Claims

1. A pharmaceutical for treating and / or preventing cancer, comprising a combination, together or separately, of an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof immunologically reactive with CAPRIN-1 protein present on the surface of cancer cells, and ramucirumab and paclitaxel and / or nab-paclitaxel, wherein the cancer expresses CAPRIN-1 protein on the cell membrane surface.
