Abstract
Description
Container with zipper tape, method for manufacturing container with zipper tape, seal bar and zipper tape
[0001] The present invention relates to a container with zipper tape, a method for manufacturing a container with zipper tape, a seal bar, and a zipper tape.
[0002] For example, as described in Patent Document 1, a technique is known in which one base of the zipper tape is not joined to the bag body on the opening side of the bag, making it difficult to open a bag with zipper tape once it has been sealed. Patent Document 2 describes a technique in which one base of the zipper tape is shortened on the opening side of the bag, making it even more difficult to open. Making it difficult to open a bag with zipper tape once it has been sealed can prevent tampering with the contents and provide a so-called child-resistant function.
[0003] On the other hand, particularly for child-resistant applications, it may be preferable that a bag with zipper tape is not completely unopenable, but rather can be opened by a parent who knows how to open it. Patent Document 3 describes a configuration in which the engagement strength of the zipper tape is set to a large value, such as 26 N / 50 mm or more, or one base of the zipper tape is not joined to the bag body on the opening side, making it difficult to open with normal operations, but making it easy to open when the zipper tape is slid longitudinally.

[0005] However, for example, in the case of the technology described in Patent Document 3, the opening action is limited to sliding, so depending on the dimensions and material of the container, it may not always be easy to open, and it is difficult to use an automatic filling machine because it is difficult to open using a sliding action mechanically.
[0006] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a container with zipper tape, a method for manufacturing a container with zipper tape, a seal bar, and a zipper tape that enable the expansion of uses of containers that are configured to be difficult to open using normal operations.

[18] The seal bar includes a first pressing surface formed of a heat transfer member and a second pressing surface formed of a heat insulating member, and a gap is formed between the first pressing surface and the second pressing surface, and protruding portions are formed on the first pressing surface toward the second pressing surface and protruding into the gap over a section of 40% or less in the length direction of the seal bar, and the protruding portions are arranged at equal intervals in the length direction.
[19] A zipper tape comprising a first base and a second base, and a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion formed on the first base and the second base, respectively, and capable of engaging with each other, wherein a section of the zipper tape that is 40% or less in the length direction thereof is processed to weaken the engagement strength between the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion, and the processed sections are arranged at equal intervals in the length direction.
[0008] According to the above configuration, the engagement strength is increased in the second section, which occupies the majority of the effective section of the zipper tape, thereby preventing unintentional opening due to external force. On the other hand, the engagement strength is weakened in the first section, which is limited within the effective section, so that opening is possible by knowing the location of the first section. In this case, opening is performed by the normal action of grasping the edge of the film, so it can be applied to containers of various sizes and materials, and is also easy to open mechanically, thereby expanding the uses of containers.

[0010] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In this specification and drawings, components having substantially the same functional configurations are designated by the same reference numerals, and redundant description will be omitted.
[0011] First Embodiment Fig. 1 is a plan view of a pouch-shaped container according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line II-II in Fig. 1. In the illustrated example, the pouch-shaped container 100 includes a film 110 forming a container body having opposing first and second surfaces 111A and 111B, a zipper tape 120, and a tear strip 130. The zipper tape 120 includes a base portion 121 and an engagement portion 122. A tab 131, which serves as the starting point for tearing to open the pouch, is formed near one end of the tear strip 130, and a notch or thin-walled portion 132, which serves as the end point for tearing, is formed near the other end.
[0012] The film 110 is formed of, for example, a single-layer or multi-layer thermoplastic resin. More specifically, the film 110 may be formed of low-density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), or polypropylene (PP). PP may be homopolypropylene (HPP), random polypropylene (RPP), or block polypropylene (BPP). When the film 110 is multi-layered, the surface substrate may be biaxially oriented polypropylene (OPP), biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate (OPET), or biaxially oriented nylon (ONy). These are not limited to resins derived from fossil fuels, but may be environmentally friendly bioplastics (polyolefin resins such as bio-polyethylene and bio-polypropylene derived from biomass), or may be a mixture of a resin derived from fossil fuels and a bioplastic, such as polylactic acid (PLA), polybutylene succinate (PBS), poly(butylene adipate / terephthalate) (PBAT), polycaprolactone (PCL), poly(caprolactone / butylene succinate) (PCLBS), poly(butylene succinate) (PBAT), poly( ... The film 110 may be a biodegradable resin such as poly(ethylene succinate / adipate) (PBSA), poly(butylene succinate / carbonate) (PEC), poly(ethylene terephthalate / succinate) (PETS), poly(tetramethylene adipate / terephthalate) (PTMAT), polyethylene succinate (PES), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-H), polyglycolic acid (PGA), and poly(hydroxybutyrate / hydroxyhexanoate) (PHBH), or a mixture thereof. The film 110 may also include a layer of an inorganic material formed by aluminum vapor deposition, lamination of aluminum foil, or the like.
