Claims

[Claim 1] An oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic containing (A) to (C). (A) Niacinamide in an amount of 3 to 7% by mass relative to the total amount of the cosmetic product (B) One or more water-soluble polymers selected from (sodium acrylate / sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate) copolymer, sclerotium gum, and sodium carboxymethyl dextran in an amount of 0.05 to 1% by mass relative to the total amount of the cosmetic composition. (C) One or more ester oils with an IOB value of 0.15 to 0.35 selected from tetra(hydroxystearate / isostearate)dipentaerythrityl (IOB: 0.22), diisostearyl malate (IOB: 0.28), and hexa(hydroxystearate / stearate / rosinate)dipentaerythrityl (IOB: 0.30), in an amount of 0.01 to 3% by mass of the total amount of cosmetic.
