AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

Conventional fixture supports, such as those for wiring boxes, often fail to reliably bring the front surface of the fixture into contact with the wall material due to insufficient biasing force, especially when the wall material is displaced or when the fixture is heavy or includes fire-resistant or sound-insulating components, leading to gaps between the fixture and the wall.

Method used

A support device with a connecting mechanism that allows relative movement of a support body toward the front surface, featuring a base body fixed to the building material, a connecting portion, and a support arm portion, along with a locking mechanism to prevent detachment, ensuring the fixture body can be adjusted to reliably contact the wall surface.

Benefits of technology

The support device ensures the fixture body, such as a wiring box, is securely attached to the wall material, preventing gaps and enhancing fire resistance and sound insulation by allowing adjustment of the fixture's position relative to the wall, even after the wall material is erected.

[0001] The present invention relates to a support device for a disposed body for supporting a disposed body with respect to a building material, a support structure for the disposed body by the support device, a base body constituting the support device, and an installation method for an instrument using the support device.

Background Art

[0002] Conventionally, various installation means have been used to support and fix a disposed body including a wiring box or the like with respect to a building material (such as a column) in a wall cavity.

[0003] Patent Document 1 discloses a support tool for a disposed body that supports the disposed body so that the front end surface of the disposed body abuts against the wall cavity. Hereinafter, in this paragraph, the reference numerals in Patent Document 1 are shown in parentheses. The support tool (10) for the disposed body includes a mounting portion (11) attached to a column (H), a box body mounting portion (12) to which a wiring box (20) is attached, and an elastic deformation portion (13) that can press the front end surface of the wiring box (20) against the back surface of a wall material (W1) erected on a planned erection surface (P) by a restoring force to the original shape. The box body support tool (10) is attached to the column (H) so that the opening (23) of the wiring box (20) protrudes forward from the planned erection surface (P) of the wall material (W1), and the box body mounting portion (12) is displaced by the elastic deformation portion (13) of the box body support tool (10) to push the wiring box (20) into the wall cavity side. Then, the opening (23) of the wiring box (20) is displaced rearward from the planned erection surface (P) of the wall material (W1). And when the displacement of the wiring box (20) is completed, the wiring box (20) is displaced to the front side of the wall material (W1) by the restoring force of the elastic deformation portion (13), so that the entire circumference of the front surface and the opening end of the flange (24) of the wiring box (20) is pressed against the back surface of the wall material (W1) erected on the front surface of the wiring box (20). As a result, no gap is formed between the back surface of the wall material (W1) and the front surface and the opening end of the flange (24) of the wiring box (20), and the wiring box (20) abuts against the back surface of the wall material (W1).

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0005] The wiring box of the fixture support of Patent Document 1 is arranged so as to protrude forward from a preset planned installation surface, and the front surface of the wiring box can be brought into contact with the wall material by using the biasing force of the elastic deformation part. However, in the fixture support of Patent Document 1, when the wall material is displaced forward from the planned installation surface, the biasing force cannot be sufficiently exerted, and the wiring box cannot be brought into close contact with the wall material. Further, even when the distance between the wiring box and the column is large, or when a member for imparting fire resistance or sound insulation performance is provided to the wiring box and the weight of the wiring box itself is large, the forward biasing force from the elastic deformation part to the wiring box cannot be sufficiently transmitted, and there is a problem that a gap is likely to occur between the wiring box and the wall material without sufficient biasing force being exerted. That is, a problem with the conventional fixture support is that the front surface of the fixture body including the wiring box cannot be reliably brought into contact with the back surface of the wall.

[0006] The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a support device that supports a fixture body with respect to a building material and can more reliably bring the front surface of the fixture body into contact with a wall material, a support structure of a fixture by the support device, a base body constituting the support device, and an installation method of an appliance using the support device.

Advantages of the Invention

[0018] According to the invention described in Form 1, the connecting mechanism connects the connected part of the base body and the connecting part of the support with the base body fixed to the building material, and allows relative movement of the support to the front side. That is, even after a wall material is erected on the front surface of the building material, the front-rear position of the front surface of the body of the disposed body can be adjusted by moving the support supporting the body of the disposed body relative to the column material in the front side relative to the column material. Therefore, the support device of the present invention can support the body of the disposed body with respect to the building material and more reliably bring the front surface of the body of the disposed body into contact with the wall material.

[0019] According to the invention described in Form 2, in addition to the effect of the invention of Form 1, the regulating part can prevent the support from moving relative to the base body to the rear side and accidentally detaching from the base body. In other words, the connecting mechanism can prevent the support from detaching from the base body when the support moves relative to the base body to the rear side.

[0020] According to the invention described in Form 3, in addition to the effect of the invention of Form 1 or 2, the connecting mechanism is provided with a locking piece extending in the front-rear direction with a predetermined length so as to have a free end on the front side, and a locking hole into which the locking piece is inserted. With the locking piece disposed in the locking hole, the support is slidable in the front-rear direction with respect to the base body. And when the support moves rearward with respect to the base body, the locking piece is locked to the end surface of the locking hole, preventing the support from detaching from the base body.

