To provide an LED illuminating device that can restrain end parts in a width direction of a cover member from becoming dark.SOLUTION: An LED illuminating device 3 is housed in a concave part 2a of an appliance body 2, and comprises a board 11 on which an LED 12 is arranged, a frame 20 comprising a main plate part 21 fitted with the board 11, and a cover member 30 fitted to the frame 20. The frame 20 comprises protruding parts 22 located on both sides of the main plate part 21 in a short direction of the frame 20, and protruding toward a side of a first direction from the main plate part 21. The cover member 30 comprises a main part 31, and extended parts 32 protruding toward the LED 12 from an inner surface of the main part 31. The extended parts 32 comprise outer extended parts 32a, and inner extended parts 32b extending toward the side of the LED 12 so as to cover at least a portion of the protruding parts 22 from the outer extended parts 32a. Gaps G exist between the cover member 30 and an inner surface of the concave part 2a.
