Abstract
The present invention provides the use of compound (I), its optical isomer or its pharma- ceutically acceptable salt in the manufacture of a medicament for treating diseases associated with overexpression or abnormal activation of JAK kinase and SYK kinase, including autoimmune diseases, such as immune-mediated skin diseases, particularly psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and SLE. Compound (I), its optical isomer or its pharma- ceutically acceptable salt improves skin lesions in psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and SLE mice, reduces kidney damage, inhibits immune organ growth, reduces inflammation levels, inhibits the increase of SLE-related antibodies and cytokines in serum, has a certain safety window and has the potential for clinical application.