[0021] According to the invention described in Form 4, in addition to the effects of the invention of Form 3, since a plurality of locking pieces and / or locking holes are provided in the front-rear direction, the locking pieces and / or locking holes to be inserted can be appropriately selected, and the relative positional relationship between the support body and the base body can be adjusted step by step.

[0022] According to the invention described in Form 5, in addition to the effects of any of the inventions of Forms 1 to 4, it is possible to stably linearly move the support body relative to the base body along a pair of rails.

[0023] According to the invention described in Form 6, in addition to the effects of any of the inventions of Forms 1 to 5, after fixing the base body to the building material, the support body can be easily assembled to the base body.

[0024] According to the invention described in Form 7, in addition to the effects of any of the inventions of Forms 1 to 6, it can be easily assembled by sliding the support body either forward or backward relative to the base body. Further, after assembly, when the support body is slid in the direction opposite to the mounting direction relative to the base body, it is possible to regulate the separation of the support body and the base body from each other, and prevent the two from separating unexpectedly.

[0025] According to the invention described in Form 8, in the support structure, the disposed body main body is supported by the support arm portion so that a gap is formed between the disposed body main body and the wall material. And the connecting mechanism connects the connected portion of the base body and the connecting portion of the support body in a state where the base body is fixed to the building material, and allows relative movement in the proximity direction of the support body and the disposed body main body with respect to the wall material. That is, by moving the support body in a state where the support body supporting the disposed body main body on the front side is moved closer to the wall material with the wall material erected on the front surface of the building material, the front-rear position of the front surface of the disposed body main body can be adjusted. Therefore, the support structure of the present invention enables the disposed body main body to be supported with respect to the building material and the front surface of the disposed body main body to be more reliably abutted against the wall material.

[0026] According to the invention described in Embodiment 9, in addition to the effects of the invention of Embodiment 8, it is possible to stably linearly move the support body relative to the base body along a pair of rails until at least the body of the disposed body abuts against the wall material.

[0027] According to the invention described in Embodiment 10, in the support structure described in Embodiment 8 or 9, by screwing and advancing mounting screws into the body of the disposed body and the appliance from the wall surface side, the body of the disposed body together with the support body is pulled toward the wall surface side so as to sandwich the wall material between the body of the disposed body and the appliance, and the front surface of the body of the disposed body can be surely abutted against the wall material.

[0028] According to the invention described in Embodiment 11, in a state where the base body is fixed to the construction material, the connected portion of the base body is connected to the connecting portion of the support body so as to allow relative movement of the connected portion of the base body toward the front surface side of the support body. That is, even after a wall material is erected on the front surface of the construction material, by relatively moving the support body in a state where the body of the disposed body is supported on the front surface side with respect to the column material, the front-rear position of the front surface of the body of the disposed body can be adjusted. Therefore, the base body of the present invention supports the body of the disposed body together with the support body with respect to the construction material, and enables the front surface of the body of the disposed body attached to the support body to be more surely abutted against the wall material.

[0030] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the shapes of the respective drawings referred to in the following description are conceptual diagrams or schematic diagrams for explaining suitable shape dimensions, and the dimensional ratios and the like do not necessarily match the actual dimensional ratios. That is, the present invention is not limited to the dimensional ratios in the drawings. Also, the up-down, left-right directions may be interpreted by mutually swapping them.

[0031] The installation body 100 of an embodiment of the present invention is mainly installed in a wall cavity space with an installation body main body that can attach devices such as switches and outlets to the surface of a wall material, and is arranged for a building material such as an intermediate column inside the wall. The "installation body" in the present invention is arranged for a column material (building material). In this embodiment, a combination of a box 101 and a support device 102 is shown, but a form that does not include a box (only the support device 102) is also included. Further, in this embodiment, the "installation body main body" is exemplified as a wiring box 101, but the installation body main body of the present invention is not limited to a box. The "installation body main body" of the present invention may be a member other than a box, such as a cable holder or a pipe clip. Alternatively, when the "installation body" does not include a box, the "installation body main body" may be interpreted as a support device or a support body itself for supporting the box.

[0032] The installation body 100 of an embodiment of the present invention is a device for constructing an installation structure 10 and / or a support structure 11 for arranging devices and the like, and includes a box 101 that is the installation body main body and a support device 102. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the installation body 100 (or the support device 102) according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the installation body 100 includes a box 101 as the installation body main body arranged in the wall cavity and a support device 102 fixed to a column material that is a building material and supporting the box 101. Hereinafter, each component will be described in detail.

[0033] Referring to FIGS. 2 to 4, the box 101 constituting the installation body 100 of one embodiment will be described. FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view from the front of the box 101. FIGS. 3(a) to (d) are a plan view, a front view, a side view, and a rear view of the box 101. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along A-A and B-B of the box 101.

