As shown in Figure 1, the hand washing device 10 is attached as a lid to the top of a toilet flushing tank 11. The toilet flushing tank 11 is provided at the rear of a toilet 12. The toilet flushing tank 11 stores flush water to be supplied into the toilet 12.
