Abstract
To provide an input sequence optimizing device, etc. that optimizes a sequence of inputs of a workpiece to each step according to a process of a workpiece in each step in a production line and a progress state of a change in setup.SOLUTION: An input sequence optimizing device includes: an input sequence acquiring unit that acquires a sequence of inputs of a workpiece to each of steps in a production line; a progress data acquiring unit that acquires progress data of a process in each of the steps and a change in setup; an optimization range setting unit that sets an optimization range that is a range of a sequence of inputs for optimizing the sequence of inputs of the workpiece to each step; a production condition acquiring unit that acquires a production condition related to a production; and an input sequence optimization calculating unit that performs an input sequence optimization calculation for optimizing the sequence of inputs of the workpiece to each step, based on the sequence of inputs of the workpiece to each step, the optimized range, the progress data, and the production condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