[0034] As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the box 101 has a bottomed box shape and includes a rectangular bottom wall extending vertically and horizontally, and side walls erected from the inner surface of the bottom wall. Here, the vertical direction (or longitudinal axis direction) in the front view of the box 101 corresponds to the extending direction of the column member, and the left-right direction (or transverse axis direction) in the front view corresponds to the extending direction of the support arm portion 132. An opening edged by the leading edge of the side wall is provided on the front surface, which is the opposite surface of the bottom wall. Further, a flange 101a extending outward from the opening is provided at the leading end of the side wall so as to abut against the back surface of the wall material constructed on the front surface of the construction material. Further, a pair of holes 101b for attaching wiring devices such as sockets and switches are formed at the edge end surfaces on both the upper and lower sides of the opening as device attachment portions.

[0035] The box 101 has a reference position serving as a reference during positioning at its center 101c. The center 101c (reference position) of the box 101 serves as an index for determining the position of the box 101 within the plane of the wall material. That is, the reference position of the box 101 is arranged at the position coordinates in the height direction and the horizontal direction preset during the design of the installation structure. Here, this reference position coincides with the center of the wall hole drilled in the wall material. Further, two attachment holes 101d for attaching the box 101 to the support arm portion 132 of the support body 130 with screws (or tapping screws) are drilled in the bottom wall of the box 101. That is, the location where it is attached to the support arm portion 132 via the two attachment holes 101d is the attachment site. These two attachment holes 101d are arranged side by side in the transverse axis direction with the center of the bottom wall in between. In the box 101 of the present embodiment, the center 101c and the attachment holes 101d (attachment sites) coincide in the height direction. However, as illustrated in FIG. 18, the two may differ in the height direction.

[0036] In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the box 101 of the present embodiment is composed of a box body 101e made of synthetic resin and a sound insulation cover 101f made of a sound insulation material. That is, the sound insulation cover 101f is attached to the exterior of the box body 101e. The sound insulation cover 101f is made of a soft rubber material with a specific gravity of 2 or more so as to have sound insulation properties, is formed in a bottomed box shape having an opening in the front surface, and houses and covers the synthetic resin box body 101e. The flange 101a is formed as a part of the sound insulation cover 101f, and functions to seal the wall hole by closely contacting the periphery of the wall hole during installation, as will be described later.

[0037] Note that the main body of the disposed body in the present embodiment is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, fire resistance performance may be imparted to the main body of the disposed body. Specifically, in order to impart fire resistance performance, the peripheral wall of the main body of the disposed body may be made of steel, or additional members such as a paste of a thermally expandable material may be further provided on the main body of the disposed body. Generally speaking, it can be said that a disposed body main body provided with fire resistance performance and sound insulation performance has a higher weight compared to one without such performance.

[0038] Next, with reference to FIGS. 5 to 12, the support device 102 and its components will be described. FIG. 5 is a schematic perspective view of the support device 102. FIGS. 6(a) to (c) are a plan view, a front view, and a side view of the support device 102. FIGS. 7(a) to (c) are cross-sectional views taken along line C-C and line D-D of the support device 102. FIGS. 8(a) and (b) are schematic perspective views of the base body 110 as viewed from the front and the rear. FIGS. 9(a) to (c) are a plan view, a front view, and a side view of the base body 110. FIG. 10 is a schematic perspective view of the support body 130. FIGS. 11(a) to (c) are a plan view, a front view, and a side view of the support body 130. FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram showing an engagement pattern by the connection mechanism between the base body 110 and the support body 130.

[0039] The support device 102 is configured in a longitudinal shape so as to support the box 101 on the side of the column material while being fixed to the column material which is a building material. As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the support device 102 includes a base body 110 as a fixing part fixed to the column material, and a support body 130 for supporting the box 101. The support device 102 is configured such that the support body 130 is assembled to the base body 110 via a connecting mechanism. The connecting mechanism movably connects the base body 110 and the support body 130.

[0040] As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the base body 110 is a plate piece bent in an L shape in plan view. The base body 110 has one side surface facing the side (the extending direction of the support body 130) and the other side surface (or fixing surface) facing the column material side, and includes a base portion 111 extending from the rear end to the front end, and a target portion 112 that bends and extends from the front end of the base portion 111 in the direction opposite to the extending direction of the support body 130.

[0041] The base portion 111 is formed of a rectangular flat plate and has a plurality of fixing holes 111a for fixing to the side surface of the column material with fixing screws. The fixing holes 111a are composed of round holes and long holes formed above and below the base portion 111. Further, a scale 111b is formed adjacent to the fixing holes 111a on the base portion 111. The scale 111b indicates the distance from the front edge of the base portion 111. When a body edge is installed between the front surface of the column material and the wall material, it is possible to shift the fixing position of the base portion 111 forward of the column material by the thickness of the body edge using the scale 111b. Further, the base portion 111 is configured such that the connecting portion 131 of the support body 130 is connected on the side opposite to the fixing surface as a connected portion. That is, in the base body 110, the base portion 111 functions as a fixing portion fixed to the outer surface of the column material and a connected portion to which the support body 130 is connected.

