[0001] The present invention relates to a system, a method, a server device, a control method for a server device, and a storage medium.

[0002] There is a system that supports the work related to the management responsibility of the construction client.

[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 states that it provides a client responsibility support system that can reduce the workload of both the client and the contractor of a construction project, and can easily and reliably support the client in carrying out tasks related to their management responsibility when granting approval for a contractor's construction application.

[0004] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2006-268528

[0005] In a contract for construction work or the like, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, the ordering party (the outsourcing party) needs to manage the personnel of the contractor (the outsourcee). For example, the outsourcing party manages the personnel working on-site using a worker list provided in advance by the outsourcee. However, management based on such a worker list submitted in advance cannot accommodate sudden personnel changes, such as on the day of work.

[0006] The main object of the present invention is to provide a system, a method, a server device, a method for controlling a server device, and a storage medium that contribute to facilitating personnel changes on the contractor's side in construction work, etc.

[0007] According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a system including a first server managed by a party that outsources the work and a second server managed by a party to whom the work is outsourced, wherein the first server performs authentication processing for a person to be authenticated who is attempting to enter a work site where the work is being performed using worker information including biometric information of a worker who has been previously applied by the second server to be a worker working at the work site, and the second server changes the worker information of the previously applied worker to the worker information of another worker.

[0008] According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method in a system including a first server managed by a business outsourcing party and a second server managed by a party to whom the business is outsourced, in which the second server performs authentication processing for a person to be authenticated who is attempting to enter a work site where the business is being performed using worker information including biometric information of a worker who has previously applied to be a worker working at the work site, and the worker information of the worker who has previously applied to be the worker is changed to the worker information of another worker.

[0009] According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a server device comprising: an authentication unit that performs authentication processing for an authenticated person attempting to enter a work site where work is being performed, using worker information including biometric information of a worker who has been previously applied by a server to which the work is being outsourced, the server being outsourced, to be a worker who will be working at the work site; and a commissioning control unit that accepts a change from the worker information of the worker who has previously applied by the server to the worker information of another worker.

[0010] According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for controlling a server device, in which a server device performs authentication processing for a person to be authenticated who is attempting to enter a work site where work is being performed, using worker information managed by a party to whom the work is outsourced, the worker information including biometric information of a worker who has previously applied by the outsourced server to be a worker working at the work site, and the outsourced server accepts a request to change the worker information of the previously applied worker to the worker information of another worker.

[0011] According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium is provided that stores a program for causing a computer mounted on a server device to execute the following processes: a process for performing authentication processing for a person to be authenticated who is attempting to enter a work site where work is being performed, using worker information including biometric information of a worker who has been previously applied by the outsourced server, which is managed by the outsourcee of the work, as a worker who will be working at the work site; and a process for accepting a change by the outsourced server to change the worker information of the previously applied worker to the worker information of another worker.

[0012] According to each aspect of the present invention, a system, a method, a server device, a method for controlling a server device, and a storage medium are provided that contribute to facilitating personnel changes on the contractor side in construction work, etc. Note that the effects of the present invention are not limited to those described above. The present invention may achieve other effects instead of or in addition to the effects described above.

[0014] First, an overview of one embodiment will be described. Note that the reference numerals in the drawings are added to each element for convenience as an example to facilitate understanding, and the description of this overview is not intended to be limiting in any way. Furthermore, unless otherwise specified, the blocks shown in each drawing represent functional units, not hardware units. Connection lines between blocks in each drawing include both bidirectional and unidirectional lines. Unidirectional arrows are used to schematically indicate the flow of the main signal (data) and do not exclude bidirectionality. Note that in this specification and drawings, elements that can be similarly described may be assigned the same reference numerals to avoid redundant explanation.

[0015] A system according to one embodiment includes a first server 101 and a second server 102 (see FIG. 1 ). The first server 101 is managed by a business outsourcing party. The second server 102 is managed by a business outsourcing party. The first server 101 performs authentication processing for a person to be authenticated who is attempting to enter a work site where work is being performed, using worker information including biometric information of a worker who has been previously applied by the second server 102 as a worker working at the work site (step S1 in FIG. 2 ). The second server 102 changes the worker information of the previously applied worker to worker information of another worker (step S2).

[0016] The first server 101 performs authentication processing for an authenticated person attempting to enter a work site where work is being performed. In this case, the first server 101 performs authentication processing using biometric information of a worker who has been previously applied by the contractor to be a worker working at the work site. Furthermore, the second server 102, as necessary, changes the worker information of the previously applied worker to worker information of another worker. Such operations of the first server 101 and the second server 102 facilitate changing the worker working at the work site. That is, the contractor (second server 102) can change the previously applied worker to a new worker without obtaining permission from the client (first server 101). Furthermore, when authenticating a worker entering a work site where work is being performed, the first server 101 simply uses the updated worker information, eliminating the need for the client to manage the worker changes.

[0017] Specific embodiments will be described in more detail below with reference to the drawings.

[0018] First Embodiment The first embodiment will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.

[0019] [System Configuration] Fig. 3 is a diagram showing an example of a schematic configuration of an authentication system (information processing system) according to the first embodiment. As shown in Fig. 3, the authentication system includes an outsourcing company and an outsourced company.

[0020] A client company outsources work to a subcontractor. For example, a client company outsources work related to the construction of a building or the manufacture of goods to a subcontractor.

[0021] The outsourcing company includes an outsourcing server 10 and an authentication terminal 20. The outsourcing server 10 and the authentication terminal 20 are managed by the outsourcing company that outsources the business.

[0022] The outsourcing server 10 is a server that handles processes related to the outsourcing of the outsourcing company. The outsourcing server 10 may be installed in the building of the outsourcing company, or may be a server installed on a network (cloud).

[0023] The authentication terminal 20 is a terminal installed at a work site such as a construction site or a factory. Employees of the client company, employees of the outsourced company, etc. enter and exit the work site. The authentication terminal 20 authenticates entrants (especially workers from the outsourced company) attempting to enter the work site and permits entry to those who are successfully authenticated. The authentication terminal 20 is, for example, a tablet or signage-type terminal equipped with a camera device. Alternatively, the authentication terminal 20 is a device equipped with a gate.

[0024] The outsourcing company has an outsourcing server 30. The outsourcing server 30 is managed by the outsourcing company to which the business is outsourced.

[0025] The outsourcee server 30 is a server that handles processing related to the outsourcing of the outsourcee company. The outsourcee server 30 may be installed in the building of the outsourcing company, or may be a server installed on a network (cloud).

[0026] 3, the devices included in the authentication system (the outsourcing server 10, the authentication terminal 20, and the outsourcing server 30) are connected to each other so that they can communicate with each other. For example, the outsourcing server 10 and the authentication terminal 20 are connected by wired or wireless communication means.

