To efficiently search for a compound that can be synthesized.SOLUTION: An information processing system has at least one processor. The at least one processor acquires a reaction material list of a plurality of reaction materials, acquires a reaction formula that expresses a reaction material having a reactive functional group by a general formula, selects at least one combination of reaction materials that fit the reaction formula as at least one reaction material combination from the reaction material list, and specifies a product material obtained from the reaction material combination by the reaction formula for each of the at least one reaction material combination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