[0042] On one side surface of the base portion 111 (facing the support body 130 side), a pair of rails 115 extending in the front-rear direction and a plurality of locking pieces 116 formed along the extending direction of the rails 115 are provided. These rails 115 and locking pieces 116 can function as part of a connecting mechanism for connecting the support body 130 to the base body 110. The rails 115 preferably have a length in the front-rear direction that can guide the movement of the support body 130 until the disposing body 100 reaches (or abuts against) the position on the back surface of the wall material, as will be described later. On the other hand, the other side surface of the base portion 111 can function as a fixing surface fixed to the outer surface of the column material.

[0043] As shown in FIG. 9(b), the pair of rails 115 are in an L shape that extends substantially perpendicular to the plane of the base portion 111 in a front view and refracts in a direction facing each other (vertical direction), and are ridges extending in the front-rear direction of the base portion 111. The front and rear of the pair of rails 115 are open so that the plate-shaped connecting portion 131 can be inserted in a sliding manner. Notches 111c are formed on the side of the base portion 111 facing each rail 115. As will be described later, the pair of rails 115 are configured to hold the support body 130 between the rails 115 and guide the front-rear sliding movement of the support body 130 by inserting the connecting portion 131 of the support body 130 between the opposing rails 115. Further, as shown in FIG. 9(c), a plurality of locking pieces 116 are formed at the leading edge of each rail 115 in a front view. Each locking piece 116 includes a rear base end portion 116a connected to the leading edge of the rail 115 and an elongated claw portion 116b extending forward from the base end portion 116a. The base end portion 116a extends substantially parallel to the plane of the base portion 111, and the claw portion 116b is inclined so as to be close to the plane of the base portion 111. Also, the claw portion 116b has a free end at the leading end facing forward. As will be described later, the tip of the claw portion 116b is inserted into the locking hole 133 of the connecting portion 131 and is locked to the end face of the locking hole 133 as a regulating portion. In the present embodiment, four first locking pieces 1161, second locking pieces 1162, third locking pieces 1163, and fourth locking pieces 1164 are formed in order from the front side of the base portion 111. The first locking pieces 1161 and the third locking pieces 1163 are formed on the upper rail 115, and the second locking pieces 1162 and the fourth locking pieces 1164 are formed on the lower rail 115.

[0044] The abutting portion 112 abuts against the outer surface of the column member (construction member) at the fixing destination to assist in attaching the base body 110. In particular, the abutting portion 112 abuts against the surface (front surface or rear surface) of the column member that is different from the direction in which the support arm portion 132 (or the main body of the disposed body) extends. Further, when the reference surface of the arbitrarily selected column member is abutted by the abutting portion 112, the position of the front surface of the disposed body 100 to be disposed can be aligned with a position recessed rearward from the wall material (see FIG. 14). That is, the abutting portion 112 can function as an alignment portion that temporarily holds the base body 110 against the column member and determines the installation position of the disposed body 100 with reference to the outer surface of the column member. Further, the abutting portion 112 is designed to be compact with an up-down width that fits within the range of the up-down width of the box 101 that is the main body of the disposed body.

[0045] The abutting portion 112 bends substantially at a right angle from the front edge of the base portion 111 in the direction opposite to the extending direction of the support body 130 and extends from the base end (on the base portion 111 side) to the tip end. The abutting portion 112 is composed of a rectangular long portion 113 located on the upper side in the up-down width direction and a rectangular short portion 114 located on the lower side. The long portion 113 has an extending length that exceeds half of the width of the front surface of the column member to which it is abutted, and the short portion 114 has an extending length that does not exceed half of the width of the front surface of the column member to which it is abutted. Both the long portion 113 and the short portion 114 extend at positions shifted in the up-down direction with respect to the reference position (center) of the up-down width of the box 101 and the support body 130. Due to the positional shape relationship between the long portion 113 and the short portion 114, when two disposed bodies 100 are butted against one column member and installed at the same height, it is possible to abut the abutting portions 112 of the base body 110 against the same surface of the column member without interfering with each other (see FIG. 19). That is, when the abutting portions 112 of the two disposed bodies 100, 100 are abutted against the front surface of the column member, the main body portions (boxes 101, support bodies 130) of the two disposed bodies 100, 100 can be configured to be arranged at the same position in the height direction of the column member without the abutting portions 112 overlapping each other.

[0046] In addition, two types of screw holes 113a and 113b are provided as pilot holes for fixing screws in the long portion 113 of the application portion 112. One pair of screw holes 113a and 113a are formed to be arranged at the center in the width direction of a column member having a first column width (for example, 45 mm), and the other screw hole 113b is formed to be arranged at the center in the width direction of a column member having a smaller second column width (for example, 40 mm). That is, the screw holes 113a, 113a and the screw hole 113b are formed at positions shifted in the height (vertical width) direction and the horizontal (lateral width) direction so as to correspond to two types of column widths. With this arrangement, the application portion 112 can be stably attached to the column member.

