To provide a facility use management system configured to reduce a workload on a facility while improving convenience of a user in making a reservation for equipment in the facility, a facility use management method, and a facility use management program.SOLUTION: A facility use management system 10 includes: a presentation processing unit 112 which presents, to a user, a two-dimensional code Q1 for accessing equipment reservation screens P31, P32 that receive a reservation request for using equipment incidental to an accommodation H1; a display processing unit 113 which displays the equipment reservation screens P31, P32 when the equipment reservation screens 31, 32 have been accessed in accordance with the two-dimensional code Q1; a reception processing unit 114 which receives a reservation request for using equipment from the user on the equipment reservation screens P31, P32; and an equipment reservation processing unit 115 which executes, when the reception processing unit 114 receives the reservation request for using the equipment from the user, reservation processing for the equipment on the basis of reservation status of the equipment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