[0027] Note that Figure 3 is an example and is not intended to limit the configuration of the authentication system disclosed herein. For example, an outsourcing company or an outsourced company may include two or more servers (outsourcing server 10, outsourced server 30). Also, although Figure 3 illustrates two work sites, this is not intended to limit the number of work sites included in the system. The authentication system may include at least one work site.

[0028] [Overall Operation] Next, an overall operation of the authentication system according to the first embodiment will be described.

[0029] <Registering worker candidates> The outsourcing company registers information about worker candidates on the outsourcing server 30 (see FIG. 4). Specifically, an employee of the outsourcing company registers the worker candidate's name, gender, address, date of birth, contact information, biometric information, competency certification information, etc. on the outsourcing server 30.

[0030] Examples of biometric information include data (features) calculated from physical characteristics unique to an individual, such as a face, fingerprint, voiceprint, veins, retina, or iris pattern. Alternatively, the biometric information may be image data such as a face image or fingerprint image. The biometric information may be any information that includes the user's physical characteristics. In the embodiment disclosed herein, a case where biometric information related to a person's "face" (a face image or features generated from a face image) is used will be described.

[0031] The competency certification information is information that certifies the competency of a worker candidate. For example, the competency certification information may include information about the qualifications held by the worker, information about the worker's career history and experience, etc.

[0032] For example, a license for a special vehicle or heavy machinery is an example of the competency certification information. Alternatively, a medical license indicating that the person is a doctor is an example of the competency certification information. Alternatively, a certificate issued by an employer stating the number of years the person has been engaged in construction work or the like is an example of the competency certification information. Alternatively, a certificate of completion indicating that the person has completed prescribed vocational training or the like is an example of the competency certification information.

[0033] The outsourced server 30 acquires information about each worker candidate (e.g., name, biometric information, competency certification information, etc.) using any means. For example, the outsourced server 30 acquires a facial image of the worker candidate as biometric information. The outsourced server 30 also acquires image data of the driver's license held by the worker candidate as competency certification information.

[0034] Here, when a contractor company accepts work from a client company, the contractor may require that the worker have certain capabilities. In preparation for this request, the contractor company obtains confirmation of the required capabilities and the like from the worker candidate in advance and registers the confirmation in the contractor server 30. For example, image data such as a license for operating heavy machinery required at a construction site is registered in the contractor server 30 as confirmation of the capabilities required of the worker (competence certificate information).

[0035] An employee of the outsourcing company uses the outsourcing terminal 40 to register information about the worker candidate (for example, name, biometric information, competency certification information, etc.) on the outsourcing server 30 .

[0036] The outsourcing server 30 stores information about the worker candidates in a worker candidate management database, which will be described in detail later.

[0037] <Registration of business outsourcing information> The outsourcing company registers information about the business to be outsourced (business outsourcing information) in the outsourcing server 10 (see FIG. 5). Specifically, an employee of the outsourcing company registers in the outsourcing server 10 a business outsourcing ID that identifies the outsourcing, an outline of the business to be outsourced, information about the outsourcee, the outsourcing period, information about the work site, etc.

[0038] Furthermore, employees of the outsourcing company register the requirements they have for the outsourced company as "business requirements" in the outsourcing server 10. For example, employees of the outsourcing company operate the outsourcing terminal 41 to register the number of workers required by the outsourcing company, the capabilities required of the workers (required capabilities; for example, operating heavy machinery), and the like as "business requirements" in the outsourcing server 10.

[0039] The outsourcing server 10, which has acquired the outsourcing information including the business requirements, sends a "notification of outsourcing details" to the outsourcing server 30 of the outsourcing company, which includes the outsourcing ID, outsourcing period, work location, business requirements, etc.

[0040] When the outsourcing server 30 receives the outsourcing content notification, it notifies the employees of the outsourcing company of that fact. Specifically, the outsourcing server 30 presents the business requirements and details of the business outsourcing (outsourcing period, work site, etc.) included in the outsourcing content notification to the employees. The employees check the notified details and decide whether or not to accept the requested business.

[0041] Once a decision is made to accept the work, the outsourcing server 30 selects workers from among the worker candidates who meet the work requirements. Specifically, the outsourcing server 30 extracts workers (worker candidates) who meet the required capabilities included in the work requirements notified by the outsourcing company from the worker candidate management database. The outsourcing server 30 selects the number of workers required by the outsourcing company from among the worker candidates who have the capabilities required by the outsourcing company.

[0042] The outsourced server 30 transmits information about each selected worker (worker information; for example, name, biometric information, competency certification information, etc.) to the outsourcing server 10. Specifically, the outsourced server 30 transmits a "worker notification" to the outsourcing server 10, which includes information about the required number of workers as requested.

[0043] The outsourcing server 10 stores the acquired worker information in a worker management database. The worker management database is created for each task (each piece of outsourcing information). The details of the worker management database will be described later.

[0044] <Authentication of Workers> When a work contract begins, the worker visits the work site (for example, a construction site, a factory, etc.) and receives authentication. Once the worker is successfully authenticated by the authentication system, he or she is allowed to enter the work site.

[0045] The authentication terminal 20 acquires biometric information of a person to be authenticated (a worker about to enter the work site) standing in front of the authentication terminal 20. The authentication terminal 20 transmits an authentication request including the acquired biometric information and a terminal ID to the entrusting server 10 (see FIG. 6).

[0046] The terminal ID is an ID for identifying the authentication terminal 20 installed at each work site. The terminal ID may be a MAC (Media Access Control) address or an IP (Internet Protocol) address of the authentication terminal 20.

[0047] The terminal ID is shared by any method between the outsourcing server 10 and the authentication terminal 20. For example, the outsourcing company determines the terminal ID of each authentication terminal 20. The outsourcing company sets the determined terminal ID in the outsourcing server 10 and the authentication terminal 20.

[0048] The outsourcing server 10 identifies the person to be authenticated (worker) standing in front of the authentication terminal 20 by performing a matching process using the biometric information included in the authentication request and the biometric information stored in the worker management database. The outsourcing server 10 also identifies the work site visited by the identified worker using the terminal ID included in the authentication request.

[0049] When the work site and the worker are identified, the outsourcing server 10 determines whether the identified worker has the qualification (authority) to enter the identified work site. Specifically, the outsourcing server 10 performs authentication processing based on the location visited by the identified worker, the date and time of the visit, the capabilities of the identified worker, etc.

[0050] For example, if the required ability of the job requirement is set to "operate heavy machinery" and the corresponding heavy machinery license is registered in the worker management database, the outsourcing server 10 determines that the authentication of the person to be authenticated has been successful.

[0051] The entrusting server 10 notifies the authentication terminal 20 of the authentication result (authentication success, authentication failure).

[0052] If successful authentication is notified, the authentication terminal 20 allows the person to be authenticated (the worker in front) to enter the work site. If unsuccessful authentication is notified, the authentication terminal 20 denies the person to be authenticated from entering the work site.