[0047] Furthermore, the application portion 112 is provided with a mechanism for aligning the installation height of the reference position of the disposed body main body (the box 101 or the support arm portion 132). On the application portion 112 of the base body 110 (fixed portion), a reference position display portion 117 is provided which indicates the reference position 1012c (center of the vertical width) of the second form of the box 1012 (see FIG. 18) in which the attachment portion 1012d and the reference position 1012c (center of the vertical width) are shifted in the height direction. As shown in FIG. 18, the reference position display portion 117 is constituted by the lower edge of the application portion 112 (or the base body 110) and is determined according to the shape dimensions of the box 1012. In other words, when the application portion 112 is applied to the front or rear surface of the column member, the height of the reference position display portion 117 is the same as the height of the center of the disposed box 1012. In addition, on the application portion 112 of the base body 110 (fixed portion), a second reference position display portion 118 is provided which indicates the reference position (center 101c) of the box 101 where the attachment portion 101d is at the same height as the reference position (center 101c) of the vertical width. The second reference position display portion 118 is a notch provided at the leading edge approximately at the center in the vertical width direction of the application portion 112. As shown in FIG. 15, when the application portion 112 is applied to the front surface of the column member, the height of the second reference position display portion 118 is the same as the height of the reference position (center 101c) of the disposed box 101 and / or the support arm portion 132. Note that the second reference position display portion 118 also functions as an attachment portion display portion for displaying the height position of the attachment portion (101d) of the box 101.

[0048] The support body 130 is a long plate having an L-shaped planar view extending from its base end to its tip end. The support body 130 includes a connecting portion 131 that is located at its base end and is fixed to the side surface of the building material via the base portion 111 (connected portion) of the base body 110, and a support arm portion 132 that extends longitudinally from the connecting portion 131 toward its tip end (or the side of the column material). In other words, the support body 130 is bent in an L shape, and the short piece-shaped connecting portion 131 and the long piece-shaped support arm portion 132 are connected at a substantially right angle. The support arm portion 132 has a vertical width direction in a direction orthogonal to the extending direction. The extending direction corresponds to the horizontal direction when the disposing body 100 is disposed on the building material, and the vertical width direction corresponds to the vertical (perpendicular) direction when the disposing body 100 is disposed on the building material.

[0049] The connecting portion 131 is composed of a short rectangular flat plate with respect to the support arm portion 132. A plurality of locking holes 133 are formed in the connecting portion 131 as a part of the connecting mechanism. Each locking hole 133 is formed at a position where the locking piece 116 can be inserted when the connecting portion 131 is held between a pair of rails 115, 115 of the base portion 111 of the base body 110. The plurality of locking holes 133 are composed of two upper and lower first locking holes 1331 located on the front end side and two upper and lower second locking holes 1332 located on the rear end side. The first locking hole 1331 is a round hole, and the second locking hole 1332 is a long hole extending in the front-rear direction. Note that the connecting portion 131 can be fixed to the side surface of the building material by driving fixing screws into these locking holes 133 even when it is alone.

[0050] The support arm portion 132 is composed of a long rectangular flat plate and is configured to extend in a direction away from the connecting portion 131 to support the box 101 on the front side surface. A plurality of long hole-shaped attachment holes 135 for fixing the box 101 are formed at the vertical width center of the support arm portion 132. In addition, long holes extending in the width direction and long holes extending in the extending direction are respectively formed above and below the attachment holes 135. These long holes are not used for fixing the box 101, but can be used, for example, when changing to another form of the disposing body main body such as a clip-shaped disposing body.

[0051] That is, in the support device 102 of the present embodiment, the base body 110 has an application portion 112 that is applied to the wall fixing surface (front surface of the column material) of the construction material to which the wall material is fixed. By applying the application portion 112, a base portion 111 as a connected portion is disposed on the side of the surface that intersects the wall fixing surface, and the support body 130 is assembled to the base body 110 so that the support arm portion 132 is separated from the side of the intersecting surface of the construction material.

[0052] Note that the base body 110 and the support body 130 constituting the support device 102 of the present embodiment are obtained by bending and drilling a SUS material, but the present invention is not limited to the manufacturing method and material of one embodiment. For example, instead of a metal material such as a SUS material, it is also possible to form a support device by molding a hard resin or the like.

[0053] Next, with reference to FIGS. 7 and 12, a connection mechanism for connecting the base body 110 and the support body 130 will be described. The connection mechanism is a mechanism constituted by a rail 115 and a locking piece 116 of the base body 110 (base portion 111), and a locking hole 133 of the support body 130 (connection portion 131).

[0054] As shown in FIG. 7(a), the connection portion 131 of the support body 130 is inserted between a pair of rails 115, 115 of the base body 110, whereby the base body 110 and the support body 130 are connected. The tip portions of the base portion 111 and the rail 115 sandwich the connection portion 131 from the front and back, so that the connection portion 131 is held so as not to fall by the base portion 111 (connected portion). The rail 115 guides the slide of the support body 130 in the front-rear direction with the connection portion 131 sandwiched therebetween in a state where the connection portion 131 is connected to the base portion 111 (connected portion). Similarly, the locking piece 116 and the locking hole 133 (particularly the long hole-shaped second locking hole 1332) can guide the linear slide of the support body 130 in the front-rear direction.

