Abstract

The fall risk extraction device (20) comprises a skeletal information extraction unit (22) that extracts skeletal information of a subject from a video of the subject walking, a multiple joint information preprocessing unit (23) that extracts information including each of time-series position changes, angle changes, speed changes, and angular velocity changes at each joint when the subject walks from the skeletal information and calculates gait features including correlations between movements of multiple joints based on the extracted information, and a fall risk determination unit (27) that extracts the subject's risk of falling based on the gait features including correlations between movements of multiple joints.
