Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of natural compound chemistry and pharmacology, namely to 2-(4,5-Dichloroisothiazole-3-carbonyl)-7-methoxy-1methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-6-yl 4,5-dichloroisothiazole-3-carboxylate (1). The purpose of the utility model is to expand the arsenal of domestic natural medicines based on alkaloids and their derivatives with antimicrobial activity. Based on the available alkaloid salsolin, its derivative, 2-(4,5-Dichloroisothiazole-3-carbonyl)-7-methoxy-1-methyl1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-6-yl 4,5-dichloroisothiazole-3-carboxylate, which has pronounced antimicrobial activity, was synthesized. It has been experimentally established that 2-(4,5-Dichloroisothiazole-3-carbonyl)-7-methoxy-1-methyl1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-6-yl 4,5-dichloroisothiazole-3-carboxylate has pronounced antimicrobial activity against the gram-positive test strain Staphylococcus aureus and exceeds the comparison drug amoxicillin by 1.6 times.
