Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a detachable water stop device that can easily stop water at the entrance of a building during a flood.

Background Art

[0002] Conventionally, during disasters such as floods caused by heavy rain, high tides, and tsunamis, when the entrance, which is an opening of a building, is flooded, water enters the building. In the case of a living space, life becomes impossible on the spot, and in the case of a store or warehouse, displayed goods and inventory are waterlogged, resulting in significant damage.

[0003] In recent years, short-term concentrated heavy rain due to climate change has been occurring frequently regardless of the region. Particularly in buildings with underground spaces, not only physical damage to furniture and goods but also situations related to human life are likely to develop. Therefore, flood prevention measures have become an urgent issue.

[0004] So far, various measures to prevent water from entering buildings have been devised. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a technique for preventing water from entering a building by installing a water stop plate at the entrance of the building. The water stop plate according to this technique is a structure including a pair of opposing side walls that stand up from the floor surface so as to face each other, and a pair of front side walls respectively connected to the front parts of the pair of opposing side walls. It is a water stop plate that prevents water from entering through the entrance formed at the front part between the pair of opposing side walls. It includes a plate body arranged in an upright state, and a pair of fixing members movably supported on the left and right sides of the back surface of the plate body. The plate body includes a first water stop material provided on the lower end surface that contacts the floor surface, and a pair of second water stop materials provided on the left and right side parts of the back surface and capable of contacting the pair of front side walls respectively. The fixing member includes a floor contact part and a side wall contact part capable of contacting the floor surface and the opposing side wall respectively, and a biasing means for biasing the side wall contact part toward the opposing side wall in a state where the floor contact part contacts the floor surface.

[0005] Patent Document 1 Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2019-210696 Summary of the Invention Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0006] Certainly, according to the technology described in Patent Document 1, it is excellent in that the water stop plate can be easily installed without any special operations such as using switches or levers during installation. However, since the pair of fixing members function independently, when the water stop plate is pushed down against the pair of opposing side walls, if one fixing member is operated first and then the other fixing member is operated, the contact height of the side wall contact portion against the opposing side wall will be significantly different between the left and right, and due to this difference, the water stop plate will tilt over time, the pressing force between the water stop plate and the floor surface will weaken, and water intrusion will be allowed.

[0007] Moreover, due to the structure of the fixing member, the side wall contact portion that contacts the opposing side wall inherently has a biasing force that always pushes the water stop plate upward, further exacerbating the above problem.

[0008] Furthermore, when installing the water stop plate, it is necessary to press and push down the water stop plate against the pair of front side walls at the same time. Since the pair of fixing members must be pressed against the front side walls while being pushed down against the opposing side walls with equal height and force, it becomes a very complicated operation to install accurately.

[0009] This invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a detachable water stop device that can easily stop water at the entrance of a building with a simple structure without constructing existing buildings or floor surfaces. Means for Solving the Problems

[0010] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technology.

[0011] In the invention according to claim 1, there is provided a detachable water stop device that is disposed in front of an entrance / exit and closes the opening by pressing and engaging left and right inner walls forming the opening with an inner wall pressing mechanism. The detachable water stop device comprises a rectangular plate-shaped water stop plate, the inner wall pressing mechanism formed on the back surface of the water pressure surface of the water stop plate, a wall surface water stop rubber portion formed on the left and right edge portions of the back surface, and a floor water stop rubber portion formed on the lower bottom surface of the water stop plate. The inner wall pressing mechanism comprises an operation portion formed substantially at the center of the back surface, a pressing advance / retreat link that extends substantially horizontally in the left and right directions from the operation portion and advances and retreats by the operation portion, and an inner wall pressing portion that is substantially vertical, rotatably connected to the tip of the pressing advance / retreat link, and forms a side wall pressing rubber portion that abuts against the left and right inner walls of the entrance / exit at the tip portion and extends approximately to the height of the water stop plate.

[0012] In the invention according to claim 2, the operation portion comprises an operation lever that can move up and down, and a substantially L-shaped plate that movably connects the lower edge of the operation lever and the base ends of the respective pressing advance / retreat links, and the bent portion of which is rotatably pivotally connected to the water stop plate a pair of and an intermediate link. One end of the intermediate link is rotatably connected to the lower edge of the operation lever, the other end is rotatably connected to the base end of the pressing advance / retreat link, and the other ends of each other are connected by a first tension spring. It is intended to provide the detachable water stop device according to claim 1.

