To provide a grapefruit fruit-like alcoholic beverage that has a predetermined level or higher of extracts and acidity; is infused or enriched with juicy sensation, a peeling feel, and complexity from cloudy grapefruit juice; and also has reduced sourness.SOLUTION: A grapefruit fruit-like alcoholic beverage contains cloudy grapefruit juice, has an extract level of 3.5 w / v% or more and 8.0 w / v% or less, and an acidity in terms of citric acid of 0.40 g / 100 ml or more and 1.20 g / 100 ml or less, and further contains α-pinene.SELECTED DRAWING: None
