[Solution] A review analysis system 100 includes a server 20 and a user terminal 10. The server acquires a set of documents containing multiple reviews, analyzes the set of documents, extracts multiple perspectives from the set of documents, and for each of the extracted perspectives, performs a process to generate a perspective analysis result that includes information (a) indicating the perspective, information (b) indicating the number of items related to the perspective, and evaluation information (c) indicating the percentage of each of the multiple evaluation categories such as positive, neutral, and negative in the review. The user terminal receives the perspective analysis results from the server and simultaneously displays a list of graphs on a single screen that visualize the information (a) indicating the perspective, the information (b) indicating the number of items, and the evaluation information (c) for each of the extracted perspectives.