[0013] Film 110 includes two films that form first and second surfaces 111A and 111B facing each other. The two films are joined at top seal 112, side seals 113A and 113B, and bottom seal 114, respectively, thereby forming a storage space SP between first surface 111A and second surface 111B. Note that storage space SP does not necessarily have to be sealed in all directions by seals. For example, top seal 112 may not be formed when bag-shaped container 100 is completed, and top seal 112 may be formed after contents are filled into storage space SP, sealing storage space SP. For the same reason, either bottom seal 114 or side seals 113A and 113B may not be formed when bag-shaped container 100 is completed. In the present embodiment, the bases 121A and 121B of the zipper tape 120 are both joined to the first surface 111A, which is advantageous in that the contents can be filled from above the storage space SP where no top seal portion is formed without having to disengage the engagement portions 122A and 122B when filling the contents, and the contents will not become caught between the engagement portions 122A and 122B.
[0014] In the illustrated example, a gusset is formed by folding the film 110 toward the storage space SP at the bottom of the container where the bottom seal 114 is formed. The gusset may be formed, for example, by a film separate from the film forming the first surface 111A and the second surface 111B. A similar gusset may also be formed on the side of the container where the side seals 113A and 113B are formed. In such a case, the film 110 includes another film in addition to the two films forming the first surface 111A and the second surface 111B. In the illustrated example, the first surface 111A and the second surface 111B are formed by joining two films at the side seals 113A and 113B and the bottom seal 114, respectively. However, the first surface 111A and the second surface 111B may also be formed by folding the film 110 back at the side or bottom of the container. In this case, either or both of the side seals 113A and 113B or the bottom seal 114 are not formed.
[0015] As shown in FIG. 2 , the zipper tape 120 includes two opposing base portions 121A and 121B and engaging portions 122A and 122B formed on the base portions 121A and 121B, respectively. The engaging portions 122A and 122B are engageable with each other. The base portion 121B is wider than the base portion 121A, and the portion of the base portion 121B that does not overlap with the base portion 121A is joined to the first surface 111A on the side of the engaging portion 122B. The base portion 121A is joined to the first surface 111A on the side opposite the engaging portion 122A. The zipper tape 120 is disposed facing the storage space SP. Specifically, in the width direction of the zipper tape 120, the space between the base portions 121A and 121B on one side (the lower side in FIG. 2 ) of the engaging portions 122A and 122B communicates with the storage space SP. On the other side of the engaging portions 122A, 122B (upper in Figure 2), when the first surface 111A is torn by the tear strip 130 to form an opening 101 as shown in Figure 3, the space between the base portions 121A, 121B communicates with the outside of the bag-like container 100 through the opening 101.
[0016] 2, the engaging portions 122A and 122B may be configured with two or more pairs of engaging portions. Although the engaging portion 122A is shown as a male type, the engaging portion 122B is shown as a female type, and the engaging portions 122A1 and 122B1 are shown as hook-shaped engaging portions, the genders of the engaging portions 122A and 122B may be reversed, and the shapes of the engaging portions of various known zipper tapes may be adopted, without being limited to male-female or hook-shaped engaging portions.
[0017] The tear strip 130 is laminated between the base 121B and the first surface 111A of the film 110 and is bonded to the first surface 111A. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 4, the tear strip 130 may be laminated between the base 121A and the base 121B, which are bonded to the first surface 111A. In this case, the tear strip 130 is indirectly bonded to the first surface 111A by being bonded to the base 121A. Alternatively, the tear strip 130 may be bonded to the base 121B, but not directly or indirectly to the first surface 111A. The base 121B and the tear strip 130 may or may not be bonded to each other, but it is preferred that the base 121B is not bonded to the tear strip 130 unless the tear strip 130 is not bonded to the first surface 111A.
