Abstract

A radio access network control device for controlling an O-RAN including an O-RU serving as a radio unit is provided with at least one processor for reconfiguring hardware and / or software of a transmitting circuit and / or a receiving circuit of the O-RU, by means of a communication function reconfiguring unit. The communication function reconfiguring unit has at least a portion that is provided in at least one of a Service Management and Orchestration (SMO) and a Non-Real Time RAN Intelligent Controller (Non-RT RIC), and reconfigures the O-RU through at least one of Open Fronthaul and an O1 interface. The communication function reconfiguring unit provided in at least one of the SMO and the Non-RT RIC generates a guideline or necessary information for reconfiguring the O-RU, on the basis of information collected in relation to the O-RU (Fig. 4).
