Claims

1. An airflow control device for the front module of an automobile, wherein the control device is A frame including an integrated support bar, Multiple vanes, Equipped with, Each of the plurality of vanes extends in the main extending direction within the frame, and is arranged perpendicular to the main extending direction such that the main extending directions parallel to each other do not coincide with each other, and is mounted to the frame in a manner that allows it to rotate. Each vane is rotatable about an axis of rotation substantially parallel to the principal extending direction of each vane, With the integrated support bar extending in a direction perpendicular to the main extending direction of the vane, the vane is rotatable between an open position and a closed position. Each of the plurality of vanes has a fin configured to rest on the integrated support bar when the vane is closed and subjected to pressure toward the integrated support bar, A control device wherein the fin protrudes from the vanes by a distance substantially equal to the distance between the vanes in the open position.

2. The frame includes a support projection at one end of the integrated support bar. The control device according to claim 1, wherein the support projection protrudes toward the nearest vane, thereby substantially adjacent to the vane in its closed position.

3. The frame includes a support groove at one end of the integrated support bar. The control device according to claim 1, wherein the support groove is configured to receive the fin of the nearest vane.

4. The control device according to claim 1, wherein the integrated support bar has guide grooves that extend along its length and receive the fins at any position.

5. The aforementioned integrated support bar includes a quarter-circular notch, The vane in the closed position is received and supported within the notch. The control device according to claim 4, wherein the notch has a shape that guides the movement of the vane toward the open position.

6. The control device according to claim 1, wherein the integrated support bar is perforated.

7. The control device according to claim 1, wherein the fin has a substantially triangular shape.

8. The control device according to claim 1, wherein the fin has a substantially semicircular shape.

9. The control device according to claim 1, wherein the edge of the fin includes a vibration damping material.

10. The control device includes a plurality of the integrated support bars, The control device according to claim 1, wherein the vane includes a plurality of fins, each adapted to operate in conjunction with the plurality of integrated support bars.
