Abstract

To provide an output control device of an ultrasonic cleaning machine, which is capable of suppressing generation of a surge voltage and heat and generates less noise.SOLUTION: An output control device 20 according to the invention comprises a rectifier 23, a high-frequency generator 26, an oscillation controller 29, and a power supply voltage detector 28. The rectifier 23 rectifies commercial electric power 22 to generate a pulsating flow 40. The high-frequency generator 26 receives the pulsating flow 40 generated by the rectifier 23, oscillates high frequency waves, and outputs high-frequency drive signals to an ultrasonic transducer 13. The power supply voltage detector 28 detects a zero-cross point of the commercial electric power 22, and outputs a result of the detection to the oscillation controller 29. On the basis of the result of detection by the power supply voltage detector 28, the oscillation controller 29 stops the oscillation of the high-frequency generator 26, by a time period of an integral multiple of a voltage period of the pulsating flow 40 starting at timing when a voltage of the pulsating flow 40 is a minimum value to perform control for lowering the output of the drive signals, thereby burst-driving the high-frequency generator 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