[0053] Furthermore, the outsourcing server 10 periodically or at a predetermined timing notifies the outsourcing server 30 of the status of the worker from the outsourcing company. More specifically, the outsourcing server 10 transmits a "worker status notification" including details of the worker's status to the outsourcing server 30.

[0054] For example, if the required number of workers specified in the business requirements have not entered the work site at the start time of work at the work site, the outsourcing server 10 sends a worker status notification including "insufficient number of workers" to the outsourced server 30.

[0055] Alternatively, if the number of workers specified in the business requirements is present at the work site at the start time of work, the outsourced server 30 may send a worker status notification including "required number of workers met" to the outsourced server 30.

[0056] The outsourced server 30 that receives the worker status notification performs processing according to the content of the notification. For example, if the outsourced server 30 receives a notification that there is a "shortage of required personnel," the outsourced server 30 reports this to the administrator or the like.

[0057] <Change of Worker> There are cases where the outsourcing company wishes to change the worker who has been pre-registered with the outsourcing company due to circumstances of the worker (for example, sudden illness).

[0058] In this case, an employee of the outsourcing company operates the outsourcing terminal 40 to access the outsourcing server 30 and change the worker working at the work site (see FIG. 7 ). The outsourcing server 30 obtains information about the new worker and the new worker from the outsourcing terminal 40.

[0059] The outsourced server 30 sends a worker change notification to the outsourced server 30, which includes information about the worker being changed (e.g., name, biometric information) and information about the new worker (e.g., name, biometric information, competency certification information, etc.).

[0060] Upon receiving the worker change notification, the outsourcing server 10 updates the worker management database using the information included in the notification. Specifically, the outsourcing server 10 deletes the entry of the worker to be changed from the worker management database and adds an entry of the new worker (including the name, biometric information, competency certification information, etc.) to the database.

[0061] The outsourcing server 10 authenticates the person to be authenticated using the updated worker management database.

[0062] In this way, the outsourcing server 10 (first server) performs authentication processing on a person to be authenticated who is about to enter a work site where work is being performed. At that time, the outsourcing server 10 performs the authentication processing using worker information, including biometric information, of a worker who has been previously applied for by the outsourcing server 30 (second server) as a worker working at the work site. In addition, the outsourcing server 30 (second server) sends a worker change notification to the outsourcing server 10, thereby changing the worker information of the previously applied worker to worker information of another worker.

[0063] Furthermore, the outsourcing server 10 notifies the outsourcing server 30 of the required capabilities required of the workers of the outsourcing company. The outsourcing server 30 selects a worker who meets the notified required capabilities, and transmits a worker notification to the outsourcing server 10, the worker notification including capability certification information and biometric information as worker information proving that the selected worker has the required capabilities. The outsourcing server 10 stores the worker information included in the worker notification in a worker management database, and authenticates the person to be authenticated using the worker information stored in the worker management database.

[0064] Such operations of the outsourcing server 10 and the outsourcing server 30 make it easy to change the worker working at the work site. That is, the outsourcing company (outsourcing server 30) can replace the worker who applied in advance with a new worker without obtaining permission from the outsourcing company. Furthermore, when authenticating a worker entering the work site where work is being performed, the outsourcing company (outsourcing server 10) verifies that the worker has the capabilities necessary to perform the work, so even if the outsourcing company's worker is changed, the outsourcing company's work is not affected.

[0065] Next, each device included in the authentication system according to the first embodiment will be described in detail.

[0066] 8 is a diagram showing an example of the processing configuration (processing module) of the entrusted server 30 according to the first embodiment. Referring to FIG. 8, the entrusted server 30 includes a communication control unit 201, a registration control unit 202, an entrustment control unit 203, and a storage unit 204.

[0067] The communication control unit 201 is a means for controlling communication with other devices. For example, the communication control unit 201 receives data (packets) from the outsourcing server 10. The communication control unit 201 also transmits data to the outsourcing server 10. The communication control unit 201 hands over data received from other devices to other processing modules. The communication control unit 201 transmits data acquired from other processing modules to other devices. In this way, other processing modules transmit and receive data to and from other devices via the communication control unit 201. The communication control unit 201 has a function as a receiving unit that receives data from other devices and a function as a transmitting unit that transmits data to other devices.

[0068] The registration control unit 202 is a means for controlling the registration of workers (candidate workers). The registration control unit 202 acquires information about the workers (e.g., name, gender, address, contact information, biometric information, competency certification information, etc.) using any means.

[0069] For example, in response to an operation by an employee of the outsourcing company, the registration control unit 202 displays a GUI (Graphical User Interface) for acquiring the information of the worker on the outsourcing terminal 40. The registration control unit 202 acquires the information of each worker from the outsourcing terminal 40.

[0070] When the registration control unit 202 acquires worker information, it generates an ID (worker ID) for identifying each worker. The worker ID may be any information that can uniquely identify a worker (worker candidate). For example, the registration control unit 202 may assign a unique value each time it acquires worker information and use the number as the worker ID.

[0071] Furthermore, when the registration control unit 202 acquires a face image, it generates a feature amount from the face image.

[0072] Since existing technology can be used for the feature generation process, a detailed description thereof will be omitted. For example, the registration control unit 202 extracts the eyes, nose, mouth, etc. from the face image as feature points. Then, the registration control unit 202 calculates the positions of the feature points and the distances between the feature points as feature amounts (generating a feature vector consisting of multiple feature amounts).

[0073] The registration control unit 202 stores the generated worker ID, biometric information (feature amount), name, sex, address, contact information, competency certification information, etc. in the worker candidate management database (see FIG. 9). Note that the competency certification information field of the worker candidate management database stores image data of certificates, licenses, etc. that certify the qualifications held by the worker.

[0074] The status field of the worker candidate management database is a field for managing the task assignment status of each worker candidate. A task outsourcing ID is set in the status field of a worker to whom a task is assigned, and "on standby" is set in the status field of a worker to whom a task is not assigned.

[0075] 9 is an example and is not intended to limit the items to be stored in the worker candidate management database. For example, the date and time when the worker information is registered may be registered in the worker candidate management database.

[0076] The outsourcing control unit 203 is a means for executing control relating to the outsourced work at the outsourced company.

[0077] The contract control unit 203 processes the contract content notification received from the outsourcing server 10. When the contract control unit 203 receives the contract content notification, it notifies employees of the outsourcing company that an order for work has been placed by the outsourcing company.

[0078] For example, the contract control unit 203 transmits all or part of the information included in the contract content notice (for example, an outline of the business contract, the contract period, the work location, the business requirements, etc.) to a terminal carried by the employee. By transmitting the information included in the contract content notice to a terminal carried by the employee, the contract control unit 203 inquires whether or not to accept the requested business.

[0079] The outsourcing control unit 203 acquires the result of the inquiry (whether the outsourcing request is accepted or rejected) from the terminal carried by the employee or the like.

[0080] If an employee or the like refuses to accept the work, the contract control unit 203 transmits a message to that effect to the outsourcing server 10 .

