AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
Existing methods for manufacturing architectural panels with openings face issues such as scratches on lids during transport and the risk of accidental falls into openings during construction due to the need for separate on-site lid attachment.
Method used
A method involving a jig with support members and positioning portions to easily and quickly temporarily fix an opening cover to the panel, allowing for efficient and safe construction by using the same jig for both support member and cover placement.
Benefits of technology
Enables quick and secure temporary fixation of opening covers, preventing accidents and reducing construction risks while improving work efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Abstract
The object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an architectural panel with an opening and a jig that allows for the easy and quick temporary fixing of an opening cover to the opening. [Solution] The manufacturing method for the building panel 100 with an opening comprises the steps of: (I) temporarily fixing a plurality of support members 5 to the opening side surface 21 using a jig 3; (II) positioning and placing the opening cover 4 on the plurality of support members 5 using the jig 3; and (III) temporarily fixing the positioned opening cover 4 to the plurality of support members 5. The jig 3 comprises a holding part 34 for holding the support members 5 and a positioning part 35 for positioning relative to the building panel 1. In step (I), with the support members 5 held by the holding part 34, the jig 3 and the support members 5 are simultaneously brought into contact with the opening side surface 21 while the positioning part 35 is brought into contact with the upper surface 11 of the building panel 1. Next, the support members 5 are temporarily fixed to the opening side surface 21 with a fixing material S2, and then the jig 3 is removed by releasing the state of holding the support members 5.