[0013] In the invention according to claim 3, the operation lever is provided with a normal-time fixing hole for substantially fixing the base ends of the pressing advance / retreat links approaching inward, and a pressing-time fixing hole for substantially fixing the base ends of the pressing advance / retreat links separating outward. The operation portion is characterized in that a fixing release lever that engages with the normal-time fixing hole and the pressing-time fixing hole of the operation lever is formed. It is intended to provide the detachable water stop device according to claim 2.

[0014] In the invention according to claim 4, the inner wall pressing portion is characterized in that a second tension spring that resists the outward movement of the pressing advance / retreat link is formed. It is intended to provide the detachable water stop device according to claim 3.

[0015] In the invention according to claim 5, the other end of the intermediate link forms a long hole that is rotatably connected to the proximal end of the pressing advancing / retreating link, and the upper end surface of the water stop plate is formed as a substantially horizontal plane, which is characterized by claim 2 To provide a detachable water stop device according to any one of claims 1 to 4.

Advantages of the Invention

[0016] According to the invention described in claim 1, it is a detachable water stop device that is arranged on the front surface of the entrance / exit and closes the opening by pressing and engaging the left and right inner walls forming the opening with an inner wall pressing mechanism. It consists of a rectangular plate-shaped water stop plate, an inner wall pressing mechanism formed on the back surface of the water pressure surface of the water stop plate, a wall surface water stop rubber part formed on the left and right edge parts of the back surface, and a floor water stop rubber part formed on the lower bottom surface of the water stop plate. The inner wall pressing mechanism consists of an operation part formed approximately at the center of the back surface, a pressing advancing / retreating link that extends substantially horizontally in the left and right directions from the operation part and advances and retreats by the operation part, and an inner wall pressing part that is rotatably connected to the tip of the pressing advancing / retreating link and forms a side wall pressing rubber part that abuts against the left and right inner walls of the entrance / exit at the tip part, and extends substantially vertically and approximates the height of the water stop plate. Therefore, when the detachable water stop device is arranged at the entrance / exit and pressed substantially evenly in the vertical and horizontal directions, and after confirming this, by simply operating the operation part, it can be biased against the left and right inner walls of the entrance / exit while maintaining the pressing in the vertical and horizontal directions, so the entrance / exit can be easily water-stopped.

[0017] Moreover, since only the operation part formed approximately at the center of the back surface of the water stop plate needs to be operated, the installation work at the entrance / exit can be easily performed.

[0018] According to the invention described in claim 2, the operation part is a substantially L-shaped plate that is vertically movable and rotatably pivotally connected to the water stop plate at its bent part, and movably connects the lower end edge of the operation lever and the proximal end of each pressing advancing / retreating link. a pair ofThe invention comprises an intermediate link. One end of the intermediate link is rotatably connected to the lower edge of the operating lever, and the other end is rotatably connected to the proximal end of the pressing advancing / retreating link. The other ends of the two are connected by a first tension spring. By this structure, simply pressing down the operating lever can make the pressing advancing / retreating link advance toward the left and right inner walls of the entrance / exit against the biasing force of the first tension spring, and bias the inner wall pressing portions against the left and right inner walls to fix the detachable water stop device. Also, simply pushing up the operating lever can make the pressing advancing / retreating link retreat to its original position according to the biasing force of the first tension spring to release the fixation of the detachable water stop device.

[0019] According to the invention described in claim 3, the operating lever is provided with a normal-time fixing hole for fixing approximately at the position where the proximal ends of the pressing advancing / retreating links approach each other inward, and a pressing-time fixing hole for fixing approximately at the position where the proximal ends of the pressing advancing / retreating links move away from each other outward. The operating part forms a fixing release lever that engages with the normal-time fixing hole and the pressing-time fixing hole of the operating lever. Therefore, the advancing / retreating position of the pressing advancing / retreating link can be approximately fixed by the fixing release lever engaging with the normal-time fixing hole and the pressing-time fixing hole, so that the water stop state can be safely maintained.

[0020] According to the invention described in claim 4, since the inner wall pressing portion forms a second tension spring that resists the outward movement of the pressing advancing / retreating link, the inner wall pressing portion that extends substantially vertically and approximates the height of the water stop plate can be stably held on the back side of the water stop plate when not in use so as not to protrude from the left and right ends of the water stop plate and be damaged.