[0081] When an employee or the like accepts a task, the contract control unit 203 selects a worker to assign to the requested task. At that time, the contract control unit 203 selects a worker from among the worker candidates registered in the worker candidate management database so as to satisfy the task requirements (required number of people, required capacity) included in the contract content notification.

[0082] Specifically, the contract control unit 203 extracts from the worker candidate management database workers who meet the required capabilities included in the work requirements notified by the outsourcing company and who are not assigned to work (workers on standby). From the extracted workers, the contract control unit 203 selects the number of workers required by the outsourcing company.

[0083] For example, if the job requirements are "Number of people required: 2" and "Required capacity: Operation of heavy machinery," the contract control unit 203 selects two workers (workers on standby) who are registered in the worker candidate management database and who hold a heavy machinery license.

[0084] When selecting the worker, the contract control unit 203 may select the worker based on the attributes of the worker candidate (gender, age, address, etc.). For example, the contract control unit 203 may preferentially select a worker candidate who lives near the work site.

[0085] When the contract control unit 203 determines the worker to be assigned to the contracted work, it sets the contract ID of the assigned work (the contract ID included in the contract content notification) in the status of the worker.

[0086] Furthermore, once the selection of workers is complete, the contract control unit 203 transmits information about the selected workers (worker information; for example, name, biometric information, competency certification information, etc.) to the outsourcing server 10. Specifically, the contract control unit 203 transmits to the outsourcing server 10 a "worker notification" including information about the required number of workers included in the business requirements.

[0087] In this way, the contract control unit 203 obtains the required capacity (information about the capacity that the contracting company requires of the workers of the outsourced company) and the required number of workers to work at the work site from the outsourcing server 10. The contract control unit 203 selects the required number of workers who meet the required capacity notified by the outsourcing server 10, and transmits a worker notification to the outsourcing server 10 including worker information of the selected required number of workers.

[0088] The contract control unit 203 also manages the contracted work using a contracted work management database (see FIG. 10). As shown in FIG. 10, the contract control unit 203 stores the contracted work ID, information about each work, the worker ID of the selected worker, etc. in the contracted work management database. Note that the contracted work management database shown in FIG. 10 is an example and is not intended to limit the items to be stored.

[0089] The contract control unit 203 processes the "worker status notification" received from the outsourcing server 10. Upon receiving the worker status notification, the contract control unit 203 notifies the employees of the outsourcing company of the information contained in the notification. For example, the contract control unit 203 transmits the information contained in the worker status notification to a terminal held by the employees of the outsourcing company.

[0090] Alternatively, the contract control unit 203 may determine whether to notify employees of the contracted company based on the content included in the worker status notification. For example, if the contracted company needs to take action in response to the content included in the worker status notification, the contract control unit 203 may notify employees of the contracted company of the information included in the worker status notification. For example, if a worker status notification is received in which "shortage of required manpower" is set, the contract control unit 203 may notify employees of that fact.

[0091] Furthermore, the contract control unit 203 manages workers assigned to the contracted work. For example, the contract control unit 203 provides an interface for managing workers to employees of the contracted company.

[0092] When an employee of the outsourced company operates the outsourced terminal 40 and accesses the outsourced server 30, the outsourced control unit 203 displays a GUI on the outsourced terminal 40 for changing the worker assigned to the task.

[0093] For example, the contract control unit 203 acquires, via a GUI, a contract ID for a contract for which a worker is to be changed. The contract control unit 203 searches the contracted business management database using the acquired contract ID as a key to identify a corresponding entry. The contract control unit 203 uses information from the identified entry to display a GUI on the contracted terminal 40 for acquiring the worker to be changed. For example, the contract control unit 203 displays a GUI such as that shown in FIG. 11 on the contracted terminal 40.

[0094] Thereafter, the contract control unit 203 displays a GUI on the contract-receiver terminal 40 that enables the user to select a new worker to assign to the task. For example, the contract control unit 203 displays a GUI such as that shown in Fig. 12. In this case, the contract control unit 203 reads out candidate workers who meet the task requirements (required capacity) of the contracted task and who are on standby from the candidate worker management database, and displays the GUI such as that shown in Fig. 12 on the contract-receiver terminal 40.

[0095] When a new worker is determined, the contract control unit 203 transmits information about the changed worker and the new worker to the outsourcing server 10. Specifically, the contract control unit 203 transmits a "worker change notification" to the outsourcing server 10, which includes the contract ID of the target contract, information about the changed worker, and information about the new worker (for example, name, biometric information, competency certification information, etc.).

[0096] The storage unit 204 is a means for storing information necessary for the operation of the entrusted server 30 .

[0097] 13 is a diagram showing an example of the processing configuration (processing module) of the outsourcing server 10 according to the first embodiment. Referring to FIG. 13, the outsourcing server 10 includes a communication control unit 301, an outsourcing control unit 302, an authentication unit 303, and a storage unit 304.

[0098] The communication control unit 301 is a means for controlling communication with other devices. For example, the communication control unit 301 receives data (packets) from the outsourced server 30. The communication control unit 301 also transmits data to the outsourced server 30. The communication control unit 301 hands over data received from other devices to other processing modules. The communication control unit 301 transmits data acquired from other processing modules to other devices. In this way, other processing modules transmit and receive data to and from other devices via the communication control unit 301. The communication control unit 301 has a function as a receiving unit that receives data from other devices and a function as a transmitting unit that transmits data to other devices.

[0099] The outsourcing control unit 302 is a means for executing control over the outsourcing work at the outsourcing company. The outsourcing control unit 302 uses any means to acquire the outsourcing ID, an outline of the outsourcing work, information about the outsourcing company (the name and contact information of the outsourcing company), the outsourcing period, the work site, the work requirements, etc. For example, the outsourcing control unit 302 displays a GUI on the outsourcing terminal 41 operated by an employee of the outsourcing company, etc., and acquires the outsourcing information.

[0100] The outsourcing control unit 302 stores the acquired outsourcing information in the outsourcing business management database (see FIG. 14). The outsourcing control unit 302 acquires the terminal ID by referring to table information that stores and associates the work site with the terminal ID of the authentication terminal 20 installed at the work site. The outsourcing business management database shown in FIG. 14 is an example and is not intended to limit the items to be stored. For example, multiple terminal IDs may be set for one entry (work site).

[0101] When the outsourcing information is acquired from an employee or the like, the outsourcing control unit 302 transmits a "notice of outsourcing details" including the business requirements and the like to the outsourcing server 30 of the outsourcing company.

[0102] The outsourcing control unit 302 receives a response to the outsourcing content notification from the outsourcing server 30. If the outsourcing of the work is rejected, the outsourcing control unit 302 notifies an employee or the like of the outsourcing company of this fact. For example, the employee or the like who receives the notification inputs a new outsourcing party into the outsourcing server 10.