[0055] Also, as shown in FIG. 7(b), the tip portion of one locking piece 116 is disposed within the locking hole 133. Since the locking piece 116 is inclined so as to have a free end on the front side, the forward movement of the connecting portion 131 is not locked. That is, the connecting mechanism allows relative movement of the base body 110 with respect to the front surface side of the support body 130. The support body 130 can move forward with respect to the base body 110 until the surface of the support arm portion 132 abuts against the rear end surface of the rail 115. On the other hand, when the support body 130 moves rearward with respect to the base body 110, the locking piece 116 moves relatively forward within the locking hole 133, and the claw portion 116b of the locking piece 116 abuts against and locks to the front end surface of the locking hole 133. That is, the end surface of the locking hole 133 functions as a restricting portion that restricts the support body 130 from moving relatively rearward with respect to the base body 110. Here, the relative movement is restricted by the one-to-one engagement relationship between one locking piece 116 and one locking hole 133. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the support body 130 from moving rearward more than necessary and detaching from the base body 110. That is, with the connecting mechanism, it is possible to easily assemble by sliding the support body 130 forward with respect to the base body 110. Further, after assembly, when the support body 130 is slid in the direction opposite to the mounting direction with respect to the base body 110, separation of the base body 110 and the support body 130 from each other is restricted.

[0056] FIG. 12 illustrates an engagement pattern by the connection mechanism of the base body 110 and the support body 130. Here, a four-stage engagement pattern (a one-to-one combination of the locking piece 116 and the locking hole 133) is illustrated. FIG. 12(a) shows a connection mechanism in a first engagement position where the first locking piece 1161 is engaged with the end face of the upper first locking hole 1331. After the first locking hole 1331 of the support body 130 slides forward from the first engagement position, the support body 130 is restricted from retreating from the first engagement position. The first engagement position shown in FIG. 12(a) is an engagement pattern that locks the support body 130 in the most forward position (the state where it has moved closest to the wall material). FIG. 12(b) shows a connection mechanism in a second engagement position where the second locking piece 1162 is engaged with the end face of the lower first locking hole 1331. After the first locking hole 1331 of the support body 130 slides forward from the second engagement position, the support body 130 is restricted from retreating from the second engagement position. FIG. 12(c) shows a connection mechanism in a third engagement position where the third locking piece 1163 is engaged with the end face of the upper second locking hole 1332. After the front end portion of the second locking hole 1332 of the support body 130 slides forward from the third engagement position, the support body 130 is restricted from retreating from the third engagement position. FIG. 12(d) shows a connection mechanism in a fourth engagement position where the fourth locking piece 1164 is engaged with the end face of the lower first locking hole 1331. After the first locking hole 1331 of the support body 130 slides forward from the fourth engagement position, the support body 130 is restricted from retreating from the fourth engagement position. The fourth engagement position shown in FIG. 12(d) is an engagement pattern that locks the support body 130 in the most rearward position. That is, in the present embodiment, the restricting portion of the connection mechanism enables the support body 130 that retreats with respect to the base body 110 to be locked step by step. Thereby, it is more reliably prevented that the support body 130 detaches rearward from the base body 110. Note that the combination of the fourth locking piece 1164 and the first locking hole 1331 finally functions as a blocking means for preventing the support body 130 from detaching from the base body 110.

[0057] Next, with reference to FIGS. 13 to 15, a support structure 11 in which a disposed body 100 (box 101 and support device 102) is disposed with respect to a column member 17 that is a building material will be described. FIG. 13 is a schematic perspective view from the front of the support structure 11. FIG. 14 is a plan view of the support structure 11. FIG. 15 is a front view of the support structure 11.

[0058] The support structure 11 is a structure in which the disposed body 100 is supported with respect to the column member 17. The support structure 11 includes a column member 17 disposed in the wall lining, a support device 102 fixed to the column member 17 on the back surface side of a wall member erected on the front side of the column member 17, and a box 101 supported by the support device 102 in the space on the back surface side of the wall member. This support structure 11 is a structural part that does not include the wall members in front of and / or behind the column member 17, and the phantom line in FIG. 14 indicates the position where the front wall member 18 in the support structure 11 is constructed. In the present embodiment, the wall member 18 is constructed at a position in contact with the front surface of the column member 17.

[0059] In the support structure 11 of the present embodiment, the base portion 111 of the base body 110 is fixed to the side surface of the column member 17 (facing the box 101 side), and the applying portion 112 is fixed to the front surface of the column member 17. As shown in FIG. 14, the base portion 111 is fixed to the side surface of the column member 17 by a fixing screw passing through the fixing hole 111a. Further, a support body 130 is assembled to the base body 110 via a connecting mechanism. And the support arm portion 132 extends horizontally with respect to the extending direction of the column member 17 so as to be spaced laterally from the column member 17. Here, the base portion 111 of the base body 110 is fixed to the side surface of the column member 17 with a fixing screw using the fixing hole 111a. However, instead, the applying portion 112 of the base body 110 may be fixed to the front surface of the column member 17 with a fixing screw using the screw hole 113a of the applying portion 112. Alternatively, both the fixing hole 111a and the screw hole 113a may be used to fix the base portion 111 to the side surface of the column member 17 and the applying portion 112 to the front surface of the column member 17.