[0021] According to the invention described in claim 5, the other end of the intermediate link forms a long hole for rotatably connecting to the proximal end of the pressing advancing / retreating link, and the upper end surface of the water stop plate is formed as a substantially flat surface. Thus, the pressing force and the advancing length by which the side wall pressing rubber portion presses the left and right inner walls can be easily adjusted by the long hole. Furthermore, the same detachable water stop device can be easily reset and used on the water stop plate with a flat upper end surface.

[0026] The detachable water stop device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is a detachable water stop device 1 that is disposed on the front surface of the entrance / exit E and closes the opening o by pressing and engaging the left and right inner walls w forming the opening o with an inner wall pressing mechanism 16. It comprises a rectangular plate-shaped water stop plate 2, an inner wall pressing mechanism 16 formed on the back surface 4 of the water pressure surface 3 where the water stop plate 2 directly faces the water in the water inlet direction S, a wall surface water stop rubber portion 5 formed on the left and right edge portions of the back surface 4, and a floor water stop rubber portion 6 formed on the lower bottom surface of the water stop plate 2. The inner wall pressing mechanism 16 comprises an operation portion 17 formed approximately at the center of the back surface 4, a pressing advance / retreat link 57 that extends approximately horizontally in the left and right directions from the operation portion 17 and advances and retreats by the operation portion 17, and an inner wall pressing portion 65 that is formed approximately vertically at the tip of the pressing advance / retreat link 57 and extends approximating the height of the water stop plate 2 and forms a side wall pressing rubber portion 89 that rotatably contacts the left and right inner walls w of the entrance / exit E at the tip portion.

[0027] Also, as shown in FIGS. 3(a)(b), FIGS. 4(a)(b), and FIGS. 5(a)(b)(c), the operation portion 17 comprises an operation lever 22 that can move up and down, and a substantially L-shaped plate that movably connects the lower end edge of the operation lever 22 and the base end 58 of each pressing advance / retreat link 57, and its bent portion 46 is rotatably pivotally connected to the water stop plate 2 a pair of and an intermediate link 42. One end 44 of the intermediate link 42 is rotatably connected to the lower end edge of the operation lever 22, the other end 49 is rotatably connected to the base end 58 of the pressing advance / retreat link 57, and the other ends 49 of each other are connected by a first tension spring 54.

[0028] Further, the operation lever 22 is provided with a normal-time fixing hole 26 for fixing approximately at a position where the base ends 58 of the pressing advance / retreat links 57 approach inward, and a pressing-time fixing hole 27 for fixing approximately at a position where the base ends 58 of each other move away outward. The operation portion 17 forms a fixing release lever 36 that engages with the normal-time fixing hole 26 and the pressing-time fixing hole 27 of the operation lever 22.

[0029] Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 8(b) and 8(c), the inner wall pressing portion 65 forms a second tension spring 91 that resists the outward movement of the pressing advance / retreat link 57. As shown in FIG. 4, the other end 49 of the intermediate link 42 forms a second long hole 50 that is rotatably connected to the base end 58 of the pressing advance / retreat link 57. The upper end surface 7 of the water stop plate 2 is formed as a substantially flat horizontal surface as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.

[0030] That is, the opening o of the entrance / exit E is composed of a pair of prismatic support columns P. While arranging the detachable water stop device 1 according to the present embodiment on the front surface of the support column P, the floor F and the support column P are pressed substantially evenly in the vertical and horizontal directions. After confirming this, by simply operating the operation portion 17, the entrance / exit E can be easily water-stopped because the pressing in the vertical and horizontal directions is maintained while biasing the left and right inner walls w of the entrance / exit E.

[0031] Note that the support column P has a basic shape of a prism extending vertically, but is not limited thereto, and any shape is within the scope of the gist of the present invention.

[0032] Hereinafter, the configuration of each part of the detachable water stop device 1 according to the present embodiment will be specifically described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0033] As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3(a), and 8(a), the detachable water stop device 1 includes a rectangular water stop plate 2 made of metal with a lattice-like reinforcement (not shown) inside, a metal inner wall pressing mechanism 16 formed on the back surface 4 of the water pressure surface 3 of the water stop plate 2, a strip-shaped wall surface water stop rubber portion 5 formed on the left and right edge portions of the back surface 4, and a strip-shaped floor water stop rubber portion 6 formed on the lower bottom surface of the water stop plate 2.