[0018] The base portion 121 and the engaging portion 122 of the zipper tape 120 are formed by extrusion molding of, for example, a polyolefin resin. More specifically, the zipper tape 120 may be formed of low-density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), or polypropylene (PP). PP may be homopolypropylene (HPP), random polypropylene (RPP), or block polypropylene (BPP). These may be environmentally friendly bioplastics, or a mixture of fossil fuel-derived resin and biomass plastics such as biopolyethylene may be used. Furthermore, in consideration of the environment, the base 121 may be formed by extrusion molding of a biodegradable resin such as polylactic acid (PLA), polybutylene succinate (PBS), poly(butylene adipate / terephthalate) (PBAT), polycaprolactone (PCL), poly(caprolactone / butylene succinate) (PCLBS), poly(butylene succinate / adipate) (PBSA), poly(butylene succinate / carbonate) (PEC), poly(ethylene terephthalate / succinate) (PETS), poly(tetramethylene adipate / terephthalate) (PTMAT), polyethylene succinate (PES), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-H), polyglycolic acid (PGA), and poly(hydroxybutyrate / hydroxyhexanoate) (PHBH). These may also be biomass-derived biodegradable resins. If necessary, known additives such as stabilizers, antioxidants, lubricants, antistatic agents, or colorants may be added to the material of the zipper tape 120 .
[0019] On the other hand, the tear strip 130 is formed by extrusion molding of, for example, a polyolefin resin, similar to the zipper tape 120. By forming the tear strip 130 from a resin that has low compatibility with the resin that forms the zipper tape 120, it is possible to achieve interfacial delamination at the joining surface between the zipper tape 120 and the tear strip 130. For this purpose, for example, one of the zipper tape 120 or the tear strip 130 may be formed from a low-density polyethylene resin, and the other from a random polypropylene resin. Specific examples of the combination include low-density polyethylene (LDPE) / random polypropylene (RPP), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) / RPP (including m-LL), LDPE / homopolypropylene (HPP), LLDPE / HPP (including m-LL), LDPE / polystyrene (PS), LLDPE / PS (including m-LL), RPP / PS, HPP / PS, LDPE / polyethylene terephthalate (PET), LLDPE / PET, RPP / PET, HPP / PET, PS / PET, LDPE / nylon (Ny), LLDPE / Ny, RPP / Ny, HPP / Ny, and PS / Ny. When a biodegradable resin is used for the zipper tape 120, it is preferable that the tear strip 130 also be made of a biodegradable resin.
[0020] In this embodiment, the effective section S in the length direction of the zipper tape 120 0 A first section S 1 and the valid section S 0 The second section S 2 The engagement strength between the engagement portions 122A and 122B is different between the first section S 1 The engagement strength between the engagement portions 122A and 122B in the second section S 2 The engagement strength between the engagement portions 122A and 122B in the first section S is lower than that in the second section S. 1 and the second section S 2 The length of the effective section S in the longitudinal direction of the zipper tape 120 can be set arbitrarily as long as it does not impair the effects of the present embodiment, as will be described below. 01 and 2, when an opening has not yet been formed, the section in which an opening can be formed, i.e., the section from the tab 131 to the notch or thinned portion 132, is the effective section S. 0 Corresponds to.
[0021] 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line VV in FIG. 2 4 shows a cross section of the zipper tape 120 in the first section S 1 In the illustrated example, the first section S 1 In the illustrated example, the female engaging portion 122B is crushed. In this way, by crushing at least one of the engaging portions, it is possible to weaken the hooking of the claws of the engaging portions with each other and reduce the engagement strength. The engaging portion to be crushed may be either the male engaging portion 122A or the female engaging portion 122B, or both, but crushing the female engaging portion 122B is more effective in weakening the engagement strength as it is more likely to become a starting point when opening. When additional engaging portions 122A1, 122B1 are provided as in the illustrated example, the additional engaging portions may also be crushed in the same way, or the additional engaging portions may not be crushed. In either case, the first section S 1 This can reduce the overall engagement strength of the engagement portion.
[0022] In addition, the first section S 1 In the first section S, instead of crushing, a notch may be formed in either or both of the engaging portions 122A and 122B. 1 In the case of the first section S, punch holes may be formed by cutting out either one or both of the engaging portions 122A and 122B together with the base portion 121A or the base portion 121B. 1 When the engaging portions 122A and 122B are substantially disengaged or no longer exist, the first section S 1 The engagement strength of the engagement portions 122A and 122B in this state is set to 0.