[0060] Also, a box 101 is attached to a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction of the support arm 132 with screws. Specifically, the attachment hole 101d of the box 101 as the attachment part is aligned with the attachment hole 135 of the support arm 132 as the part to be attached in the height direction and the horizontal direction, and is attached with screws. As shown in FIG. 15, in the support structure 11 of the present embodiment, the center 101c (reference position) in the vertical width direction of the box 101 is at the same position in the height direction as the attachment hole 135 (part to be attached) of the support arm 132 and the attachment hole 101d (attachment part) of the box 101. And the second reference position display part 118 formed in the addressing part 112 displays the height of the center 101c of the box 101.

[0061] In the support structure 11, the box 101 of the disposed body 100 is not fixed in the front-rear direction and is movably supported by the support device 102. As shown in FIG. 14, a gap is formed between the front surface of the box 101 (main body of the disposed body) and the back surface position of the wall material 18 (to be erected), and the support body 130 is connected to the base body 110 in a state where movement in the proximity direction to the back surface position of the wall material is allowed. That is, in the support structure 11, when the box 101 and the support body 130 are separated rearward from the back surface position of the wall material 18, the box 101 and the support body 130 do not interfere with the wall material 18 when the wall material 18 is erected. Also, after the wall material 18 is erected, by operating so as to move the box 101 and the support body 130 in the proximity direction, the front surface of the box 101 can be surely brought into contact with the back surface of the wall material 18.

[0062] FIG. 16 shows an installation structure 10 in a state where a disposing body 100 is disposed with respect to a column member 17, at least the front wall member 18 (front wall) is constructed, and an appliance I is attached to the disposing body 100. Here, the appliance I is a wiring appliance such as an outlet cover or a switch, but is schematically depicted in the drawing. Also, the wall member 18 may be a gypsum board or the like. That is, the installation structure 10 shown in FIG. 16 includes a column member 17 disposed in a wall cavity, a wall member 18 erected on the front side of the column member 17, a support device 102 fixed to the column member 17 on the back side of the wall member 18, and a box 101 supported by the support device 102 on the back side of the wall member 18. The appliance I is installed on the front surface of the box 101 through a wall hole 18a.

[0063] In the installation structure 10 of FIG. 16, a wall hole 18a is formed at a predetermined position of the wall member 18, and the center 101c (reference position) of the box 101 is aligned with the center of the wall hole 18a. And the box 101 faces the wall surface through the wall hole 18a. At this time, the front surface of the flange 101a of the box 101 is in contact with the back surface of the wall member 18 without any gap over the entire circumferential direction. Further, the appliance I is attached to the box 101 through the appliance attachment portion 101b of the box 101 and attachment screws (bolts). Due to the fastening force of this attachment screw, the periphery of the wall hole 18a of the wall member 18 is clamped by the appliance I and the flange 101a. That is, in the installation structure 10, the front surface of the box 101 is surely in contact with the back surface of the wall member 18, and a shielding effect leading to sound insulation and fire resistance is exhibited.

[0064] Subsequently, with reference to FIG. 17, a method for constructing the installation structure 10 in which the disposing body 100 is installed with respect to the column member 17 will be described. Also, in this method, in the support structure 11, after constructing the wall member 18, the appliance I is installed from the wall surface with respect to the box 101 inside the wall.

[0065] First, in order to determine the placement position in front of the box 101 at a position that has retreated in the front-rear direction from the back surface position of the wall material 18 (where it is planned to be erected), considering the front-rear width, etc. of the box 101 (or the disposed body 100), a reference surface of the column member 17 to which the alignment portion (the applying portion 112) of the base body 110 is applied is determined. In the installation structure 10 of FIG. 16, the front surface of the column member 17 was selected as the reference surface. Next, based on the installation height of the appliance I (center position), a ruled line is formed on the outer surface (preferably the front surface) of the column member 17.

[0066] Next, as shown in FIG. 17(a), at a predetermined height position according to the ruled line of the column member 17, the base body 110 is fixed to the column member 17. In this step, the user can easily hold the base body 110 in place by applying the applying portion 112 of the base body 110 to the front surface of the column member 17 and pressing the applying portion 112 against the column member 17 by hand from the wall surface. In particular, since the long portion 113 of the applying portion 112 has an extending length exceeding half of the width of the front surface of the column member 17, the operation of applying the applying portion 112 to the front surface of the column member 17 is easy. Also, by aligning the second reference position display portion 118 with the ruled line, the center 101c (reference position) of the box 101 can be aligned with a desired height position (the center position of the appliance I or the wall hole 18a). Then, by driving fixing screws into the fixing holes 111a of the base portion 111, the base body 110 as a fixing portion is fixed to the column member 17. With the base body 110 fixed to the column member 17, the connecting portion 131 of the support body 130 is inserted between the pair of rails 115 of the base portion 111 from the rear to the front to assemble the support body 130 to the base body 110. At this time, according to the front-rear width of the box 101, the insertion amount is adjusted so that the front surface position of the box 101 is at least behind the back surface position of the wall material 18 where it is planned to be erected. By determining the position of the support arm portion 132 as far forward as possible, the amount of movement in the wall-back space can be made less. That is, according to the disposed body 100 of the present embodiment, at the stage of fixing the base body 110 as a fixing portion to the column member 17, the height position of the reference position (the center 101c of the box 101) of the disposed body 100 and the front-rear position of the front surface of the disposed body 100 (the front surface of the box 101) can be adjusted to desired positions.