[0034] In the detachable water stop device 1 according to the present embodiment, gripping portions 8 are formed on the upper left and right edges of the front and back surfaces of the water stop plate 2 to facilitate handling such as transportation.

[0035] In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3(a), and 3(b), the inner wall pressing mechanism 16 includes a substantially rectangular block-shaped operation portion 17 formed at approximately the center of the back surface 4 of the water stop plate 2, a rectangular bar-shaped pressing advance / retreat link 57 that extends substantially horizontally in the left and right directions from the operation portion 17 and advances and retreats by the operation portion 17, and an inner wall pressing portion 65 that is substantially vertical and extends approximately to the height of the water stop plate 2 and is rotatably connected to the tip of the pressing advance / retreat link 57 and forms a strip-shaped side wall pressing rubber portion 89 with a predetermined thickness that abuts against the left and right inner walls w of the entrance / exit E at the tip portion.

[0036] The operation portion 17 has a cover body 28 that protects the internal mechanism of the operation portion 17 on the surface of a plate-shaped and substantially square base plate 18 connected to the back surface 4 of the water stop plate 2, and an operation lever 22 that is plate-shaped and vertically movable acts on the internal mechanism through the cover body 28.

[0037] As shown in FIGS. 5(a) and 6, the operation lever 22 forms an operation piece 23 that is bent forward and downward and inclined at the upper part, and has a horizontally long rectangular pressing fixing hole 27 formed above the middle part and a horizontally long rectangular normal fixing hole 26 formed in parallel below it.

[0038] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3(a), the base plate 18 has bolt holes 20 drilled at its four corners and is connected to the back surface 4 of the water stop plate 2 by bolts 21. The cover body 28 has the four sides of a plate material with the four corners of a substantially square shape notched into a rectangular shape bent substantially at a right angle toward the base plate 18, and further has the end portions bent outward substantially at a right angle to form four first flanges 29, and two bolt holes 30 are drilled in each first flange 29 and connected to the water stop plate 2 through the surface of the base plate 18 by bolts 31.

[0039] In addition, as shown in FIGS. 5(a), 5(b), 5(c), and 6 (a view omitting the first flanges 29a and 29b), the cover body 28 has a rectangular opening window 34 drilled in the upper half of the front surface, and an operation lever notch groove 33 formed slightly wider than the width of the operation lever 22 is drilled at the rear end side of a first bent piece 32a that is bent and continuously provided with the upper first flange 29a.

[0040] Furthermore, the cover body 28 is provided with a pressing advance / retreat link base end insertion hole 35 through which the pressing advance / retreat link 57 can be inserted freely, below the left and right first flanges 29b and the first bent piece 32b that is bent and continuously provided therewith.

[0041] Also, in the opening window 34, a fixing release lever 36 having a substantially rectangular shape in a front view is disposed on the upper side, and a lower side thereof leaves an opening through which a hand can be inserted to rotate the fixing release lever 36 toward the front side.

[0042] The fixing release lever 36 is composed of an operation plate 37, an engagement convex portion 38, a pivot 41, and a torsion spring 39. The left and right convex pieces 100 of the substantially rectangular plate-shaped operation plate 37 having convex pieces 100 formed on substantially the upper half of the left and right are bent substantially at a right angle toward the water stop plate 2, and inner shaft holes 40 penetrating horizontally are formed in the upper edges of the respective convex pieces 100. At the same time, an outer shaft hole 102 penetrating horizontally and communicating with the inner shaft hole 40 is formed in the upper edge of the first bent piece 32b of the cover body 28, and the pivot 41 is passed through the inner and outer shaft holes 40 and 102 to be pivotally connected to the cover body 28.

[0043] Furthermore, a substantially Ω-shaped torsion spring 39 is inserted through the pivot 41, one end of the torsion spring 39 is substantially fixed to the inner side surface of the convex piece 100, and the other end is substantially fixed to the cover body 28 (the edge portion of the opening window) adjacent to the convex piece 100, so that the fixing release lever 36 is always biased toward the base plate 18.