[0023] In this embodiment, the engagement strength of the engagement portions 122A and 122B themselves is set high by selecting the material and shape of the zipper tape 120. For example, in order to prevent unintentional opening due to external force for the purpose of preventing tampering or child resistance, the second section S 2 The engagement strength between the engagement portions 122A and 122B in this case is, for example, 26 N / 50 mm or more, preferably 30 N / 50 mm or more, more preferably 40 N / 50 mm or more, even more preferably 50 N / 50 mm or more, and particularly preferably 60 N / 50 mm or more. The maximum value of the engagement strength is, for example, approximately 200 N / 50 mm. The engagement strength can be measured as follows, for example, using a digital force gauge (manufactured by Imada Co., Ltd.). First, a zipper tape cut to a length of 50 mm in the longitudinal direction is held at the male and female bases at positions 2 mm from the engagement portion. When measuring the engagement strength of a zipper tape already joined to the film of the container body, it is acceptable to hold the bases together with the joined film. In the case of a zipper tape in which each base is joined to the film of the container body on both sides of the engagement portion, the holding positions should be on the same side of the engagement portion when viewed in the width direction of the zipper tape. Next, while the female base is fixed, the male base is pulled up and the strength until the engagement of the engagement parts is measured, and the measurement result at the maximum load is the engagement strength. If the longitudinal length is less than 50 mm, assuming that the length is X mm, the measurement result N / X mm can be multiplied by 50 / X to convert it to N / 50 mm. Note that in the first section S 1 and the second section S 2 The difference in engagement strength between the two is, for example, 10 N / 50 mm or more, preferably 20 N / 50 mm or more, more preferably 30 N / 50 mm or more, and even more preferably 40 N / 50 mm or more.
[0024] Second Embodiment Fig. 6 is a plan view of a bag-shaped container according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and Figs. 7 and 8 are cross-sectional views taken along lines VII-VII and VIII-VIII in Fig. 6, respectively. In the illustrated example, bag-shaped container 200 includes film 110 forming a container body, as in the first embodiment, and zipper tape 120. In this embodiment, base portions 121A and 121B of zipper tape 120 have approximately the same width, and base portion 121A is joined to first surface 111A of film 110, and base portion 121B is joined to second surface 111B, respectively, on the sides opposite engagement portions 122A and 122B. The materials of film 110 and zipper tape 120 are the same as those in the first embodiment.
[0025] In the illustrated example, the bag-shaped container 200 does not have a top seal, and one side of the container body is opened to form the opening 101. In another example, a top seal may be formed, and the opening may be formed by later cutting between the top seal and the zipper tape 120. Regardless of whether a top seal is formed, the bottom seal 114 may not be formed when the bag-shaped container 200 is completed, and the bottom seal 114 may be formed after the contents are filled into the storage space SP. In the illustrated example, the bag-shaped container 200 does not include a tear strip. However, once the top seal is formed and each side of the container body is sealed, the container may be opened by providing a tear strip similar to that of the first embodiment together with the zipper tape 120. Also, as in the first embodiment, a gusset may be formed in the bottom or side of the container, and the first surface 111A and the second surface 111B may be formed by folding the film 110 at the bottom or side of the container.
[0026] In this embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the effective section S in the length direction of the zipper tape 120 0 A first section S 1 and the valid section S 0 The second section S 2 The engagement strength between the engagement portions 122A and 122B is different between the first section S 1The engagement strength between the engagement portions 122A and 122B in the second section S 2 The engagement strength between the engagement portions 122A and 122B in the first section S is lower than that in the second section S. 1 and the second section S 2 The length of the effective section S in the longitudinal direction of the zipper tape 120 can be set arbitrarily as long as it does not impair the effects of the present embodiment, as will be described below. 0 corresponds to the section where the opening 101 is formed on one side of the width direction of the zipper tape 120. When the top seal portion is to be formed and the opening is not yet formed, the section where the opening can be formed, i.e., the section between the side seal portions 113A and 113B where the base portions 121A and 121B of the zipper tape 120 are not joined, is called the effective section S. 0 Corresponds to.
