Abstract

The present invention describes a zipper comprising a pair of webbings (29; 38), each of which has at its side edges a series of coupling elements or teeth (5; 12) facing the part that joins the webbing, each of which can pivot about its central vertical axis by means of a support arranged between the coupling element (5; 12) and the webbing (29; 38), the coupling element (5; 12) engaging with the support which in turn engages the webbing (29; 38), the support consisting of a cylinder (30) or two semi-cylinders (18, 19) arranged mirror-like on either side of the webbing (29).