[0044] Also, the engagement convex portion 38 is composed of a substantially rectangular plate-shaped member. The substantially lower half is bent substantially at a right angle toward the water stop plate 2, and the bent left and right sides are bent substantially at a right angle upward to form a bottom plate as an engagement lower piece 104 and left and right pieces as sliding inclined pieces 105. The side of the engagement lower piece 104 is formed in a sharp-angled side view pedestal shape. The substantially rectangular upper portion of the engagement convex portion 38 is welded or otherwise joined to the operation plate 37 in a state where a gap is provided on the lower side of the operation plate 37, and the engagement convex portion 38 is configured to engage with the normal-time fixing hole 26 and the pressing-time fixing hole 27 formed in the operation lever 22.

[0045] By configuring it in this way, when the operation lever 22 is positioned upward as shown in Fig. 5(a), it engages with the normal-time fixing hole 26, and when it is positioned downward as shown in Fig. 5(b), it engages with the pressing-time fixing hole 27. Further, the engaging convex portion 38 that engages with the normal-time fixing hole 26 by the engaging convex portion 38 having a pedestal shape in side view engages with the pressing-time fixing hole 27 as much as possible by the sliding inclined piece 105 when the operation lever 22 is pushed down. However, since the operation lever 22 cannot be pushed up from this state by the engaging lower piece 104, the operation plate 37 of the fixing release lever 36 is rotated forward as shown in Fig. 5(c) to release the engaged state.

[0046] Further, as shown in Figs. 4(a) and 4(b), the operation portion 17 includes an intermediate link 42 having a substantially L-shaped plate that movably connects the lower end edge of the operation lever 22 and the proximal end 58 of each pressing advance / retreat link 57, and the bent portion 46 of the intermediate link 42 is pivotally supported and connected to the water stop plate 2. One end 44 of the intermediate link 42 is rotatably connected to the lower end edge of the operation lever 22, the other end 49 is rotatably connected to the proximal end 58 of the pressing advance / retreat link 57, and the other ends 49 of each are connected by a first tension spring 54.

[0047] Specifically, the intermediate link 42 is formed of a plate material, and includes a first link piece 43 having a first long hole 45 formed at one end 44 and a second link piece 48 having a second long hole 50 formed at the other end 49, and is formed in a substantially L-shaped plate. A pivot support portion 47 is formed at the bent portion 46 where the first and second link pieces 48 are connected. Further, a spring attachment piece 51 having a first spring attachment hole 52 formed at the other end 49 of the second link piece 48 protrudes substantially parallel to the first link piece 43.

[0048] The pivot support portion 47 formed at the bent portion 46 passes through a link rotation shaft 19 protruding forward from the base plate 18 as shown in Fig. 5(a), and pivotally supports the intermediate link 42 with respect to the water stop plate 2 via the base plate 18.

[0049] In this embodiment, first and second long holes 45 and 50 are formed in the intermediate link 42 in order to easily adjust the pressing force and the advancing length for pressing the left and right inner walls w of the support column P by the inner wall pressing portion 65, but it is not necessarily limited to long holes.

[0050] In addition, near the left and right corners of the lower edge of the operation lever 22, a first pivot shaft 24 protrudes forward and is rotatably connected to the first long hole 45 of the intermediate link 42. At the proximal end 58 of the pressing forward and backward link 57, a second pivot shaft 59 protrudes rearward and is rotatably connected to the second long hole 50 of the intermediate link 42. Further, both ends of the first tension spring 54 are inserted and engaged with the first spring mounting hole 52 of the opposing spring mounting piece 51.

[0051] By configuring in this way, as shown in FIGS. 4(a) and 5(a), when the operation lever 22 is located above, the other ends 49 of the intermediate link 42 approach each other, and the engaging convex portion 38 of the fixing release lever 36 engages with the normal-time fixing hole 26 of the operation lever 22 and is substantially fixed.

[0052] That is, as shown in FIG. 3(a), the pair of pressing forward and backward links 57 pivotally connected to the intermediate link 42 can retract inward the inner wall pressing portion 65 rotatably connected to the tip of the pressing forward and backward link 57 by attracting each other including the biasing force of the first tension spring 54.

[0053] Also, as shown in FIGS. 4(b) and 5(b), when the operation lever 22 is located below, the other ends 49 of the intermediate link 42 separate from each other, and the engaging convex portion 38 of the fixing release lever 36 engages with the pressing-time fixing hole 27 of the operation lever 22 and is substantially fixed.