[0103] When a task is accepted (when a worker notification is received from the outsourcing server 30), the outsourcing control unit 302 stores each worker information included in the received worker notification in the worker management database (see FIG. 15). A worker management database is created for each task (each piece of outsourcing information). FIG. 15 shows the worker management database corresponding to the outsourcing task with the outsourcing ID "gID01".

[0104] The worker management database shown in FIG. 15 is merely an example, and is not intended to limit the items stored therein.

[0105] The outsourcing control unit 302 also processes a worker change notification received from the outsourcing server 30. The outsourcing control unit 302 accepts a request by the outsourcing server 30 to change the worker information of a worker previously applied for to the worker information of another worker.

[0106] Specifically, the outsourcing control unit 302 identifies the worker management database of the target outsourcing work based on the outsourcing ID included in the worker change notification.

[0107] The consignment control unit 302 then searches the specified worker management database using the information (e.g., name) of the worker to be changed included in the worker change notification as a key to identify the corresponding entry, and then deletes the identified entry.

[0108] Thereafter, the entrustment control unit 302 adds a new entry to the worker management database and stores the information of the new worker included in the worker change notice (e.g., name, biometric information, ability certification information, etc.) in the entry. Alternatively, the entrustment control unit 302 may overwrite the entry of the worker to be changed with the information of the new worker.

[0109] The outsourcing control unit 302 periodically or at a predetermined timing notifies the outsourcing server 30 of the status of workers at the outsourcing company (particularly, their attendance status). For example, if the number of workers specified in the business requirements has not entered the work site at the start time of work at each work site, the outsourcing control unit 302 notifies the outsourcing server 30 of the status.

[0110] The consignment control unit 302 refers to the status field of the worker management database at a timing such as when a predetermined time has passed since the work start time. If there is an entry set to "absent" at the timing, the consignment control unit 302 determines that the required number of workers have not entered the work site.

[0111] In this case, the outsourcing control unit 302 sends a worker status notification with "insufficient manpower" set to the outsourcing server 30. The outsourcing control unit 302 obtains information about the outsourcing company to which the worker status notification is sent from the outsourcing business management database.

[0112] If there is no entry set to "absent" at the timing mentioned above, the outsourcing control unit 302 determines that the required number of workers have entered the work site. In this case, the outsourcing control unit 302 sends a worker status notification set to "required number of workers met" to the outsourcing server 30.

[0113] In this way, if the number of workers from the contractor who have entered the work site at a predetermined timing is less than the required number, the outsourcing control unit 302 notifies the contractor server 30 that the number of workers who have entered the work site is less than the required number. Alternatively, if the number of workers from the contractor who have entered the work site at a predetermined timing reaches the required number, the outsourcing control unit 302 notifies the contractor server 30 that the number of workers who have entered the work site has reached the required number.

[0114] The authentication unit 303 is a means for authenticating a worker who attempts to enter a work site. The authentication unit 303 receives an authentication request from the authentication terminal 20.

[0115] 16 is a flowchart showing an example of the operation of the authentication unit 303 according to the first embodiment. The operation of the authentication unit 303 according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.

[0116] The authentication unit 303 identifies the work site where the person to be authenticated was detected and the outsourcing work to be performed at the work site based on the terminal ID included in the authentication request (step S101). Specifically, the authentication unit 303 searches the outsourcing work management database using the terminal ID as a key to identify the corresponding entry.

[0117] The authentication unit 303 acquires the outsourcing ID, outsourcing period, required capacity, and the like of the corresponding outsourcing from the identified entry.

[0118] The authentication unit 303 executes a matching process using the biometric information included in the authentication request (step S102). Specifically, the authentication unit 303 generates features from the facial image included in the authentication request. The authentication unit 303 sets the generated features as a matching target and performs a matching process (one-to-N matching; N is a positive integer, the same applies hereinafter) between the generated features and the features registered in the worker management database corresponding to the specified outsourcing ID.

[0119] The authentication unit 303 calculates the similarity between the feature to be matched and each of the multiple feature values on the registration side. The similarity can be calculated using chi-square distance, Euclidean distance, or the like. Note that the greater the distance, the lower the similarity, and the closer the distance, the higher the similarity.

[0120] The authentication unit 303 determines that the matching process has failed if there is no feature among at least one feature registered in the worker management database whose similarity with the feature to be matched is equal to or greater than a predetermined value.

[0121] The authentication unit 303 determines that the matching process is successful if there is at least one feature registered in the worker management database that has a similarity with the feature to be matched that is equal to or greater than a predetermined value.

[0122] If the matching process fails (step S103, No branch), the authentication unit 303 sets the authentication result to "authentication failure" (step S104).

[0123] If the matching process is successful (step S103, Yes branch), the authentication unit 303 determines whether the identified person to be authenticated (worker) has the authority to enter the work site (place where work is performed) (determining whether authority exists; step S105).

[0124] Specifically, the authentication unit 303 determines whether the authentication date and time is included in the entrusted period specified based on the terminal ID. If the authentication date and time is not included in the entrusted period, the authentication unit 303 determines that the person to be authenticated does not have the authority to enter the work site.

[0125] If the authentication date and time is included in the entrusted period, the authentication unit 303 determines whether the person to be authenticated has the capabilities (qualifications) required by the entrusting company. Specifically, the authentication unit 303 determines whether the person to be authenticated has capability certification information corresponding to the required capabilities identified based on the terminal ID.

[0126] In other words, the authentication unit 303 determines whether the person to be authenticated has competency certification information (proof of competency) corresponding to the required competency. For example, if the required competency is "operating heavy machinery," the authentication unit 303 determines whether image data showing a heavy machinery license is registered as the competency certification information of the person to be authenticated.

[0127] The authentication unit 303 can use a learning model obtained from machine learning to determine image data. For example, the authentication unit 303 uses a learning model that outputs the type of driver's license when image data is input.

[0128] The learning model is obtained by machine learning using training data in which labels (license names) are assigned to a large number of image data (image data obtained by photographing various types of licenses). Any algorithm, such as a support vector machine, boosting, or neural network, can be used to generate the learning model. Since well-known techniques can be used for the algorithms such as the support vector machine, a description thereof will be omitted.

[0129] For example, in the above example, if the authentication unit 303 inputs image data registered as the ability certification information of the person to be authenticated into the learning model and the person obtains a "heavy machinery license," the authentication unit 303 determines that the person to be authenticated has the ability required by the outsourcing company (to operate heavy machinery). On the other hand, if the authentication unit 303 inputs image data registered as the ability certification information of the person to be authenticated into the learning model and the person obtains a "regular driver's license," the authentication unit 303 determines that the person to be authenticated does not have the ability required by the outsourcing company (to operate heavy machinery).

[0130] If the person to be authenticated does not have the ability certification information corresponding to the requested ability, the authentication unit 303 determines that the person to be authenticated does not have the authority to enter the work site. If the person to be authenticated has the ability certification information corresponding to the requested ability, the authentication unit 303 determines that the person to be authenticated has the authority to enter the work site.