[0027] As shown in FIG. 7, the second section S 2 In the second section S, the base 121A of the zipper tape 120 is joined to the first surface 111A of the film 110 at a portion 121A2 on the storage space SP side with respect to the engaging portion 122A, and the portion 121A1 on the opposite side to the storage space SP, i.e., the opening 101 side, is not joined to the film 110. 2 In this case, even if both ends of the first surface 111A and the second surface 111B are pinched and pulled at the opening 101, no force is applied in the direction of separating the engaging portions 122A, 122B of the zipper tape 120, and the engagement strength between the engaging portions 122A, 122B is increased. To make opening more difficult, the portion 121A1 of the base 121A opposite the storage space SP may be shortened to, for example, 3 mm or less, preferably 2 mm or less, and more preferably 1 mm or less, or the portion 121A1 of the base 121A itself may not be formed. As for the base 121B, both portions 121B1 and 121B2 on both sides of the engaging portion 122B are joined to the second surface 111B.
[0028] As in the first embodiment, the second section S 2The engagement strength between the engagement portions 122A and 122B in the first section S is, for example, 26 N / 50 mm or more, preferably 30 N / 50 mm or more, more preferably 40 N / 50 mm or more, even more preferably 50 N / 50 mm or more, and particularly preferably 60 N / 50 mm or more, and the maximum value is, for example, about 200 N / 50 mm. 1 and the second section S 2 The difference in engagement strength between the two is, for example, 10 N / 50 mm or more, preferably 20 N / 50 mm or more, more preferably 30 N / 50 mm or more, and further preferably 40 N / 50 mm or more. The engagement strength is measured in the same manner as described in the first embodiment, but in the case of a zipper tape in which one base is not joined to the film of the container body on the opposite side of the engagement portion from the storage space, as in the example of Figure 7, the holding position is the storage space side at the base on the non-joined side, and the opposite side to the storage space at the base on the other side.
[0029] On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8, the first section S 1 In the first section S, both a portion 121A2 on the side of the storage space SP and a portion 121A1 on the opposite side of the storage space SP with respect to the engaging portion 122A of the base 121A are joined to the first surface 111A. 1 In the first section S, if the ends of the first surface 111A and the second surface 111B are pinched and pulled at the opening 101, a force acts in a direction that separates the engaging portions 122A and 122B of the zipper tape 120. 1 The engagement strength between the engagement portions 122A and 122B in the second section S 2 The engagement strength is lower than that at
[0030] In the illustrated example, the first section S 1In the second embodiment, the portion 121A1 of the base 121A is joined to the first surface 111A of the film 110, and the female engaging portion 122B is crushed. Although not shown, the male engaging portion 122A may also be crushed. As in the first embodiment, the crushed engaging portion may be either the male engaging portion 122A or the female engaging portion 122B, or both. As described above, the portion 121A1 of the base 121A is shortened or not formed, so that the first section S 1 However, even if the portion 121A1 is not joined to the first surface 111A, the engagement strength can be reduced by crushing the engagement portion 122B, and the package can be opened by pinching and pulling the ends of the first surface 111A and the second surface 111B. 1 In the case where the portion 121A1 is joined to the first surface 111A, the engaging portions 122A and 122B do not necessarily have to be crushed.
[0031] 9 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of a seal bar used to manufacture the bag-shaped container according to the second embodiment shown in FIG. 6. In the illustrated example, the seal bar 600 includes a heat transfer member 610 and a heat insulating member 620. The surface including the heat transfer member 610 and the heat insulating member 620 is pressed against the base portion 121A of the zipper tape 120 from the back side of the first surface 111A of the film 110, and the surface of the opposite seal bar (not shown) made of the heat transfer member is pressed against the back side of the second surface 111B. By pressing these surfaces, the base portions 121A and 121B are bonded to the first surface 111A and the second surface 111B, respectively. The seal bar 600 on the base 121A side has the heat insulating member 620 formed on the side opposite the engaging portion 122A from the storage space SP, thereby preventing the portion 121A1 of the base 121A from being bonded to the first surface 111A, as shown in FIG. 7.