[0054] That is, as shown in FIG. 3(b), the pair of pressing forward and backward links 57 pivotally connected to the intermediate link 42 separate against the biasing force of the first tension spring 54, and the inner wall pressing portion 65 rotatably connected to the tip of the pressing forward and backward link 57 can advance outward.

[0055] Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 5(b), in this state, when the operation lever 22 is pressed, the engaging convex portion 38 of the fixing release lever 36 engages with the fixing hole 27, preventing the operation lever 22 from moving upward to release the engagement. However, as shown in Fig. 5(c), simply rotating the operation plate 37 of the fixing release lever 36 forward releases the engaged state, and the inner wall pressing portion 65 can be retracted inward as much as possible by the biasing force of the first tension spring 54 without operating the operation lever 22.

[0056] When the engaged state is released by the fixing release lever 36, it is desirable to configure the positions of the normal-time fixing hole 26 of the operation lever 22 that has moved upward due to the biasing force of the first tension spring 54 and the engaging convex portion 38 of the fixing release lever 36 to substantially coincide as shown in Fig. 5(a).

[0057] Also, it is desirable to use ball bearings (24, 59) as indicated by reference numeral 24 in Fig. 6 for the first and second rotation shafts 24 and 59 to improve the slidability in the first and second long holes 50 and smooth the rotation of the intermediate link 42.

[0058] In addition, at the tip of the pressing advance / retreat link 57, as shown in Figs. 2 and 7, an inner wall pressing portion 65 is formed that is substantially perpendicular, extends approximately to the height of the water stop plate 2, and is rotatably connected to the pressing advance / retreat link 57 and has a side wall pressing rubber portion 89 at its tip that abuts against the left and right inner walls w of the entrance / exit E.

[0059] Specifically, the pressing advance / retreat link 57 is composed of a rod-shaped member with a predetermined thickness and a narrow width. A second rotation shaft 59 described above protrudes from the base end 58, and a connecting rotation hole 60 formed by a long hole that is rotatably connected to the inner wall pressing portion 65 is drilled at the tip, but it is not necessarily limited to a long hole.

[0060] Fig. 7 shows a state where even if the support column P of the entrance / exit E is distorted under water pressure, the side wall pressing rubber portion 89 follows the inner wall w by the above-described mechanism.

[0061] Also, as shown in FIG. 2, a link guide portion 63 is formed in a middle portion thereof to guide and reinforce a pressing forward / backward link 57 extending left and right from the operation portion 17 in a substantially horizontal direction. The link guide portion 63 is fixed to the back surface of the water stop plate 2 and has a guide hole 64 formed therethrough in the horizontal direction for the pressing forward / backward link 57 to pass through.

[0062] In this embodiment, an adjustment and division portion 61 that can be attached / detached and replaced with bolts or the like is formed on the pressing forward / backward link 57, and the tip side of the pressing forward / backward link 57 is formed to be replaceable. This makes it easy to change the overall length of the pressing forward / backward link 57, change the effective length of the elongated hole of the connecting rotation hole 60 at the tip, etc., and enables flexible adjustment of the pressing force against the left and right inner walls w of the entrance / exit E.

[0063] As shown in FIG. 7, the inner wall pressing portion 65 is composed of a mounting cover portion 66 having a length approximately equal to the height of the water stop plate 2, and a pressing contact body 73 having a length approximately equal to the height of the water stop plate 2 as well. The pressing contact body 73 biases the mounting cover portion 66 and is pivotally connected to the tip of the pressing forward / backward link 57 in a rotatable manner.

[0064] As shown in FIGS. 7, 8(b)(c), and 9(a)(b), the mounting cover portion 66 is formed by bending one side of a rectangular plate material toward the water stop plate 2 at a substantially right angle, and further bending the end portion outward at a substantially right angle to form a second flange 67. Four bolt holes 68 are formed in the second flange 67 and connected to the back surface 4 of the water stop plate 2 by bolts 69.

[0065] Also, in the mounting cover portion 66, a pressing forward / backward link tip portion insertion hole 71 through which the pressing forward / backward link 57 can be inserted is formed at a substantially central portion of a second bent piece 70 that is bent and continuously provided with the second flange 67.