[0131] If the person to be authenticated does not have the authority to enter the work site (step S106, No branch), the authentication unit 303 sets the authentication result to authentication failure (step S104).

[0132] If the person to be authenticated has the authority to enter the work site (step S106, Yes branch), the authentication unit 303 sets the authentication result to "authentication success" (step S107).

[0133] The authentication unit 303 transmits the authentication result (authentication success, authentication failure) to the authentication terminal 20 (step S108).

[0134] If the authentication is successful, the authentication unit 303 stores in the worker management database that the person who has been successfully authenticated (the person to be authenticated who has been determined to have been successfully authenticated) has already entered the work site. The authentication unit 303 sets "entered" in the status field of the person to be authenticated.

[0135] In this way, the authentication unit 303 identifies the person to be authenticated who has visited the work site using the biometric information stored in the worker management database and the biometric information of the person to be authenticated. If the competency certification information of the identified person to be authenticated matches the competency required for the work to be performed at the work site, the authentication unit 303 determines that the authentication of the person to be authenticated has been successful.

[0136] When a worker leaves the work site, the worker is also authenticated. If the authentication of the worker is successful, "absent" is set in the status field of the corresponding entry in the worker management database. The authentication process when a worker leaves the site is not within the scope of the present disclosure, so a detailed explanation will be omitted.

[0137] Furthermore, when a person other than a worker of the outsourcing company (for example, an employee of the outsourcing company) enters the work site, the outsourcing server 10 stores the biometric information of the person to be authenticated in a database (for example, an employee management database) different from the worker management database. When processing an authentication request, the outsourcing server 10 first executes authentication processing using the employee management database. If the authentication processing fails, the outsourcing server 10 executes the authentication processing described above (authentication processing using the worker management database).

[0138] The storage unit 304 is a means for storing information necessary for the operation of the entrusting server 10 .

[0139] 17 is a diagram showing an example of the processing configuration (processing module) of the authentication terminal 20 according to the first embodiment. Referring to Fig. 17, the authentication terminal 20 includes a communication control unit 401, a biometric information acquisition unit 402, an authentication control unit 403, and a storage unit 404.

[0140] The communication control unit 401 is a means for controlling communication with other devices. For example, the communication control unit 401 receives data (packets) from the outsourcing server 10. The communication control unit 401 also transmits data to the outsourcing server 10. The communication control unit 401 hands over data received from other devices to other processing modules. The communication control unit 401 transmits data acquired from other processing modules to other devices. In this way, other processing modules transmit and receive data to and from other devices via the communication control unit 401. The communication control unit 401 has a function as a receiving unit that receives data from other devices and a function as a transmitting unit that transmits data to other devices.

[0141] The biometric information acquisition unit 402 is a means for controlling a camera and acquiring biometric information (e.g., a facial image) of a person (worker) in front of the device. The biometric information acquisition unit 402 periodically or at a predetermined timing captures an image of the area in front of the device. The biometric information acquisition unit 402 determines whether the acquired image contains a human facial image, and if a facial image is included, extracts the facial image from the acquired image data.

[0142] Note that since existing technologies can be used for the facial image detection process and facial image extraction process by the biometric information acquisition unit 402, detailed description thereof will be omitted. For example, the biometric information acquisition unit 402 may extract a facial image (face region) from image data using a learning model trained by a CNN (Convolutional Neural Network). Alternatively, the biometric information acquisition unit 402 may extract a facial image using a technique such as template matching.

[0143] The biometric information acquisition unit 402 passes the extracted face image to the authentication control unit 403 .

[0144] The authentication control unit 403 is a means for executing control related to authentication of the person to be authenticated. The authentication control unit 403 transmits an authentication request including the biometric information (facial image) acquired from the biometric information acquisition unit 402 and the terminal ID set in the authentication device to the entrusting server 10.

[0145] The authentication control unit 403 receives a response (authentication success, authentication failure) to the authentication request.

[0146] If authentication failure is received, the authentication control unit 403 denies the authenticated person entry into the work site. For example, the authentication control unit 403 outputs a message indicating that the authenticated person cannot enter the work site. Alternatively, the authentication control unit 403 closes the gate to deny entry to the authenticated person.

[0147] If the authentication is successful, the authentication control unit 403 permits the authenticated person to enter the work site. For example, the authentication control unit 403 outputs a message indicating that the authenticated person can enter the work site. Alternatively, the authentication control unit 403 opens a gate to permit the authenticated person to enter.

[0148] The storage unit 404 is a means for storing information necessary for the operation of the authentication terminal 20 .

[0149] [Entrustee terminal and entrustor terminal] Examples of the entrustee terminal 40 and the entrustor terminal 41 include mobile terminal devices such as smartphones, mobile phones, game consoles, tablets, and computers (personal computers, laptops). The entrustee terminal 40 and the entrustor terminal 41 can be any equipment or device that can accept user operations and communicate with the entrustee server 30, etc. Furthermore, the configurations of the entrustee terminal 40 and the entrustor terminal 41 are clear to those skilled in the art, so detailed explanations will be omitted.

[0150] [System Operation] Next, a description will be given of the operation of the authentication system according to the first embodiment, with a description of the operation relating to the registration process of worker candidates being omitted.

[0151] 18 is a sequence diagram showing an example of the operation of the authentication system according to the first embodiment. The operation of the authentication system when a business is outsourced from an outsourcing company to an outsourcee company will be described with reference to FIG.

[0152] When the outsourcing server 10 acquires the business outsourcing information from the outsourcing terminal 41, it transmits an outsourcing content notification including business requirements and the like to the outsourcing server 30 (step S01).

[0153] The outsourced server 30 selects a worker who satisfies the required capabilities included in the business requirements (step S02).

[0154] When the outsourcing server 30 has successfully selected workers, it transmits a worker notification including information on the number of workers corresponding to the required number of workers included in the task requirements to the outsourcing server 10 (step S03).

[0155] The outsourcing server 10 stores the information included in the received worker notification in the worker management database (storing worker information; step S04).

[0156] 19 is a sequence diagram showing an example of the operation of the authentication system according to the first embodiment. The operation of the authentication system when authenticating a worker will be described with reference to FIG.

[0157] The authentication terminal 20 acquires biometric information of the worker in front of the worker, and transmits an authentication request including the acquired biometric information and the terminal ID to the entrusting server 10 (step S11).

[0158] The outsourcing server 10 uses the terminal ID to identify the outsourcing to be performed at the work site visited by the person to be authenticated (step S12).

[0159] The entrusting server 10 executes a matching process using the biometric information included in the authentication request and the biometric information stored in the worker management database, and identifies the person to be authenticated (step S13).

[0160] The outsourcing server 10 determines whether the person to be authenticated has the authority to enter the work site using the identified information about the outsourcing (outsourcing period, required capabilities, etc.) and the identified person to be authenticated's capability certification information, etc. (determining whether authority exists; step S14).

