluation may include a cylindrical gripping portion and a placement portion provided between the gripping portion and the covering portion. Further, for example, the sample for laceration evaluation may not include a gripping portion.
[0098] Also, in the above-described embodiments, the case where the gripping portion 20 has the first plane 21, the second plane 22, the third plane 23, and the fourth plane 24 has been described, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the gripping portion 20 may have at least the first plane 21 among the first plane 21, the second plane 22, the third plane 23, and the fourth plane 24.
[0099] Also, in the above-described embodiments, the case where the first plane 21 is flush with the outer surface of the covering portion 40 when viewed from the extending direction has been described, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the first plane 21 may not be flush with the outer surface of the covering portion 40 when viewed from the extending direction. The same applies to the second plane 22, the third plane 23, and the fourth plane 24.
[0100] Also, in the above-described embodiments, the case where the gripping portion 20 has the first plane 21, the second plane 22, the third plane 23, and the fourth plane 24 and is rectangular when viewed from the extending direction has been described, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the gripping portion 20 may be formed in a triangular shape having the first plane 21 as one side when viewed from the extending direction, or may be formed in a triangular shape having the first plane 21 and the second plane 22 as two sides, or may be formed in a polygonal shape having five or more sides having the first plane 21 as one side.
[0101] Also, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the first line 46, the second line 47, the third line 48, and the fourth line 49 are formed on the outer surface of the covering portion main body 41 has been described, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, at least one of the first line 46, the second line 47, the third line 48, and the fourth line 49 may be formed on the outer surface of the covering portion main body 41.