[0066] Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 8(b)(c), second spring mounting holes 72 for locking one end of a second tension spring 91 that resists the outward movement of the pressing forward / backward link 57 are formed at both upper and lower ends of the second bent piece 70 of the mounting cover portion 66.

[0067] The pressing contact body 73 is composed of a pressing base portion 74 formed by bending both long sides of a long rectangular plate-shaped member in the same direction at approximately right angles to form a U-shaped cross-section, including a first central piece 75 and two first opposing bent pieces 76, and a rectangular block-shaped and long side wall pressing rubber portion 89 connected along the first central piece 75 outside the first central piece 75.

[0068] Also, on the upper and lower inner end sides of the pair of first opposing bent pieces 76 of the pressing base portion 74, a round bar-shaped spring mounting shaft 77 for inserting and locking the other end of the second tension spring 91 is connected and provided through a bolt hole 78 by a bolt 79 in the gap therebetween.

[0069] Also, at positions inside the upper and lower inner end sides of the pair of first opposing bent pieces 76 of the pressing base portion 74 and inward of the spring mounting shaft 77, the open end of a buffer protection portion 83 composed of a second central piece 84 and two second opposing bent pieces 85 formed by bending both long sides of a rectangular plate-shaped member in the same direction at approximately right angles to form a U-shaped cross-section is inserted inside so that the second central piece 84 is close to the second bent piece 70 of the mounting cover portion 66 toward the open end of the pressing base portion 74, and the first opposing bent piece 76 of the pressing base portion 74 and the second opposing bent piece 85 of the buffer protection portion 83 are connected by a bolt 87 through a bolt hole 86.

[0070] In this way, the two buffer protection portions 83 formed on the upper and lower end sides of the pressing base portion 74 can prevent the buffer protection portion 83 from contacting the second bent piece 70 of the mounting cover portion 66 and prevent damage to the second tension spring 91 and deterioration due to excessive load when the pressing base portion 74 is significantly inclined with respect to the water stop plate 2.

[0071] Also, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8(c), a round bar-shaped pressing advance / retreat link connecting shaft 80 is connected and provided through a bolt hole 81 by a bolt 82 in the gap at approximately the center of the pair of first opposing bent pieces 76 of the pressing base portion 74, and is rotatably inserted into a connecting rotation hole 60 formed at the tip of the pressing advance / retreat link 57.

[0072] By configuring the inner wall pressing portion 65 as described above, as shown in FIGS. 3(a) and 8(b), when the operation lever 22 is located above, the pressing contact body 73 of the inner wall pressing portion 65 can be retracted inward. As shown in FIGS. 3(b) and 9(a), when the operation lever 22 is located below, the pressing contact body 73 can be advanced outward so that the side wall pressing rubber portion 89 presses the left and right inner walls w of the entrance / exit E, and the detachable water stop device 1 can be substantially fixed to the support column P.

[0073] In addition, in FIG. 9(a), it is shown that the side wall pressing rubber portion 89 presses the inner front corner portion including the inner wall w of the support column P, but the pressing position is not particularly limited as long as the inner wall w of the support column P is utilized.

[0074] Also, as shown in FIG. 1, by forming the upper end surface 7 of the water stop plate 2 into a substantially flat surface, the detachable water stop device 1 of the present invention can be reset and used.

[0075] In this case, as shown in FIGS. 10(a) and (b), the main body 10 of a fastener such as a patch tablet is disposed on either the front or back surface, or both the left and right upper edges of the lower detachable water stop device 1 using the fastener fitting 9 composed of the main body 10 and the hook 11, and the hook 11 is disposed on the corresponding left and right lower edges of the upper detachable water stop device 1, so that the vertical connection can be firmly maintained.

[0076] Furthermore, a reset connection shaft 13 is protrudingly provided on the lower bottom surface of the upper detachable water stop device 1, and a reset connection hole 12 (see FIG. 1 etc.) into which the reset connection shaft 13 is inserted and positioned is formed on the upper end surface 7 of the lower detachable water stop device 1, so that accurate resetting can be achieved.