[0067] In the next step, the box 101 is fixed to a predetermined position in the extending direction of the support arm portion 132 with screws. At this time, the mounting hole 135 (mounting portion) at the vertical width center of the support arm portion 132 and the mounting hole 101d (mounting site) of the box 101 are aligned and fixed with screws. Thereby, the reference position of the box 101 is arranged at the same height position as the ruled line, and the support structure 11 of the disposing body 100 is constructed.

[0068] In the next step, as shown in FIG. 17(b), the wall material 18 is constructed so that the back surface of the wall material 18 abuts against the front surface of the column material 17. The thickness of the addressing portion 112 is sufficiently thin so as not to prevent the substantial contact between the front surface of the column material 17 and the back surface of the wall material 18. A wall hole 18a having a center at the same height as the ruled line is formed in the wall material 18. The appliance mounting portion 101b on the front surface of the box 101 is exposed on the wall surface through the wall hole 18a. Next, as shown in FIG. 17(b), the mounting screw is passed through the mounting hole of the appliance I from the wall surface and screwed into the appliance mounting portion 101b of the box 101.

[0069] Subsequently, from the state shown in FIG. 17(b), the mounting screw is screwed in so that the support 130 is moved closer to the wall material 18 together with the box 101. Then, as shown in FIG. 17(c), the mounting screw is tightened so that the flange 101a of the box 101 and the appliance I sandwich the wall material 18. Thereby, the flange 101a of the box 101 is in close contact with the back surface of the wall material 18, and the installation structure 10 that seals the wall hole 18a can be constructed.

[0070] Hereinafter, the operation and effect of the support device 102 (or the disposing body 100) according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0071] According to the support device 102 of the present embodiment, the coupling mechanism couples the base portion 111 as the connected portion of the base body 110 and the connecting portion 131 of the support body 130 in a state where the base body 110 is fixed to the column member 17, and allows relative movement of the support body 130 toward the front surface side. That is, even after the wall member 18 is erected on the front surface of the column member 17, the front-rear position of the front surface of the box 101 can be adjusted by relatively moving the support body 130 in a state where the box 101 as the disposed body main body is supported on the front surface side with respect to the column member 17 toward the front surface side. Therefore, the support device 102 of the present embodiment supports the box 101 with respect to the column member 17 and enables the front surface of the box 101 to more reliably contact the back surface of the wall member 18.

[0072] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various embodiments and modifications can be adopted within the technical scope of the present invention. In another embodiment, components having the same last two-digit reference numbers have the same or similar features unless otherwise specified, and the description thereof will be partially omitted.

[0073] (1) The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and can take various forms. The support structure by the support device 102 in the above-described embodiments can take various forms such as the support structures 21, 31, 41, 51 shown in FIGS. 18 to 20. That is, the support device of the present invention can be used corresponding to various situations. In the support structures 21, 31 shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the positioning portion 112 is fixed to the front surface of the column member 17 by the fixing screw passing through the screw hole 113a instead of the fixing hole 111a, whereby the support device 102 is fixed to the column member 17. Further, in the support structure 41 shown in FIG. 20(a), the support device 102 is fixed to the second column member 17-2 that abuts on the rear wall 18-2, not the first column member 17-1 that abuts on the front wall 18-1. Here, the front surface of the second column member 17-2 is defined as a reference surface for positioning the disposed body 100. The positioning portion 112 as the alignment portion of the disposed body 100 is applied to the front surface of the second column member 17-2. And the front surface of the box 101 is aligned so as to be separated rearward from the position of the back surface of the front wall 18-1. Further, in the support structure 51 shown in FIG. 20(b), the rear surface of the first column member 17-1 that abuts on the front wall 18-1 is defined as a reference surface for positioning the disposed body 100'. The positioning portion 112' as the alignment portion of the disposed body 100' is applied to the rear surface of the first column member 17-1. The support device 102' and its connection mechanism are configured to allow the forward relative movement of the support body 130' with respect to the base body 110' in the state of the support structure 51.

[0074] (2) The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and can take various forms. In the above-described embodiments, the support device is configured to be fixed to the building material in a cantilever state via the fixing portion, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, as shown in FIG. 21, the support device 202 is provided with fixing portions (base body 210, connecting portion 231) at both ends of the support arm portion 232, and the support device 202 may be configured to be fixed in a both-end supported state between two columnar building materials.

[0075] (3) The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and can take various forms.
