Claims
1. A hair treatment agent comprising at least one reducing agent (A) selected from ammonium thioglycolate, thioglycerin, and thiolactate, wherein the reducing agent (A) is in the range of 2.0 to 10.0% by mass in terms of thioglycolic acid, and the pH is 2 to 7. A hair modification agent set comprising a first hair modification agent containing a keratin fiber reducing substance in an amount of 2.0 to 11.0% by mass in terms of thioglycolic acid, and having a pH of 8 to 9.

2. The hair treatment agent set according to Claim 1, wherein the hair treatment agent contains 0.2 to 1.0% by mass of diethylenetriaminepentaacetate (B).
3. The hair treatment agent set according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the hair treatment agent contains 0.2 to 2.0% by mass of steartrimonium chloride (C).

A step (I) of applying a hair treatment agent to hair, comprising at least one reducing agent (A) selected from ammonium thioglycolate, thioglycerin, and thiolactate, wherein the reducing agent (A) is in the range of 2.0 to 10.0% by mass in terms of thioglycolic acid, and the pH is 2 to 7. After step (I), step (II) is performed, in which a first hair modification agent is applied to the hair, which contains a keratin fiber reducing substance in an amount of 2.0 to 11.0% by mass in terms of thioglycolic acid and has a pH of 8 to 9.5, and A hair deformation treatment method comprising step (III) of applying a second hair deformation agent containing an oxidizing agent to the hair after step (II).
5. The hair deformation treatment method according to claim 4, wherein a step (I-a) of washing the hair is performed after step (I) and before step (II).
6. The hair deformation treatment method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein step (III) is performed on hair that has undergone step (II-a), in which step (II) is performed.