[0077] As described above, the detachable water stop device 1 according to the present embodiment is a detachable water stop device 1 that is disposed on the front surface of the entrance / exit E and closes the opening o by pressing and engaging the left and right inner walls w forming the opening o with the inner wall pressing mechanism 16. It comprises a rectangular plate-shaped water stop plate 2, an inner wall pressing mechanism 16 formed on the back surface 4 of the water pressure surface 3 of the water stop plate 2, a wall surface water stop rubber portion 5 formed on the left and right edge portions of the back surface 4, and a floor water stop rubber portion 6 formed on the lower bottom surface of the water stop plate 2. The inner wall pressing mechanism 16 comprises an operation portion 17 formed substantially at the center of the back surface 4, a pressing advance / retreat link 57 that extends substantially horizontally in the left and right directions from the operation portion 17 and advances and retreats by the operation portion 17, and an inner wall pressing portion 65 that is substantially vertical and extends approximately to the height of the water stop plate 2 and is rotatably connected to the tip of the pressing advance / retreat link 57 and forms a side wall pressing rubber portion 89 that abuts against the left and right inner walls w of the entrance / exit E at the tip portion. Therefore, by disposing the detachable water stop device 1 at the entrance / exit E and pressing it substantially evenly in the vertical and horizontal directions, and after confirming this, operating only the operation portion 17 can bias the left and right inner walls w of the entrance / exit E while maintaining the pressing in the vertical and horizontal directions, so that the entrance / exit E can be easily water stopped.

[0078] Also, since only the operation portion 17 formed substantially at the center of the back surface 4 of the water stop plate 2 needs to be operated, the installation work at the entrance / exit E can be easily performed.

[0079] The operation portion 17 comprises an operation lever 22 that can move up and down, and an intermediate link 42 that is substantially L-shaped and movably connects the lower end edge of the operation lever 22 and the base end 58 of each pressing advance / retreat link 57, and whose bent portion 46 is rotatably pivotally connected to the water stop plate 2. One end 44 of the intermediate link 42 is rotatably connected to the lower end edge of the operation lever 22, the other end 49 is rotatably connected to the base end 58 of the pressing advance / retreat link 57, and the other ends 49 of each other are connected by a first tension spring 54. Therefore, by simply pushing down the operation lever 22, the pressing advance / retreat link 57 can be advanced toward the left and right inner walls w of the entrance / exit against the biasing force of the first tension spring 54 to bias the inner wall pressing portion 65 against the left and right inner walls w, enabling the detachable water stop device 1 to be fixed. Also, by simply pushing up the operation lever 22, the pressing advance / retreat link 57 can be retracted to its original position as much as possible according to the biasing force of the first tension spring 54 to release the fixation of the detachable water stop device 1.

[0080] In addition, the operation lever 22 is provided with a normal-time fixing hole 26 for fixing the proximal ends 58 of the pressing forward / backward links 57 to be approximately fixed at a position where the proximal ends 58 approach each other inward, and a pressing-time fixing hole 27 for fixing the proximal ends 58 to be approximately fixed at a position where the proximal ends 58 move away from each other outward. Since the operation portion 17 forms a fixing release lever 36 that engages with the normal-time fixing hole 26 and the pressing-time fixing hole 27 of the operation lever 22, the forward / backward position of the pressing forward / backward link 57 can be approximately fixed by the fixing release lever 36 that engages with the normal-time fixing hole 26 and the pressing-time fixing hole 27, so that the water stop state can be safely maintained.

[0081] Furthermore, since the inner wall pressing portion 65 forms a second tension spring 91 that resists the outward movement of the pressing forward / backward link 57, the inner wall pressing portion 65 that extends substantially vertically and approximates the height of the water stop plate 2 can be stably held on the back surface side of the water stop plate 2 so as not to protrude from the left and right ends of the water stop plate 2 and be damaged when not in use.

[0082] Moreover, the other end 49 of the intermediate link 42 forms a long hole that is rotatably connected to the proximal end 58 of the pressing forward / backward link 57, and since the upper end surface of the water stop plate 2 is formed as a substantially flat surface, the pressing force and the advancing length by which the side wall pressing rubber portion 89 presses the left and right inner walls w can be easily adjusted by the long hole. Furthermore, the same detachable water stop device 1 can be easily reset and used on the water stop plate 2 with a flat upper end surface.

[0083] As described above, the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been explained. However, the present invention is not limited to such specific embodiments, and various modifications and changes are possible within the scope of the gist of the present invention described in the claims.
