The first reducer (70) is arranged coaxially with the rotating shaft (4R) and, with the second output unit (72) fixed in a non-rotatable state, reduces the rotational power by a first reduction ratio to rotate the outer circumferential surface (73) of the first output unit (71) in the opposite direction to the rotation of the rotating shaft (4R). The second reducer (80) is arranged coaxially with the rotating shaft (4R) and, with the third output unit (81) fixed to the first output unit (71), reduces the rotational power by a second reduction ratio to rotate the outer circumferential surface (83) of the fourth output unit (82).