[0161] The entrusting server 10 transmits the authentication result to the authentication terminal 20 (step S15).

[0162] The authentication terminal 20 executes a process according to the authentication result (step S16).

[0163] In this way, the authentication terminal 20 transmits an authentication request including the biometric information of the person to be authenticated to the entrusting server 10. The entrusting server 10 executes authentication processing in response to receiving the authentication request, and transmits the authentication result to the authentication terminal 20. The authentication terminal 20 controls the entry of the person to be authenticated into the work site in accordance with the authentication result.

[0164] Next, a modification of the first embodiment will be described.

[0165] <First Modification of First Embodiment> In the above embodiment, a case has been described in which the worker management database required to authenticate a worker entering a work site is built inside the outsourcing server 10. However, the database required to authenticate the worker may also be built in the outsourcing server 30.

[0166] In this case, the outsourcing control unit 203 of the outsourced server 30 determines the worker to be assigned to the work in response to receiving the outsourcing content notification, and stores the information of the determined worker in a database (a database equivalent to the worker management database).

[0167] The authentication unit 303 of the outsourcing server 10 receives an authentication request from the authentication terminal 20, and when authentication of the person to be authenticated (worker) becomes necessary, it specifies the outsourcing ID and requests the outsourcing server 30 to provide the above-mentioned database (a database equivalent to the worker management database).

[0168] The authentication unit 303 executes the authentication process (checking process) described above using the database provided by the entrusted server 30 .

[0169] In this way, when the outsourcing system (outsourcing server 10) authenticates the worker, it may refer to the database (list) constructed in the outsourcing system (outsourcing server 30).

[0170] <Modification 2 of First Embodiment> The authentication system disclosed herein may cooperate with another system (third-party system). For example, the authentication system may cooperate with a system (certified person site) that centrally manages information on qualified persons.

[0171] For example, the qualified person site stores the names of qualified persons in association with the titles of the qualifications they hold. When the entrusting server 10 identifies the person to be authenticated using biometric information, it transmits the name and other information of the identified person to the qualified person site. The qualified person site then transmits the titles of the qualifications held by the qualified person corresponding to the acquired name to the entrusting server 10.

[0172] If the acquired qualification name satisfies the required capabilities of the business requirements, the entrusting server 10 determines that the person to be authenticated is qualified to enter the work site.

[0173] <Third Modification of First Embodiment> The authentication unit 303 of the outsourcing server 10 may verify whether the competency certification information of the person to be authenticated identified by the matching process is valid, and if it is valid, may determine that the person to be authenticated has legitimate authority to enter the work site. In other words, if the competency certification information of the person to be authenticated identified by the matching process is valid, the outsourcing server 10 may determine that the authentication of the person to be authenticated has been successful.

[0174] For example, the authentication unit 303 acquires the name and validity period (expiration date) written in the capability certification information (for example, image data obtained by photographing a heavy machinery license, etc.) using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology. If the acquired name matches the name of the person to be authenticated and the validity period has not expired, the authentication unit 303 may determine that the capability certification information of the person to be authenticated is valid.

[0175] As described above, in the authentication system according to the first embodiment, the outsourcing company (outsourcing server 30) has the authority to change the worker who has been applied for in advance. By giving the outsourcing server 30 the authority to change the worker, it becomes possible to suddenly change the worker on the day of work. Furthermore, the outsourcing server 30 can also notify the outsourcing company of a day laborer as a worker on the day of work. Such a change of worker and worker registration on the day of work by the outsourcing server 30 are immediately reflected in the worker management database of the outsourcing server 10. In other words, the authentication system disclosed herein makes it easy to suddenly change the worker on the day of work and to register and manage day laborers.

[0176] Furthermore, if the authority to change and register workers is delegated to a subcontractor, the outsourcing company must verify that workers who meet the requirements of the outsourcing company are assigned to the work. In the authentication system disclosed herein, if the necessary capabilities, etc. are set as part of the outsourcing company's requirements, the presence or absence of the required capabilities is verified when the person to be authenticated (worker) enters the work site. In other words, workers who do not meet the requirements of the outsourcing company cannot enter the work site, so there is no need for employees of the outsourcing company to perform the above-mentioned verification. In this way, even if the authority to change workers is delegated to a subcontractor, the outsourcing company can verify that workers who meet the company's requirements are actually working.

[0177] Furthermore, the authentication system disclosed herein notifies the outsourced company (outsourced server 30) if the number of workers entering the work site is less than the required number, so that even if workers are not present at the work site for various reasons, the outsourced company can take prompt action to address the situation.

[0178] Next, the hardware of each device constituting the authentication system will be described. Fig. 20 is a diagram showing an example of the hardware configuration of the entrusting server 10.

[0179] The outsourcing server 10 can be configured by an information processing device (so-called computer), and has the configuration exemplified in Fig. 20. For example, the outsourcing server 10 includes a processor 311, a memory 312, an input / output interface 313, and a communication interface 314. The components such as the processor 311 are connected by an internal bus or the like, and are configured to be able to communicate with each other.

[0180] However, the configuration shown in Fig. 20 is not intended to limit the hardware configuration of the outsourcing server 10. The outsourcing server 10 may include hardware not shown, and may not be equipped with the input / output interface 313 as necessary. Furthermore, the number of processors 311 and the like included in the outsourcing server 10 is not intended to be limited to the example shown in Fig. 20, and for example, the outsourcing server 10 may include multiple processors 311.

[0181] The processor 311 is a programmable device such as a central processing unit (CPU), a micro processing unit (MPU), or a digital signal processor (DSP). Alternatively, the processor 311 may be a device such as a field programmable gate array (FPGA) or an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC). The processor 311 executes various programs including an operating system (OS).

[0182] The memory 312 is a random access memory (RAM), a read only memory (ROM), a hard disk drive (HDD), a solid state drive (SSD), etc. The memory 312 stores an OS program, application programs, and various data.

[0183] The input / output interface 313 is an interface for a display device and an input device (not shown). The display device is, for example, a liquid crystal display, etc. The input device is, for example, a device that accepts user operations, such as a keyboard or a mouse.

[0184] The communication interface 314 is a circuit, module, etc. that communicates with other devices. For example, the communication interface 314 includes a network interface card (NIC).

[0185] The functions of the outsourcing server 10 are realized by various processing modules. The processing modules are realized, for example, by the processor 311 executing a program stored in the memory 312. The program can be recorded on a computer-readable storage medium. The storage medium can be a non-transitory medium such as a semiconductor memory, a hard disk, a magnetic recording medium, or an optical recording medium. That is, the present invention can also be embodied as a computer program product. The program can be downloaded via a network or updated using a storage medium storing the program. Furthermore, the processing modules can be realized by a semiconductor chip.