[0032] Here, the heat transfer member 610 is formed of a material with high thermal conductivity, such as a metal material used in conventional seal bars, specifically, for example, aluminum alloy, brass, or cast iron. The heat insulating member 620 is formed of a material with lower thermal conductivity than the heat transfer member 610, specifically, for example, a material containing one or more of epoxy glass, thermosetting resin, or inorganic material-blended resin. The thermal conductivity of the material of the heat insulating member 620 is, for example, 15 W / (m·k) or less, preferably 10 W / (m·k) or less, more preferably 7 W / (m·k) or less, even more preferably 5 W / (m·k) or less, even more preferably 2 W / (m·k) or less, and particularly preferably 1 W / (m·k) or less. The difference in thermal conductivity between the heat insulating member 620 and the heat transfer member 610 is preferably 15 W / (m·k) or more, more preferably 100 W / (m·k) or more, and even more preferably 200 W / (m·k) or more. Among the materials that can be used for the heat transfer member 610, the thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy is approximately 237 W / (m·k), the thermal conductivity of brass is approximately 119 W / (m·k), and the thermal conductivity of cast iron is approximately 30 W / (m·k) to 60 W / (m·k).
[0033] In the illustrated seal bar 600, a gap 630 is formed between the pressing surface formed by the heat transfer member 610 and the pressing surface formed by the heat insulating member 620. This gap 630 is formed to prevent the engagement portions 122A, 122B from being crushed when joining the zipper tape 120 to the film 110 as described above. In the seal bar 600, protruding portions 611, in which the pressing surface formed by the heat transfer member 610 protrudes toward the gap 630, are formed at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction. The section to which the zipper tape 120 is joined by such protruding portions 611 corresponds to the first section S in the bag-shaped container 200 shown in FIG. 1 That is, the first section S 1 In this case, the protrusion 611 formed by the heat transfer member is pressed against the base 121A and the engaging portion 122A from the back side of the first surface 111A of the film 110 in an area including the engaging portions 122A and 122B, whereby the engaging portions 122A and 122B are crushed and the portion 121A1 of the base 121A opposite the storage space SP is also joined to the first surface 111A.
[0034] According to the embodiment of the present invention as described above, the effective section S of the zipper tape 120 0 The second section S occupies the majority of 2 In the case of the effective section S, the engagement strength can be increased by increasing the engagement strength of the engagement portions 122A, 122B themselves, or by not joining either the base portion 121A or 121B to the film 110 on the side opposite to the storage space SP, thereby preventing unintentional opening due to external force. 0 The first section S 1 In the first section S, the engagement strength is weakened by crushing one or both of the engagement portions 122A, 122B, forming cuts or punch holes, or joining the film 110 on the storage space SP side. 1 The opening is possible if the position of the film 110 is known. In this case, the opening is performed by the normal action of grasping the edge of the film 110, so it can be applied to containers of various sizes and materials, and it is also easy to open mechanically, so automatic filling machines can be used. In this way, according to the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to expand the uses of containers that are designed to be difficult to open by normal actions.
[0035] As described above, from the viewpoint of basically preventing unintentional opening due to external force and facilitating opening in a limited section, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first section S 1 is the effective section S of the zipper tape 120 0 The ratio of the effective section S of the zipper tape 120 to the effective section S is, for example, 40% or less, preferably 30% or less, more preferably 20% or less, and particularly preferably 10% or less. There is no particular limitation on the lower limit, but it is usually 0.1%. 0 One first section S 1 is arranged, and this first section S 1 The length of the valid section S 0 Alternatively, the effective section S of the zipper tape 120 may be 40% or less of the length of the effective section S of the zipper tape 120. 0 Two or more first sections S 1 are arranged, and these first sections S 1 The total length of the valid section S 0In order to emphasize the reliability of the function of preventing unintentional opening, the length of the first section S 1 The length of each of the first sections S is, for example, 0.1 mm or more and 40 mm or less. 1 The length of each of the first sections S is preferably 0.5 mm or more, more preferably 1 mm or more, even more preferably 3 mm or more, and still more preferably 4 mm or more. 1 The length per one location is preferably 30 mm or less, more preferably 20 mm or less, even more preferably 15 mm or less, still more preferably 10 mm or less, and particularly preferably 8 mm or less.
[0036] For example, when the container is opened by a sliding action, the zipper tape 120 is basically attached to the container by joining the bases 121A and 121B to the first surface 111A and the second surface 111B, respectively, as in the second embodiment described above. However, if opening is possible by normal operations, it is also possible to join both the bases 121A and 121B to the first surface 111A, as in the first embodiment. In the latter case, by leaving the top seal portion 112 unformed when the bag-shaped container 100 is completed, it is possible to use an automatic filling machine without disengaging the engaging portions 122A and 122B. In this respect, the embodiments of the present invention can expand the uses of containers that are difficult to open by normal operations.
