Abstract

[Solution] The point cloud data processing method (S3) includes a point cloud data acquisition step (S31) which acquires point cloud data measured using a three-dimensional sensor from a target area containing an object, and an exclusion from calculation step (S32-S33) which identifies points whose coordinates in the height direction of the target area are outliers for each column arranged in the width direction of the target area in the point cloud data, without requiring user operation.