[0186] The authentication terminal 20, the outsourced server 30, etc. can also be configured using information processing devices similar to the outsourcer server 10, and their basic hardware configurations are not described here because they are no different from the outsourcer server 10. For example, the authentication terminal 20 may be provided with a camera device for photographing the worker.

[0187] The outsourcing server 10, which is an information processing device, is equipped with a computer and can realize the functions of the outsourcing server 10 by having the computer execute a program. The outsourcing server 10 also executes a control method for the outsourcing server 10 using the program. Similarly, the outsourcing server 30 is equipped with a computer and can realize the functions of the outsourcing server 30 by having the computer execute a program. The outsourcing server 30 also executes a control method for the outsourcing server 30 using the program.

[0188] [Modification] The configuration, operation, etc. of the authentication system described in the above embodiment are merely examples, and are not intended to limit the configuration, etc. of the system.

[0189] In the above embodiment, a case has been described in which an employee of the outsourcing company selects a new worker when changing a worker registered in the outsourcing server 10. However, this selection may also be performed automatically by the outsourcing server 30. Alternatively, the employee of the outsourcing company may select a worker when accepting a business outsourcing from the outsourcing company (when receiving a notice of the outsourcing details from the outsourcing server 10).

[0190] In the above embodiment, the outsourcing company (outsourcing server 30) selects the same number of workers as the required number specified in the task requirements and notifies the outsourcing server 10 of the information about the selected workers. However, the outsourcing server 30 may select more workers than the required number and send the information about the selected workers (worker information; for example, name, biometric information, competency certification information, etc.) to the outsourcing server 10. For example, if the task requirements in the outsourcing content notification sent by the outsourcing server 10 state "required number of workers: two," the outsourcing server 30 may send a worker notification to the outsourcing server 10 containing information about three workers. In this case, when authenticating a worker, the outsourcing server 10 may treat the authentication of the authenticated person as a failure if the required number of workers has already entered the work site, even if the authenticated person has the required capabilities. In other words, the outsourcing server 10 may refuse to allow more workers than the required number to enter the work site. Furthermore, when authentication is determined to have failed because more workers than the required number of workers are attempting to enter the work site, the outsourcing server 10 may notify the outsourcing server 30 of this fact. In this case, the outsourcing server 10 transmits a worker status notification with "exceeding required number of workers" set to the outsourcing server 30.

[0191] In the above embodiment, it has been described that confirmation is performed at the time of entry of a worker (person to be authenticated) entering a work site to ensure that the worker possesses the capabilities required by the client company. However, this capability confirmation may also be performed after the fact. That is, confirmation of the required capabilities (verification of legitimacy) may be performed at the time of authentication, or the required capabilities may not be verified at the time of authentication. If the required capabilities are not verified at the time of authentication, the client server 10 need only retain entries in the worker management database for a predetermined period of time so that the required capabilities can be verified after the fact. That is, even if a problem occurs at the work site, it is sufficient as long as it is possible to verify that a qualified person was working based on registered confirmation information (capability certification information). In this way, the authentication system disclosed herein can manage entry and exit to and from a work site and acquire and retain evidence (confirmation information).

[0192] Alternatively, when the outsourcing server 10 receives a worker notification, it may verify whether the capability certification information included in the worker notification matches the capability (required capability) desired by the outsourcing server. If the capability certification information of the worker notified by the outsourcing server 30 matches the required capability, the outsourcing server 10 accepts the worker and registers the worker in the worker management database. On the other hand, if the capability certification information of the worker notified by the outsourcing server 30 does not match the required capability, the outsourcing server 10 refuses to accept the worker and does not register the worker in the worker management database. By taking such measures, the outsourcing server 10 can also omit verification of the required capability during authentication.

[0193] In the above embodiment, a case where a business outsourcing request is made to one outsourcing company has been described. However, business outsourcing requests may be made to multiple outsourcing companies. In this case, the outsourcing server 10 transmits outsourcing content notifications to multiple predetermined outsourcing servers 30. The outsourcing server 10 may receive worker notifications from each outsourcing server 30 and stop accepting workers when the number of workers required for the business has been secured.

[0194] When the outsourcing company changes a pre-registered worker, the change in the worker may be notified to employees of the outsourcing company, etc. Specifically, when the outsourcing control unit 302 of the outsourcing server 10 receives the worker change notification, the outsourcing control unit 302 may notify the terminals held by the employees that the worker has been changed.

[0195] When the outsourcing server 30 selects a worker to be assigned to a task, it may inquire of the selected worker whether or not he / she will be in charge of the task. The outsourcing control unit 203 of the outsourcing server 30 may make the inquiry to the contact information of the selected worker (a terminal owned by the worker). If the worker who received the inquiry agrees to be in charge of the task, the outsourcing control unit 203 may notify the outsourcing server 10 of the information of the worker.

[0196] The outsourced server 30 may have a function for updating information about workers. For example, when a worker (candidate for worker) acquires new skills or qualifications, the outsourced server 30 may provide an interface for employees of the outsourced company to register skill certification information that certifies the newly acquired skills.

[0197] If there is a worker who has not entered the work site by a predetermined time, the authentication unit 303 of the outsourcing server 10 may send a worker status notification including information (e.g., name) identifying the absent worker to the outsourcing server 30. The outsourcing server 30 may inquire of the worker who received the notification about the reason for not entering the work site, etc. The outsourcing server 30 may report the response to the inquiry to an employee of the outsourcing company, etc.

[0198] The authentication system disclosed in this application can also support subcontracting by subcontractors. Specifically, the registered contents of the worker candidate management database managed by the subcontractor are reflected in the worker candidate management database managed by the subcontractor, allowing subcontracting to be realized without changing the process between the outsourcing company and the subcontractee company.

[0199] In the above embodiment, the case where the feature values generated from the facial image are stored in the worker management database or the like has been described, but the feature values do not have to be stored in the database. Instead of the feature values, the facial image may be registered in the worker management database, and the outsourcing server 10 may generate the feature values from the registered facial image each time an authentication process is performed.

[0200] In the above embodiment, a case where the worker management database is configured inside the outsourcing server 10 has been described, but the database may also be configured on an external database server or the like. That is, some of the functions of the outsourcing server 10 may be implemented on another server. More specifically, the above-described "outsourcing control unit (outsourcing control means)," "authentication unit (authentication means)," etc. may be implemented in any of the devices included in the system.

[0201] The form of data transmission and reception between the devices (the entrusting server 10 and the authentication terminal 20) is not particularly limited, but the data transmitted and received between these devices may be encrypted. Biometric information and the like is transmitted and received between these devices, and in order to appropriately protect this information, it is desirable to transmit and receive encrypted data.

[0202] In the flow charts (flowcharts, sequence diagrams) used in the above explanation, multiple steps (processes) are described in order, but the order of execution of the steps executed in the embodiments is not limited to the order described. In the embodiments, the order of the steps shown in the drawings can be changed to the extent that the content is not affected, such as by executing each process in parallel.