[0037] In the above description, in the first embodiment, the engagement strength of the engagement portions 122A and 122B themselves is set high, and in the second embodiment, either the base portion 121A or 121B is not joined to the film 110 on the side opposite to the storage space SP, thereby forming the second section S. 2 However, this is merely an example and is not limiting. In other words, when both of the bases 121A and 121B of the zipper tape 120 are joined to the first surface 111A as in the first embodiment, the base 121A is not joined to the first surface 111A on the side opposite to the storage space SP, so that the second section S 2In addition, when the base portions 121A and 121B are joined to the first surface 111A and the second surface 111B, respectively, as in the second embodiment, the engagement strength of the engagement portions 122A and 122B themselves may be set high to increase the engagement strength of the second section S. 2 The engagement strength of the engagement portions 122A, 122B may be increased.
[0038] In the container with zipper tape according to the embodiment of the present invention as described above, for example, the zipper tape 120 is first attached to the container body formed of the film 110, and then the first section S 1 The zipper tape 120 attached to the film 110 is then subjected to a process such as crushing, cutting, or punching holes. Alternatively, the container with the zipper tape is manufactured by first cutting the zipper tape 120 into the first section S 1 The zipper tape 120 may be manufactured by processing the portions where the zipper tape 120 will be engaged, and then attaching the processed zipper tape to a container body formed of the film 110. In this case, the zipper tape 120 is provided in a state in which a predetermined percentage of the lengthwise section has been processed to weaken the engagement strength between the engaging portions 122A, 122B. The processing to weaken the engagement strength is specifically the above-mentioned crushing process or the formation of cuts or punch holes. The processed sections are arranged at equal intervals along the length of the zipper tape 120. Alternatively, a container with zipper tape may be manufactured by attaching the zipper tape 120 to a container body in parallel with the process of processing the zipper tape 120.
[0039] The ratio of the section processed with the zipper tape 120 is the effective section S 0 The first section S 1 Specifically, it is, for example, 40% or less, preferably 30% or less, more preferably 20% or less, and particularly preferably 10% or less. There is no particular limitation on the lower limit, but it is usually 0.1%. The length per part of the processed section is the first section S 1 The first section S is equal to, for example, 0.1 mm or more and 40 mm or less. 1The length of each of the first sections S is preferably 0.5 mm or more, more preferably 1 mm or more, even more preferably 3 mm or more, and still more preferably 4 mm or more. 1 The length per one location is preferably 30 mm or less, more preferably 20 mm or less, even more preferably 15 mm or less, still more preferably 10 mm or less, and particularly preferably 8 mm or less.
[0040] In addition, in the container with zipper tape according to the embodiment of the present invention, for example, the zipper tape 120 is 1 and the second section S 2 In the bag-shaped container according to the second embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the first section S 1 In the second section S, the portion 121A1 of the base 121A is joined to the first surface 111A of the film 110. 2 In the example shown in FIG. 9, the portion 121A1 is not bonded to the first surface 111A. 1 The protruding portions 611 for joining the portion 121A1 to the first surface 111A are formed at equal intervals in a section having a predetermined ratio to the length of the seal bar 600. The length of the seal bar 600 is also determined so that the effective section S after the container is completed is 0 Since the section including the side seal portions 113A and 113B that are not included in the effective section S is included, the ratio of the section in which the protruding portion 611 is formed is 0 The first section S 1The ratio of the length of the section where the overhanging portion 611 is formed to the length of the seal bar 600 is lower than the ratio of the length of the overhanging portion 611 to the length of the seal bar 600. As with the sections where the zipper tape is processed in the other examples described above, the ratio of the section where the overhanging portion 611 is formed to the length of the seal bar 600 is, for example, 40% or less, preferably 30% or less, more preferably 20% or less, and particularly preferably 10% or less. There is no particular limitation on the lower limit, but it is usually 0.1%. The length of each section where the overhanging portion 611 is formed is, for example, 0.1 mm or more and 40 mm or less. The length of each section where the overhanging portion 611 is formed is preferably 0.5 mm or more, more preferably 1 mm or more, even more preferably 3 mm or more, and even more preferably 4 mm or more. The length of each section where the overhanging portion 611 is formed is preferably 30 mm or less, more preferably 20 mm or less, even more preferably 15 mm or less, even more preferably 10 mm or less, and particularly preferably 8 mm or less.
