Abstract

To provide a work reservation system and program for efficiently allocating vehicles by packing reservations for work applications, regarding a work company which executes installation or removal of vending machines.SOLUTION: In a work reservation system 1, a work application management server includes: a date / time presentation unit which receives work places and work items from a person in charge and presents available dates / times for accepting a work application that requires moving a vehicle so as to allow one selection per day; and a receiving unit which receives the selection from the person in charge, and accepts the work application. The date / time presentation unit presents, as a next available date / time for accepting a reservation, a vehicle arrival time for a work pending, after calculating an estimated work completion time of a preceding work application and the time when a vehicle can be moved from a work place, on the assumption that the vehicle used in the preceding work application is moved in the case where a distance between the work place of the preceding work application made by the person in charge and a work place of a subsequent work application falls within a vehicle moving range, based on the preset vehicle moving range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

Claims

1. Based on the work location and work items provided by the client's representative, the system displays a date and time display section that allows users to select one available date and time each day for work requests involving vehicle movement. The facility has a reception area that accepts work requests in the form of either drop-off or reservation, based on the selection made by the person in charge. The aforementioned date and time display unit, on a daily basis, when a work request for prior storage or reservation is received, assumes that the vehicle used for the prior work will be moved if it falls within the vehicle's movement range from the prior work location, calculates the completion time of the prior work request and the travel time from that work location, and then displays the time when the vehicle can arrive to perform the work currently requested on that day as the next available date and time for acceptance, thereby extending the vehicle's daily travel route.
